CEPA (Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement) between India and Korea may vitalize Korean economy more and more. Currently most of Korean firms have entered into manufacturing industries like electronics and automobiles. But only a few Korean companies are trying to penetrate into Indian green industry so this paper suggest how to enter into Indian green industry, especially renewable energy sectors. First, Exporting main shaft, tower-flange and polysilicon products can be considered, as a first step of entry mode. Second, entry mode based on contract like technology licensing, strategic alliance and joint venture establishment can be also one of options. For example, Korean solar energy industry which show more competitiveness than that of Indians should try to make technological licensing on PV modules. In addition to this, they should also try to make joint ventures with right Indian partners and build up 'Solar City' nearby regions like Gurgaon in India where many Korean firms are located. Korean shipbuilding firms like Hyundai Engineering which keep on developing wind turbo engines can also try to make strategic alliance with Indian firms like Suzlon which has strong competitiveness. After that, they should explore Korean and Indian wind sector markets together. Third, brownfield investment can be last and final option as a entry mode as we consider the peculiar characteristics of renewable energy industry. Lastly, Korean government which are rush to indulge into green business should formulate more proper and realistic policies to give big incentives the concerned firms which are trying to open international green market so government should make Korean green firms not to lose good market opportunities related to green industry like renewable energy sectors. Renewable energy sectors are basically regarded as infrastructures so close contact to Indian central government as well as state government will be also required.
There is a growing interest on entrepreneurship for undergraduate students to enhance their employment ratio because they have big difficulty in getting a job in Korea as well as Vietnam. Currently, on-line business is booming because customers feel convenience in approaching on-line store. Therefore, this study has explored identifying the factors to affect entrepreneurial intention of being e-commerce trader for the undergraduates in Korean universities as well as Vietnam universities. In addition to this, the study has also investigated the difference of the results between Korea and Vietnam. The results of the study are as follows ; First, entrepreneurial knowledge affects positively on entrepreneurial intention for being e-commerce trader. Second, employment barrier also affects positively on entrepreneurial intention for being e-commerce trader. Third, social perception on entrepreneurship mediates the relationship between employment barrier and entrepreneurial intention for being e-commerce trader. Lastly, the level of entrepreneurial intention for vietnam undergraduate students shows higher than that of Korean undergraduate students. Since there was lack of recognition as to the importance for entrepreneurial intention of being e-commerce trader in Korea, Korean government can refer to the results of this survey and implement the related policies to enhance related entrepreneurial intention. This indicates that when it comes to the establishment of new ventures in Korea, entrepreneurial education has been the focus of interest such as making business plan, setting up strategy, marketing the products etc. In this regard, this research is expected to be used for the development for the future policies to boost youth entrepreneurship in Korea.
This study examines market acceptance for DMB service, one of the touted new business models in Korea's next-generation mobile communications service market, using adoption end diffusion of innovation as the theoretical framework. Market acceptance for DMB service was assessed by predicting the demand for the service using the Bass model, and the demand variability over time was then analyzed by integrating the innovation adoption model proposed by Rogers (2003). In our estimation of the Bass model, we derived the coefficient of innovation and coefficient of imitation, using actual diffusion data from the mobile telephone service market. The maximum number of subscribers was estimated based on the result of a survey on satellite DMB service. Furthermore, to test the difference in diffusion pattern between mobile phone service and satellite DMB service, we reorganized the demand data along the diffusion timeline according to Rogers' innovation adoption model, using the responses by survey subjects concerning their respective projected time of adoption. The comparison of the two demand prediction models revealed that diffusion for both took place forming a classical S-curve. Concerning variability in demand for DMB service, our findings, much in agreement with Rogers' view, indicated that demand was highly variable over time and depending on the adopter group. In distinguishing adopters into different groups by time of adoption of innovation, we found that income and lifestyle (opinion leadership, novelty seeking tendency and independent decision-making) were variables with measurable impact. Among the managerial variables, price of reception device, contents type, subscription fees were the variables resulting in statistically significant differences. This study, as an attempt to measure the market acceptance for satellite DMB service, a leading next-generation mobile communications service product, stands out from related studies in that it estimates the nature and level of acceptance for specific customer categories, using theories of innovation adoption and diffusion and based on the result of a survey conducted through one-to-one interviews. The authors of this paper believe that the theoretical framework elaborated in this study and its findings can be fruitfully reused in future attempts to predict demand for new mobile communications service products.
Purpose: This study analyzes automobile quality review data to develop alternative analytical method of informal data. Existing methods to analyze informal data are based mainly on the frequency of informal data, however, this research tries to use correlation information of each informal data. Method: After sentimental analysis to acquire the user information for automobile products, three classification methods, that is, $na{\ddot{i}}ve$ Bayes, random forest, and support vector machine, were employed to accurately classify the informal user opinions with respect to automobile qualities. Additionally, Word2vec was applied to discover correlated information about informal data. Result: As applicative results of three classification methods, random forest method shows most effective results compared to the other classification methods. Word2vec method manages to discover closest relevant data with automobile components. Conclusion: The proposed method shows its effectiveness in terms of accuracy and sensitivity on the analysis of informal quality data, however, only two sentiments (positive or negative) can be categorized due to human errors. Further studies are required to derive more sentiments to accurately classify informal quality data. Word2vec method also shows comparative results to discover the relevance of components precisely.

The fungal genus Alternaria is comprised of many saprophytic and endophytic species, but is most well known as containing many notoriously destructive plant pathogens. There are over 4,000 Alternaria/host associations recorded in the USDA Fungal Host Index ranking the genus 10th among nearly 2,000 fungal genera based on the total number of host records. While few Alternaria species appear to have a sexual stage to their life cycles, the majority lack sexuality altogether. Many pathogenic species of Alternaria are prolific toxin producers, which facilitates their necrotrophic lifestyle. Necrotrophs must kill host cells prior to colonization, and thus these toxins are secreted to facilitate host cell death often by triggering genetically programmed apoptotic pathways or by directly causing cell damage resulting in necrosis. While many species of Alternaria produce toxins with rather broad host ranges, a closely-related group of agronomically important Alternaria species produce selective toxins with a very narrow range often to the cultivar level. Genes that code for and direct the biosynthesis of these host-specific toxins for the Alternaria alternata sensu lato lineages are often contained on small, mostly conditionally dispensable, chromosomes. Besides the role of toxins in Alternaria pathogenesis, relatively few genes and/or gene products have been identified that contribute to or are required for pathogenicity. Recently, the completion of the A. brassicicola genome sequencing project has facilitated the examination of a substantial subset of genes for their role in pathogenicity. In this review, we will highlight the role of toxins in Alternaria pathogenesis and the use of A. brassicicola as a model representative for basic virulence studies for the genus as a whole. The current status of these research efforts will be discussed.
Customers' needs change every moment. Profitability of stores can't be increased anymore with an existing standardized chain store management. Accordingly, a personalized store management tool needs through prediction of customers' preference. In this study, we propose a recommending procedure using dynamic customers' preference by analyzing the transaction database. We utilize self-organizing map algorithm and association rule mining which are applied to cluster the chain stores and explore purchase sequence of customers. We demonstrate that the proposed methodology makes an effect on recommendation of products in the market which is characterized by a fast fashion and a short product life cycle.
Mixed Model Assembly Lines (MMALs) are increasingly used to produce differentiated products on a single assembly line without work-in-process storage, Usually, a typical MMAL consists of a number of (1) stations doing exactly the same operation on every job, (2) stations involving operations with different choices, and (3) stations offering operations that are not performed on every job, or that are performed on every job but with many options. For stations of the first type there is no sequencing problem at all. However, for the second type a set-up cost is incurred each time the operation switches from one choice to another. At the third type of stations, different models, requring different amounts and choices of assembly work, creates an uneven flow of work along the line and variations in the work load at these stations. When a subsequence of jobs requires more work load than the station can handle, it is necessary to help the operations at the station or to complete the work elsewhere. Therefore, a schedule which minimize the sum of set-up cost and utility work cost is desired. So this study has developed Fixed Random Ordering Rule (FROR), Fixed Ascending Ordering Rule (FAOR), Fixed Descending Ordering Rule, and Extended NHR (ENHR). ENHR is to choose optimal color ordering of each batch with NHR, and to decide job sequence of the batch with it, too. As the result of experiments, ENHR was the best heuristic algorithm. NHR is a new heuristic rule in which only the minimum addition of violations from both partial sequence and unassigned sequence at every branch could be considered. And this is a heuristic sequencing rule for the third type of stations at MMAL. This study developed one more heuristic algorithm to test the performance of NHR, which is named as Practical Heuristic Rule (PHR).

We report finding ways to improve the long-term reliability of PV module including the heterostructure with the intrinsic thin layer (HIT) solar cell. We point out the stability of the products of Panasonic HIT cell. We account for a brief description of the module manufacturing process to investigate the issues of each process and analyze the causes. We carried out the silicon PV module of the glass to glass type under the damp heat test around 1000 hours. However, it degraded around 7% of PV module power after 300 hours exposure in comparison with the initial status (Initial: 12.7 Watt). We investigated possible cause and solutions for the module performance to develop the long-term reliability.
This study analyzes the long-run impacts of climate change on Korean agriculture and economy. We estimate the impacts of climate change on the productivities of major agricultural products including rice, dairy and livestock using both a simulation approach and a semiparametric econometric model. The former predicts a decline in productivity while the latter predicts an increase in productivity due to climate change, especially for rice. A recursive dynamic CGE model is used to analyze the general equilibrium impacts of productivity change under the two different scenarios, derived from the two productivity analysis approaches. The loss of GDP in 2050 is 0.2% or 0.02% of total GDP depending on the scenario. It is shown that the losses in dairy and livestock sectors are larger than that in rice sector, although the losses in those two non-rice sectors have been ignored by most existing works.
