This study is intended to prepare an revitalization plan of region where rural development project is completed through an analysis of the actual condition of facility operation and maintenance in the region where the project is completed. The results of survey of actual condition of facility operation in the region where rural development project was completed showed that the facilities were not self-sufficient in terms of operation and maintenance cost. Therefore, a prerequisite to the revitalization of region where the project is completed is to prepare an alternative plan for increasing the efficiency and applicability of currently already prepared facilities. Second, a project operation organization system should be streamlined and the competency of operation personnel should continue to be strengthened. Third, it is necessary to prepare a support system and establish cooperation networks for increasing the extensibility of project and continuing to induce community revitalization in the region where the project is completed in the future.

Construction duration is very important as a factor which comprises three axises of construction management with quality and cost in construction project. In general project condition, construction duration is optimized while minimizing construction cost and securing required quality. However, in case of insufficient project time duration or delayed projects, project progress management is different from those of normal projects. These project areas need solutions to complete work within a given completion day. To time shortening the current duration of each typical floor of structural framework in apartment construction is investigated, and a basic time schedule planning for typical floor of structural framework in normal projects is planned. This study proposed 3 ways for time shortening of urgent project or insufficient construction duration project. Also, This study proposed detailed time shortening method and technical solution conditions while time is shortened.

In Korea, many mixed-used development projects(MXD) in mega project size are currently active. As these mega projects require long-term construction and execution and involve by different subjects in different fields, their completion breeds various problems, such as conflicts among project participants due to their complicated interest relationships and inaccuracy in predicting the economic performance of the projects due to inappropriate facility capacity planning. To solve these problems, it is essential to apply value engineering (VE) at the planning phase of the project, which can result in the best possible cost reduction and improvement of project performance. However, not many projects are actually implementing VE because of the lack of available information, as well as the limitations due to uncertainty in the early period of project execution. Therefore, this study aimed at proposing VE Team Building, Quality Model Performance Indexes, Space Model so as to resolve common mega project problems and overcome VE application limitations at planning stage. The result of this study is expected that the data can be utilized as basic data to apply VE at the planning phase of the large complex projects.

Recently, due to the increasing necessity of developing core parts for weapons systems, the project for localization of parts for weapons systems is expanding. In order to apply the developed core parts to the domestic weapon system and advance into the overseas market, it is necessary to plan a project that reflects the technology trends in advance. This study derived trend of technology development through conducting the patent research and analysis. Also, suggested plan for applying the analysis results when project planning and selecting. As a detailed method, patents related to the 2019 year selection project were investigated. The number of patent applications by year and number of applicants from the time of the first application to the present were analyzed. And the growth stage of the technology market was derived. The comprehensive result was derieved through the portfolio analysis by arranging the parts localization technology in each area of the matrix consisting of market growth stage and the criteria for the selection of parts localization project. This research suggested the applying plan for improving project selection process. we expect the promotion of defense industry and the effective task planning.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the current situation of physical and intangible assets, and to analyze the use of planning in a new cultural space creation project areas. For this study, literature survey, filed survey and participant observation methods were used for data collection. The results were as follows. 1) The project's characteristics had a variety of space utilization's scope. It was to emphasize the organizations and participants in the human side. 2) There are the pumping stations, mokgammak, mills, barbershops, marketplaces etc in physical assets, and it was worth the historic or agricultural facility. 3) The using plans of three kinds in hardware facilities, software programs, human ware(human abilities)are linked to each other organically. 4) The problems in the project's process include the administrative and institutional factors rather than planning matters.

Risk Management is one of the most important factors in web design project management. The purpose of risk management is to identify reasons of risk to avoid risky situation and successfully achieve final goal of the project. This paper first describes concept of the web design project management and its processes. Secondly this study presents planning principles for systematic risk management process. Also it suggests a model of risk management. Finally this paper demonstrates utility of the risk management model through case studies based on the suggested risk management model.

Nowadays BIM(Building Information System) is applied to the public construction delivery system. BIM can help communications between project applicants through the extraction of the exact and prompt information. It also increases the efficiency of planning, construction, economic feasibility and maintenance in the whole project. Due to increasing demands of BIM, project evaluation and its process on the final deliverables have been in major interests. Thus, through the analysis of the current BIM project, characteristics, types and applications have been researched. We have discussed completeness, relationship and planning of BIM data, which are the standards of evaluation.

It is the important accurately to identify the needs of our customers in order to success the project. Requirements in the early stages of business is very abstract or not quantitative, and that will cause problems such as cost or schedule changes. Particularly many people are likely to prefer the early stages of the project, because the time of applying VE related cost savings is important. Owner's requirement analysis for project success in the VE process does not easy, and specific ongoing management of the requirement is difficult. Therefore, the analysis and the application of owner's requirements is limited in project process. The purpose of this study is proposed to the RFM technique to supplement the functional analysis on the basis owner's requirements analysis in planning a building project.

This article deals with rural village development project of Namsunghyun 'Gamggot(persimmon flower)' area, based on local tourism resources. For more efficient use of local tourism resources, questionnaire surveys for local residents and visitors were conducted. On the base of the results, the vision and objectives were established. And each items of project by division were also considered by the results of such surveys. Finally, priority scores of each items of project, based on importances and weighted value, were derived for more efficient propulsion of project and to construct sustainable rural community.

Project monitoring and evaluation is very important, as it can be used to indicate progress and success, including problems and impact of the project. It can also be used for improving project plan, administration, and management. GIS is the visualization method that is extremely helpful in decision making and planning. So GIS is an appropriate tool for agricultural project and program monitoring and evaluation. There are three ways of using GIS in project undertakings i.e. GIS for feasibility studies, GIS for project and program monitoring, and GIS for project and program evaluation.
