Recently, many kinds of research has been actively developing for a standardization and information related to the construction works. These works include the general field of design, construction, supervision, maintenance and management on facilities. The works of database construction for a standardization and information were chiefly propelled centering around the present conditions related to the design, construction work. The field related to maintenance and management on facilities lags behind in the works of database construction. The establishment of standard classification system(SCS) on facilities and inspection data is most important among the things related to maintenance and management to have a efficiently maintenance and management. This paper suggests SCS on facilities and inspection data according to that of facilities. On the basis of SCS of facilities and inspection data, code work with classification system and input work for a data of maintenance and management was practised. The purpose of this paper is to suggest a kind of statistics data and investigate a characteristics of inspection using statistic data on tunnel structures

본 연구의 목적은 자원봉사담당자들이 보는 우리 나라 자원용사실태에 대한 주관적 평가와 자원봉사관련단체의 지원욕구를 분석하며 자원봉사활동의 활성화를 위한 정책적 함의를 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 전국의 사회복지관련기관, 시민운동단체, 정무관련단체 가운데 자원봉사담당자가 근무하고 있는 것으로 확인된 600개소를 선정하여 이들 담당자들을 대상으로 우편설문조사를 실시하였다. 모두 391개의 설문지를 회수하여 회수율이 65%였고, 이 가운데 응답이 부실한 9명을 제외한 382명에 대해서 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 자원봉사실태에 대한 주관적 평가는 모집, 홍보, 업무배치, 교육훈련, 영역개발, 정보체계의 6개 영역을 대상으로 16개 문항으로 측정되었고, 100점 만점으로 환산하였을 때, 자원봉사담당자들이 보는 우리 나라 자원봉사체계의 평가점수는 낙제수준인 51점으로 나타났다. 특히, 영역개발과 정보체계의 부문이 더욱 열악한 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 현상은 사회복지, 시민운동, 정부관련단체 등 기관의 성격과 관련없이 대부분의 자원봉사관련기관에 공통적으로 나타나는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 더하여서, 정부관련단체에 근무하는 자원봉사담당자들의 경우 자원봉사에 대한 정부의 지원과 일반적인 외부의 지원이 더욱 절대적으로 필요하다고 응답하는 경향을 보였다. 본 연구의 결과를 근거로 우리 나라 자원봉사활동의 활성화를 위한 전제조건으로 법적지원체계구축, 자원봉사활동의 전문화, 관련기관간의 연계체계구축, 전국적 중앙조직을 통한 리더쉽의 발휘 등을 제시하였다.

The Monitoring System developed in this study was designed to help manage the recreational forests by gathering data on visitors' profiles and their opinions about recreational use and related facilities, This data could identify for changing situations in forest recreation demand as well as providing information on planning the management and use of the forest areas in advance. The standardized questionnaire had contained visitor profiles, activities, distribution of use by area, distribution us by time, duration of the visit, expenditure of visitors and information on visitor satisfaction and motivation. Also, the questionnaire had included the evaluations visitors' perception of facilities in order to identify the importance and performance of the various facilities, such as recreational and educational facilities, accomodations, directional signs as well as infrastructure. The monitoring system was developed in the object-oriented programming (OOP) environment. Microsoft Visual Basic 6,0 for the program language, Microsoft Access, and Excel program were used to develop the system. The monitoring system was composed of data input, database, and data analysis system, Once data were put into data input system, it automatically transferred to database, and it eventually produced the results of statistical analysis with one step procedure. This study was integrated with facilities and visitor monitoring system to identify the visitor impact at the recreational forests. In addition, this monitoring system would provide necessary and useful background information for management on recreational use of natural resources in a practical manner.

The studies on nutrition counseling and screening have been based on stand-alone program. This study introduces the nutrition counseling and screening management system. This system offers convenient user interface and the synthetic results of counseling and screening with various utilities, The system for nutrition counseling and screening consists of the general information of clients, the anthropometry data, the calculation of obesity and body mass index, the state of eating habits, the computation of calorie expenditure, the clinical symptoms, the convenient method for analysis of calorie and nutrients, nutrition prescription and alcoholism screening tests. Having interoperability, these functions preserve the information of clients and manage the historical data. The system inserts, stores and generates the synthetic information of clients, so it is able to provide suitable and efficient counseling to clients. The proposed system gathers various information of clients. With accumulated client data, it does the nutrition education, screening and counseling simultaneously. Managing clients' information connected to database, it can provide systematic and formal information. It is possible for the system to retrieve information and counsel in real time. It is expected that the nutrition counseling management system can improve the national health with animated nutrition counseling. (J Community Nutrition 7(4) : $220\∼229$, 2005)

Windows 95 환경하에서 PSI/ISI 데이터의 효율적 관리를 위한 종합지원시스템의 구축과 다원적평가와 분석이 가능하고, 비파괴검사에 의한 원전기기의 건전성 평가시 규제측면에서 기술적인 지원을 할 수 있는 고리 원전 PSI/ISI 데이터 베이스 구축과 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이 프로그램을 활용하면 현재까지 수행된 고리 원전 PSI/ISI의 수행현황과 지금까지 발견된 결함에 대한 조사분석이 가능하며, 향후 국내 PSI/ISI 결과의 자료분석이 가능한 전문가 시스템(expert system) 개발에 한단계 접근하게 되었다. 그리고, PSI/ISI에서 발견된 결함에 대한 조사분석 결과를 근거로 결함의 종류, 형태, 처리방법 등에 대한 자세한 분석을 통하여 국내 원전 PSI/ISI 결과의 확률론적 신뢰도 평가 또는 확률론적 안전성평가를 위한 결함검출확률곡선의 작성과 위험도에 근거한 가동중검사제도의 도입에 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하였다. 더 나아가 지금까지의 자료분석을 바탕으로 보다 경제적이며 신뢰성이 높은 PSI/ISI의 수행으로 원전 압력경계기기의 건전성과 신뢰성 확보 및 수명예측을 위한 기초자료를 제공하였다.

Free from the industrial accident is the goal from top manager to foreman. Therefore all the company try to prevent occupational accident using system safety program in order to increase productivity Korean industries have been tend to depending upon historical information to control risk. The other hand, foreign industries have been Identify risk factors using system safety techniques to predict future risk. Therefore, this study is presented to applying the foreign industries's risk control technique to korean industries.

Dangerous driving is a major cause of traffic accidents in Korea. It becomes more serious for commercial vehicles due to higher fatality rates. The Safe Driving Management System (SDMS), developed in this research, is a comprehensive solution that monitors and stores driving conditions of vehicles, detects dangerous driving situations, and analyzes the results in real time. The Safe Driving Management System consists of a vehicle movement information controller, a dangerous driving detection algorithm and a vehicle movement data report and analysis program. The dangerous driving detection algorithm detects and classifies dangerous driving conditions into representative cases such as sudden acceleration, sudden braking, sudden lane change, and sudden turning. Both computer simulation and vehicle test have been conducted to develop and verify the algorithm. The Safe Driving Management System has been implemented on commercial buses to verify its reliability and objectivity. It is expected that the system can contribute to prevention of traffic accidents, systemization of safe driving management and reduction of commercial vehicle operation costs.

20세기 후반부터 급속한 경제발전과 자연훼손을 야기시키는 무분별한 사회기반시설물 건설은 엘니뇨(지구온난화)현상을 유발시켰다. 이런 이유로, 자연재해로부터 중대한 문화재를 보호하기 위한 문화재보존계획의 수립이 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는, 수치사진측량 프로그램을 이용하여 석조문화재(석탑)로부터 3D-dxf파일과 VRML-wrl(3차원 이미지를 지원하는)파일을 얻었다. 이 두 파일과 다른 기타 제반사항의 속성정보들을 이용하여 데이터베이스를 구축하였다. 그리고 기존의 문화재 정보 자료형태를JAVA와HTML, 그리고 Cosmo Player를 사용하여 일원화하였다. 그리하여, 문화재의 효율적인 관리뿐 아니라 전문가 및 일반인의 손쉬운 문화재 정보 사용을 위한 문화재관리 정보 시스템을 구축할 수 있었다. 또한, VRML을 이용한 가상 현실상에서 실제와 같은 질감표현을 할 수 있었다.

As cyber attacks become more intelligent, there is difficulty in detecting advanced attacks in various fields such as industry, defense, and medical care. IPS (Intrusion Prevention System), etc., but the need for centralized integrated management of each security system is increasing. In this paper, we collect big data for intrusion detection and build an intrusion detection platform using deep learning and CNN (Convolutional Neural Networks). In this paper, we design an intelligent big data platform that collects data by observing and analyzing user visit logs and linking with big data. We want to collect big data for intrusion detection and build an intrusion detection platform based on CNN model. In this study, we evaluated the performance of the Intrusion Detection System (IDS) using the KDD99 dataset developed by DARPA in 1998, and the actual attack categories were tested with KDD99's DoS, U2R, and R2L using four probing methods.

본 논문에서는 대규모 국가기술자격 종합관리시스템 구축 및 운영에서 중요한 관리요소인 상설검정체계가 안정성과 시스템부하 측면에서 불안요소를 가지고 있는바, 최대 효율성과 안정성을 기반으로 WBT(Web-based test)와 CBT(Computer-based test)의 장점만을 혼용한 WCBT시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 제안된 시스템의 성능평가를 위하여 기본적 시뮬레이션으로 파일럿시스템에서 제안 기술을 적용하여 검증 한 후 대한상공회의소 실시간 국가기술자격 시험에 적용한 결과 안정성이 입증되어 지방상공회의소까지 지속적으로 확대할 계획이다. 제안 시스템은 해외자격시험에서 자주 발생되는 통신장애 문제를 근본적으로 해결하였으며 시스템부하 측면에서 최대 효율성을 보여주었다. 본 논문에서 설계 및 구현한 WCBT 서버 및 클라이언트시스템은 운영자 및 시험 감독자의 관리체계와 편리성에서도 좋은 평가를 도출하였다.
