Quick and logical evaluations on the design and manufacture of wheelchair ABS can be judged from design to manufacture process. In generally, design change is occur to change of process order.   • This study researched the costume manufacture process by having the musical 'Christmas Carol' as an example and specifically presented the costume manufacture process of an actually performance work, thus it aimed to be helpful theoretically and realistically, by allowing theatrical costume manufacturers and majors in theatrical costume to be informed of the systematically practical affair process of the theatrical costume manufacture and by exhibiting the research work of costume composition aiming at reproducing a silhouette in the process such as costume composition and sewing, and the effectively manufacturing methods such as the costume composition application and the sewing method development aiming at the activity of performers. In the empirical research, it analyzed the features of characters and arranged the manufacture points while actually manufacturing the performance costume, and clarified the systematically performance costume manufacture process such as a manufacture meeting${\rightarrow}$costume list preparation$\rightarrow$work-instruction sheet preparation$\rightarrow$pattern manufacture$\rightarrow$sewing$\rightarrow$performance and inspection. Through performing the manufacture of the really performance work, it is hoped that this study contributes to the development of performance art circles, by presenting a step and a method of professionally theatrical costume to the performance manufacturers and the theatrical costume manufacturers at present when the theatrical costume is solidifying its position as a professional sphere, in the performance and an, has a meaning as the initially empirical research, which can exhibit as a guide of realistically and empirically educational contents for theatrical costume aiming to bring up professional staff for theatrical costume, and becomes help in the efficiently theatrical costume manufacture realistically.

  • This paper developed new manufacture process technology of slim type flexible flat lighting product used lower power white LED. Flexible flat lighting is applied to letter sign lighting, traffic lighting, interior wall lighting, flat lighting, aquarium back lighting, wreath light etc. Main manufacture process technology were developed drawing software for electronics circuit, inkjet electronic circuit pattern and inkjet white ink coating. For pattern printing it was utilized for piezoelectonic inkjet head printing technology. Also high vacuum pressure laminating technology was waterproofing for LED flat lighting protection. Hence, form process technology we were manufactured for flexible flat lighting product of the power 12 W, input voltage 48 V and plane size $480{\times}480mm$. It acquired a these validity from experiment results.

Distribution of airborne microorganism in the feedstuff manufacture factory (사료제조공장 내 공기 중 세균과 진균 분포에 관한 연구)

  • The objective of the study is to investigate the distribution patterns of airborne bacteria and fungi in the feedstuff manufacture factory. The mean levels of airborne bacteria and fungi in the feedstuff manufacture factory were $113({\pm}18)cfu/m^3$ and $89({\pm}5)cfu/m^3$ for pelleting process and $198({\pm}5)cfu/m^3$ and $124({\pm}12)cfu/m^3$ for powdering process, respectively. The percentage of respirable and total concentration of airborne bacteria and fungi in the feedstuff manufacture factory ranged from 60% to 90% and were higher in pelleting process than powdering process. The ratio of indoor and outdoor airborne microorganism exceeded 1.0 regardless of types of feedstuff manufacture process. Based on the result of the study, there would be an association between environmental factors such as relative humidity and carbon dioxide and airborne microorganism's bioactivity.

  • In order to manufacture high quality goods, the engineers who will design them has to have board technical experience as well as profound engineering knowledge. The engineers also be able to design and manufacture well development goods base on new advanced technology. Design process can be defined as transforming activity raw material into finished producted for human needs. The wealth of nation depend on its ability to retrieve natural resources and manufacture goods. Its ability, creation of goods, is most fundamental component of economic wealth of rich country. The rich countries have combine their own design knowledge with computer technology and create new effective design process. In this paper, one of the useful and practice design process created for railway industry is introduced. Base on the concept of this design process, the automatic wheelchair lifter design for railway vehicle is performed.

Chronological Concentration Change of Five Chemical Substances in Manufacturing Industry of Busan Area (부산지역 일부 제조업 산업장의 기중 5가지 화학물질의 경시적 농도 변화)

  • This study aimed to prepare the fundamental data and assess the status and trend of exposure level for 5 chemical substances such as sulfuric acid, hydrogen chloride, ammonia, formaldehyde and phenol in manufacturing industry by type of industry, working process, and size of factory, chronological change. Subjects related to this study consist of 146 factories, 12 industries and 17 working processes located in Busan area from Jan. 1997 to Dec. 2001. 1. All 5 kinds of chemical substances by type of industry, working process were generated in chemical manufacturing industry. There were founded in 8 types of industries and 13 types of working processes for ammonia, which is the highest number of in all 5 chemical substances. 2. In terms of the exposure level for 5 chemical substances by type of industry, working process, geometric mean concentration for sulfuric acid was $0.40mg/m^3$ in manufacture of chemicals and chemical products, $0.30mg/m^3$ in compounding process, for hydrogen chloride was 0.57 ppm in manufacture of basic metal, 0.48 ppm in dyeing process, for ammonia was 1.11 ppm in manufacture of rubber and plastic products, 0.94 ppm in buffing process, for formaldehyde was 0.49 ppm in manufacture of wood and of products of wood and cork, except furniture; manufacture of articles straw and plating materials, 0.53 ppm in mixing process, and for phenol were 0.53 ppm in manufacture of chemical and chemical products, 0.55 ppm in compounding process, respectively. Results for 5 chemical substances by type of industry and working process were significantly higher than those of the others(p<0.05). 3. The exposure level for hydrogen chloride, formaldehyde were significantly increased by size of industry (p<0.01). ammonia was significantly decreased by size of industry (p<0.01). 4. In trend of the concentration difference of five chemical substances by chronology, geometric mean concentration for sulfuric acid was significantly increased (p<0.01), hydrogen chloride and ammonia were significantly decreased by year (p<0.05) and for formaldehyde and phenol were decreased in chronological change. According to the above results 5 chemical substances were founded together in a way mixed in the same places one another and concentrations of chemical substances by industry, working process, size of industry and year appeared markedly. The authors recommend more systemic and effective work environmental management should be conducted in workplaces generating five chemical substances.

  • Objectives : Treatment using foods has already been recorded since the time of Zhou Dynasty of China. Modifications in the cooking process of medicinal food or manufactural process of herbal medicines are accompanied by the alterations in the ingredients that affect the actual efficacies of medicinal food or herbal medicine, and may have marked effects on the patients including the difficulties that may be experienced in consuming the food or taking the medicine. Therefore, systemic management is essential in such processes. Accordingly, management of such knowledge system must be standardized and conveniently administered by grafting IT technology. This study aims to overcome the problem of the failure of the knowledge system on the material-oriented medicinal herbs to apply the knowledge on the cooking process that impart marked influence on the actual efficacies of the medicinal herbs. Methods : Therefore, analysis of the cooking process or manufacturing processes of prescriptions was executed by using the morphological analysis method in natural language. In this study, we aimed to make data structure of the terminologies that represent manufacture process of prescription and medicinal food. The data structure is combinations of smallest unit in natural language. We made the database by analyzing morpheme of the natural language to express the manufacture process of prescription and medicinal food. Results & Conclusions : As the results, we can express making process of Cheonjin-won, Guseon-wangdogo and Sanyagbaegboglyeongtalagjuk in DB. It was concluded that the development of DB through the extraction of a total of 15 types of concepts including 'order', 'action' and 'continuous action', etc. was helpful in systematization of the knowledge on medicinal herbs including the manufacturing process.

  • One-Drop-Filling (ODF) process is an advanced vacuum filling process in LCoS manufacture line. The merits not only increase the throughput of liquid crystal filling process but also reduce the number of equipments. Studying application of ODF process in LCoS panel manufacturing is the purpose of is this article. The accuracy of liquid crystal drop size, the stability of seal dispensing and the nozzle size etc. In the tiny panel manufacture are more important than those factors in normal panel manufacture.

  • STEP AP224 includes the information of machining feature and tolerances. Machining features are machined from raw material. Tolerance constrain feasible methods of manufacture, strongly influence the cost of manufacture. And tolerances influence the machining process. We need to decide the precedence between features .tool radius and tool direction for minimum tool changes. This paper deals with the method of decision of precedence between features and process parameters using feature information and tolerances in STEP AP224.
