The global process of transition from industrial to information society, as well as socio-economic changes taking place in Ukraine, require significant changes in many areas of state activity. It is especially connected with the reforms in the sphere of education. Today, national programs provide for the development of education on the basis of new progressive concepts, the introduction of the educational process of new pedagogical technologies and scientific achievements, the creation of a new system of information education, entrance of Ukaine into the transcontinental computer information system. Information technologies are qualitatively changing the key resources of development: this is no longer a space with fixed production, but primarily mobile finance and intelligence. They have a direct impact on the formation of personal growth, professional content and self-organization, emotional and psychological maturity and consciousness, and so on. One of the main factors in ensuring the stability and social education of the country's citizens is the culture of security, the formation and development of which is an urgent problem today. Comprehensive and systematic development of security culture will significantly increase the readiness of the population, the level of environmental, labor and patriotic education, reduce human losses, material damage from emergencies. Ecological education can be carried out more successfully only gradually and in accordance with the socio-psychological periods of one's development: kindergarten - school - college - university. The creation of such a system of environmental education should be enshrined as the basis of state environmental policy as a constitutional norm with the usage of information technology. Graduates of universities, who are the future of our country, after mastering the skills of basic environmental education must have a high level of environmental culture, which is, in turn, part of general human culture, and investigate environmental issues from the standpoint of their profession. It is known that with the help of environmental education the collective intelligence of society is formed, which can predict human activities and processes occurring in nature, and in some way to help with the elimination of crises. It is through environmental education that another system of human values is being formed, which places great emphasis on intangible wealth and solidarity, and great responsibility of humanity for the ecological state of the native country; provides a higher standard of living as a result of sustainable development, through the introduction of information technology in this system. To improve the quality of life, we need better knowledge, which must be implemented through information technology at the international level.

In this study, we showed understanding and production ability of the interface about internet, operating system, contents, and devices. This study aimed to make a list of 18 items in 4 areas for basic knowledge of UI/UX, establishment of design research, design concept, and design production for 22 sophomore, junior and senior students in IT departments, and the results of understanding were divided into three groups of excellent, normal, and insufficient, and evaluated. It was found that excellent was 18.39%, average was 38.52% and insufficient was 43.07%. Therefore, 18.39% of the students understood UI/UX, and 81.61% of students did not understand UI/UX well. In particular, in the comparison analysis of four areas, the design research area was 44 points, the design content area was 29 points, and the design production area was 11 points which was found to be the lowest. Next, the 10 evaluation items in the mobile UI/UX build guide evaluation were evaluated in the same way as the UI/UX understanding, and the excellent score was 3 points, the average score was 73.3 points, and the poor score was 155 points. The UI/UX build guides showed worse evaluation than UI/UX understanding. Therefore, to cultivate UI/UX understanding and content production ability, UI/UX experts should be fostered with professional course organization and systematic curriculum.

The school library in Korea, with its short history, has not been fully awared of its importance yet. As a result, most of school libraries in Korea have not been fundtioning as the center of educational activity which is closely connected with learning process and as the place of the extension of classroom, but as the place of storing books. Besides the importance of materials and facilities, the educational function of school libraries can be fully achieved only when each school librarian clearly understands his work and duties, and accomplishes them successfully. This study, which are based on analysis of literature investigations and precedent studies, are summarized as follow: 1. There is an absolute lack of the number of school librarians (or alternative teachers) in comparison to the number which is specified in the regulations of Library Law. 2. There is no a n.0, ppropriate legal foundation for employment of school librarians and library assistants, and of their o n.0, pportunities for promotion. 3. The school library in korea has been stayed so far on its infantile, namely 'the period of material arrangement', in the aspect of the function. 4. The administrative organization of the school library has not gained much recognition of its professional character. And even more the position of the school library today is not enough clear to be stable in the total school system. By solving these factors step, the newly reformed school library in Korea will play a great role in improving her education by the hand of school librarians whose spirits are re-filled with willingness and creativity.

The scope and the magnitude of change that are occurring in libraries today are exciting and the new developments in information technology challenging. A change in vision as well as activities and operations is required. Librarians need to make full use of information and multimedia technology to support this greatly expanded teaching venture. During the period of the 1st to 5th conference of Korean Society for Information Management produces 199 articles. The articles composed of 25 sub subjects of the knowledge of the library and information science. Some of the interesting sub-subjects were as follows: Information retrieval, Indexing, Classification, Library management, Information service, Cataloging and Digital library. The professional librarians pointed out the essential curricula of the library and informations science education. These are Introduction to Library Science, Organization of Information Resources, Information Retrieval, Multimedia technology, Information System, Library Management, Networks, Data Base, Indexing & thesaurus, Collection development, User Studies, New Media, Online Search.
Objective: Clinical practice guidelines (CPGs) are systematically developed statements aimed at helping optimal care of the patient in a given clinical circumstance. Because of the increasing evidence that active implementation of CPGs improve health outcomes, there is a growing awareness of the importance of guideline development and dissemination. The objective of this study was to investigate the status of CPG development and availability of the CPGs in Korea. Method: We searched in the Web sites of 180 organizations to identify CPGs which were developed and/or published in Korea until 1 July 2014. The data of titles, published year, publisher, distributer, and accessibility at the internet web of all CPGs were collected and analyzed. Results: A total of 172 CPGs were developed and 80% had been released since 2009. Most (51.2%) were developed for management of 4 diseases: 28 for digestive system disease; 27 for infectious disease; 18 for endocrine and metabolic diseases; and 15 for neoplasms. Of the 172 CPGs, 150 CPGs were publicly available. Among the 150 CPGs, 78.7% (118/150) were developed by only one organization. Conclusion: To ensure the production of high-quality CPGs, it is necessary to collaborate with other relevant professional societies in guideline development process. In addition, stronger efforts on wider dissemination of CPGs must be employed at the country levels to promote implementation of CPGs in clinical settings.
Graduate medical education is the most important phase among the three stages of medical education. It links basic medical education and continuing professional development. It is also a critical period in acquiring meaningful knowledge, skills and professionalism. The residents should be able to develop the core common competencies on top of their specialozeds field's expertise, in order to function as independent and qualified physicians. Despite the obvious importance of graduate medical education, the system in Korea has been designed and executed to meet the needs of the hospitals in the perspective of manpower management, rather than to educate and empower the residents. As a result, graduate medical education in Korea lacks clear educational objectives and systemic, resident-centered curriculums. Yet, we have no accreditation body to evaluate graduate medical education programs. In order to normalize graduate medical education, an integrated and unified institution that manages the whole process of the graduate medical education is desperately needed. Special attention should be given to the role of medical schools in educating the core common competencies. The Korean Association of Medical Colleges, the Korean Institute for Medical Education and Evaluation, and the Korean Academy of Medical Sciences should cooperate intimately to establish a new organization for the systemic management and development of graduate medical education.

The Korean apparel manufacturing industry started to meet domestic demands which had depended on importation in 1950s, growing into one of the export-oriented industries with several Five-Year Economic Development Plans. In spite of the development, inefficient organization of distribution of apparel manufacturing industry which connects production with consumption impedes further development of the industry. This study aims at suggesting desirable distribution system of ladies' apparel, the core of the fashion industry. This researcher interviewed those who are concerned in twenty-eight ladies' apparel manufacturing compaines, analyzing the current state of distribution in the industry and the problems. The results are as follows; 1. Forty-five percent of ladies' apparel is distributed through department stores. Therefore, the department stores need to assume their roles in sales and try to improve the condition and to train professional buyers. 2. The sales network is concentrated on the five biggest cities such as Seoul, Pusan, Taegu, Taechon, and Kwangju, prompting the need to be diversified. 3, Tke existing distribution forms distribution systems have many irrational factors which are aggravnting the rate of goods in stock. 4. The manufacturing companies do not implement studies on distribution. The companies should try to establish clear concepts on production and distribution on their own for better planning skills. 5. Computerized systems need to manage the procedures ranging from ordering, distribution, sales to inventory.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the manifestation of children's color education in the software in order to evaluate conditions of color education as well as improvement of its direction. The procedure and method of the research is begun from evaluating the characteristic of children's developmental stage, content analysis of the nation's organization of color education and analysis and evaluation of education program through the investigation on 8 different softwares in reward for the tournament. The results are as followings; First, the research shows that the elementary school stage of color education is inadequate in comparison to children's cognitive developmental stage. Second, most of the color theory was composed of characteristic of a color, stimulation of emotion and effects of psychology. Considering of children's cognitive development, it is necessary to make up for the basic of color theory and the system of color. Third, Softwares of color education program for 1 st. and 2nd grade in elementary school was so rare that it should be properly developed and made for systematic contents. Fourth, color education for the 5th and 6th grade children remained in understanding basic characteristics of the color which is below the par and brings the necessity for more professional and structural contents.

Library classification schedule IS based on the classification theory, principle and the system of the classification of science. It should be consisted of the basic principle of library classification which should use the library materials effectively. Continuous study and research on the each subject field of the discipline are essential for keeping up with the transformation of each learning field and the change of modern society. In this paper, I studied comparatively the sections and subsections of the management in KDC, DDC and NDC and reviewed the academic systems of each subject area in the management. I tried to compare the relationship beween the structure of library classifications and academic systems for the more specialized subsections of the management. KDC is influenced by the principle and structure of DDC, but I found that KDC is more similar to NDC than DDC in the sections and subsections of the management. Being un sufficient of subsections of KDC and NDC, they are not enough for the expansion and specialization of the subsections in the management. DDC is necessary to re-schedule for the proper expansion of 650 and 658 with reflection of the importance of that sections and academic systems. In this study, I adoped 9 sections of management, (1) Management policy (2) Administrative organization (3) Personnel (4) Office management and business information management (5) Marketing (6) Financial management (7) Production management (8) Accounting (9) International management. It would be necessary for us to study continuously about the specilized subsubsections of the management for the more professional classification.
This research began by recognizing the development of telecommunication skill in a short period of time as one achievement of launching the national research and development (R&D) project for the diversification of telephone service and for the solution of telephone holdup rate. Under this concern, this research is focusing on searching the influential elements on successful outcome by analyzing the case of Time Division Exchange R&D Project carried out by Korea. Those variables for analyzing the case is limited to 7 definite variables, which are "willingness of policy making organization", "participation of manufacturers and buyers", "support from research and development group", "economy of operating methods and selection of machinery", "rate of technology transfer", "support from Fixer", and "quality management". Summarizing the result of analysis, in order to bring about technological innovation, knowledge creation activity leading to upward efficiency through competition and cooperation making a harmony should be done in one mechanism. I.e., launching an innovative policy should be done in an arena of competition and cooperation, where stability of implementing system is achieved, the entity of "Fixer" is an adequate operator, and competition and cooperation is efficiently managed, among where agreement on purpose and professional opinions are reflected.
