  • The modern society is changed into mass production, complicated circulation society and mass consuming society because of the development of the fast science technology since the occurrence of the industrial revolution. Also, the human life style is changed into the abundant consumption society because of the appearance of the various products. The society change like the above provide comfortable life to us. but We are facing with danger for the bad food, illegal medicines and bad products. So, To solve the danger like the above, The Product Reliability Law be made. The both The enterprise and consumer need The Product Reliability Law to protect one's own interest. The consumer is claiming to use the product of safety of the resonable price and good quality in modern society, So, 1 studied on countermeasures of domestic enterprise to increase the competitive power of the enterprise according to Product Reliability Law

  • 제조물책임(PL; Product Liability)법이 시행됨에 따라 제품의 안전성 확보는 기업활동을 영위하기 위한 기본 조건으로 인식되어야 하므로, 기업은 제품안전에 관한 발상을 근본적으로 전환하지 않으면 안 되게 되었다. 그러나, 우리나라의 많은 중소기업은 법적 규제에 의한 기준을 충족시키는 데에 급급하여 자발적인 제품안전활동을 수행하는데 익숙치 못하며, 한편으로 법령에 의한 안전관리는 최소한의 안전성만을 보증한다는 취약성이 있다.(중략)

The Characteristics of Arc Scattering and Fusing Current of Copper Wire in the Fault Process DB System of Cables in a PL Environment

  • The importance of. identifying the causes of electrical faults cannot be overstated because of the accidents caused by over-current that take place at the home, the office and electrical facilities due to misuse, poor products and system faults. It is necessary to gather objective, scientific data pertaining to electrical fault investigation in a product liability(PL) environment. To date, no database(DB) has been built concerning the accurate cause analysis of faultyfacilities. In this paper, accident hazard and arc scattering when over-current flows in copper wire was investigated. It was found that when over-current flows in a copper wire, the copper wire became heated and bent and beads were scattered around the wire with a flash. It was determinedthat the fusing current and time was related to the current rise per second. For example, when the current rise per second was largethe fusing current was higher than when the current rise per second was small, and the beads dispersed along a wide area. Fusing time, however, was shorter. The possibility of electrical fault became highest when the fusing current was higher. As the current rise per second is short, the dendrite structure is distributed in the surface of the copper wire. These experimental results can be utilized for a fault process DB system in the investigation and the prevention of electrical faults.

  • It is impossible to database(DB) the patterns of cable events and cause analysis of faulted cable because the product liability(PL) law have been enforced in Korea, since 2002. In additions, simulation and pattern of cable events are needed for DB system under accelerated deterioration. In this paper, we tested for resistance to nicking of cable below the 22.9kV class due to thermal stresses. This method of exam is following IEC 60811-3-1(Common test methods for insulating and sheathing materials of electric cables). First of all, set the cable in the thermal stress instrument, temperature changed from -20 degree to 120 degree. After thermal stress, we observed a surface crack of cable through microscope and carried out AC withstand voltage test.

  • The production, processing, sale and service of food materials are not subject to attainment via a single country. In accordance with internationalization of the world, issues related to food safety have emerged as critical international concerns and they are closely associated with the health and interest of domestic consumers, producers, manufacturers, and distributors. As a third party certification standards, ISO 22000 is in progress International Organization for Standardization(ISO) and the Draft International Standard(DIS) has already been presented on December 2004. The purpose of this study is to analyze the international standards, guidelines and legislation in regard of Food Safety Management System(FSMS) including ISO 9001, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point(HACCP) and Product Liability(PL) so as to present Korean-model Food Safety Management System requirements and system establishment model.

  • 2002년 7월부터 시행될 한국의 제조물책임법은 제조물의 결함으로 인한 소비자의 피해구제가 목적으로 이에 따라 기업으로서는 제품의 품질과 안전에 대한 부담은 더욱 증가하게 되었다. ISO9001:2000 품질경영시스템의 요구사항은 고객만족 지향에 대한 프로세스의 지속적인 개선을 강조하여 개정되었고, 고객의 요구는 제품의 안전을 더욱 중요시하는 추세로서 이러한 대응방안을 ISO9001:2000 품질경영시스템의 요구사항에서 고찰·제시하고자 한다. ISO9001:2000 품질경영시스템은 경영에 대한 프로세스 접근방식의 도입으로 프로세스의 입력사항으로 고객이 중요한 역할을 하며, 고객의 요구사항이 충족되었는지를 검토하며, 지속적인 고객만족을 위해 프로세스를 관리한다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 제조물책임법의 도입배경과 Is09001:2000 품질경영시스템의 특징을 고찰한다. 그리고, ISO9001:2000 품질경영시스템과 PL과의 관련성을 제고하여 제조물의 결함 유형별, 경영관리지침 항목, 소송상의 항목으로 분류하여 제조물책임 대응방안으로 ISO 9001:2000 품질경영시스템을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 제조물 책임법(PL: Product Liability) 시행을 앞두고, 최근 고객 및 기업에 주목을 받고 있는 제도가 리콜제도이다. 본 연구에서는 고객 보호측면에서 국내에서 시행중인 리콜제도에 대한 고객반응을 연구하여 장차 시행될 PL에 대한 대응방향을 제시하고자 한다. 기존의 연구에서는 리콜에 대한 고객의 반응을 알아보기 위한 방법으로 경쟁을 고려하자 않은 리콜 시나리오를 구성하여 기존과 잠재고객의 반응을 파악하였다. 본 연구에서는 리콜 관련 신문보도 이후 고객의 반응을 알아보고자 경쟁관계에 있는 국내 2개 자동차사의 브랜드에 대한 상대적인지도, 리콜 정보에 대한 상대적 심각도, 그리고 각 기업의 리콜대응에 대한 고객 만족도 등이 향후 신규구매 및 재구매에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 로지스틱 모형을 이용하였다. 그 결과, 향후 재구매시는 기업의 상대적 사회적인지도, 리콜정보에 대한 상대적 심각도 등이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 반해 신규 구매시는 향후 구매하고자 하는 제조기업과 구매시 고려하는 상품정보가 관련성이 있는 것으로 파악되었다.

A Study on the Integration of Quality Management and Product Safety Management System based on International Standards (국제 표준 기반하에서 품질경영과 제품안전경영 시스템의 통합 구축 방안)

  • In the recent business environment, risks related to product safety problems are increasing. These are arising from various factors such as increasing product and production complexity, supply chain diversification, enhanced PL (product liability) law and strengthening regulations of the government. Accordingly, ISO (international organization for standardization) published standards of PSMS (product safety management system) for suppliers such as ISO 10377 and ISO 10393. Meanwhile, the ISO 9001 QMS (quality management system) was revised in 2015, and it has established itself as an effective tool that can consistently meet the various requirements of stakeholders and promote customer satisfaction. This study aims to suggest an integration framework of QMS and PSMS based on the recent ISO international standards. To this end, firstly, the relationship between QMS and PSMS is studied based on the quality and product safety definitions, PDCA (plan-do-check-act) cycle and risk-based thinking. Secondly, the requirements of ISO 10377 and ISO 9001 are compared and classified as the common and ISO 10377 specific requirements. Finally, integration steps of two systems are suggested and guidelines that can systemize the integrated requirements are presented in the aspect of processes and documentation. This study is expected to be used as a guideline that helps companies those have already acquired QMS certification to build an international-level product safety management system early.

  • Recently, domestic electrical parts and materials without safety and reliability are avoided by consumers and introducing the product liability (PL) law. Therefore, the dependance on import product of electrical machines will be increased in the future. In this paper, high-voltage induction motor ensures reliance that can maintain the performance of machines for a long time. Furthermore, the test of reliability evaluation that predicts a remaining life and breakdown test of the stator winding are performed. Also, this paper introduces various reliability assessment tests for getting reliability of the stator winding insulation in high-voltage motor.

  • As the global uncertainty of manufacturing has increased and the quality problem has become global, the recall has become a fatal risk that determines the durability of the company. In addition, as the convergence of PSS (product-service system) product becomes common due to the development of IT convergence technology, if the function of any part of hardware or software does not operate normally, there will be a problem in the entire function of PSS product. In order to manage the quality of such PSS products in a stable manner, a new approaches is needed to analyze and manage the hardware and software parts at the same time. However, the Fishbone diagram, FTA, and FMEA, which are widely used to interpret the current quality problem, are not suitable for analyzing the quality problem by considering the hardware and software at the same time. In this paper, a quality risk assessment model combining FTA and FMEA based on defect rate to be assessed daily on site to manage quality and fishbone diagram used in group activity to solve defective problem. The proposed FTA-FMEA based risk assessment model considers the system structure characteristics of the defect factors in terms of the relationship between hardware and software, and further recognizes and manages them as risk. In order to evaluate the proposed model, we applied the functions of ITS (intelligent transportation system). It is expected that the proposed model will be more effective in assessing quality risks of PSS products because it evaluates the structural characteristics of products and causes of defects considering hardware and software together.
