This study proposes a 'Bibliographic Universe Relationship Vocabulary'(burv) using the RDF/OWL Object Property under the SPO predicate logic according to the relationship type among all entities of bibliographic universe and implemented a 'relationship ontology system' to establish a new cataloging business domain called 'Relationship Description Cataloging' based on the ontology.

Digital contents is used already in near place with us. Contents of MPEG-4 standard is used to process multimedia data in field of communication, computer, broadcasting mobile etc. However, absence of copyright management and protection system and interoperability problem of right system between each corporation happened. Because MPEG establish IPMP(Intellectual Property Management and Protection) system standard in agreement with MPEG-4 system standard, proposed cooperation method to manage and protect copyright. Accordingly, in this paper, put in copyright of authorized contents management and protection extension system implementation adding MPEG-4 IPMP system like plug-in into existing MPEG-4 authorizing tool. Therefore, author edits IPMP information to protect contents or object, and process the information in system and authorize MPEG-4 digital contents that have management and protection sign according to IPMP standard. This system designed and implemented to divided into IPMP information save processor, IPMP information creation processor, media IPPM processor, XMT-A to MP4 converter IPMP extension.

전자상거래(e-commerce)의 발달은 과거의 전통적인 상거래를 IT기술을 이용한, 새로운 시장구조를 제공하고 있다. 특히 인터넷을 통한 소프트웨어, 게임, 동영상 등 디지털 컨텐츠(digital contents)에 대한 상거래가 크게 증가하고 있어, 이러한 디지털 컨텐츠의 유통에 신뢰를 제공할 수 있는 시스템, 즉 디지털 저작권관리(digital rights management system), 또는 디지털 지적 저작권관리(digital intellectual property system)에 대한 유통 비즈니스 모델이 필요하다. XrML은 권리(rights)를 명시하는 언어로써 본 연구는 XrML을 이용하여 저작권관리에 필요한 권리구조를 구현한 시스템(prototype)을 표현했다. 벤츠와 그에 따른 서비스들을 사용할 수 있는 권리와 조건들을 명시해준다. XrML은 현재 디지털 저작권관리(Digital Rights Management: DIPR)에 가장 많이 쓰이고 있는 Rights Language이다. XrML은 ContentGuard가 개발한 DIPR 서술 언어로 전 세계 산업계 표준으로 추진하기 위하여 파트너 회사 확대, 기능 확장, 무료 / 공개 형식으로 보급을 추진중이다.

The employment of risk management theory in Urban Disaster Management System (UDMS) has become an important trend in recent years. The viewpoint of risk management is mainly a comprehensive risk assessment of various internal and external factors, and a subsequent handling of risks. Through continuous and systematic accumulation and analysis of risk information, disaster prevention and rescue system is established. Taking risk management theory as the foundation, Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) has developed a series of UDMS in the mega-cities all over the world. With this system as a common platform, OECD cooperates with different cities to develop disaster prevention and rescue system consisting of vulnerability assessment methods, risk assessment and countermeasures. The paper refers to the urban disaster vulnerability assessment and risk management of OECD and the mega-cities of different advanced and developed countries in the world, and then constructs a preliminarily drafted structure for the vulnerability assessment methods and risk management mechanism in the metropolitan districts of Taiwan.

This paper presents a survey results on the material properties sharing system database on composite in USA. The requirements on management and database for Korean composite product that meet KAS (Korean Airworthiness Standard) are suggested. The certification policy on composite material qualification of also introduced. The benefits to material supplier, aircraft manufacturer and certification authority, which get through the database have been considered. The database managing process, composite material manufacturing process, properties and design allowable meeting KAS have been suggested.

Goverment and enterprises have been devoting a lot of dffort in order to prevent the loss of human and property due to a large, diversified fire, explosion, global warming and disasters caused by natural phenomena. But Enterprises came forward and running in the economy priority policy for profit-seeking until now in order to meet the macro purpose of quality improvement of national life and welfare promotion in company with National growth, as a result of lax risk management have had to endure the loss of precious lives and property. According to the '2007 Survey of public safety for the activation of the safety culture' of National Emergency Management Agency [NEMA], a insensitivity of safety in our society was surveyed 'a serious level'. In this study, surveyed need of 'step-by-step fire protection safety management system builds' in order to prevent fire safety accident and improvement of safety awareness level through a systematic management and real condition estimation of not only large business that can control risk management, but also small business that has a big risk to occur accident easily according to small budget and organization.

We study under what condition the probability of the failure state of each component is realized by the latent stress model which considers the cause of the failure as well as the state of the given system. As a result, when the number of the components is less than or equal to 3, the $MTP_2$ property is a necessary and sufficient condition for the realization of the probability of system state by the latent stress model. Moreover, if the probability of the system state involving 2 or 3 components satisfies the $MTP_2$ property, one could guess that each component is under the same stress.

The importance of software is getting high in development of the digital device (digital camcoder, digital camera, mp3 player, ....). And because the sire of software becomes larger and complicated, the necessity of software configuration management (to solves a software crisis) is increased. The general software configuration management system shows lack of the property and features of software development environment for image processing algorithm due to its wide range to be covered. Image processing algorithm development environment has properties like repetitive analysis and simulation using visual programming environment where, beside support of elementary development functions. component(or library) can be combined and tested interactively. Moreover, the method to look fast and effectively for component having similar function is required. In this paper, we present the system which supports the software configuration management method for a simulation tool and the property in the visual programming environment. And we relate our system to real simulation tool so as to check its ability as the software configuration management system for image processing algorithm development environment.
