대학생의 기술적 문제해결 성향과 공학설계 역량 간의 관계 분석 (Analysis of the Relationship between Technological Problem-Solving Traits and Engineering Design Competency of Universities)

  • The purpose of this study is to correlation analysis between technological problem-solving traits and engineering design competency. To this end, correlation analysis and regression analysis between technological problem-solving traits and engineering design competency were used to analyze the relationship between each other. To collect data on individual characteristics, technological problem-solving traits, and engineering design competency, a survey was conducted with university students. As a result of the analysis, there was no difference in engineering design competency by gender, but there was a difference in technological problem-solving traits. There was no difference in technological problem-solving traits by major, but there was a difference in engineering design competency. As a result of correlation analysis, the correlation was found. In the case of regression analysis, a statistically significant result was found in the problem-solving trait domain, and the regression analysis model was found to be suitable. The results of the analysis of differences in engineering design competency according to technological problem-solving traits showed that the effective problem solvers were significantly higher.

트리즈의 모순분석을 활용한 창의적 문제해결 실습과정 (Creative Problem Solving Process using TRIZ Contradiction Analysis)

  • Many methods have been suggested for a creative problem solving approach. TRIZ approach is ranked top in its practical application because it is originated from the real patent analysis. This approach is assumed to be generic which can be applied to any types of problems regardless of problem type and its domain. The objective of this study is to propose a creative problem solving approach using TRIZ's contradiction analysis, then introduce a case study of applying this approach to a creative design coursework. Main topic covers a creative problem solving approach, a problem definition using TRIZ contradiction analysis, finding invention principles, and problem solving from the generic approach. For the course project, Roborobo tool is adopted to implement the design concept. This coursework helps students finding a general problem solving approach, and applying a generic solution for their specific problem domain.

  • The article discusses roles of analysis in problem solving, especially the problem posing. The author shows the procedure of analysis like the presentation of the hypothesis, the reasoning for the necessary conditions and the sufficient condition. Finally the author suggests that the analysis should be reviewed in the school mathematics.

Sociodemographic and Health Related Factors Influencing Problem Drinking of the Echo Generation Using Data of the 2018 Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey

  • The aim of this study was to identify factors influencing problem drinking among the Echo Generation in South Korea and provide basic data for early intervention and mediation of problem drinking among the Echo Generation. This descriptive study performed a secondary analysis of raw data from the 2018 Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey and used responses for problem drinking items from 999 Echo Generation participants born between 1979 and 1992. This study comprehensively investigated sociodemographic and health-related factors influencing problem drinking among the Echo Generation. SPSS WIN program (version 26.0) was used for data analysis. Gender (β=-.32, p<.001), education level (β=.10, p=.002), white-collar workers out of job (β=-.09, p=.041), and depression (β=.11, p<.001) were identified as factors that influenced problem drinking among the Echo Generation. Results of this study suggest that in order to prevent problem drinking among the Echo Generation, there should be user-customized prevention education and intervention programs.

초등 과학 우수 학생의 일상적 맥락의 과학 문제 해결 과정: 서답형 문항에 대한 응답 분석 (Everyday science problem solving processes of high ability elementary students in science: Analysis of written responses)

  • The problem solving processes of elementary school children who are talented in science have been seldom studied. Researchers often resort to thinking aloud method to collect data of problem solving processes. The major purpose of the study is investigating high ability elementary school students' problem solving processes through the analysis of written responses to science problems in everyday context. 67 elementary students were participated Chungcheongbuk-do Elementary Science Contest held on October, 1997. The written responses of the contest participants to science problems in everyday context were analyzed in terms of problem solving processes. The findings of the research are as follows. (1) High ability elementary students use various concepts about air and water in the process of problem solving. (2) High ability elementary students use content specific problem solving strategies. (3) The problem solving processes of the high ability elementary students consist of problem representation, problem solution, and answer stages. Problem representation stage is further divided into translation and integration phases. Problem solving stage is composed of deciding relevant knowledge, strategy, and info..ins phases. (4) High ability elementary students' problem solving processes could be categorized into 11 qualitatively different groups. (5) Students failures in problem solving are explained by many phases of problem solving processes. Deciding relevant knowledge and inferring phases play major roles in problem solving. (6) The analysis of students' written responses, although has some limitations, could provide plenty of information about high ability elementary students' problem solving precesses.

  • In this paper, contents related to problem solving in 7th elementary mathematics curriculum analyzed in five aspects: problem solving stages, problem solving strategies, problems, problem posing, and assessment on problem solving abilities. From the results and processes of analysis, following conclusions are obtained: First, it is difficult to say the contents related to problem solving in 7th elementary mathematics curriculum are prepared organically. Second, it is difficult to say that contents related to problem solving in 7th elementary mathematics curriculum reflect results of recent researches.

  • 문제 인스턴스 탐색 혹은 자동 생성은 알고리즘 분석 및 테스트에 적용될 수 있으며, 하드웨어, 소프트웨어 프로그램, 계산 이론 등 다양한 수준에서 연구되어온 주제이다. 본 연구에서는 해(解) 공간에 사용된 목적값-거리 상관관계 분석을 문제 인스턴스 공간에 적용하였다. 문제 인스턴스의 목적값은 문제에 따라 알고리즘의 수행 시간과 최적해를 잘 구하는 정도로 정의하였다. 이러한 정의는 문제 인스턴스의 난이도로 해석할 수 있다. 상관관계는 3가지 측면에서 분석하였다: 첫째, 알고리즘과 거리 함수에 따른 상관관계 차이, 둘째, 알고리즘의 개선 전/후의 상관관계 변화, 셋째, 문제 인스턴스 공간과 해당 문제의 해 공간 사이의 연관성. 본 논문은 문제 인스턴스 공간에 상관계수 분석이 어떻게 적용될 수 있는지 보여주며, 문제 인스턴스 공간 분석을 본격적으로 다루는 첫번째 시도이다.

불확정성 선형 시스템의 강인 성능 보장 제어 (Robust Guaranteed Performance Control of Uncertain Linear Systems)

  • The robust control problem of the linear systems with uncertainty is classified as the robust stability problem guaranteeing the stability and the robust performance problem guaranteeing the disired performance. In this paper, we considered the robust performance analysis problem, which find the upper buund of the quadratic performance of the uncertain linear system, and the robust guaranteed performance controller design problem which design a controller guaranteeing the desired quadratic performance. At first, we treated the analysis problem and presented the two results; one is dependent on the performance of the nominal system and another is independent on this. And we treated the design method guaranteeing the desired performance for the uncertain linear systems, Finally, we show the usefulness of our results by numerical examples.

  • This study dealt with some problems occurred in spectrometric oil analysis that has been popularly used for a machine condition monitoring in various fields of industry. One of the problems is that spectrometric technique could not analyze contaminants of large particle (larger than 10 $\mu\textrm{m}$) in lubricating oils. This limitation caused a serious problem in analyzing lubricated machine conditions since wear debris of large size represents better critical machine conditions. In this work, this problem was found to be solved by using a filtration method prior to spectrometric analysis. Another problem could be that spectrometric analysis is incapable of identifying contaminants. This nay mislead the result seriously in practice. This problem was surveyed by analyzing both various types of industrial lubricants and laboratory simulation tests, and the solutions to the problem were suggested in this work.

  • 수학적인 사고에는 여러가지 유형이 있는데 그 중에서 가장 기본이 되는 사고유형이 분석과 종합이다. 이러한 사고유형을 담고 있는 분석과 종합문제는 수학문제의 가장 중요한 근간이라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 분석과 종합문제에 대한 체계적인 분석과 구체적인 논의를 위해 러시아의 구세프 교수가 편찬한 수학교과서를 중심으로 이러한 두 가지 유형의 문제에 대한 분석을 실시한다. 또한, 역사적으로 제시되어진 분석과 종합에 대한 다양한 문헌연구를 통해 두 가지 사고유형의 분류에 대한 기본적인 기준을 설정하고, 이를 바탕으로 분석문제와 종합문제에 대한 구체적인 분류기준을 제시하고자 한다.
