Rules-Driven Processing for Sales Leads (Rule Database를 활용한 가망수요 정보 규칙 관리)

  • 오늘날 기업의 판매형태는 Channel Partner를 통한 간접판매가 50%이상을 점유하고 점차 증가 추세에 있다. 이러한 판매형태를 지원하고 기업의 이익 극대화를 위해 Internet 기술을 이용한 가망 수요정보의 효율적 관리가 중요한 이슈로서 대두되고 있다. 본 논문은 Web을 통해 포착된 Sales Leads를 Channel Partner들을 통해 실제 판매로 연결시켜주는 기능을 담당하는 Lead Management 시스템 (LM)의 기능을 Rule기반으로 구축하여 Dynamic Market에 신속하게 대응함으로써 Vendor 와 Partner간의 상호 Win-Win 결과를 얻을 수 있는 방안을 제공하고자 한다.

Business Management and Marketing for Fermented Soybean Products on the Level of Farmhouses (장류가공사업 농가의 운영과 판매 실태)

  • This study was conducted to collect basic marketing and management data from businesses run by farmers producing traditional Kanjang and Doenjang, fermented soybean products. The actual conditions of the fermentation processing sites at farmhouses participating in the production of soybean fermentation products were investigated. The subjects of this survey were 130 small size farmhouse Kanjang and Doenjang processing sites nationwide. The frequency, percentage, t-value, chi-square, and ANOVA were used for statistical analysis. The farmhouse business surveyed were generally operated by rural women for non-farming business income. The percentage of co-worked sites was 71.2 while the percentage of sites operating with permits was 39.2. Generally, the the facilities, size, number of working people, and output were very small. The areas in which the products were sold, site-located regions and region metropolises, were equally weighted. Sales volumes in region metropolises for sites with permits were a little higher than sites without permits. Without regard to operation type, the percentage of sales was highest in cases of direct sale by customer order. Co-worked sites have been found to have more experience in publicity than individually operated sites. As for methods of publicity, co-worked sites use mass media such as newspapers and broadcasting. Individually operated sites usually use social organizations and acquaintances. It was found that the average sales of each site totaled 25 million Won. The average income of each site was 12 million Won, and average income per participant was 3 million Won. Total sales income for sites with permits was significantly higher than sites without permits. But personal income was much higher at individually operated sites without regard to whether the site had a permit or not. This kind of business was found to contribute to an individual's time management skills as well as instill a sense of pride.

  • Electronic commerce over the Internet is predicted to grow at an ever-increasing rate over the next few years, with on-line sales already heading for several billion. Many companies are using this new sales channel, and a few retailers now have established major on-line sales sites. There have been some successes, particularly in technology, business-to-business and niche markets. This paper has been produced to summarise the basics of electronic commerce system, covering on-line catalogues and on-line purchasing. Electronic commerce systems consists of the authoring tools and web applications, the electronic payment technology, and the security and transaction processing.

  • Premium Seles Tool은 상품의 기능이나 특징, 가격, 디자인 등을 이미지나 동영상을 이용하여 알기 쉽게 설명하는 시스템으로 제품 카탈로그와 같은 성격을 지닌다. 그러나 종이 카탈로그와 전자카탈로그는 공간적 제약과 업데이트의 한계로 사용에 불편함이 따른다. 본 논문에서 설계한 MobileCRM PST는 사진이나 동영상을 애니메이션과 유저 인터액션을 통해 제품의 품질을 높일 수 있으며, 모바일의 특성인 이동성이 확보된다. 또한 새로운 컨텐츠 업데이트 시 서버와 모바일에서 컨텐츠를 관리함으로써 사용자는 최신 컨텐츠를 간편하게 받아 볼 수 있다.

  • In some industries, manufacturing firms' distinctive competences include not only product superiority but also service excellence. For example, in a highly volatile and dynamic market, flexibility and responsiveness are more valued than just the product cost. And sales order processing, in that respect is a very important process. However, previous studies on sale order processing have considered only due-date assignments or dealt with production scheduling to minimize production cost or delivery lead time. Due to recent advances in information technology, a new approach is possible in dealing with sales order processing. For example, RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) and ubiquitous computing technology adds real time visibility and traceability to supply chain. In this study, we develop a new due-date re-negotiation process for sales order management and propose a new business integration model to support the re-negotiation process based on RFID, ubiquitous computing technology and RosettaNet's PIPs.

  • 상품 판매량의 변화를 예측하는 것은 기업의 경영에 있어서 매우 중요한 요소이며, 상품의 재고 관리 등에 큰 도움을 줄 수 있다. 최근 여러 분야에서 그동안 수집된 방대한 양의 빅데이터를 분석하여 마케팅에 활용하려는 연구가 진행 중이다. 이 논문에서는 상품 판매 빅데이터로부터 고객의 특성에 따른 상품 판매량과 고객 특성별 상품 판매량의 변화 추이를 분석하고, 분석 결과를 바탕으로 각 상품별 판매량을 예측할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법을 활용하면 고객의 변화에 따른 상품의 판매량을 예측할 수 있으므로, 기업 경영에 있어서 생산관리, 전략수립, 마케팅 등에서 큰 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

  • In around of Guryongpo Pohang Port, a Guamegi production special zone is being established as modernized processing plants, cold storages, Guamegi research centers, or publicity centers are being built in a row with forming the tourism and culture streets as a start. Regarding the special Guamegi production zone, the local autonomous entities are promoting various projects as investing approximately 40 billion won as its budget; however, it is still very rare to elevate the level of Guamegi, the special product, and make investment plans to create a brand for it. To make a special product brand cannot be realized just by building the Guamegi industrialization processing complex, and mere publicity also does not guarantee sustainable development. It can be realized only when the product's taste or hygiene satisfies the people's needs. Therefore, this study examines the changes of Guamegi-related business and the strategies to develop Guamegi industry in order to find ways to manufacture Guamegi and cultivate specialized manpower for processing to make a special brand with Guamegi. Regarding the Guamegi business and the cultivation of specialized manpower for Guamegi, this study conducted a survey to 377 persons including the business owners, employees, or civil servants related with Guamegi. It is needed to install educational institutions to cultivate specialized manpower for Guamegi and also operate various programs so as to conduct education to cultivate specialized manpower for Guamegi. And it is necessary to elevate the quality and sanitation of Guamegi and create a brand by inducing a specialized license system that can help those involved in Guamegi business have pride.

  • 전자상거래의 지원 시스템에서 판매지원 에이전트는 고객의 취향을 파악하여 구매자에게 가장 적절한 상품을 탐색하여 사용자의 만족도를 극대화할 수 있어야 한다. 이에 데이타마이닝의 기법 중의 하나인 사례기반추론기법을 이용한 판매지원 에이전트와 감성공학을 이용한 신제품 개발지원과 기존 제품의 리모델링을 제시하는 에이전트를 결합한 다중 에이전트 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

A Study on Improving the Fisheries Products Distribution Structure (수산물의 유통구조 개선에 관한 연구)

  • This study intends to examine the distribution channel of the most popular ten species caught in Korean coastal and off-shore fisheries with the aid of interviewing fish brokers and cooperative staffs in fish landing markets. This paper finds and emphasizes the following three suggestions, in order to improve the present scheme of fish distribution system. Firstly, annual catch of 10 kinds of fishes is successively decreasing in quantity from 1994 to 1998. Moreover annual catch shows larger variations than fish price and cooperative sales quantity. Except sea eel and sole, cooperative sales accommodates more than 90% of the fish landed, accounting for the small variation in cooperative sales, which invalidates the effectiveness of the free distribution system adopted by the government. Secondly, diversified distribution channels are exposed according to the nature of the fish, the method to harvest, and the quantity caught. Large retailers such as discount stores, super chains and home shopping institutions are actively involving themselves in direct purchase in fish landing markets. Through the analysis of distribution routes, the general distribution channel of fresh fish has been found such as producers longrightarrow fish brokers in landing markets longrightarrow fish brokers in central wholesale markets longrightarrow wholesalers longrightarrow retailers longrightarrow consumers. In order to reduce distribution margin through the analysis of distribution function and distribution margin, this paper presents a new distribution channel such as producers longrightarrow fish brokers in landing markets longrightarrow wholesalers longrightarrow retailers longrightarrow consumers. Thirdly, to improve the fish landing markets, this paper suggests the M&A of uneconomical fish landing markets or renovating toward wholesalers, introduction of processing services and improvement of processing facilities, subsidizing fish brokers in landing markets, revitalization of marketing divisions in cooperatives and improvement in fish auction system.
