고령사회를 대비한 노년준비교육 프로그램에 관한 연구 (Life Stage Preparation Program in an Aged Society)

  • 본 연구는 노년준비교육 프로그램에 대한 요구도 조사, 프로그램의 개발 및 실시 그리고 프로그램의 효과 검증을 통한 평가를 목적으로 수행하였다. 이를 위해 사회복지학, 가족학, 직업학 등의 노인 관련 전문가를 중심으로 연구진을 구성하였다. 요구도 조사는 20대 이상 남녀 560명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 20대와 60대 이상 두 집단을 대상으로 프로그램의 개발, 실행 및 평가가 이루어졌다. 그 결과 노년준비교육 프로그램은 생애단계와 노인의 전반적 이해, 경제적 준비, 직업, 건강증진 및 유지, 죽음과 사별대비, 심리적 관점, 자기완성의 추구, 노년기의 사회참여, 원만한 가족관계, 노인주거의 10개 영역으로 분류되었으며, 각 영역별로 교육의 효과가 유의미한 것으로 나타났다.

  • 이 연구는 학교 기반, 교사 주도의 초등 인성교육 프로그램이 초등학생들의 인성 함양에 영향을 미쳤는지 분석했다. 분석 결과 프로그램에 참여한 학생들의 인성 수준은 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상되었다. 이는 프로그램이 초등학생 인성함양에 효과가 있었음을 시사한다. 하지만 학년에 따라 인성교육의 효과가 달라질 수 있음을 보였다.

The Influence of Individual Characteristics, Training Content and Manager Support on On-the-Job Training Effectiveness

  • The study examines the influence of individual characteristics, training content, and manager support on the effectiveness of on-the-job (OJT) training in the banking and finance industry. A simple random sampling technique was used to select the samples. Questionnaires were distributed to respondents in order to obtain the data. Using cross-sectional data obtained from 396 respondents in Bank A in Malaysia, the multiple regression results show that self-efficacy, motivation to learn, training content, and manager support have positive influence on OJT training effectiveness. Among all these factors, manager support is very highly correlated with OJT training effectiveness. The findings have given fruitful insight of the crucial roles of OJT training in the respective bank, particularly to bring forward the roles of systematic design and implementation of OJT training. This study is not only expanding knowledge in OJT and training, but offers managers practical insights in developing good OJT training program by considering employees need, capabilities, skills and job requirement. Furthermore, this study also provides a valuable framework in identifying the effectiveness of OJT training program for certain jobs. Further discussion of the research findings and its implications to theoretical knowledge of training and managers are promised at the end of the article.

간호조직내의 팔로워십[Followership]이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of the Followership Style on the Organizational Effectiveness in Nursing Organization)

  • Purpose: The purposes of the study were to examine whether nurses' followership style influence organizational effectiveness and to test the model of organizational effectiveness including the factors of nursing organizational culture, leadership style, and followership style. Methods: Data were collected from July 10th to september 20th in 2006 from 451 nurses working in four acute care hospitals. Data analysis were performed by Chi-square test, ANOVA, Duncan test, Pearson Correlation, and maximum likelihood estimation, using the SAS and LISREL 8.30 program. Results: The findings showed that the types of nurses' followership were classified as passive (21.1%), alienated (8.2%), conformist (16.4%), pragmatist (35.9%), and effective style (18.4%). There was significant difference in the organizational effectiveness among the nurses with different followership styles. In testing the path model, transformational, transactional leadership directly influenced followership style. Followership directly influenced organizational effectiveness. Conclusion: The overall fitness of the model was good, evidenced by general fitness index (GFI)=.94, adjusted goodness of fitness index (AGFI)=.82, and root mean square residual (RMSEA)=.06. Based on the findings, it is recommended to develop a program for enhancing effective followership in nursing organization.

웹 기반 학습 프로그램이 혈압측정에 대한 자기효능감, 지식 및 수행능력에 미치는 효과 (Effectiveness of web based learning program on self efficacy, knowledge, and competence in measurement of blood pressure)

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify the effectiveness of a web based learning program on self efficacy, knowledge, and competence in measurement of blood pressure in college nursing students. Method: This study was an experimental research study. Data were collected from April 20 to June 1. 2011. The participants were 68 first year nursing students (experimental group 37, control group 31). The collected data were analyzed with the PASW 18.0 program, using ${\chi}^2$-test, t-test, and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$. Results: The mean score for self efficacy in blood pressure measurement in the experimental group was 61.9 and in the control group 60.7. This result was statistically significant (t=3.301, p=.002). The mean score for knowledge of blood pressure measurement in the experimental group was 11.5 and in the control group 10.8. This result was statistically significant (t=2.910, p=.005). But effectiveness of competence in blood pressure measurement was not significant. Conclusion: The study results show that the web based learning program was effective for self efficacy and knowledge in blood pressure measurement but not for competence indicating.-a need to develop strategies to improve competence in blood presessure measurement for these students.

The Effectiveness of a Training Program based on the Social Story Strategy for Developing Self-Determination Skills among Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder

  • The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the training program based on the social story strategy for developing self-determination skills among students with autism spectrum disorder. The population of the study consisted of all students with autism spectrum disorder in the Desired Hope Association for People with Disabilities in Makkah Al-Mukarramah and the sample of the study consisted of (6) students. The study used the quasi-experimental approach with one group. To achieve the objectives of the study, the ARCS scale for self-determination skills was used, Hassan Al-Masry (2018). The results of the study revealed, through comparing the students' performances in their pre and post-tests regarding to the ARKS scale and through their answers on the scale, the effectiveness of the training program based on the social story for developing the skills of self-determination among students with autism spectrum disorder. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences after applying the program when significance level was (0.001). The result came in favor of the post-test.

일학습병행 공동훈련센터 전담자 교육훈련 효과성 분석 연구 (Performance Evaluation on Educational Program for Employees of the Work-Learning Dual System Training Center)

  • 본 연구는 일학습병행 사업관계자 직무연수 참여자 2,543명의 교육훈련 만족도 조사 결과를 활용하여 일학습병행 공동훈련센터 전담자를 주 대상으로 한 교육훈련의 성과분석을 진행하고, 교육과정 효과성 제고를 위한 시사점을 제시하였다. 연구 결과 일학습병행 공동훈련센터 전담자 교육훈련은 매우 높은 수준의 학습자 만족도를 나타내 성공적인 교육훈련을 제공한 것으로 평가되었다. 교육과정 운영 현황 및 교육 참여자 특성은 학습자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 강사·주제·시설환경·운영 측면의 만족은 모두 교육과정 만족에 유의한 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

범이론적 모형을 적용한 대면적 금연상담 프로그램의 효과 (Effectiveness of Public Health Center Smoking Cessation Counseling Program using the Transtheoretical Model)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effectiveness of public health center smoking cessation counseling program using the transtheoretical model on the process of change, smoking temptation, decisional balance and stage change transition. Methods: A nonequivalent control group non-synchronized design was used for this study. The study population was 115 adult smokers. The counseling program was administered to the experimental group and a smoking cessation program from the Korean Ministry of Health & Welfare was administered to the control group. Descriptive analysis, $\chi^2-test$, t-test, and ANCOVA were used with the SPSS 12.0 program to analyze the data. Results: After treatment with this program, the experimental group showed significantly higher scores for process of change (t=4.148, p<.001), smoking temptation (t=-2.988, p=.003), and stage change transition ($\chi^2=5.871$, p=.031) compared to the control group. Experimental group members also showed significantly lower score for Pros of smoking (t=-3.151, p=.002). Conclusion: The findings indicate that this program could have positive effect on process of change, smoking temptation, decisional balance and stage transition for adult smokers. Based on these findings, the authors suggest additional counseling program focusing on smokers in specific stages.

어머니의 양육효능감과 공감 증진 및 양육스트레스 감소를 위한 자녀양육코칭 프로그램의 개발과 효과 (The Development and the Effectiveness of a Parenting Coaching Program for Parenting Competence, Empathy, and Parenting Stress in Mothers)

  • The purpose of this study is, first, to develop a Parenting Coaching Program to improve parenting competence, and empathy skills, and reduce parenting stress for mothers and second, to examine the program's effectiveness. The program consists of 8 sessions and each session employs a variety of activities and parenting skills to help mothers. The Parenting Sentence of Competence Scale, Empathy Scale, and Parenting Stress Index were used as a pre-test, post-test, and follow-up test, respectively. The data was analyzed by the SPSS 16.0 program, which applied the t-test. Twelve mothers participated in eight sessions of the Parenting Coaching Program, and were compared with the control group of twelve mothers who did not receive treatment. The treatment group statistically showed significant improvement in parenting competence, empathy, and a significant decrease in stress level, in comparison to the control group. It was concluded that the Parenting Coaching Program was effective for improving parenting competence, and empathy skills, and reducing stress.

교육훈련프로그램특성이 기업의 활성화를 매개로 교육훈련 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 중소기업 종사자를 중심으로 - (Effects of Education and Training Program Characteristics on Education and Training Satisfaction though Mediation of Enterprise Revitalization - Based on Employees of Small and Medium-Sized Company -)

  • A survey was performed on employees of a small and medium-sized company how had participated in an education & training program, in order to identify the relationship between the enterprise revitalize and its characteristics, and to know how the program and its satisfaction was related with each other. The results showed that education & training program characteristics had influence on the enterprise revitalize and then the latter made effect on its satisfaction. It is suggested that a plan should be developed to promote self-improvement needs of employees when an education & training program is to be made, and by changing the state of facility or training conditions, the efficiency of the program should also be pursued. In addition, it is imperative for the participants to have strong motivation for self-improvement in the program, and it seems that the effectiveness of the program is expected to work in accordance with the will of the company as well as its growth and developmental standards.
