This paper proposes how to build an expert profile database in KMS, which provides the information of expertise that each expert possesses in the organization. To manage tacit knowledge in a knowledge management system, recent researches in this field have shown that it is more applicable in many ways to provide expert search mechanisms in KMS to pinpoint experts in the organizations with searched expertise so that users can contact them for help. In this paper, we develop a framework to automate expert classification using a text categorization technique called Vector Space Model, through which an expert database composed of all the compiled profile information is built. This approach minimizes the maintenance cost of manual expert profiling while eliminating the possibility of incorrectness and obsolescence resulted from subjective manual processing. Also, we define the structure of expertise so that we can implement the expert classification framework to build an expert database in KMS. The developed prototype system, "Knowledge Portal for Researchers in Science and Technology," is introduced to show the applicability of the proposed framework.

클라우드 컴퓨팅이 활성화됨에 따라 다양한 클라우드 서비스가 대중적으로 보급되고, 그에 따른 클라우드 컴퓨팅 관련 제품들을 IT시장에서 쉽게 접할 수 있게 되었다. 일반적으로 IT제품군에 대해서 보안성 평가를 수행하고, 그 결과 값을 통해 소비자에게 객관적인 지침으로 활용될 수 있는 국제 표준인 공통평가기준에서는 보안 제품군에 대한 보안목 표명세서인 보호프로파일을 제공하고 있다. 하지만 현재 일반적인 IT제품군에 대한 보호프로파일은 존재하지만 클라우드 관련 제품군에 대해서는 보호프로파일이 존재하지 않아 보안성 평가를 위한 표준화된 방법이 없는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 클라우드 데이터 관리 시스템 보호프로파일을 제안하고자 한다.

This study is performed to investigate the quality characteristics of sulgidduk added with cheonnyuncho fruit powder. Sulgidduk was prepared with freeze-dried cheonnyuncho, rice flour, sugar syrup and salt. The sulgidduk was made with various amounts (0, 3, 6, 9, 12%) of added cheonnyuncho fruit powder. The proximate composition, pH, Hunter's color value, texture profile analysis, sensory characteristics and SEM of cheonnyuncho sulgidduk were being examined. The addition of cheonnyuncho fruit powder has a tendency to decrease the moisture contents of sulgidduk while the crude ash, crude lipid and crude protein increased. The pH of sulgidduk decreased when the amounts of cheonnyuncho fruit powder increased. As the amount of cheonnyuncho fruit powder increased, the lightness (L) decreased, while the redness (a) and yellowness (b) increased. In texture profile analysis, the hardness decreased with increasing cheonnyuncho fruit powder contents, whereas cohesiveness, springiness, gumminess and brittleness increased. The results of sensory evaluation showed that the sulgidduk with 3%, 6% of cheonnyuncho fruit powder got the highest scores on the color, taste, springiness and acceptability. The air cells of sulgidduk observed by SEM were big and uniform with the amount of cheonnyuncho fruit powder increased. In conclusion, these results show that the quality and preference increased when 3%, 6% of cheonnyuncho fruit powder was added to the sulgidduk.

With the advent of high technologies such as the 4th Industrial Revolution and artificial intelligence and big data, efforts are being made to solve urban problems and improve the quality of life by applying new technologies in the smart city field. In addition, as carbon neutrality has emerged as an important issue due to global warming, smart city energy platform technologies such as urban energy management, efficiency improvement, and carbon reduction are in the spotlight. In order to effectively manage urban energy, energy resource information such as electricity, water, gas, hot water, heating, etc. must be collected from the management system of various energy utilities and managed on the central platform. The centrally integrated data is delivered to external city management systems that require city energy information through an energy platform. This study developed a CIM profile for smart city energy monitoring required to provide energy data to external systems. Electric data model were designed using the CIM class of IEC 61970, and water, gas, and heat data model were designed in compliance with the UML-based design ideas of IEC 61970.

The objective of this study is to propose methods of controlling the wake behind a sphere for drag reduction using the suboptimal control theory and surrogate management framework, respectively. The Reynolds numbers considered is 300 at which the base flow is unsteady planar symmetric. Given the cost function defined as the square of the difference between the target pressure (potential-flow pressure) and real flow pressure on the sphere surface, the suboptimal control makes the flow steady axisymmetric and produces drag reduction. Based on the actuation profile from the suboptimal control, the optimal wavy actuation profile is obtained using the surrogate management framework and produces drag reduction.

이 연구의 목적은 광역지방자치단체에서 사용하고 있는 단위과제 운영상 문제점을 조사 분석하고, 그 과정에서 도출된 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 기능분류체계의 최하위 단위이자 보존기간 책정 단위인 단위과제의 신설부터, 단위과제 보존기간 책정, 단위과제카드 생성, 기록물 편철까지 일련의 운영 과정에서 나타나는 문제점들을 지적하고 사례를 소개하였다. 그리고 체계적이고 효율적인 기록물 관리를 위하여 단위과제 운영에 있어 개선되거나 고려해 봐야할 요소들을 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 사용자 상황에 적응화된 콘텐츠를 제공하기 위해 필요한 프로파일을 클라이언트에서 처리하기 위한 프레임워크를 설계 및 구현한다. 사용자의 상황에 따라 적응화된 콘텐츠를 제공하기 위해 프로파일은 상황 정보뿐만 아니라 다양한 사용자 정보들로 구성되어야 한다. 또한 클라이언트 디바이스는 프로파일 처리를 위해 프로파일의 생성, 관리, 전송 기능을 가지고 있어야 한다. 제안된 클라이언트 프레임워크에서 사용되는 프로파일은 콘텐츠 적응화를 위해 사용자와 관련된 다양한 정보로 구성하였다. 또한 효율적인 프로파일 처리를 위하여 프로파일 생성, 전송, 관리 기술들을 제안하고 클라이언트 프로파일 프레임워크 설계시 적용하였다. 성능평가 결과, 프로파일 처리를 위해 프레임워크에 제안된 기법들은 기존 기법들에 비해 효율적이었다.

This paper describes progress on formulating a national asbestos profile for the country of Vietnam. The Center of Asbestos Resource, Vietnam, formulated a National Profile on Asbestos-related Occupational Health, with due reference to the International Labor Organization/World Health Organization National Asbestos Profile. The Center of Asbestos Resource was established by the Vietnamese Health Environment Management Agency and the National Institute of Labor Protection, with the support of the Australian Agency for International Development, as a coordinating point for asbestos-related issues in Vietnam. Under the National Profile on Asbestos-related Occupational Health framework, the Center of Asbestos Resource succeeded in compiling relevant information for 15 of the 18 designated items outlined in the International Labor Organization/World Health Organization National Asbestos Profile, some overlaps of the information items notwithstanding. Today, Vietnam continues to import and use an average of more than 60,000 metric tons of raw asbestos per year. Information on asbestos-related diseases is limited, but the country has begun to diagnose mesothelioma cases, with the technical cooperation of Japan. As it stands, the National Profile on Asbestos-related Occupational Health needs further work and updating. However, we envisage that the National Profile on Asbestos-related Occupational Health will ultimately facilitate the smooth transition to an asbestos-free Vietnam.
