The purpose of this study was to explore the direction in applying platform business model to the site to facilitate the growth of a private security guard service according to the development phase of economy, The directions of platform business application to be suggested through the study method are as follows. First, ensuring publicness. It should be able to integrate the government's and private sector's ability to collect and impart information. Second, securing self-regulation. Self-regulation should be guaranteed in the limit not to abuse or misuse others' information in re-producing and using information on private safe management and public order. Third, ensuring access. Past safety management has been controlled by public order power such as nation, military and police power, but access should be made to be convenient between suppliers and demanders. Fourth, securing profitability. In conclusion, those supplying and consuming private security guard service should be able to get their wanted value and share economic profits.

Modern society is operated based on the internet, wireless networks, and digital devices to the extent that it is called a digital society. In particular, as most of financial transactions, information movement, and commercial activities are based online, various social problems and side effects related to this are increasing rapidly. Representative examples include industrial espionage activities and leakage of industrial technology, and social problems such as illegal goods trade such as drugs using online and online gambling are increasing to a serious level. These digital-based social problems cannot be solved only by the activities and capabilities of judicial institutions such as police and prosecutors. Now that the private investigation market is open, active intervention using them is necessary. To this end, it is necessary to actively cultivate private investigator's ability to investigate and collect evidence in relation to digital social and criminal problems. In addition, each private investigation education institution or association should actively invest and research this.

As the current fire investigation system in Korea has been performed mainly by the public sector such as fire service, police, etc., private fire investigation system such as 'private fire investigator system' to protect rights and interests of the sufferers from the fire accidents due to defective products showed very deficient. In addition, since the laws and regulations concerned about fire investigation are distributed into and applied for each organization, a lot of problems have been generated such as civil appeals due to duplicated investigations among similar organizations, excess reaction to exclude other organization from the fire investigation field, inefficient waste of administration force due to duplicated operation of fire investigation organization and manpower, etc. This study has surveyed generation operation conditions and problems of the fire investigation system in Korea and drawn its improvement method on the public and private sectors.

As the role and the importance of private security are emphasized in an independent way, as well as in a supportive way for police affairs, this study aims to figure out factors affecting job satisfaction of private security guards by investigating their job satisfaction. This study also suggests some solutions for improvement of their job satisfaction, such as enhancing task motivation and professionalism of private security guards. For the research were used SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Science) WIN 24 programs. Frequency analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and Crosstabulation analysis were performed as analytic methods. As a result of the study, the most fundamental factor in the job satisfaction of the private security guards was 'social recognition'. Social recognition forms when private security guards are trusted as professionals and the value of a job is enhanced. The policy recommendations to improve the job satisfaction of private security guards can be explained as follows. First, a government certification system should be established in an attempt to recruit professional private security guards. Second, in order to improve the work ability of private security guards, it is necessary to designate a special educational institution for a private security guards and provide systematic education. Third, the wage of private security guards should be readjusted to a realistic level. Fourth, it is necessary to secure substantial effect on the permission and the supervision of private security business. Finally, the business area based on public interest should be expanded.

This study discusses some topics of Security License System and Security Training System in Japan. Especially, the Security License must be very influence that the growth of security industry. And it's true that a few enlightened approach to cooperation between police and private security has already begun to take place in some divisions. The most important thing of the License Test System in Japan is the method of test rule and test section. Then the training systems of the security agent have been very impressive rule and the system for security agent. Today, the market of the security industry in Korea have been going to develop and extend to the future industry. The assignments that are leaved to security industry in Korea must be that the improvement of the License & Training System of Security Agent in Korea should be made effort by the security industry and the public section that looks like the police.

With the spread of Personal Computers(PC) in the 1980's, many people started to deal businesses with PC. From late 1990's, the Internet age with PC have started and many people have showed keen interest in cyber-space and now they are utilizing it. Since 2000's the use of cyber-space have skyrocketed and it caused significant changes to humans' life. There was a huge prosperity to us but the new kind of crime, cyber-crime, was raised. Unlike past physical type of crimes, those cyber-crimes take place in the cyber-space and they have special features of non-facing, anonymity, specialty, technologic, repetition, continuation. Those cyber-crimes are continually growing since 2003 and in 2010 it almost doubled compared to 2003. General cyber-crimes like phishing-scam pornography circulation was most of them and notably perpetrators of them are younger generation. Recently cyber-crimes are showing the trend of advancing more and more and cyber-bullying, fraud like phishing scam are on the rise. The police are responding by making 'Cyber Terror Response Center', but it does not work effectively with the problems of breakup of prevention and investigation unit, procedure of investigation and the system itself. So, I suggest practical use of private security to remedy our police's weakness and to prevent cyber-crimes. Preventing solutions of cyber-crime with private security are physical defense of large-scale servers and vital computers, building of Back-up system to prevent vital data loss, and building of cyber-crime preventing system combining software and hardware.

The private investigator system, deal with the matter efficiently, will good system to prevent economic loss of business, state and nation through make a good use in business crime that machinery of law difficult to intervene. In the 1960s, economic growth served to step up industrialization and urbanization, which was concurrent with th e urban concentration of population, and this phenomenon led to an increase in crime, and there was a rapid increase in demand for security at the same time. So the law enforcement authorities instituted the security service act in a move to secure quasi-police force. The enactment of the security service act has been put in force up to now, fueling the growth of security business. Mean while, the security industry has attained a splendid growth as one of growth industries, and it's required to look back on the past to determine new directions for the industry to make a new leap forward. Thus, the 1970s was a period to lay the groundwork for Korean private security, and the purpose of this study was to examine the social environments of the 1970s related to private security and what accelerated the development of private security.

Massacres of civilians are being committed in the Russia-Ukraine war, and the war is becoming a long-term war due to a lack of support for reserve combat forces. Considering the reality that South Korea is experiencing a rapid population decline and is rapidly entering an aging society, we are at a point where the nature of the war with North Korea must change. Among them, if private security guards are placed under the control of the police as regular security and crime prevention personnel and used as an alternative resource for reserve forces to ensure the safety of wartime areas and residents and prepare for long-term wars, it will help preserve combat power and maintain sustainability.Regarding private security, considering Japan's further development, we compared it with ours and looked into ways to utilize it as a reserve force for a divided country. In a future where low birth rates will lead to a decrease in military strength, if private security guards are used in local security vacuums during peacetime and participate in local defense during wartime, it could help improve the Korean military's reserve force.

The study defines the job characteristics anxiety of the private security workers and the effect of the performance. While the study selected the private guards working at the private security companies registered at the National Police Agency in Seoul 2011 and sampled total 300 people by using the judgment sampling method, the final input case number is 266 people. The study used alpha value of the reliability analysis and the maximum-likelihood classification of the covariation structure analysis in order to verify the validity of the survey and the reliability. With the research method and the process the result of the study is as follows. First, the task importance of the private security workers affects the minus influence to the characteristic anxiety. Second, the feedback of the private security workers affects the minus influence to the characteristic anxiety. Third, the job autonomy of the private security workers affects the minus influence to the characteristic anxiety. Fourth, the feedback of the private security workers affects the plus influence to the task performance. Fifth, the job autonomy of the private security workers affects the plus influence to the task performance. Sixth, the skill variety of the private security workers affects the plus influence to the task performance. Seventh, the characteristic anxiety of the private security workers affects the plus influence to the task performance.
