The purpose of this research is to identify the overall operation status of the marine program, which operates in the Department attempted, in various qualities and operational programs consisting of lecturers derives the problem, and to the policy proposal accordingly. In order to complete the purpose, to analyzed based on the status of marine programs of the Marine Training Center Chungcheong Cluster of three Education Offices from 2014 until the first half of 2016. In addition to direct visit the scene to confirm the status of the data collected through field surveys and interviews were officials confirm the validity of the data, and also to obtain additional study. This paper was built for an activation of a merged education and development of non-subject, new type creative merged education program having effectivities. This program is disciplined a kind of flipped learning and camp program of 2 nights and 3 days. Given a problem which big enough and open-ended problem, multidisciplinary team that composed with engineering and design major students works the capstone design project. For ordinary engineering design process, 'how can we make?' was important. But in this program 'what can we make?' is more serious question. Our program was pursuing an creative idea that can induce innovation. Teaching or interference of professors was minimized and then students solve the problem theirselves by long time and liberal brainstorming. Last products is not real goods and only a proposal for manufacturing. Finally, the results are presented using ppt and board. After not only professors but also students of other teams can ask a question, resolve and comment on that proposal. The benefits of this program are that inner members of university take a whole process from planning and working to last evaluation. Besides economic benefit, they can secure an infrastructure for development of creative merged education program by running for several times and so can improve the program continuously. For an aspect of students, they can respond to recently highlighted creative experiences that required for recruitment.

We, on behalf of the Korean Gemini Office (KGO), introduce three proposal routes besides a standard semester program available for the Korean Gemini users: Fast Turnaround (FT), Director's Discretionary Time (DDT), and Poor Weather (PW). By presenting useful statistics and some examples implemented through these routes, we aim to provide the KAS members insights how well these observing routes have been utilized by the Gemini partners. Finally, we provide several useful suggestions to the KAS community for preparing these programs.

Recently, The employment for the disabled vocational rehabilitation is to be a hot issue. and there is many of the proposal how to ways. But many of the disabled vocational rehabilitation is not employed and then, first of all, we have a survey about. The employment for the disabled vocational rehabilitation on chonan city of korea. And we got that. The side of company and the side of the disabled vocational rehabilitation have a many problem for the employ. and there is the need of education for employ. We want to propose to good idea good condition employment for the disabled vocational rehabilitation. With the relation program with employment and education for the disabled vocational rehabilitation, they get a good condition jog. This proposal is to be the base study for the disabled vocational rehabilitation with the employment. This study attempts to suggest developmental framework of employment innovation model to vitalize the disabled vocational rehabilitation.

To Manage the Defense Acquisition Process more efficiently, DAPA has looked over the applying SE process to the Eagle Acquisition Program. Based on comparing 'Requirement' with 'items suggested in the proposal' in RFP and analyzing the result by using Cradle, those items have been discovered with IPT, actualized and corrected. In addition, the computerized data base system makes easier to trace all changed and more efficiency to manage programs. Therefore, this study using SE in other acquisition program.

Recently, it has been observed that social workers in Korea face diverse difficulties in designing social work programs. These difficulties require researchers to conduct a study on the contextual features of the difficulties. This study is to analyze the characteristics of the social work program proposals on the basis of program components. Research method used in the study is content analysis. Two researchers developed the analytic tool based on literature review and a pilot test, and analyzed 73 proposals submitted to a private welfare foundation from nationwide social work agencies in 2005 and 2006. As a result, although each program was designed in a proposal according to standardized form, there were creative diversities in designing social work programs. In addition, there were confusions in the three areas: conceptual and logical confusion, research and analytical confusion, and concrete and procedural confusion. Finally the researchers suggested several tasks and recommendations for the areas of research, education, and practice to solve these confusions in Korea.

The purpose of this study is evaluate the direct payment program for rural landscape conservation and deduce facts to improve. This research is composed with a survey on local government officials and farmers joined this program, and used monitering in selected 41 zones. According to the surveys, this program showed a positive contribution to the effects: village harmony, visitors increase, village income. However, It's contribute in short term objectives, but has not yet reach the ultimate goal such as regional development through visitors and village income. We found some problems in the monitering, on the agreement with farmers, range of village activities, operating AgriX program, etc. Finally, we suggest some proposals ; 1) to redefine the aims and range for the program, 2) to clarify a village action program, 3) to strength the admission procedure, 4) to designate district based on landscape resources survey.

The purpose of this study is to explain the need of consumer adviser and to justify its certification program, Suggestions on who might be the subjects of the certification program, on what kinds of qualifications are required, and on who bestow the certification to qualified subjects were made. Specifically, graduates major on Home Economics in College or University were recommended to be the consumer adviser professionals.
