In this paper the method which can intensify effect of education and experiment in the subject of power electronics Is Introduced. Besides theoretical lectures by textbook during 3 hours a week, students can out the simulation and experiment using PSIM, special simulation program for power electronics, and 'Power Electronics Training System', experimental equipments of Lab-Volt Ltd. for power electronics, and 'Data Acquisition & Management System' Thus students can have profound understandings and experiences about various practical situations.

Server management and power management are important to operate a data center stably and efficiently. By this paper, we introduce an web based application that is able to monitor and visualize energy consumption, help to energy consumption analysis of a data center due to provide server monitoring information such as temperatures for server, status of each device, power status using server management interfaces and power management modules in data center, also suggest the methods to implement them. This application takes advantage of IPMI which is server management standard interfaces and server management technology in manufacturer's individual way so it can do integrated monitoring for heterogeneous severs, and there is little monitoring load inside of server system because it doesn't need to install agent program for monitoring target system, and it can be used successfully to energy consumption analysis, server management in a data center due to realtime provided energy consumption and monitoring information.

Government publications at public institutions are data that are intended to convey the purpose of an institution or the performance of its business to the public or inside the institution. The management of government publications has become increasingly important under the framework of laws and systems, but matters concerning the nature and value of government publications have not been carried out at records management sites. The Act focused on the archives of the six metropolitan government, and presented issues and improvement measures for efficient management of government publications. To that end, the government should maintain a consistent payment system for publications. As payment method and payment book data in government publications are presented differently by law, a system for integrated management should be established to provide brief information and original information. Second, it is necessary to establish an administrative system that meets the storage environment. The publication registration and payment book system presented by the government's publication guidelines is the central system of the National Archives and Records Service, so it is not an efficient system in the agency archives. Third, support should be provided to recognize the value of government publications and to preserve and manage them in the long term. To dispose of the government publications, a realistic classification method, integrated and controlled program should be presented, and criteria for users using the service should be provided. Fourth, it is the establishment of an integrated management system for government publications. The National Archives Service, the National Central Library, and the National Assembly Library should simultaneously build an abstract of information and original information so that they can be managed systematically and efficiently.

The Korean navy has made many efforts to apply the concepts of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and M&S to its naval design and production. However, most of the efforts that have being applied to some acquisition processes, focused only on the element technologies without information models and data frameworks. This study discusses an information model of naval ships for advanced naval acquisitions. We introduce a naval ship product model, and it refers to the DPD (Distributed Product Description) concept of SBA (Simulation-Based Acquisition). To realize the product model concept, we design a data architecture and develop a Product Model Management System (PMMS) based on a PDM System. It is validated through the case study of building the product model of the battle ship that the PMMS has the applicability to effectively manage the naval ship acquisition data on the basis of a 3D product model.

In this time, as an industrial society developed to a welfare society, more and more people want their quality of lives upgraded and specially customized service by mass production/mass consumption. And it leads to an increase of requiring service. There're active developments and studies on various IT equipment as the requirement made IT devices used in service. In this paper, we try to design and realize radio paging DID by using smart device to be used as a receiver of a radio pager which is broadly used at face to face service. Firstly, we used MCU to design and implement Wireless Calling Gateway which change radio calling signal of ISM band to smart device. A receiver of wireless caller used original receiver module. Also it used bluetooth module to communicate with smart device. It was possible to have satisfactory communication since radio paging signal converter and smart device were linked in 3M. Secondly, to indicate various paging information delivered from a radio pager, we realized DID application program by using Smart PAD. As a result, we could indicate various information compared to an original receiver which only could indicate letters or numeric data. Secondly, we implemented the DID app for wireless calls that can display a variety of information sent from a wireless pager. Was implemented using the Smart Pad. As a result, it is shown that can display a variety of information than the existing receiver.

To prevent damage to the cargo, monitoring and remote management for reefer containers is necessary. The currently used remote monitoring service is the Power Cable Transmission(PCT) system, which is recommended by the International Maritime Organization(IMO). However, this system is not widely used because it requires a separate PCT infrastructure and is susceptible to data loss problems. To solve this problem, this study introduces the "IoT-based reefer container management system", The proposed system which is attached to reefer container collects and transmits data on the temperature, status and location of reefer container to middleware using RS-232 communication and WCDMA/GSM communication. Middleware is store the data received in the database and provide information to user in real time through the web and mobile program. At this time, users able to change setting temperature in real time from a distant place through the web program. This study tested by transit about shipment of strawberries to monitor and analyze and check the system's overall effectiveness.

Sunchon National University Farming Promotion Center is a unique social education institution for the farmers. This study intends to analyze the educational and training programs for future farmer candidates with a expert technology, successors to the rural leaders of Saemaul Movements, expert farmers, the students of farming practice courses in the Department of Agricultural Education, and the citizens participating in the social education courses. It is an urgent problem to recruit the experts in social education, and in specialized and advanced farm management technology. A committee for the betterment of the social education program should be consisted of the social education experts, and alumni of the Farming Promotion Center to share their farming information with one another. In order to achieve the successful goal in the education program of the Farming Promotion Center, the well planned field trips and the supervised farming practices should be secured, and the follow-up management system for the people finishing the courses of the educational programs should be formulated.

It is used to lead to serious structural vulnerability of the system security of security-critical system when we have quickly developed software system according to urgent release schedule without appropriate security planning, management, and assurance processes. The Data Set and Provider of DataSnap, which is a middleware of Delphi XE2 of the Embarcadero Technologies Co., certainly help to develop an easy and fast-paced procedure, but it is difficult to apply security program and vulnerable to control software system security when the connection structure Database-DataSnap server-SQL Connection-SQL Data set-Provider is applied. This is due to that all kinds of information of Provider are exposed on the moment when DataSnap Server Port is sure to malicious attackers. This exposure becomes a window capable of running SQL Command. Thus, it should not be used Data Set and Provider in the DataSnap Server in consideration of all aspects of security management. In this paper, we study on the verification of the security vulnerabilities for Client and Server DataSnap in Dlephi XE2, and we propose a secure coding method to improve security vulnerability in the DataSnap server system.

Dongdaemun Fashion District has been successfully positioned as the main hub for fashion product distribution in Korea since 1960 thanks to its unique and successful fashion merchandising system. This system enables the distributors to respond quickly to consumer need and inexpensive price. However, at the present time, Dongdaemun Fashion District has been facing serious challenges from new types of retail stores such as fast fashion brands like ZARA and online shopping malls. To achieve this result, statistical analysis was performed using data from 68 employees of wholesalers in the Dongdaemun Fashion District. They were required to answer questions regarding the marketing system supporting program, amenities like restrooms, and traffic congestion. For the case study, C.I.S, a successful global wholesale system in Italy, was selected. C.I.S has 130 offices offering professional services in the field of trade, legal and tax issues, and insurance. This study suggests cooperation among related wholesalers in order to make an area management plan in the Dongdaemun Fashion District. Also, for the wholesalers to build up product information system and infrastructure for the Global marketing strategy.
