We need the contingency cost in order to deal with the uncertainty to be accompanied inevitably at the construction and an every kind risk not to forecast in advance. And also the contingency colt needed for the change order and we need it for reduction of the delay and reduce the trouble between owner and constructor. This study, through checking and analyzing the risk factor, in the step of domestic construction, suggests optimal management reserve to specific business about the contract type and the scale. The main results of this research are summarized as follow. First, I investigated the recognition about the contingency cost, grasped the risk to be happened at the construction step and found out the frequency occurrence, through making up question to engineer are carrying out their job in the domestic construction. Second, I computed optimal contingency cost rate by the statistics investigation, and proposed an improvement plan and problem when compute a contingency cost.

건설프로젝트는 불확실한 요인들로 인해 심각한 문제의 발생 가능성이 많기 때문에, 프로젝트 초기에 다양한 리스크 분석이 상당히 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 건설사업관리 방법 중에서 리스크 전가를 위한 방안인 건설공사보험에 대해 연구해 보고자 한다. 연구의 방법은 국내 건설공사보험의 유형별 특성 및 건설공사보험과 관련된 국외 제도분석을 통해 국내 건설공사보험의 효율적 관리 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

프로젝트 수행은 많은 결함을 내포하고 있다. 특히 유사한 분야의 프로젝트 수행 경험이 없다면 결함은 전체 시스템에 많은 영향을 주게 된다. 따라서 이와 같은 결함은 프로젝트의 성공 여부를 판단할 수 있는 중요한 요소가 된다. 결국 효율적인 위험관리는 문제에 쉽게 대처할 수 있게 해주며, 예상하지 못한 품질, 예산초과 및 일정 지연이 되지 않도록 해준다. 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 개발 시, 프로세스의 신뢰성 향상을 위하여 체크포인트를 제시하고 이를 활용하여 전체 시스템의 신뢰성을 향상하고자 한다.

현재 우리나라 SI(Service Integration)에서 사업발주자 및 수행자는 소프트웨어사업 대가산정에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 사업발주자는 관례적인 사업비 산정으로 일관하고, 사업수행자는 근거없이 받아들이는 것이 현실이다. 또한 감리 수행 시 사업비산정근거를 점검할 체계를 갖추지 못하고 있다. 이로 인해, 비용관리 위험 및 파생위험들을 초래할 수 있다. 이에, 사업비 산정과 위험에 대한 구체적인 인식과 연구가 필요하다.

The complex and dynamic job nature and the ever-changing working environment of construction projects inevitably present uncertainties to construction operations. Identification, evaluation and control of uncertainties constitute main elements of risk management and critical tasks of project management in construction. This paper is focused on application of a simplified discrete-event simulation approach in management of schedule-overrun risks, each being the combination of the occurrence probability of an uncertain interruptive factor and its potential consequence in terms of time delay. A case study observed from a concreting operation in Hong Kong is converted into a simulation model and analyzed with an in-house-developed simulation package for demonstrating how the proposed approach can be implemented to manage multiple schedule-overrun risks on construction projects.

해외 시장에서 한국 건설기업들의 지속적인 성장에 힘입어 중소 중견기업 역시 눈에 띄게 성장 하였다. 중소 중견기업의 진출 형태 또한 기존 단일 하도급 위주의 프로젝트 수행에서 다수 원도급 위주의 프로젝트 수행으로 고도화 되고 있다. 하지만 수익률 측면에서 여전히 적자 현상에서 벗어나지 못하고 있다(대기업 5건 중 1건 적자, 중소기업 3건 중 1건 적자 공사). 이에 본 연구에서는 고도화된 진출형태에 따른 중소 중견기업의 다수프로젝트 관리방안을 도출하고자 한다. 1965년부터 시행된 8,000여 건의 해외건설 준공데이터 정보를 기반으로 프로젝트 통합리스크를 측정한다. 또한 통합리스크와 수익률간의 상관관계를 기반으로 기업별 최대로 허용할 수 있는 허용리스크 도출 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 3개 기업을 선정하여 이들 기업의 재무제표 분석을 수행하였으며 기업의 허용리스크 구간이 기업의 성과와 상관성이 있다는 것을 도출하였다. 허용리스크 측정을 통해 중소 중견 기업관점에서 다수프로젝트 관리를 위한 중요한 참고자료를 제시할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

미얀마는 아시아 국가 중 개발 가치가 높은 미개발 국가이다. 이에 미국을 비롯한 다양한 국가에서 시장 진출을 고려하고 있는 상황이다. 이러한 측면에서 부동산 개발 프로젝트의 수요는 외국인들의 유입 증가와 미얀마 경제성장에 따라 증가할 것으로 예측된다. 하지만 미얀마는 국가적 리스크를 포함해 해외 진출기업의 측면에서 위험도가 높은 국가이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 미얀마에 관한 자료분석을 실시해 리스크 유발요인을 추출한 후 전문가(법률, 금융, 기술, 현지 전문가) 심층인터뷰를 실시하였다. 이를 통해 106가지 리스크 요인을 추출하였으며, 친화도법을 활용해 3차에 걸친 그룹핑 작업을 실시하여 최종 리스크 분류 체계를 구축하였다. 그리고 AHP 기법을 활용해 각 요인별 상대적 중요도를 분석하여 제시하였다. 그 결과 해당 국가 관련 리스크, 자금 관련 리스크, 분양 관련 리스크의 중요도가 높게 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 미얀마 부동산 개발형사업의 진출기업에게 리스크관리 기준을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the association of protective and risk factors with adolescent delinquency. Using nationally representative data from the National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent Health (Add Health) project, the delinquency level and the influence of individual characteristics, dyadic relationships in the family, school and peer variables on adolescent delinquency were examined by gender. Boys and girls differed in delinquency level with boys showing significantly higher delinquency than girls. The relative influence of protective and risk factors in individual, familial, peer, and school contexts differed by gender as well. More diverse variables influenced the delinquency level of girls than that of boys.

The purpose of this study is to suggest analysis model of RCB construction in nuclear power plant. For the objective, This study drew the risk factors of RCB construction from existing literature. The results of the study proposed analysis model made hierarchy in rebar, form, and concrete work. These will be baseline data for risk management in construction project of nuclear power plant.

The building construction projects include a variety of risk factors due to uncertainties. To succeed in the projects, it is important how risks are managed. Risk management is composed of identification, analysis and response. Especially, the risk analysis is important to objectively calculate significance of risk factors. This paper evaluates a method to find priorities of risks using the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). The method has some defects; (1) the consistency becomes weak as the number of pair-wise compared risks is large, and (2) the input and output procedures are complex when risks are added to or removed from a risk database. Thus the paper adopt the PROMETHEE(Preference Ranking Organization METHod Enrichment Evaluations) analysis process which is able to overcome the limitation of the AHP restricted to 9 risk factors. The PROMETHEE method makes the procedure of risk analysis simple, when the risk factors pull out and put in the risk database. The purpose of this study is to prove the possibility of the PROMETHEE analysis process by being compared with AHP.
