본 연구는 생애주기별 민간의료보험 가입 현황 및 가입 요인을 알아보고, 민간의료보험 가입에 따라 생애주기별 의료이용 행태 차이를 파악하고자 시행하였다. 한국복지패널 12차-15차(2016-2019년) 자료를 SPSS 26 프로그램을 사용하여 58,223명의 인구사회학적 및 건강 특성에 따른 민간의료보험의 가입 현황 차이는 Chi-square, 가입 영향 요인은 다항 로지스틱 분석, 의료이용 행태는 평균분석하였다. 분석결과 민간의료보험의 가장 큰 가입요인은 가구소득이었으며, 성장기의 민간의료보험 가입이 생애주기 중 가장 높았고, 가구소득에 의해 복수 가입되었다. 청장년기는 가구소득과 유배우자, 장애가 없는 경우, 중년기는 가구소득과 경제활동, 유배우자, 건강수준이 큰 영향요인으로 나타났다. 노년기의 민간의료보험 가입률이 가장 낮았고, 저소득가구, 낮은 건강수준, 장애가 있는 경우에서 낮았다. 민간의료보험 가입자들의 의료이용 증가도 성장기와 청장년기에 나타났다. 국민건강보험의 보장성 강화와 이를 보충하기 위한 민간의료보험의 역할을 생애주기에 맞춰 정립하여 상호보완적으로 작용하게 하여 의료보장의 사각지대를 없애고, 국민의 건강과 후생을 최대화하여야 할 것이다.

This paper examined the effects of private health insurance (PHI) on the use of endoscopy, sonography, CT, MRI, and PET among Koreans. The data used was the four waves of the Korea Health Panel (2008-2011), and the number of subjects was 141,862 visits. We employed a pooled logistic regression mode which was corrected with cluster errors. The results showed that PHI was positively related to the use of endoscopy, but not related to the use of sonography, CT, MRI, and PET. It is, however, recommended that health policy makers pay attention to the effects of PHI on the use of sonography, CT, MRI, and PET.

This paper examines the changing roles of ownership in the economic growth by using a panel data set of 30 provinces in China for the period (1999-2010). With the use of absolute and relative presence variables, this study shows that private enterprises have emerged as the engine of economic growth in China in the later period (2005-2010). The growing size and number of private enterprises are positively linked to growth. However, though foreign-invested enterprises have been acclaimed as the main contributors to economic growth in China, they have minimal effect on the economic growth in the later period. State-owned enterprises have a significant and negative effect on the economic growth in the later period. The results can be interpreted that the engine of growth in China has been changed over time from other ownerships to private ownership. Private companies have developed a lot in every respect and started to lead the economy for long-run growth. China initiated its economic growth by adopting foreign capital and it is still the top destination for foreign direct investment among developing countries. However, to sustain the growth over a long period, private sector should be of great importance and perform a key role in the view of catch-up economics.

인터넷의 발달과 유무선 네트워크 인프라 기술의 발전으로 빅테이터 및 개인정보보의 활용이 많아지고 있다. 하지만 개인정보보호법의 시행에도 불구하고, 개인정보 유출로 인한 침해사고가 발생하고 있다. 개인정보 유출은 개인의 사생활피해와 금융피해로 연관된다. 따라서 개인정보의 탐색 및 검출과정에서 개인정보의 패턴을 분석하여 추출하는 연구와 불필요한 개인정보의 완전삭제에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 개인정보보호에 대한 패턴추출 연구와 완전삭제 방법을 연구하여 개인정보의 패턴추출 및 완전삭제 실험을 하였다.

민간 건축사업은 국내 CM시장에서 중요한 비중을 차지하고 있으며, 시공이전단계 CM서비스는 성공적인 건설사업의 수행을 위해 매우 중요한 사안으로 인식되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 민간 건축 CM사업의 사례 분석을 통해 시공 이전단계 CM서비스 활용도를 분석하고 주요 특징을 도출하는데 있다. 시공이전단계를 설계이전단계, 설계단계, 입찰 계약단계로 구분하여 총 91개 CM서비스 항목에 대한 활용도를 분석한 결과를 토대로 주요 특징을 도출하였으며 공정관리와 사업비관리 서비스에 대한 수요나 활용도가 민간 건축 CM사업의 시공이전단계에서 높은 것으로 나타났다. 민간 건축사업 시공이전단계 특정한 민간 건축 CM사업의 시공이전단계 CM서비스 활용도를 이해하는 것은 발주자의 수요(needs)를 이해함과 동시에 CM기업이 어떠한 핵심적인 서비스를 강화해야하는 지에 대한 전략을 수립하는데 있어서 매우 중요한 과제이다.

Nursing Homes are different from other medical facilities, because they have a living space. And most of residents in a nursing home have dementia, therefore nursing homes are in control of outdoor activities for resident's safety and most of residents live in the living room at the daytime. The purpose of this study is analysis of spacial behaviors of residents in the living room, and reflection of the analysis into the architectural plan of nursing homes.There are two activities, individual activity and social interchange activity, in a living room and the role of a living room is semi-private space that includes both of them. Most numerous activities are watching TV and take a eat. Activities are different in accordance with the position at the living room. Individual activity and social interchange activity is same ratio in the middle and the ratio of social interchange activities are more than individuals in outside of living room. but alcove use of private.The types of living rooms are distinguished by combination of functions of livingroom, activity-room, and diningroom. The activity of use of residents have been shown different phases following the types of livingroom. The type of combination has been seen high rate of use and private activities and social communications are expressed evenly. The type of mixing has been seen low rae of use, but two activities, the above, are equal. The type of separation has been seen not only low rate of use, but also there has been only private activities.

시대적 흐름과 사회적 환경에 따라 국가안보와 국민안전에 대한 수요가 점차 증가하고 있으며, 안전서비스 수요에 필요한 공급과 효과적 예방을 위한 민간영역의 활용이 점차 요구됨에 따라 본 논문에서는 민간경비산업의 전문성 확보를 위한 하나의 방안으로 일본의 민간경비원 검정제도의 분석한 내용을 바탕으로 그 시사점을 한국 민간경비산업 전문화 방안에 대하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 명확히 구분된 경비업무의 분야와 범위에 따른 자격증 세분화가 이루어져야 한다. 둘째, 수준에 따른 민간경비 검정자격의 구분이 필요하다. 셋째, 학과시험과 실기시험을 통한 복합적 평가방법의 활용이 필요하다. 넷째, 학과-실기과목의 연계를 통한 평가가 이루어져야 한다. 다섯째, 자격취득 방법의 다양화를 두어 자격취득자의 접근성을 확보해야 한다. 마지막으로 검정합격자에 대한 혜택부여를 통해 전문인력의 활용과 가시적 활용이 이루어져야 한다. 이처럼 6가지의 시사점에 대하여 한국 민간경비 검정제도의 도입 시 민간경비업 구분의 불명확함, 교육훈련체계 미비로 인한 검정을 위한 과목구성과 체계 부족, 검정과목과 업무 관련성 미비 등의 문제를 해결하고 나아가 새로운 시대의 전문화된 안전전문산업으로서의 역할과 고객의 수요에 부합한 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 해야 한다.

사람과 주변 사물, 데이터 등 모든 것이 유무선 네트워크로 연결되어 정보를 생성 상호수집 공유 활용하는 사물인테넷을 민간시큐리티의 본질적 기능인 범죄예방의 대처능력 향상방안으로서 활용하여 민간시큐리티의 기능향상과 혁신적인 발전을 이룩할 수 있다. 사물인터넷은 인터넷에 연결된 기기가 사람의 도움 없이 사람과 사물, 사물과 사물 간에 자체적으로 정보를 주고받으며 소통할 수 있는 시스템으로 여러 산업분야에서 응용 및 활용될 수 있고, 특히 민간보안분야에 있어서는 그 활용가치가 높다. 사물인터넷의 민간보안분야 활용은 상시 지능적 감시체계로 보안영역을 강화할 수 있고 상황에 대한 자체적인 대비 및 대응체제로 대처능력이 강화될 수 있다. 이에 따라 고객의 안전성이 확보되고 모든 사물에 대한 센서네트워크를 정착하여 보안시스템을 강화할 수 있으므로 활용성 또한 다방면에서 증대될 수 있다. 사물인터넷은 민간 시큐리티 외형적인 확장뿐만 아니라 안전서비스의 품질과 수준을 향상시켜 안전한 시민생활의 네크워크를 형성할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사물인터넷의 민간시큐리티 적용에 대해서 논하고 사물인터넷의 활용을 통한 민간시큐리티의 혁신적 발전방안을 살펴보고자 한다. 가상공간의 현실적 응용은 당면한 과제이며 시큐리티의 안전성 확보를 위해서도 필수적 요인이기 때문이다.

This paper examines the relationship between IT investment and the improvement of efficiency from the perspective of organizational contingency by the type of organizations and their maturity in IT use in terms of their history of e-commerce use. Organizations are divided into private and public in nature, and into experienced and inexperienced in e-commerce. An analysis was performed on data from 286 organizations in tourism industry. Comparison among the four groups showed differences in competitive and operational efficiency.

In this paper, We presents the actual condition of domestic 170kv GIS(Gas Insulated Swichgear)- Electrical Facilities of Private Use be examined by post. We are able to confirm the distribution characteristic analysis of GIS failure- type of industry, occurrence frequency, part and counter plan research for failure preventing.
