This study compares and reviews PPL in domestic and foreign music videos with reference to possibility of connecting K-POP music videos and PPL in industrial perspective and establishes a successful PPL strategy for K-POP. For this, their success factors are drawn through content analysis method for PPL examples in K-POP and foreign(British-American) music videos. The study analyzes PPL strategies in K-POP and foreign music videos by content analysis of PPL exposure frequency and time, PPL placement type, PPL products group type, advertisers, etc. According to the study, PPL product lines as well as fashions need to be diversified in K-POP music videos. The study also shows that it needs to apply the PPL strategy used in foreign music videos which are focused on exposure time rather than exposure frequency. In addition, it turned out to be important to establish more bold PPL placement exposure strategy in K-POP music videos. Therefore, the study is to offer theoretical and political implications required for successful PPL strategy in K-POP in the future.

Fourth, when the product of the webtoon advertisement was an experience product, it was advertisement attitude that had a significant effect on advertisement attention. This study is valuable in that it proposed a strategy for producing webtoon advertisements and executing media through experimental research.
In this research, a study on a shopping web site design for elderly users is performed in order for them to purchase silver products easily. Issues discussed in this study are the menu design in the product-searching stage, the method of image placement and the method of instruction offering in the product-selecting stage, and the way of payment in the purchasing stage of products. Firstly, the present conditions of domestic shopping web sites for silver products were investigated and the evaluation models were designed and developed. With these developed models, a test group of 61 elderly users were given a task of searching for and purchasing a blood pressure gauge (sphygmomanameter). Afterwards, a comprehensive survey and an in-depth interview on their preferences concerning the web site design proposed. Based on the results of the preference study, a convenient and comfortable shopping web site design for elderly users is proposed when they purchase silver products through internet.
This study measured the communication effect on the setting types and the exposure times to perform the effective PPL strategies. By the setting types(on-set and creative) and exposure times(short and long), 308 female older than 20 were divided into 4 experimental groups. Each groups were exposed to the edited movies and required to answer the questionaire. The data were analysed by SPSS 12.0 using Chi-Square, One-Way ANOVA and Duncan test. The results are as follows. First, in cognitive dimension, the on-set type and long exposure group showed the higher recognition and recall. Second, in emotional dimension, the signigicant difference was found in one brand(Kappa) of two which were used in the experiment. In this case, the on-set type and long exposure group showed the positive attitude toward the brand. Third, in behavioral dimension, there were no difference among the groups. Objectives: The objective of this study is to provide basic data needed in developing an educational program designed to upgrade capacity and awareness of preventive dental treatment among oral health workers, by analyzing levels of awareness of preventive dental treatment and educational needs among dentists and dental hygienists. Methods: The collected data was analyzed with SPSS program ver. 19.0. The data was under t-test. Results: The frequency level of giving preventive dental treatment to patients among dentists and dental hygienists is below mid-point, 3 on the 5-point Likert scale. In terms of frequency level per item, scaling & polishing was ranked the highest, followed by periodontal maintenance, tooth-brushing instruction, and prescription and instruction of oral care product in descending order. On the questions asking how important preventive dental care they perceive to be, both dentists and dental hygienists perceived it to be highly important. When they were asked to rank those items by the importance of education, they considered periodontal maintenance as the most important one, followed by individual education of oral health, incremental oral health care, scaling& polishing, toothbrushing instruction, and prescription and instruction of oral care product. Respondents pointed out problems in running a preventive dental treatment program as follows: overwork, lack of dedicated workforce, un-fixed costs, and lack of necessary equipment. When they were asked to point out items needed to run such a program, the largest number of respondents indicated dedicated workforce placement, followed by improving awareness of the customer, and improving awareness of the dental workers. Conclusions: In order to effectively run a preventive dental treatment program, it is necessary for oral health workers to clearly understand the concept of it. It is also necessary to develop and operate an education program on preventive dental treatment targeting oral health professionals.
This study empirically analyzes the effects of non-technical innovation activities on employment growth. The study estimates the effects of organizational innovation and marketing innovation on employment growth using the data on manufacturing and service firms from the 2016 Korea Innovation Survey. The estimation results suggest that the detailed types of organizational innovation and marketing innovation have different effects on employment growth. In the case of organizational innovation, changes in business practices and changes in workplace organization do not have any significant impact on employment growth in both manufacturing and service firms. On the other hand, new external relationships have a positive employment effect in the manufacturing firms. Marketing innovations such as new methods in product placement and product promotion also have an effect of increasing employment in the manufacturing sector. However, the study finds that marketing innovation does not have any positive employment effect in the service firms.

The necessity for ground reinforcement of structures has been increasing in South Korea because buildings have encountered constructional problems such as inclined structures and collapses caused by earthquakes or differential settlement of the foundations. With regard to a ground reinforcement method, an increasing number of high-strength concrete piles have been used based on their advantages, including a wide range of penetration depth and a high load-bearing capacity. However, problems such as the destruction of a pile head during on-site placement work can occur when the pile has insufficient strength. For this reason, the strength of such piles should be managed more thoroughly. Thus, this study analyzed the strength properties of high-strength concrete piles using blast furnace slag (BFS) powder as a cement replacement, which was generated as an industrial byproduct. The analysis results indicated that the compression strength of the concrete piles increased when 10% to 20% of the cement was replaced with ground granulated blast-furnace slag (GGBS). In addition, the compression strength of the concrete piles was calculated to be 80.6 MPa when 20% of the cement was replaced with GGBS, which was greater by 5% than that of an ordinary Portland cement (OPC) specimen.
This research has examined the relationship among film interest, clothing involvement, attitude towards ppl, preference for fashion products, and purchasing intention. In april 2014, 210 university students in Seoul and Incheon filled out a survey. Frequency analysis, k-cluster analysis, t-test, anova, duncan's multiple range test, regression, and mediation regression analysis were used to analyze. Students who were more interested in film were higher in clothing involvement. Clothing involvement had larger influence on preference for fashion products and purchasing intention than film interest. Students highly involved in clothing had more positive attitude towards ppl, preference for fashion products and purchasing intentions. Clothing involvement, attitude towards ppl and preference for fashion products directly influenced purchasing intention.
