공정 네트 모델과 유전 알고리즘에 의한 공정 계획과 일정 계획의 통합 (Integration of Process Planning and Operations Scheduling by Process Net Model and Genetic Algorithm)

  • In order to provide a manufacturing system with efficiency and flexibility to cope with the changes in shop floor status, the integration of process planning and operations scheduling is required. In this paper, an integrated system of process planning and operations scheduling based on the concept of process net model and genetic algorithm is suggested. The process net model includes the alternative process plans. The integrated system is applied for prismatic parts.

  • This paper presents a neural net type process model for enhancing learning compensation function in hot strip finishing rolling mill. Adequate input and output variables of process model are chosen, the proposed model was designed as single layer neural net. Equivalent carbon content, strip thickness and rolling speed are suggested as input variables, and looper's manipulation variable is proposed as output variable. According to simulation result using process data to show the validity of the proposed process model, neural net type process model's outputs give almost similar data to process output under same input conditions.

  • A process planning system that generates alternative process plans offers multiple process plans for a part, thereby provides the flexibility to cope with the changes in shop floor status. In this paper, we introduce the concept of process net as a model for the generation of alternative process plans. We also show the usefulness of process net model by implementing the developed system to generate alternative process plans for rotational parts.

  • In order to achieve a successful introduction of CALS, an enterprise model which is a concise description of what an enterprise does is required. The enterprise model mainly consists of a process model and a data model. The process model describes processes that create, change, combine, or destroy the entities within the enterprise. Several process modeling methodologies have been proposed. Each modeling methodology requires its own modeling view point, elements, and syntax. In developing a process model for CALS, these models created at different view points are required to analyze and design a system in a broad view. This paper aims at proposing an integration methodology for a process model. Specifically, IDEF0, IDEF3, and Petri Net are considered to be integrated. An IDEF0 model describing static functions of enterprise is transformed to an IDEF3 model describing behaviour of a system with additional information. Also, the IDEF3 model is transformed to a Petri Net model. These transformations will be automatically accomplished once the additional information for the transformation is provided.

  • In this paper, we provide the analysis of device model and method between device models for compatible M&S V&V of the NetSPIN. First of all, we analysis features, structure, and classification of the NetSPIN. The second, as a part of reliable V&V process, we analysis network system modeling process, correlation between device modeling process for M&S of the NetSPIN. The third, we suggest making a kind of pool of reference model and module of devices for the increase factor of reuse between device model. We also, at the point view of M&S V&V, conclude that there is the validity of the fidelity in device modeling process. Through the analysis of the NetSPIN device model and suggestion of the method for higher compatibility between device modes, the development process of device model be clearly understood. Also we present the effective method of the development for reliable device mode as the point of V&V.

In this paper, we intro- duce the concept of process net as a model for the generation of alternative process plans. We also show the usefulness of process net model in generating alternative process plans by implementing the developed sys- tem to construct process net, and devising an algorithm to generate alternative process plans for rotational parts.

  • 본 논문에서는 워크플로우 프로세스 재발견 문제를 해결하기 위한 적절한 해결책으로 워크플로우 최적 축소 모델을 제안한다. 워크플로우 최적 축소 모델은 워크플로우 최적 축소 넷으로 표현할 수 있다. ICN(Information Control Net) 모델링 기법으로 표현되는 프로세스 모델은 ICN을 구성하고 있는 액티비티 사이의 액티비티 의존성에 따라 적절한 알고리즘의 적용으로 액티비티 의존 넷을 구성할 수 있다. 워크플로우 최적 넷 또한 액티비티 의존 넷의 몇 가지 속성에 대한 알고리즘 적용으로 찾아낼 수 있으며, 찾아낸 워크플로우 최적 넷을 프로세스 재발견 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 제안하며, 프로세스 개선에도 의미를 둘 수 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는, 시뮬레이션 상에서 반도체 후단 공정의 프로세스를 구현하고 파이프 내부 상황을 모니터링하기 위해 전기 정전용량을 기반으로 한 U-net 모델을 적용하였다. 배관에 부착된 전극에서 측정한 정전용량 값은 U-net 네트워크 모델의 입력 데이터로 사용되며, 모델을 통해 추정한 유전율 분포를 가지고 파이프 단면을 이미지화하였다. 성능 평가를 위해 수치 시뮬레이션 얀에서 U-net 모델, FCNN(Fully-connected neural network) 모델, Newton-Raphson 방법으로 재구성한 이미지를 비교한 결과, U-net이 다른 이미지 복원 방식보다 좋은 복원 성능을 보였다.

  • In this work, a fuzzy petri net model for modeling a general form of fuzzy production system which consists of chaining fuzzy production rules and so requires multistage reasoning process is presented. For the obtained fuzzy petri net model, the net will be transformed into some matrices, and also be systematically led to an algebraic form of a state equation. Since it is fond that the approximate reasoning process in fuzzy systems corresponds to the dynamic behavior of the fuzzy petri net, it is further shown that the multistage reasoning process can be carried out by executing the state equation.
