However, the academic identity of security related studies still remain as a task to be solved. In 2000, security related studies were newly established and offered in 60 universities, but the present condition is that the number of universities that offer the studies has decreased due to the issues such as reduction of freshmen and there are currently 39 universities (both two-year and four-year). In addition, an appropriately mixed use of name of the studies is being demanded in order to respond to the social overall market changes, as the names such as 'police', 'security', 'martial art' and 'non-commissioned officer'. Of course, the common goal the studies are pursuing is safety service activities for civilians. However, the present condition is that the establishment of university system is still insufficient, and the curriculum has composed loosely by professors in various field. Therefore, the two-year security related studies with strong market directivity in the security industry were selected in this thesis to highlight the realistic issues and comparatively analyze the curriculum of each school to deduce basic curriculum and future direction was presented. The wavering curriculum of each school while seeking the common goal of security related studies is reflecting the reality of unsettled security studies and it is a task that needs to be solved. The security related studies need reinforced education such as the method to provide opportunities of joint-task among professional manpower, academic-industrial cooperation process and academic-industrial joint-development, while adopting subdivided education.
Traffic accidents on highways are likely to happen when there is an imbalance in the complex relationships among key elements such as road geometries, driver related factors, and mechanical performances. The Demand-Effort Model (DEM), which evaluates highway safety, can be explained by the imbalance, which occurs when the level of demand of the driver's attention to the road environment exceeds that of the response from the driver. This study suggests a new model that improves the reliability of the current DEM through the reinterpretation on the physiological signals with the help of the Neural Network Model (NNM). The data were collected from 149 subjects, who drove a test vehicle on the Yongdong, Honam, and Seohaean Expressways in Korea. Three important results could be drawn from the recursive tests as follows; (1) Only 5 out of 10 parameters on the physiological signals which are currently used were proven to be meaningful through the Normality Test, Cluster Analysis, and Mann-Whitney Analysis. (2) The revised DEM, which internally uses the NNM, showed more reliable results than existing DEM. Group 1, which is based on the new DEM showed 80.0% of accuracy in measuring the level of driver's efforts, however, that of Group 2 based on the current DEM was 74.3%. (3) Field tests on the Honam Expressway showed lower 'type II error' with the new DEM (40.5%) than the old DEM (58.8%). The DEM is designed as a quick and easy way to determine highway safety prior to the minute road safety audit (RSA) by a professional audit team. Then a new DEM, which is based on the NNM, needs to be considered since it showed higher reliability and lower error.

Purpose: The nasal bone fracture is most common fracture in facial bone injuries. Regardless of the severity or type of fracture, closed reduction has traditionally been the common method of treatment. However, through detailed pre-operative evaluation, we found out that many patients consider rhinoplasty prior to trauma due to aesthetic desire or nasal deformity with or without septal deviation. In treatment of nasal bone fracture, we focused not only on the fracture management but also on the patients' desire prior to trauma, and we made additional operation according to patients' desire with fracture reduction and gained rewarding outcomes. Methods: From March 2005 to June 2007, total 263 patients were treated for nasal bone fracture. Among these patients, 57 patients (21%) had the additional operation with nasal fracture reduction. The additional operations were categorized in three types: augmentation rhinoplasty with tip plasty (40%), septoplasty only (16%), corrective rhinoplasty (44%). The mean follow-up period was 5.6 months and results were evaluated by scoring. Results: Forty four of 57 patients (77%) were highly satisfied regardless of any additional operation kinds. The complications were one septal perforation, two displacement of implant and four remnant nasal deformities. For the septal perforation, no further management was performed because we lost the contact with the patient. Then 4 of the other complicated patients were revised. Conclusion: In general, many physicians tend to consider nasal fracture as a simple trauma. However through the strict history taking, physical examination and professional counseling, we could catch the patient's cosmetic desire and get the eyes on new concept: the nasal fracture is not only a trauma but a cosmetic and functional field. In the treatment of nasal bone fracture, if additional rhinoplasty is performed, patients will be more satisfied and we also can expect higher profits.
This study grasped recognition on a system of long-term care insurance for the elderly targeting dental professionals who are working at dental hospitals and clinics where are located in Daejeon Metropolitan City. It developed and utilized materials available for educating the care staff in a system of long-term care insurance for the elderly and the dental professionals who participate in the oral hygiene service. It carried out the effective duty performance for the elderly in a situation of long-term care protection. Thus, the purpose of this study was to contribute to the early settlement in a system of long-term care insurance for the elderly. The following conclusions were obtained as a result of having carried out self-administered questionnaire research targeting 238 people from August 1 to August 30 in 2008. 1. In the general characteristics of the research subject, the present working place was indicated to be 22.7% for dental hospital, 71.8% for dental clinic, and 5.5% for others. As for the main duty field, the medical treatment & cooperative duty was indicated to be the highest with 61.8%, and was statistically significant(p=0.000). 2. The necessity for a system of long-term care insurance for the elderly was indicated to be 77.7% for 'necessary' and 1.7% for 'unnecessary,' and was statistically significant(p=0.016). 3. In the item of dividing the service of long-term care insurance for the elderly, the dental hygienists showed higher recognition than non-dental hygienists, and indicated significant difference(p=0.010). 4. As for recognition on a system of long-term care insurance for the elderly in dental professionals who responded as saying of 'knowing name and contents' about a system of long-term care insurance for the elderly, the recognition level was high in recognition of subjects' age(p=0.000), division in services(p=0.012), contents in at-home care service(p=0.000), execution in oral-hygiene service(p=0.004), procedure of using the long-term care insurance for the elderly(p=0.016), item of judging grade of long-term care insurance for the elderly(p=0.013), medical charge by service according to judging grade of long-term care insurance for the elderly(p=0.015), burden of cost for a system of long-term care insurance for the elderly(p=0.011), qualification of care staff(p=0.002), and contents of oral-hygiene service(p=0.027), and showed significant difference. 5. The service of long-term care insurance for the elderly and the oral-hygiene service indicated the statistically significant correlation. Accordingly, all of dental professionals need to make a desperate effort to improve dental professionals' knowledge on a system of long-term care insurance for the elderly enough to be required a system of long-term care insurance for the elderly. The more systematic and standardized professional education and materials are thought to be needed to be developed aiming at the success in oral-hygiene service within a system of long-term care insurance for the elderly, by strengthening professionalism in dentists and dental hygienists.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of utilization level and to propose the improvement related in obtaining qualification for senior sports instructors. The population of this study was participants who took the course of the general course and special course Training Program for Sports Instructors for senior in JeollaNam-do from 2015 to 2017. A total of 113 of them answered the survey. The data process of this study was used by the IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 program, and frequency analysis was conducted. The results of this study are follows. First, What was your situation when they took the qualifications program of sports instructor for senior, the largest number of answer were 'working in the sports field'. Most respondents answered that the reason for acquisition was to have various abilities. Second, The qualification of sports instructor for senior helped person get a job but did not help with promotions or wage increases. the largest number of answer to the reason were'the lack of benefits from qualification'. At the national level, the system of sport instructor qualification for senior must be an important system for preparing for future social problems and maintaining a healthy society. In order to be effective, however, the training program should be strengthened for the senior and provide professional experiences.
In the construction project, the design field has a crucial effect on the success or failure of the final product, and it is becoming more important as a core area of national industrial development because it creates high value added by technology. In addition, since the design work is carried out based on professional technical personnel, in order to secure the quality and competitiveness of the design, it is necessary to continuously input the excellent manpower and develop the technology, and above all, the appropriate design cost must be ensured. However, as a result of reviewing the current status of the design cost criterion in Korea, problems such as mixed cost calculation method, inaccuracy of construction cost ratio method, and inactivation of cost plus fixed fee method were analyzed. Therefore, it is difficult to calculate the fair value reflecting the characteristics of the project when calculating the construction design price. Therefore, the price criterion should be improved so that the fair value of the design can be determined according to the contents of the project, By analyzing the correlation and multiple regression analysis of the projects and price information of the completed road construction design, the factors influencing the design price and the level of influence were analyzed.
Korea has established the MOMAF (Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries) in 1996 while only a few countries have adopted the unified management system for the area of maritime, oceans and fisheries affairs. The Ministry has been broken up to three parts of maritime affairs, oceans and fisheries and allocated to each related ministries in 2008, and reorganized as the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries including maritime affairs in 2013. However, the newly established MOF (Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries) has been evaluated as simply duplicated the former organization so as not to meet the oceanic environmental changes. This paper aims to suggest the appropriated organizational reinforcements measures on the basis of analysis of questionnaire survey which has been conducted targeting experts such as academic researchers and industry field players in the area of oceans, maritime and fisheries. The survey pointed out mainly five scopes such as (1) transferring the administrative task of shipbuilding and plant industries from the existing Ministry to the MOF, (2) reinforcing the structural functions of maritime, port construction and logistics affairs, (3) collaboration system with related Ministries for the ocean sovereignty, (4) securing the financial support system for the maritime industries, (5) transferring the management authority of maritime and ocean universities from the existing Ministry to the MOF. Looking back on the interministerial interest conflicts, it is very difficult to agree on the transfer of the existing task of above first and fifth suggestions. But the remain three suggestions could be done with interior abilities of the MOF by means of structural changes and professional manpower supplement.

Recent changes in landscape architectural field, such as keen attention on central and local government, checks of other related fields, circumstances both inside and outside the construction industry, assume hostile attitude towards qualification system in landscape architecture. By securing the original function of qualification meets the environmental changes and accords to the technical development, practicality and serviceability of qualification as well as credit rating and professional status can be enforced. Framework redesign on landscape architecture National Technical Qualifications(NTQ) is required in order to meet the demand in the industrial fields and to reflect the technical changes. National Competency Standards(NCS) was selected as a precedent study to enhance the practicality and serviceability of NTQ as well as to avoid duplication on qualified requirements. It would provide a model to redesign the framework of landscape architecture NTQ. In this study, questions in NCS and in landscape architecture certification are compared and analyzed to review the suitability of the present landscape architecture certification items. In conclusion, the creation of master landscape architect under the present system, and the subdivision of the technician's license level to planting technician and the facility are recommended. The ability units to be qualified for each level, which would be used for future NTQ standards and university curriculums in relevant fields, are also suggested in this study.

In this study, we present a new product strategy corresponding to the needs of the consumer segment in the mobile convergence industry, which is a field with a very high interest, and the implications are as follows. First, we believe that mobile convergence will lead the market for products that are regarded by consumers as innovative. Second, it can be seen that it is more attractive to consumers to dramatically improve existing functions than to add multiple functions that are not so important. Third, the type of convergence preferred by each type of consumer differs. For consumers who are less innovative, less professional and more technologically fatigued, it was shown that breakthrough improvements in existing technologies lead to better evaluations than adding multiple innovations. In addition, highly innovative consumers are more likely to appreciate the addition of a variety of mediocre features, such as less convergent innovations than the existing ones, as well as mobile convergence. Moreover, there was no significant difference in the product attitudes between the consumers with low technological fatigue and the highly innovate ones.

A Library is the fundamental character of culture in a country and it is also a barometer of culture in its community. Every cultural reality, however, can hardly come to fruition in a short time and so, it will be effected through a long time and tradition. This study aims at catching up how the above-mentioned public libraries have an influence on culture of its community people. For this purpose, the actual conditions of the public libraries have been investigated and analyzed and as a result of it, the problems have been reilluminated from the nation-wide point of view. And in the new changes, developing improvement measures have been tried to find. How to study was on the basis of the actual materials of the on the-spot survey, the interviews with the working officials and the response by way of questionnaire. Summing up the investigated and analyzed contents are as followings. In the above mentioned province, therefore, number of the public libraries are very limited compared with number of the people. And so, it is very essential to increase the public libraries in the province. In terms of the actual conditions, the public libraries lags far behind the other provinces in Korea from this library field. The present chronic conditions are the budgetary deficit, the collections insufficient to the legal minimal standards, the lack of professional librarians ignorance of the people and library managements by unprofessionals, etc.. This hinders the progress of the public libraries and to seculate them from the people. The improvements and the solutions to the above-mentioned problems are as follows. 1. To recruit the personnel sufficient to the legal standards and to reorganize the offices and to turn upward the highest class of librarian's position above the 4th class. 2. To secure collections sufficient to the legal standards and to strang then the extension services. 3. To organize the council composed of the chief librarians of the public libraries including the working chiefs in the province and to develop the works-in-hand of the libraries from the level of decision-making. 4. To organize the librarian training group and to study the working problems and to seek the qualified improvement of librarians. 5. The management of the public libraries in the province are, at present, der the Ministry of Education and the local government takes the financial power. So both should be shortly unified. 6. To do regularly the course of how to use library materials for the community people and to seek the inducement measures for the people through the various cultural events. 7. The public libraries organize the mutual cooperation networks and to seek the system automatized plans of free use of library materials and every library works. 8. To enlarge book mobile system actively and to infiltrate into the daily living of people deeply. Finally, what the present writer would like to speak to the chief librarians of the public libraries the human aspects of librarians should not be ignored no mater how excellent a library organization may be. In addition to this, the present writter is sure that the far-reached future of our library organization will depend on the librarians.
