학령기자녀를 둔 부모를 위한 부모교육 프로그램의 효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on Effects of Parent Education Program for Parents with School Aged Children)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a Korean culture-specific parenting education program for parents with school aged children, and to investigate how this program affected their overall parenting behavior. We ran an 8-week session program for parents with first, second and third elementary school graders and conducted questionnaires before and after the program in order to examine the program's effects. In the questionnaire, we asked participants about parenting behavior, parenting stress, parenting efficacy and parenting knowledge. The results showed that the program participants tended to have higher scores on parenting behavior, parenting efficacy and parenting knowledge after the eight sessions. They also demonstrated lower scores on parenting stress. Study results imply that our parenting program is practical in an elementary school setting and can also apply to higher graders.

항공사 유지자산이 고객의 긍정적·배타적 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Airline's Retention Equity on Customer Positive·Behavior Intention)

  • 본 연구는 최근 급변하고 있는 국내 항공운송시장에서 항공사 유지자산이 항공여행객들의 긍정적 배타적 행동의도에 미치는 영향력을 평가하고, 고객이탈을 최소화할 수 있는 유지기반의 주요 변인들을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 먼저 실증분석을 위해 인천국제공항과 김포공항에서 국적항공사를 이용하는 내국인 항공여행객들을 대상으로 서베이를 실시하였고, 수집된 자료 480부에 대해 SPSS 통계패키지의 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 항공사 충성도 프로그램, 특별우대와 인정프로그램, 커뮤니티 프로그램은 모두 긍정적 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 배타적 행동의도에 대해서는 특별우대와 인정프로그램, 커뮤니티 프로그램만이 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 연구결과는 특별우대와 인정프로그램, 커뮤니티 프로그램이 충성도 프로그램보다 항공사 전환 장벽으로서 더 높은 영향력을 가지고 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구는 심화된 경쟁시장에서 고객유지를 극대화할 수 있는 유지자산의 변인들을 도출하고 전략적 우선순위를 실증 규명하였다는 데에 연구의 학문적 실무적 의의를 가진다.

금연학교 교육프로그램이 청소년 흡연자의 흡연행위에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Smoking Cessation School Program on Smoking Behavior in Adolescent Smokers)

  • This study was designed to investigate the effects of a smoking cessation school program on attitudes towards smoking cessation, the subjective norm, perceived behavioral controls, the intent to cease smoking and smoking behavior. Also included was the goals of the program itself. Study subjects were 80 adolescent smokers who at least attended the smoking cessation school program without absence. had smoked one cigarette at the time of the first study before the program and attended the first. second. and third studies (The study was conducted from September 26. to December 21. 1999. a period of 59 days). Data collection was performed using the TPB questionnaire which was developed by Jee Yon-Ock(1994). The survey included questions covering the intended areas of study mentioned above. The first data was collected during the first day of the five day program. The second survey was conducted immediately after the last day of the program and the last survey was four weeks later. Data was analyzed with a SAS/PC program including N. %. a paired t-test. The results were as follows; 1. After the program. the scores representing attitude towards smoking cessation (before program: 14.5. after program: 16.8) and perceived behavioral control (before program: 1.2. after program: 2.1) rose significantly, but the scores for attitudes towards the subjective norm and the intent to cease smoking were not notably different. 2. After the program. the frequency of daily smoking fell significantly (before program: 5.7 cigarettes. after program: 3.2 cigarettes). In conclusion, the five day smoking cessation school program increased attitude. perceived behavioral control and decreased smoking behavior but did not influence subjective norm, smoking cessation intention. Thus, further study is required to better evaluate the effects of the program and to improve any shortcomings.

청각장애학생의 건강증진행위를 위한 교육 프로그램 효과 (Effects of an Education Program on Health Promotion Behavior for Hearing Impaired Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of an education program on health promotion behavior for students with hearing impairments. Method: For this study a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used. The three components of the study were: 1) the recognition of the importance of health promotion behavior, 2) formation of supportive networks, and 3) practice of health promotion behavior. The study population consisted of 38 students with hearing impairments (experimental group [19], control group [19]). The program was provided to students in the experimental group for 50-120 minutes, once a week for 3 weeks. Descriptive statistics, $X^2$-test, t-test, Fisher's exact test, and ANCOVA were used to analyze the data. Results: Perceived social support and health promotion behavior, but not self efficacy, were significantly different between the two groups. Conclusion: The result of this study indicate that this education program for health promotion behavior was effective for promoting perceived social support and health promotion behavior in students with hearing impairments, but further continuous research is needed to identify effective interventions to promote health behavior in students with hearing impairments and to allow for generalization of the results of this study.

침습적 처치에 대한 교육 프로그램이 입원환아 어머니의 불안 및 지지행위에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Invasive Procedure Education Program on the Anxiety and Supportive Behavior of Mothers with Hospitalized Children)

  • Purpose: This study was to examine how an invasive procedures education program affected the anxiety and supportive behavior of mothers with hospitalized children, and to help provide an efficient to improve their maternal role performance by boosting their supportive behavior. Method: To evaluate their anxiety, Spilberger(1972)'s Anxiety Inventory that was translated by Kim Jeong-taek, et al.(1978) was employed, and Weon Dae-yeoung(1999)'s modified version of Melnyx(1994)'s Index of Parent Support During Instructive Procedure was utilized to assess their supportive behavior. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS program. Statistical data on real number and percentage were acquired, and $x^2$-test and t-test were conducted. Result: There was a more favorable change in the anxiety(trait anxiety and state anxiety) of the experimental group that participated in an invasive procedures education program(a mean of -0.14) than in that of the control group that didn't(a mean of 0.16). The experimental group(an average of 4..65) outstripped the control group(a mean of 3.42) in that regard. Conclusions: The invasive procedures education program that catered to the mothers with hospitalized children turned out to be effective in easing their anxiety and enhancing their supportive behavior.

통합적 접근에 의한 소비자교육 프로그램이 유아의 소비자 행동에 미치는 영향 (Effects of a Consumer Education Program Based on an Integrated Approach for Teaching Consumer Behavior)

  • The subjects of this study of the effects of a consumer education program were 22 experimental and 21 control group children aged five in 2 classes of D day care center in J City. The 14 week consumer education program, based on Lee Ki Soak et al.(1998), was composed of sixteen activities covering five areas relating to curriculum themes, and three activities designed to be employed continuously regardless of the curriculum themes. Pre-, post-, and follow-up surveys were conducted using the consumer behavior questionnaire for mothers. Results showed immediate overall positive effects, including improvement in resource management behavior among sub-areas of consumer behavior. Continued effects of the program were validated by the follow-up survey conducted 4 month after the training program ended.

윤리 프로그램을 통한 비윤리적 정보공유 행동의 개선: 사회적 자본과 잔물결 효과 (Behavior Improvement of Unethical Information-Sharing by The Ethical Program : Social Capital and Ripple Effect)

  • 본 연구는 윤리 프로그램이 조직 구성원들의 비윤리적 정보공유 행동을 개선하는지를 확인하는데 목적이 있다. 조직구성원의 비윤리적 정보공유 행동은 기업의 정보자산을 외부에 누출시키는 개인의 사적 이익을 도모하는 것이다. 개인의 비윤리적 정보공유는 사회적 자본을 위한 기회주의와 이기적 행동이며, 조직 내부에 부정적 잔물결 효과를 가지게 된다. 본 연구방법은 흐름은 군집과 판별분석, t-검정, 다중회귀분석 순서로 실시하였다. 연구결과에 따르면, 기회주의적 조직 구성원과 비기회주의적 구성원의 비윤리적 정보공유 행동의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 기회주의적 조직 구성원 집단은 가치지향과 순응지향 윤리 프로그램 모두 운영할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 비 기회주의적 조직 구성원 집단은 가치지향 윤리 프로그램으로도 비윤리 정보공유 행동을 개선시키는데 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 연구에는 윤리 프로그램 운영 횟수와 실제 처벌자의 행동을 탐색할 필요가 있다.

대학생들의 메타동기상태에 기반한 건강행위동기화 프로그램 개발 및 효과 (The development and effect of a health behavior motivational program based on metamotivational states of college students)

  • 본 연구는 대학생들의 건강행위동기화프로그램을 개발한 뒤 그 효과를 파악하기 위한 연구이다. 연구대상자는 122명으로 식이 및 운동요법의 건강행위 시 경험하게 되는 메타동기상태 유형을 알아보고자 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료수집기간은 2018년 7월부터 12월까지였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 목표지향적 그리고 쾌락지향적 상태가 식이와 운동요법 두 가지가 우세하게 높았다. 프로그램이후 식이요법, 5.28, 운동요법 5.11로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 본 연구의 건강행위동기화 프로그램은 대학생들의 식이 및 운동요법의 건강행위를 유지하는데 효율적인 간호중재프로그램으로 확인되었다. 따라서 본 프로그램을 대학생들의 건강행위동기화에 효율적인 결과를 도출할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

문제 중심 학습의 물 환경교육 프로그램이 초등학생의 환경 친화적 행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Water Environmental Program Focused on Problem-Based Learning for Elementary School Students on Pro-Environmental Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the influences of water environmental program using PBL on pro-environmental behavior for 4th graders in elementary school. The results of this study are as follows. First, the experimental group is more effective in promoting the pro-environmental attitude compared with the control group. Second, the experimental group is more effective in promoting the pro-environmental behavior compared with the control group. Third, the experimental group is not more effective in promoting the pro-environmental knowledge compared with the control group. Fourth, students are concerned and interested in the environment and environmental problems of the daily-life. And, they presented positive attitude and active participation toward environmental preservation. So, the process of PBL using water environmental program showed that it promotes active learning participation and various action. In conclusion, the environmental education program through PBL program has a positive effect on pro-environmental attitudes and behavior of elementary school students. It is demanded that more intensive research on this study should be done, linking with teaching and learning method, as a follow-up activity.

건강증진프로그램이 중년기 여성의 건강증진행위와 심혈관계 위험요인에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Health Promotion Programs on Health Promoting Behavior and Cardiovascular Risk Factors of Middle-aged Women)

  • Purpose: This study is aimed at testing the effect of health promotion program on health promoting behavior and cardiovascular risk factors of middle-aged women. Method: The research design was the nonequivalent control group pre-post test. Twelve middle-aged women were the experimental group and ten were the control group. The 8-week health promotion program was given to the experimental group. There were health promotion theories, flexibility and muscle strength exercise, cardiopulmonary endurance exercise, nutrition, stress management, cancer prevention and early detection, management of menopause and wrap-up in health promotion program for middle-aged women. The measurement tool was Health Promoting Behavior developed by researcher using serum cholesterol, obesity rate, systolic blood pressure, and diastolic blood pressure as cardiovascular risk factors. Result: The experimental group showed a higher score of health promoting behavior than the control group. There were no differences on cardiovascular risk factors(cholesterol, obesity rate, diastolic blood pressure) between the experimental and control groups except systolic blood pressure. Conclusion: Conclusively, this health promotion program for middle-aged women was effective in increasing health promotion behaviors, but wasn't effective in decreasing cardiovascular risk factors except the systolic blood pressure. It seems it's necessary to re-study this using more samples and a longer duration of the program, and smaller mortality rate.
