잠재적 차량 결함 탐지를 위한 비정형 고객불만 텍스트 데이터 분류 (Classification of Unstructured Customer Complaint Text Data for Potential Vehicle Defect Detection)

  • This research proposes a novel approach to tackle the challenge of categorizing unstructured customer complaints in the automotive industry. The goal is to identify potential vehicle defects based on the findings of our algorithm, which can assist automakers in mitigating significant losses and reputational damage caused by mass claims. To achieve this goal, our model uses the Word2Vec method to analyze large volumes of unstructured customer complaint data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). By developing a score dictionary for eight pre-selected criteria, our algorithm can efficiently categorize complaints and detect potential vehicle defects. By calculating the score of each complaint, our algorithm can identify patterns and correlations that can indicate potential defects in the vehicle. One of the key benefits of this approach is its ability to handle a large volume of unstructured data, which can be challenging for traditional methods. By using machine learning techniques, we can extract meaningful insights from customer complaints, which can help automakers prioritize and address potential defects before they become widespread issues. In conclusion, this research provides a promising approach to categorize unstructured customer complaints in the automotive industry and identify potential vehicle defects. By leveraging the power of machine learning, we can help automakers improve the quality of their products and enhance customer satisfaction. Further studies can build upon this approach to explore other potential applications and expand its scope to other industries.

챗봇 기반의 개인화 패션 추천 서비스 향상을 위한 사용자-제품 속성 제안 (Proposal for User-Product Attributes to Enhance Chatbot-Based Personalized Fashion Recommendation Service)

  • The e-commerce fashion market has experienced a remarkable growth, leading to an overwhelming availability of shared information and numerous choices for users. In light of this, chatbots have emerged as a promising technological solution to enhance personalized services in this context. This study aimed to develop user-product attributes for a chatbot-based personalized fashion recommendation service using big data text mining techniques. To accomplish this, over one million consumer reviews from Coupang, an e-commerce platform, were collected and analyzed using frequency analyses to identify the upper-level attributes of users and products. Attribute terms were then assigned to each user-product attribute, including user body shape (body proportion, BMI), user needs (functional, expressive, aesthetic), user TPO (time, place, occasion), product design elements (fit, color, material, detail), product size (label, measurement), and product care (laundry, maintenance). The classification of user-product attributes was found to be applicable to the knowledge graph of the Conversational Path Reasoning model. A testing environment was established to evaluate the usefulness of attributes based on real e-commerce users and purchased product information. This study is significant in proposing a new research methodology in the field of Fashion Informatics for constructing the knowledge base of a chatbot based on text mining analysis. The proposed research methodology is expected to enhance fashion technology and improve personalized fashion recommendation service and user experience with a chatbot in the e-commerce market.

대학생의 중고 의류 제품 구매 동기가 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of College Students' Motivation to Purchase Used Clothing Products on Repurchase Intention)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status and motives of buying second-hand clothing among university students and to suggest a plan to activate second-hand clothing transactions. In order to discover the effect of the buying motives on the purchasing of second-hand clothing, 112 university students who have purchased second-hand clothing over the past six months were surveyed and their responses were used for analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was found that design differentiation, habitual use, and economical factors had a meaningful effect on the purchase of second-hand clothes. Second-hand clothes have a positive environmental perception, but that perception did not impact the purchasing of second-hand clothes. It is necessary to raise the awareness and social movement around second-hand clothing and teach consumers the environmental benefits and sustainability of second-hand clothing. An activation plan for the second-hand clothing market is: 1. Proposes various market subdivisions that meet the characteristics and tastes of consumers that lead to the purchase of used clothing. In this study, two economic factors were found among the buying motives. The first is purchasing second-hand clothing at a very low price, and the second is finding luxurious expensive items or unique values at a lower price. Therefore, it is necessary to find various markets segments that suit consumer tastes by checking consumer characteristics and detailed factors. 2. Nurture second-hand clothing processing brands for the diversification of the second-hand clothing market. 3. There is an urgent need for quality classification, quality assurance, and the standardization of second-hand clothing. This study is meaningful in that it explored the possibility of having a positive effect on activating the second-hand clothing market.

토픽모델링과 네트워크분석을 활용한 친환경농업 이슈분석에 관한 연구 (Analyzing Issues on Environment-Friendly Agriculture Using Topic Modeling and Network Analysis)

  • This study attempts to identify the flow of key topics and issues of research trends related to environment-friendly agriculture conducted around the 2000s in South Korea and compare them with the environment-friendly agriculture promotion plan to seek the level of consistency and the direction of future development of environment-friendly agriculture. For the analysis of environment-friendly agriculture research trends and policy consistency, 'topic modeling', which is suitable for subject classification of large amounts of unstructured data, and 'text network analysis', which visualizes the relationship between keywords as a network and interprets its characteristics, were utilized. Overall, active discussions were held on 'technical discussions for the production and cultivation of environment-friendly agricultural products' and 'food safety & consumer awareness', and keywords such as production, cultivation, consumption, and safety were consistently linked to other keywords regardless of time. In addition, it was found that the issue of environment-friendly agriculture was partially consistent with the policy direction of the period. Considering the fact that the ongoing '5th Environment-Friendly Agriculture Promotion Phase' emphasizes the strengthening of rural environment management and aims to ensure the continuous quantitative and qualitative development of environment-friendly agriculture, active discussions and research on its environmental contributions and management methods are needed.

도시 및 농어촌 거주 노인의 초가공식품 섭취 상태와 당뇨 및 공복혈당장애에 대한 단면연구 (Association of ultra-processed food with diabetes and impaired fasting glucose in elderly populations (urban and rural): a cross-sectional study)

  • Objectives: This study examined the association between ultra-processed food (UPF) consumption and chronic diseases in elderly Koreans. Methods: Data from the 2019-2021 Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey were analyzed. Dietary intake and UPF consumption were assessed using the NOVA food classification based on 24-hour recall data from 3,790 participants (aged 65+ years). Participants were divided into 4 groups based on the quartile of energy intake from UPFs. Regions were classified as urban or rural. Multivariable logistic regression was employed to estimate the adjusted odds ratios (AORs) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs) after controlling for potential confounders. Results: Among the participants, 71.3% resided in urban and 28.7% in rural areas. Compared to the urban elderly, rural participants tended to be older, have lower education and income levels, be more likely to live in single-person households, and have a higher smoking rate (P < 0.05). Urban elderly consumed more UPFs daily (146.1 g) compared to rural residents (126.6 g; P < 0.05). "Sugar-sweetened beverages" were the most consumed category in both regions. "Sweetened milk and its products" and "traditional sauces" were prominent in urban areas, while rural elderly consumed more "traditional sauces" and "distilled alcoholic beverages." Rural areas also had a higher carbohydrate-to-calorie ratio than urban areas. Compared to the lowest quartile of UPF intake, the highest quartile was significantly associated with impaired fasting glucose only in rural areas (AOR, 1.48; 95% CI, 1.00-2.19; P for trend = 0.0014). No significant associations were observed for diabetes in either urban or rural areas. Conclusions: This study suggests that high intake of UPFs is associated with increased odds of impaired fasting glucose in rural elderly. Further research is needed to elucidate the specific negative health effects of UPFs in different populations, and targeted efforts should promote healthy diets in both urban and rural areas.

  • 리튬이온전지 재활용 공정은 직접 재활용, 습식제련공정, 건식제련공정으로 분류되어 왔으며, 습식제련공정 기반 상용공정은 해체, 파분쇄, 열처리, 선별 등으로 구성된 전처리 공정으로 블랙매스를 생산하고 습식제련공정으로 각 금속을 회수한다. 개발 중인 모든 리튬이온전지 재활용공정은 전구체 원료 제조를 위해 전처리공정 후 침출 등의 습식제련공정을 진행하기 때문에 이 글에서는 재활용공정의 전처리공정에 따른 분류법을 제시하였다. 현재 개발 중인 주요 공정은 황산염배소, 탄소열환원, 합금제조 등이며, 전처리공정에서 미이용 부산물의 활용이 가능할 경우 리튬이온전지 재활용 공정의 경제성 향상이 가능하리라 판단된다.

패션산업에서의 AR기술 활용 사례 연구: 활용 유형을 중심으로 (Case Study on AR Technology Use in the Fashion Industry: Focusing on Classification of Use Types)

  • 본 연구에서는 최근 패션산업 내에서 등장하였던 AR 사례들을 제품과 착용자, 공간을 기준으로 그리고 활용 목적이나 용도를 기준으로 분류하여 분석하였다. 국내외 포털(구글, 네이버 등) 및 연구논문에서 분석되었던 패션산업 내에서의 AR기술 활용 사례들을 76개를 수집하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 패션산업 내 AR 사례들은 제품 및 착용자, 공간의 측면에서 모두 실제 및 가상, 실제와 가상의 혼합 형태과 다양하게 활용되고 있었다. 활용용도 측면에서도 디자인 및 상품개발, 마케팅 및 홍보, 패션쇼, 시착, 온라인 및 오프라인 판매 및 유통 등을 위해 다양하고 창의적으로 활용되고 있었다. 특히 AR 기술을 통해 패션제품의 범주, 패션쇼의 개념, 시착의 방식, 마케팅과 홍보 툴, 판매 툴 등이 기존의 틀에서 더욱 창의적으로 확장되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 향후 패션산업 내의 포용적 성장을 위해서 기술적 준비도나 자본, 연령 등에 따른 AR기술 활용 등의 디지털 격차를 해소하는데 정부 및 지자체, 대기업 등이 함께 그 방안을 마련해야 한다.

국내·외 NORM 취급 산업 규제 기준 및 방사선학적 특성 분석 (Analysis of Regulation Standard and Radiological Characteristics of NORM Industry)

  • International organizations such as IAEA and EC recommend graded approach by identifying NORM industries requiring radiation protection. In Korea, single regulation rather than graded regulation for NORM industry is applied. Therefore, it consumes more manpower and costs than necessary for both regulators and workers, and is not optimized. The purpose of this study is to analyze domestic and foreign NORM industry regulatory standards and radiological characteristics for graded approach of NORM industry in Korea. Safety reports and publications such as SRS 49 and ICRP 142 published by international organizations were investigated, and domestic and foreign NORM regulatory guidelines and legislation such as Health Canada and the Act on Protective Action Guidelines Against Radiation in the Natural Environment were investigated to indicate NORM industries and regulatory standards. The radioactivity concentration of raw materials or by-products, radiation dose by industrial process of the NORM industry identified in IAEA and Korea were investigated. Nine NORM industries in Korea were identified based on the NORM industry from IAEA and KINS survey report. Foreign countries such as Canada, UK and Denmark were executing graded approach such as classification of dose level or licensing, registration, notification based on safety assessment. Radioactivity concentration of domestic and foreign NORM industries were widespread up to 200 Bq g-1 or higher based on industrial process and work type, and numerous NORM industries that exceeded radiation dose of 1 mSv y-1 were indicated. Therefore, it is necessary to consider handling materials and work types of identified NORM industry when establishing graded approach for NORM industry in Korea considering domestic situation. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for developing methodology of graded approach for NORM industry in Korea.

Research on Girdle Technology Trends through Domestic Patent Analysis

  • 본 연구는 거들을 키워드로 하여 출원, 등록된 거들 특허, 실용신안, 디자인권을 수집한 후, 거들 특허, 실용신안, 디자인권의 출원 시기, 출원인, 기술 분류 등을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 기능성 거들 개발에 필요한 기초자료를 추출하고 연구의 방향을 설정하고자 하였다. 2001년에서 2005년까지 거들 관련 특허, 실용신안, 디자인권 출원이 가장 많은 것으로 분석되었다. 출원인은 개인이 가장 많았고, 거들 관련 특허와 실용신안의 기술분야는 생활필수품, 섬유, 지류 등이 많았다. 디자인권은 내의, 란제리, 코르셋, 브래지어, 잠옷 등으로 분류되는 경우가 가장 많았다. 시사점은 거들 기능의 세분화 기술이 요구되었고, 탈착 편의성을 제공할 수 있는 기술이 요구되었다. 또, 봉제방법, 부속품, 기능성 원단에 대한 기술적 연구가 부족한 것으로 나타나 관련 분야의 연구가 요구되었다. 향후 연구에서는 국외 기술에 대한 연구를 통해 기술개발 방향을 설정할 필요가 있을 것으로 생각된다.

부산,경남에서 판매되는 시너(Thinner)의 구성 성분 중 벤젠 등 일부 독성물질의 함량과 물질안전보건자료에 관한 연구 (Compositions and Contents of Thinner and Reliability of MSDS sold in Busan and Gyeongnam Province)

  • This study was conducted to identify ingredients of thinners and to confirm reliability of material safety data sheets (MSDS) of thinners for public and workers' health. The 41 thinner products were collected from paint shops located in Busan and Gyeongnam province. The 12 thinner products among them were identified using product MSDS. GC-MSD was used to analyze 41 kinds of thinners qualitatively and quantitatively. The 12 products MSDS were compared with thinner's component through qualitative analysis to confirm MSDS. Chemical ingredients, such as Benzene, Toluene, and Xylene etc., of thinners were analysed in quantity. The 41 thinner products contained 17 disclosed specific, trade name, or generically described chemical solvent ingredients. These 17 ingredients came under 6 classes: alcohols, aromatic hydrocarbons, esters, glycol ethers, ketones, and mixtures. These 17 ingredients were important in the view of industrial hygiene and had occupational exposure limit in the ambient, such as toluene, xylene, acetone, nonane, EGEE, heptane, cumene, MIBK, indene, tri-methyl benzene, etc, were found in 41 kinds of thinners. Aromatic hydrocarbons were the most identified ingredient in thinners. Especially, the benzene, which induces leukemia, was found in 4 kinds of thinners. The content rates of benzene in thinners were 0.25~1.18%. The benzene in enamel thinner, which were 0.39~0.72%, was highest from chemical classification. The contents of toluene, which was found from 27 kinds of thinners, were 5.35~64.16%, which were highest in sobu thinner as 58.80%. Xylene was found from 22 kinds of thinners and contents of xylene were 4.61~72.42%. Acrylic thinner's contents of xylene were 12.06~51.05%, which was most high. It was found that contents of benzene were increased and frequency of detection was decreased through comparison with other study. The MSDS possession rate of paint shops was low as 29.27%. So it did not provide information with public or workers. Mean of agreement rate between MSDS and components of thinners through qualitative analysis was 42.01% and it has wide range from 8.3% to 75%. There are many deficiencies in MSDS about component of thinners. In some case of sample, expecially, despite containing benzene, information was not written it on MSDS.
