패턴 기반 소프트웨어 개발을 위한 효과적인 패턴 선정 프로세스 (An Effective Pattern Selection Process for Developing of Pattern Based Software)

  • 디자인 패턴은 지난 10년 이상 소프트웨어 공학 영역에서 활발하게 연구되어 여러 유형의 디자인 패턴이 정의되었다. 그러나 이들 패턴은 자료구조와 알고리즘에 비해 소프트웨어 개발 과정에 빈번하게 사용되지 못하고 있다. 더욱이 CBD96, RUP, MaRMI III 같은 CBD 방법론들은 분석, 설계, 개발 과정중에 디자인 패턴을 선정하고 적용하는 방법이 언급되어 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 GoF, J2EE 패턴 카타로그에 제시된 디자인 패턴을 중심으로 응용 소프트웨어를 개발하기 위해 분석, 설계, 개발 단계에 적용되는 디자인 패턴을 효과적으로 선정하는 프로세스를 제시한다. 제시된 프로세스를 항공업무 어플리케이션 개발 과정에 적용하여 패턴 기반 소프트웨어를 개발해 나가는 효과적인 방법을 보이고 RUP와의 차이점 및 유용함을 제시한다.

변형 이론을 기반으로한 곡면의 최적 근사 전개 (Optimal Approximated Development of General Curved Plates Based on Deformation Theory)

  • Surfaces of many engineering structures, specially, those of ships and airplanes are commonly fabricated as doubly curved shapes as well as singly curved surfaces to fulfill functional requirements. Given a three dimensional design surface, the first step in the fabrication process is unfolding or planar development of this surfaces into a planar shape so that the manufacturer can determine the initial shape of the flat plate. Also a good planar development enables the manufacturer to estimate the strain distribution required to form the design shape. In this paper, an algorithm for optimal approximated development of a general curved surface, including both singly and doubly curved surface is developed in the sense that the strain energy from its planar development to the design surface is minimized, subjected to some constraints. The development process is formulated into a constrained nonlinear programming problem, which is on basis of deformation theory and finite element. Constraints are subjected to characteristics of the fabrication method. Some examples on typical surfaces and the practical ship surfaces show the effectiveness of this algorithm.

설계수준 향상을 위한 교육시설 기획 및 설계과정에 관한 연구 - 기획으로부터 설계까지의 소요기간 현황파악을 중심으로 - (A study on the Education Facility's Programming and Design Process for Improvement of Design Level - Focused on the analysis of time required from programming to design -)

  • The purpose of this study is the examination of the possibility as grasping the circumstance which is the time required from programming to design process in schools which are established newly and investigating the consciousness of the user's participation, because we need a user participation process in the programming to design process to improve the level of design. The above-mentioned purpose is the reason that this study composes the second grade. This study shows the entirely necessary time to work each step as collecting the data of programming-design process to 33 schools which are established for 4 years between 2002 and 2005 by Busan metropolitan city office of education, and the reason why they need a time each step. As the result of this study, the school established by the purpose of land development business takes more time than the school of learning environment improvement and of reconstruction & transfer case. Because of the change of land for school, we have to take a cautious approach to select the land for school in the future when developing the land. The time required from programming to design process in reconstruction & transfer case is the shortest even though it is different a little according to the kind of schools.

  • Design process is the essential technology for development of industry in nation, but contrary to its significance the trial for development of design technology is not so active because it requires a lot of time and efforts to educate design engineers. For that reason, most of enterprises concentrated their efforts for improving product technologies to get instant effects in short periods, and through these trials considerable results could be achieved. Recently, however, many people realized that industrial development through only product technology without design technology has limits, accordingly, a lot of efforts, to educate machine designers whom have enough knowledge and ability on design through advanced design technology, concentrated for industrial development. In general, the curriculum of conventional education for machine design in most universities is mainly compose of three subjects, the theory for elements design, geometric modeling practice for mating engineering drawings using CAD software, and analysis of elements using CAE software fur determining whether proposed solution is correct or rational. Furthermore, because these three subject are provided for students as the completely separated subjects, most of students who have educated with this method have no enough ability to Integrate all design process into a comprehensive whole process. This paper proposes a new design education methodology through reverse engineering that can overcome these problems of conventional education method.

  • 본 연구는 과거 산업체의 요구에 따라 수동적으로 디자인개발업무를 담당하였던 디자이너의 역할에서 벗어나 능동적이고 주도적으로 디자인을 개발하고 궁극적으로는 디자인개발이외의 다양한 방법으로 수익을 창출하는 디자인비즈니스의 실현방안을 제안하였다. 즉, 디자이너측면에서는 주관적인 심미성접근에서 벗어나 시장 지향적인 정보탐색과 과학적 디자인개발 및 효율적 디자인관리 등 객관적이고 과학적인 디자인프로세스를 전개함으로써 산업체에 성공가능성이 높은 디자인개발 안을 제안할 수 있어야 하며 아울러 디자인에 대한 소유권행사나 유통참여 혹은 생산아웃소싱업무를 담당함으로써 디자인개발비가 아닌 판매로열티, 관리비 및 다양한 수수료를 통해 수익창출을 극대화하는 디자인비즈니스마인드를 제고해야 한다. 또한 산업체측면에서는 디자인이나 마케팅보다는 소재개발, 기술개발, 생산설비능력구축에 대부분의 자금을 투자하는 과거 제조기반 산업패러다임에서 벗어나, 소비자가 원하는 욕구를 파악하고 이를 디자인을 통해 상품화하는 과정에 대한 투자가 우선적으로 이루어져야 하는 디자인 주도적 사업운영시스템을 구축하여야 한다.

패션디자인 능력 육성을 위한 창의성 개발 교육법 특성 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of the Creativity Development Teaching Method for Promoting Fashion Design Ability)

  • The purpose of this study is to present the suitable material that can be a real help to make the creativity development teaching method for creative inspirations of fashion design. To achieve these goals, researched and analyzed the creativity studies in the fields of psychology, education, and design (visual design, product design, fashion design, etc.) published in the national journal. Through this analysis, were extracted the characteristics of creativity, teaching methods for creativity learning, and expression methods. Based on this, intend to provide the creativity characteristic, the expression method, and the problem solving process in teaching methods for promoting fashion design ability. After the analysis, the results are as follows; First, the classical 4P (Place, Person, Process, Product) is important to a creativity development teaching method for fashion design. The elements of creativity of a creativity development teaching method for fashion design are 5elements; curiosity, openness, originality, patience, and synthetic ability. Second, the typical method is a drawing (such as a sketch) when visually express and embody ideas in fashion design. Drawing is an important activity that is working with the right brain and the left brain. Drawing exercises will reduce the burden of expressing ideas, providing pleasure and fulfillment in the development of creative ideas. Third, offered 5stages to solve problems of a creativity development teaching method for fashion design; understanding stage, idea stage, visualization stage, evaluation stage, and verification stage. Abstract intangible ideas are concreted and elaborated through stages of visual manifestation such as language, symbol, and drawing.

  • Generally Cam-Follower systems consist of two elements: Cam is for rotating motion and follower for reciprocating motion. Depending on the shape of cam and type of follower, the motion of cam-follower system is determined. Thus design process and analysis process must be well defined. The design process means to find the coordinates of cam shape which can be defined the given motion of follower and the analysis process means to determine the motion curve of follower corresponding to the given cam based on the dimensions of a cam-follower system. This paper consists of two parts: One is development of a numerical method for design and analysis of cam-follower systems, the other is for development of a CAD program and its application. As the first part of the paper, an iterative contact method is proposed. This method can calculate the contact points between cam and roller and determine their contact angles iteratively. The second part of the paper presents the structure of a CAD program and its availability to the industrial applications.

  • From designers' viewpoint, today, the major environmental change can be found in the digital environment. Especially, more than the development of physical product which can be characterized as the backup of old function and realization of new function in the field of product design, as the digital product development of program style that exists without substance is deepened, the development of the digital design media has been accelerating. However, it is the recent matter that the link with educational system about the added value which could be embodied by digitech, and the interdisciplinary research about producing goods become regular. The construction of the industrial design development process based on the digital environment must be the major research object. Therefore, the goal of my research is to present the concept of the product design process model required in the digital environment.

  • 최근 웹 기술이 급속하게 발달함에 따라 웹 기반의 많은 에플리케이션이 개발되고 있다. 하지만 대부분의 웹 애플리케이션의 생성은 체계적인 프로세스 없이 개발자의 지식과 경험에 의존하여 개발되고 있다. 웹 기반의 응용시스템은 다양한 개발 기법이 요구되며 설계 및 개발 프로세스를 위해 풍부한 개발 방법론이 요구된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 추상화를 제공하지 않는 저수준 기술에 기반한 애플리케이션 개발을 개선하고 웹을 기반으로한 애플리케이션 구축을 위한 개발 프로세스를 제안한다. 또한, 웹 애플리케이션 개발 프로세스를 제시하며, 전자 문제은행 시스템(EPBS: Electronic Problem Bank System)에 이 프로세스를 적용하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 웹 애플리케이션 개발 프로세스는 모델링을 위한 고수준의 추상화 정의를 가능하게 함으로써 역으로 개발을 통한 유지보수 정보획득으로 체계적 관리가 가능하며 모델 기반의 프로세스로써 이해하기 용이한 장점을 가진다. 또한, 분석과 설계 모델들은 이와 유사한 웹 애플리케이션 개발시 유용한 컴포넌트로써 재사용성을 기대할 수 있다.

The Digital Mock-Up Information System for New Car Development

  • Since Chrysler Motor Co. had experienced the digital development system in the beginning of 1990's, most of leading automobile companies are trying to apply a digital information system for their own business process reengineering based upon concurrent engineering system from product planning phase. This is called as virtual DMU(Digital Mock-Up) system instead of the traditional PMU(Physical Mock-Up) system. By using the virtual prototype, all of the design requirements and system specifications can be checked, changed and optimized more quickly and more efficiently. This paper consists of five chapters for the DMU information system. In the 1$^{st}$ chapter, the principle of digital design system is suggested by using four basic modules such as product design module, process design module, manufacturing system design module and central control module. The basic scheme of DMU is introduced with the benefits of application in the chapter 2. In the chapter 3, a digital design process of new car development is explained with the detailed DMU design and design review processes. In the chapter 4, the practical DMU manufacturing techniques and applications are introduced as CAD/CAM analyses, DPA(Digital Pre-Assembly)reviews for development, production, operation and maintenance phases, digital tolerance analyses and digital factory analyses for assembling line simulation, automated robot welding processes, production jig & fixtures and painting process simulation. Finally, the activities of digital design support; CAS-styling, CAE-engineering and CAT-testing are summarized for design optimization in the chapter 5. As today's automobile manufactures and related business organizations are struggling to compete in the global marketplace, they are concentrating on efficient use of DMU information system to reduce the new car development cost, to have shorten the delivery schedule and to improve product design quality. To meet the demand of those automobile industries on digital information systems, the CALS(Computer aided Acquisition and Logistics Support) and EC(Electronic Commerce)initiative has been focused as a dominant philosophy in defense & commercial industries, specially automobile industries.s.
