In this paper the method which can intensify effect of education and experiment in the subject of power electronics Is Introduced. Besides theoretical lectures by textbook during 3 hours a week, students can out the simulation and experiment using PSIM, special simulation program for power electronics, and 'Power Electronics Training System', experimental equipments of Lab-Volt Ltd. for power electronics, and 'Data Acquisition & Management System' Thus students can have profound understandings and experiences about various practical situations.

데이터센터를 안정적이고 효율적으로 운영하기 위해서는 서버관리와 전력관리가 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 데이터센터의 서버관리 인터페이스와 전력관리 모듈을 이용하여 에너지 사용량을 모니터링 및 시각화하고, 서버의 온도와 각 장치의 작동상태, 전원상태와 같은 서버 모니터링 정보를 제공하여 데이터센터의 에너지소비분석에 도움을 주는 웹 기반 애플리케이션에 대한 소개와 구현방법을 제안한다. 이 애플리케이션은 서버관리표준 인터페이스인 IPMI 뿐만 아니라 제조사의 독자적인 서버관리기술을 사용하여 이기종 서버에 대한 통합 모니터링이 가능하며, 모니터링 대상서버 시스템에 별도의 에이전트 설치가 필요하지 않으므로 모니터링에 따라 시스템에 발생할 수 있는 부하가 거의 없고, 실시간으로 에너지 소비량과 모니터링 정보를 제공하기 때문에 데이터센터의 에너지소비패턴분석과 서버관리에 효과적으로 사용할 수 있다.

공공기관의 정부간행물은 그 기관의 목적이나 업무수행의 내용을 기관 내부나 일반인에게 전달하기 위해 발간하는 자료이다. 법과 제도의 틀에서 정부간행물 관리의 중요성이 커지게 되었지만 기록관리 현장에서는 여전히 정부간행물의 특성과 가치를 고려한 업무들이 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 6대 광역자치단체의 기록관을 중심으로 효율적인 정부간행물 관리제도에 대해서 살펴보고 문제점과 개선방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해서는 첫째, 정부간행물 납본제도를 일관성 있게 정비하여야 한다. 정부간행물의 납본에 있어 납본 방법과 납본 자료가 법마다 다르게 제시하고 있어 통합적으로 관리하는 시스템을 구축하여 간략한 정보 및 원문 정보를 제공해야한다. 둘째, 기록관 환경에 맞는 행정적 제도를 마련해야 한다. 정부간행물 지침에서 제시하는 발간등록 및 납본 제도는 국가기록원의 중심제도이므로 기관 기록관에서는 효율적인 제도가 되지 못하고 있다. 셋째, 정부간행물이 가지는 가치를 인식하여 장기적으로 보관하고 관리될 수 있도록 지원이 이루어져야 한다. 정부간행물 정리를 위해서는 현실성 있는 분류 방법과 통합 관리되는 프로그램 제시, 서비스를 이용하는 이용자에 대한 기준을 제시해야 한다. 넷째, 정부간행물 통합관리시스템의 구축이다. 국가기록원을 비롯하여 국립중앙도서관, 국회도서관에서는 정보의 요약본과 원문 정보를 동시 구축하여 체계적, 효율적으로 관리할 수 있도록 해야 한다.

The Korean navy has made many efforts to apply the concepts of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and M&S to its naval design and production. However, most of the efforts that have being applied to some acquisition processes, focused only on the element technologies without information models and data frameworks. This study discusses an information model of naval ships for advanced naval acquisitions. We introduce a naval ship product model, and it refers to the DPD (Distributed Product Description) concept of SBA (Simulation-Based Acquisition). To realize the product model concept, we design a data architecture and develop a Product Model Management System (PMMS) based on a PDM System. It is validated through the case study of building the product model of the battle ship that the PMMS has the applicability to effectively manage the naval ship acquisition data on the basis of a 3D product model.

The article analyzes and shows the rapid development information and telecommunication technologies, and their capabilities are becoming unprecedented for human development, effective solutions to many professional problems. The analysis of information and communication technologies of education used in higher educational institutions of Ukraine confirmed that for the effective use of special teaching methods, as well as software and technical teaching aids, it is necessary to have a trained teaching staff and students.

In this time, as an industrial society developed to a welfare society, more and more people want their quality of lives upgraded and specially customized service by mass production/mass consumption. And it leads to an increase of requiring service. There're active developments and studies on various IT equipment as the requirement made IT devices used in service. In this paper, we try to design and realize radio paging DID by using smart device to be used as a receiver of a radio pager which is broadly used at face to face service. Firstly, we used MCU to design and implement Wireless Calling Gateway which change radio calling signal of ISM band to smart device. A receiver of wireless caller used original receiver module. Also it used bluetooth module to communicate with smart device. It was possible to have satisfactory communication since radio paging signal converter and smart device were linked in 3M. Secondly, to indicate various paging information delivered from a radio pager, we realized DID application program by using Smart PAD. As a result, we could indicate various information compared to an original receiver which only could indicate letters or numeric data. Secondly, we implemented the DID app for wireless calls that can display a variety of information sent from a wireless pager. Was implemented using the Smart Pad. As a result, it is shown that can display a variety of information than the existing receiver.

사용이 증가하고 있는 냉동컨테이너에 적재된 화물의 손실을 방지하기 위해서는 냉동컨테이너의 실시간 상태 모니터링 및 원격 관리가 필요하지만 현재 냉동컨테이너의 대표적인 모니터링 방식인 PCT 방식은 모니터링만 가능할 뿐 냉동컨테이너 설정온도 관리 등 원격 관리 및 육상운송 중 실시간 모니터링이 불가능하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위한 IoT 기반 냉동컨테이너 실시간 관리 시스템을 구현하였다. 이 시스템은 각 냉동컨테이너에 부착되어 냉동컨테이너 데이터 포트를 통해 RS-232 통신을 이용하여 냉동컨테이너의 실시간 데이터를 수집하고 이를 WCDMA/GSM 통신을 이용하여 데이터 수집 미들웨어로 전송한다. 미들웨어는 수신한 데이터를 데이터베이스에 저장하고 웹 및 모바일 프로그램을 통해 각 물류주체들에게 실시간으로 정보를 제공한다. 이때 웹 프로그램을 통해 사용자는 원격지에서 냉동컨테이너의 실시간 설정온도 변경이 가능하다. 끝으로 딸기화물을 실은 냉동컨테이너에 적용하여 운송과정을 실시간으로 모니터링하는 테스트를 통해 구현한 시스템의 기능을 검증하였다.

Sunchon National University Farming Promotion Center is a unique social education institution for the farmers. This study intends to analyze the educational and training programs for future farmer candidates with a expert technology, successors to the rural leaders of Saemaul Movements, expert farmers, the students of farming practice courses in the Department of Agricultural Education, and the citizens participating in the social education courses. It is an urgent problem to recruit the experts in social education, and in specialized and advanced farm management technology. A committee for the betterment of the social education program should be consisted of the social education experts, and alumni of the Farming Promotion Center to share their farming information with one another. In order to achieve the successful goal in the education program of the Farming Promotion Center, the well planned field trips and the supervised farming practices should be secured, and the follow-up management system for the people finishing the courses of the educational programs should be formulated.

It is used to lead to serious structural vulnerability of the system security of security-critical system when we have quickly developed software system according to urgent release schedule without appropriate security planning, management, and assurance processes. The Data Set and Provider of DataSnap, which is a middleware of Delphi XE2 of the Embarcadero Technologies Co., certainly help to develop an easy and fast-paced procedure, but it is difficult to apply security program and vulnerable to control software system security when the connection structure Database-DataSnap server-SQL Connection-SQL Data set-Provider is applied. This is due to that all kinds of information of Provider are exposed on the moment when DataSnap Server Port is sure to malicious attackers. This exposure becomes a window capable of running SQL Command. Thus, it should not be used Data Set and Provider in the DataSnap Server in consideration of all aspects of security management. In this paper, we study on the verification of the security vulnerabilities for Client and Server DataSnap in Dlephi XE2, and we propose a secure coding method to improve security vulnerability in the DataSnap server system.

Dongdaemun Fashion District has been successfully positioned as the main hub for fashion product distribution in Korea since 1960 thanks to its unique and successful fashion merchandising system. This system enables the distributors to respond quickly to consumer need and inexpensive price. However, at the present time, Dongdaemun Fashion District has been facing serious challenges from new types of retail stores such as fast fashion brands like ZARA and online shopping malls. To achieve this result, statistical analysis was performed using data from 68 employees of wholesalers in the Dongdaemun Fashion District. They were required to answer questions regarding the marketing system supporting program, amenities like restrooms, and traffic congestion. For the case study, C.I.S, a successful global wholesale system in Italy, was selected. C.I.S has 130 offices offering professional services in the field of trade, legal and tax issues, and insurance. This study suggests cooperation among related wholesalers in order to make an area management plan in the Dongdaemun Fashion District. Also, for the wholesalers to build up product information system and infrastructure for the Global marketing strategy.
