최근 급속한 산업발전으로 환경오염에 대한 인식이 고조되고 있으며 오염방지에 대한 방법 및 기술 또한 다각적으로 연구되고 있다. 과거에는 환경오염에 대한 대응방향이 오염물질의 농도저감과 처리기술 개발등에 국한되어 왔으나 현재는 오염물질의 관리 및 평가와 같은 좀더 고차원적인 연구로 전환되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 환경정보 시스템구축에 대한 개념을 수립하고 그 기법을 제시하였으며 오염원과 오염부하량에 따른 환경정보의 데이터베이스 설계, 질의, 분석 그리고 출력기법을 개발하였다. 또한, LANDSAT TM 영상을 이용하여 토지이용도를 작성하였으며, PC상에서 Excel과 PC ArcView 프로그램간에 동적데이터교환을 이용하여 폐수배출시설허가관리대장 관리를 가능하게 하여 기존 GSIS용 프로그램의 문서관리에 대한 취약성을 극복할 수 있었다.

In this paper, we have designed a remote controlable HDR System using all embedded linux board. The system is composed of three parts - a HDR System, a PC client program for remote control and a Nameserver for registering and aquisition of the IP address. The system is built in an embedded board using a linux kernel. With the Linux the system can support networking and file system for a hard disk management In addition, the system embeds a web-server and a ftp-server for remote manipulation and file transfer. And the hardwares of the system are controlled by the linux device driver mechanism. MPEG1/2 technique is used to compress TV tuner signal and external analog video/audio signal. And compressed data is stored in a hard disk. The data stored in the system is accesable through lan or internet. And RTP protocol is used to enable the system to service live stream of instant video/audio input.

From the Asia Cooperation Program on Conservation Science(ACPCS) of National Research Institute of Cultural Heritage(NRICH), I gained conservation and management experience and knowledges which are highly applicable at the Vat Phou World Heritage site. Firstly, Check list, Mapping, Tape Test and Digital Image Analysis are simple and useful methods which can be introduced to the site directly. If we can get chance to learn more about GIS program, GIS based Database Management System would also be very liable to put into practical use since the site office has been already using the program for general purpose. Lastly, there are more other methods which can diversify the studies on cultural heritage conservation in Laos; Rebound Hardness Test, Ultrasonic Test, Infrared Thermography, XRF Analysis and Hyperspectral Image Analysis etc. To realize those research however, new equipments are needed along with proper education so more cooperation between Korea and Lao would be essential.

본 연구는 성과기반 교육의 핵심인 효율적인 학습성과 평가 관리를 위해 웹 기반 학습성과 관리시스템을 개발하기 위해 시행되었다. 이에 시스템 개발 생명 주기(System Development Life Cycle)모델에 근거하여 분석-설계-구현-평가의 과정에 따라 사용자의 요구를 분석하여 컨텐츠와 시스템을 구성하고 설계하여 관리시스템을 개발하였으며, 시스템 구현 후 사용자의 만족도를 분석하였다. 개발된 시스템을 통해 졸업 시점에 이른 학생들의 학습성과 평가결과를 학습성과 별, 학생 개인별로 달성목표가 성취되었는지를 한 눈에 모니터 할 수 있게 되었다. 이를 통해 일정한 목표수준에 도달하지 못한 학습성과 항목 및 학생들의 원인 분석과 필요한 개선방안을 모색할 수 있게 됨으로써 효율적인 학습성과 평가관리가 가능하게 되었다.

최근 들어 WWW(World Wide Web)와 데이터베이스의 통합 문제가 큰 관심이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 WWW와 데이터베이스 시스템을 연동하기 위하여 기존의 서버나 클라이언트를 변경하지 않고 그대로 이용할 수 있는 새로운 방법으로서 CGI(Common Gateway Interface) 방식에 기반을 둔 UCM(United CGI Management) 시스템을 제안한다. CGI 방식 중에서 CGI 실행 방식은 데이터베이스에 접근할 때마다 CGI 프로그램을 실행시키기 때문에 데이터베이스에 대한 많은 동시 요구가 발생될 경우에는 시스템 성능이 크게 저하된다. 하지만 UCM 시스템은 데몬 방식인 통합된 CGI를 사용하여 이러한 CGI 실행 방식의 문제점을 개선한다. 또한 제안된 시스템은 DBMS(DataBase Management Systems)를 통하지 않기 때문에 SQL 언어를 사용하지 않으며 WWW 데이터베이스를 더 경제적인 비용으로 이용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 WWW 데이터베이스 인터페이스를 구축하기 위해 확장된 HTML 태그를 정의하고 데이터베이스로의 접근을 위해 EXODUS 저장 관리자(storage manager)를 사용한다.

In this study, we have developed a web-based management system for greenhouse teleoperation. The remote control system consisted of a database, a web-server, a controller in greenhouse, and clients. The database in the server stored user's information and greenhouse conditions was used to manage user's login and conditioning data. The management system developed by using Java applet, which was a client program for effective and easy management of greenhouse, monitored the greenhouse in real time. Master and driver boards were installed in the greenhouse control unit. Database on flowering to collect and analyze data exchanged data with the server. The master board could be managed effectively by timer routine, repeat control within setting time, and algorithm of setting points. Also, the greenhouse conditions could be controlled by manual or remote controller(PC) through a web browser in internet. Furthermore, all of the control devices of the greenhouse were managed by remote control of using PC and checked via camera installed in greenhouse. Finally, we showed the experimental results of the system which was installed in Pusan Horticultural Experiment Station.

Residental photovoltaic power system achieved remarkable results in distribution and activation through 'One Million Green Homes Program' led by the government. However, system maintenance and management after installation are relative unsatisfactory. Thus, problems, such as malfunctioning, decrease in efficiency, breakage, etc, are occurring in succession which means that expensive facilities are not used effectively. This study attempted to propose a more preferred alternative to the photovoltaic power system currently applied and installed to the housing by investigating and analyzing the said system, identifying management practices, and deriving problems. For this study, 48 houses equipped with photovoltaic systems in J City were chosen and they were analyzed after preliminary research and field investigation. The results revealed that most of the surveyed systems in J City are still in fairly good conditions. But the instruction and information regarding the appropriate operational management of those surveyed systems have not been delivered to the owner. Therefore, promotion education and related manual deployment should be done by the contractor. In terms of installation, inadequate system location and some warranty services are required to be improved, which are usually caused by a lack of careful planning and construction. In addition, the follow-up management needs to be provided about five years later after installation considering system deterioration.

The purpose of this study was to develop a manipulation system for nutrition counseling based on internet. This system offers convenient user interface and the synthetic counseling results with various utilities. This system consists of the general information of clients, the anthropometry data and the calculation of obesity and body index, the state of eating habits, calorie expenditure, clinical symptoms, the convenient method for analysis of nutrients, biochemical data and nutrition prescription. Having interoperability, these functions preserve the information of clients and manage the historical data. This system can insert, store, print out and generate the synthetic information of clients to provide a suitable and efficient nutrition counseling information. With accumulated client data, It does the nutrition education and counseling simultaneously. As it is developed based on internet, it provides friendly user interface. Also, Managing clients' information connected to database, it can provide a systematic and formal information. It is possible for the system to retrieve information and counsel in real time. It is expected that the nutrition counseling management system can improve the national health with animated nutrition counseling.

Recently, food delivery apps are seeing rapid growth into a market worth 1 trillion won under a simple but unique business model of connecting nearby restaurants with consumers via smartphone. Though basic similarities with social commerce exists in aspects such as mail-order sales intermediaries, startups, types of services and market competition structure, food delivery apps resemble social commerce in many ways in that they use excessive marketing to secure market dominance, causing a spike in consumer complaints. If the excessive marketing and increase in customer complaints are not rectified, the food delivery app could also see rapid decline as it gradually grows distant from consumers, just like social commerce. Accordingly, this study will identify the factors consumers recognize as important for continuous use vis-a-vis social commerce and food delivery apps to perform an empirical analysis on what areas need improvement. After deriving the four upper factors of product, information system and service along with eight sub-factors by referring to existing literature, the areas with opportunity for improvement were derived through satisfaction level and relative importance evaluation. The results of this study present a strategic direction for maintaining customers of social commerce and food delivery apps.

The first theme of this study is to preserve and manage rural multi-functionality resource Information. This study is to suggest the method that can irradiate rural multi-functionality resource Information efficiently and constructively. GIS uses PDA and Tablet PC as an investigation tool and verifies the outcome of the development in the investigation system. This study enhanced the mobility function of PDA by installing recording system and camera to the PDA. Also, Using GPS has been ensured scientific precision and realism to the investigation. Direct input on spot can save time, cost and minimize human error by simplifying the investigation process. Database is composed of characters like scale, form, location, distance, resident's opinion and image of 37 resources. The survey system was applied in 170 villages and got a total of 12,270 resources data. Management system should be easy to input and output the surveyed information and to get reports in any kind of form ( i.e. final result can be produced as a map). By utilizing of the Rural Resource information system, the study made a simulation to compare the target areas before and after. Also, digitalized investigation system, minimized re-input and reprocessing of data and enabled to simplify and standardize the process than memorandum investigation. Data collected through digital system could offer people useful information by Web-GIS. It was need to specify practical way in decision-making and a way to measure the value of resources to align with the regional plan. Also, need to keep on developing statistical data and application program that can connect us to present the best solution to support regional planning. Therefore, quality of data is very important. Finally, it is very important to develop various programs to analyze space md rural resource by monitoring rural environment.
