체험환경교육 프로그램 보고서 평가틀의 개선 및 프로그램 평가 (A Revision of Evaluation Chart and an Evaluation of Site-Based Environmental Education Programs)

  • The purposes of this study are to revise an site-based environmental education(EE) Program evaluation chart and to evaluate site-based EE programs using the chart. For revising the evaluation chart, several elements in the former chart were changed, infused, deleted, integrated, or split. The points of some elements in the former chart were also changed. The revised chart consist of 38 elements in 6 areas: purpose and goal, teaching and learning plan, teaching and learning process, educational effect and programs evaluation, Program characteristic, and program operation. Using the revised chart, the researchers evaluated 159 site-based EE programs, funded by the Korean Ministry of Environment in 2002. The result indicated that the mark of 'teaching and learning plan' area is higher than other areas, while the mark of 'educational effect and programs evaluation' is the lowest. On the basis of evaluation, the researchers offered some recommendations for the Korean site-based EE programs.

  • 4-DAT는 일반적인 소프트웨어 개발 방법인 XP와 Scrum을 분석하는 도구이다. 본 논문에서는 3-DAT를 기반으로 모바일 게임 개발 환경에 맞는 새로운 팽가 방법을 제안한다. 4-DAT 평가 방법은 모바일 게임 개발에 있어서 평가 항목 및 불필요한 요소가 있기 때문에 3차원으로 최적화된 명가 방법을 적용하였다. 본 논문에서는 새롭게 정의한 3-DAT 기반의 팽가 방법을 위해 P. Abrahamsson, Boehm. B, R. Tumer의 이론을 기초로 하여 5항목, 20세부 기준의 개발 상황 연수를 정의하였다. 실험 방법은 4개월 동안 진행된 5개의 모바일 게임 개발 데이터를 기반으로 개발 상황 연수와 재구성된 3-DAT에 적용하였고, 구현한 시뮬레이터를 통해 3차원 그래프를 도출하였다. 실험 내용은 개발팀의 의존성, 편중성, 유연성에 대한 요소를 분석하였다. 실험 결과로 단기간의 모바일 게임 개발 시 의존성이 높고, 편중성이 낮으며, 유연성이 높을 때 위험성이 적은 개발을 완료 할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

  • 소프트웨어 교육은 4차 산업혁명을 이끌 미래인재 양성을 위한 교육으로 주목받고 있다. 유아부터 성인까지 모두를 위한 소프트웨어 교육의 목적은 단순히 프로그래밍 능력을 기르는 것이 아닌, 컴퓨팅을 기반으로 현실 세계의 문제를 효과적으로 해결해 나가는 문제 해결 능력인 '컴퓨팅 사고력'을 기르는 것이다. 따라서 어떻게 컴퓨팅 사고력을 함양하고 평가할 것인가는 매우 중요한 사안이다. 본 논문은 학습자가 문제를 해결하는 과정에서 과정중심 수행평가 방식을 적용하여 컴퓨팅 사고력을 평가하는 방식을 제안하였다. 개발된 내용은 컴퓨터과학·컴퓨터교육 전공의 대학 교수 5인, 컴퓨터과학·컴퓨터교육 전공 현직 정보교사 5인으로 구성된 전문가 집단의 2차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 통해 수정·보완하여 최종 모델의 타당성을 검증하였다. 본 논문이 문제 해결 관점에서 컴퓨팅 사고력을 평가하기 위한 연구에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.

UML 기반 객체 지향 개발을 위해 ISO 12207을 조정한 객체지향 프로세스 (ISO12207 Tailored Object-Oriented Process for UML Based Object-Oriented Development)

  • Software quality is classified by quality of process and product. In experience of Quality Management, it is known that quality level of product as it depends on goodness and badness of process and organization. As a result, improvement of software process has been important subject. According as this trends, ISO 12207 is publicated as standard of software life cycle process by ISO. For UML based object oriented development process, it is necessary that we should research detailed definition of activity and task of ISO 12207 process which is added, deleted or tailored in according to organization and project characteristics. In this thesis, by according with ISO 12207 software life cycle process, UML based object oriented development process is proposed. This process is composed of 7 steps and 19 activities including development phase, activity and product to improve quality of reliability. Usefulness of object oriented process for improvement of software quality is proved at three ways, which are comparative analysis of process characteristics, SPICE process evaluation and SPICE rick analysis.

  • 초기에 예측하지 못한 환경에 대응하기 위한 핵심 요소로 비즈니스 활동 모니터링이 주목받고 있다. 그러나 기존의 이벤트 처리 기반 모니터링 시스템과 실시간 조기 경보 비즈니스 활동 모니터링은 고정된 환경을 가정하여 설계 시 룰 기반으로 표현하여 경보 여부를 결정하거나, 이벤트 속성값이 입력되는 매시점마다 측정하여 경보를 내리게 된다. 따라서, 복잡한 환경에서의 새로운 외부 상황 문제에 대한 발생 범위와 심각한 정도 등을 판별하는데 한계가 있으며, 추상화하지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 외부에서 발생하는 새로운 시나리오의 서비스 요구를 기존의 실행중인 모니터링을 통해 지속적인 서비스 제공을 보장하도록 목표 시나리오를 이용한 비즈니스 프로세스 외부상황 평가 모델을 제안하였다. 외부 상황에 따른 새로운 요구사항을 목표 시나리오 기반으로 분석을 하고, 유사 프로세스 모델을 찾아 유사도와 연관도를 합하여 파악한 뒤 프로세스를 사전에 중단 시키거나 원하는 방향으로 변경하도록 한다.

A Methodology for Integrating Business Process and Simulation for Business Process Redesign

  • IDEF0 is the IEEE standard for functional enterprise modeling and has been used for business process modeling or process mapping in US and Europe. But it does not reflect the potential benefits of modeling and simulation of the dynamic aspects of an enterprise or a system. On the other hand, simulation tools concentrate mostly on the simulation of material flows and are difficult to include information flows and control flows. Additionally, the simulation models that include elements such as queues, event generators and process nodes is a visual interactive representation for the model builder, but is inconvenient for the domain expert. In an attempt to fill that void, we provide an integration of business process and simulation models in this paper. An enhancement of the IDEF0, called parameterized IDEF0, is proposed and its conversion mechanism to network simulation model is developed. Using this methodology, business process models for alternative systems can be evaluated and compared through simulation on time, cost, and quality metrics. As an application of the proposed methodology, economic evaluation of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) for time-based BPR (Business Process Redesign) is demonstrated. In addition to BPR, the developed methodology may be further integrated with ABC (Activity Based Costing), TQM (Total Quality Management), and economic evaluation of information systems.

  • This paper introduces the development and current prosperity of the branch discipline of visual anthropology and describes the status and current situation of modern visual anthropology and analyzes the rationality that the achievements of visual anthropology is viewed as texts and enjoy the same achievements, making it more basis and scientific in the selection of visual anthropology in subsequent research. This article comprehensively uses Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to construct an evaluation system of visual anthropology, as well as put forward the basic principles of screening films using this evaluation system in subsequent studies and a simple outlook for future expansion.

  • This study develops the evaluation model for e-Business company using analytic hierarchy process. As the first step of this study, we derived the appraisal standards based on the previous literature and the knowledge of experts from venture capitalists, security companies, credit evaluation companies, and consulting firms. In order to validate the evaluating factors in the models, this study was supported by analysts of top ranked venture capitalists in Korea. Through their assistance, this study can determine necessary evaluating factors that refined and deepened the models. Four expert groups, such as venture capitalists, credit analysts, analysts of security company and e-Business consultants, provide their knowledge for the determination of the weights of evaluating factors in the hierarchical model through the questionnaires and interviews. The results show that the weights of the evaluating factors differed by the maturity of e-Business company.

  • This paper presents the unified reliability evaluation technique of distribution system. To calculate accurate reliabi1ity and reliability indices which can consider line limitation and voltage drop of distribution system, we employed the deterministic evaluation technique with PLOC technique. And to evaluate the distribution system, we presented the evaluating method which is based on Analytic network process. As a result, we can evaluate the distribution system and build the expansion planning of the system considering system load and reliability indices.

  • Supplier selection process is one of the most important arenas of production and logistics management for many companies. This study explores the application of the analytic network process (ANP) approach for the evaluation of suppliers based on several different evaluation criteria. The ANP approach in this study is capable of providing priorities of suppliers that capture network relationships among several evaluation criteria which are not independent. Therefore this study provides value to practitioners by providing a generic model for supplier selection. In addition, for researchers, it demonstrates further research possibilities for more complex decision making problems using ANP.
