The aim of this study was to grasp demands of residents about floor plans. This study grasped needs of residents through small group workshop that is composed of housewives. The data from this was analyzed by the side of human behavior in residence space privacy, private space, territoriality, intimacy or social interaction, delightfulness. the major findings are as follows; floor plans of apartment separate of private and public space evidently. But each space has to have possible of extension and combination. It is supported by systematical storage and variable wall system.

The purpose of this study was to investigate planning components of floor plans demanded by consumers and to analyze their demands and wants that can be reflected in developing apartment units. The study was conducted by using small group workshops, so that the participants were able to share the living experiences drawn from apartment living and also to point out the improvements of current 4-bay floor plans available. The research result indicate the follows ; The protection of privacy and communication have relation to the separation of master zone and other rooms. found seven specific categories in relation to planning components of floor plans . Respondents wanted new rooms that could accomodate various function, separated the private spaces from public space in center.

The purpose of this study is to suggest an improvement for the CPTED(Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) guidelines for the urban linear park. We analysed the Changjeon-dong section of Gyeongui Line Forest Park into 12 sub-areas and evaluated CPTED design applied on the park based on analysis framework derived from 15 precedent studies by conducting on-site observations. Both surveys and in-depth interviews on users of the park were conducted and the results of analysis on the evaluation from users and the on-site observation were compared. We found that the lighting condition and the height of wall and trees at the park boundaries are very important to insure natural surveillance since the adjacent areas are easy to be hidden from passers-by and subject to invasion and threat of crime while protecting the privacy of residents on the boundary. There should be improvement on management facilities and crime prevention facilities for more safe and convenient use of the linear park and the adjacent commercial use during nighttime also need to be managed for conflicts between various type of users.

Purpose : Balanced meal service is very important for the elderly to maintain good physical health. Good food and comfortable dining environment is also important for the elderly to prevent emotional depression. The purpose of this study is to investigate current problems of dining space in Korean elderly welfare facility. De-institutionalizing dining environment of elderly welfare facility will bring more meaningful social interactions among elderly users. Methods : Through literature research and case studies of welfare centers in the US and Japan, Elderly Dining Space Checklist was developed. Dining spaces of 11 welfare facilities in Seoul was analyzed by this checklist. It was administered by interior designers as well as facility staffs to achieve more credible results. Questionnaire for the elderly users of those dining space also prosecuted to broaden knowledge for creating improved environment. Results : Dining spaces of elderly welfare centers are lack of privacy and furnitures are not comfortable enough for the general users as well as wheelchair users. Elderly dining space users are seeking more private and comfortable spaces for the social communications. Implications : Dining environment for the elderly in Korea should develop more de-institutionalized design concepts.

RFID in which subminiature IC chip with the indentified information is built a core technique that can recognize, trace and manage various information of an object using radio frequency in the age of Ubiquitous. Several pressing matters about an infringement of Privacy and a security of private information should be settled as soon as possible because an information of specific circumstance can be collected and used without any awareness by others as well as a private information. In addition, various algorithms with high level of security, which is normally used in wire, can be hardly applied to RFID tag because of a lot of restrictions of tag. In this report, designed-RFID tag based on the standard of ISO/IEC 18000-6 and the problems which originated from the technical procedure of that design were analyzed, and the algorithm which could be applied to the designed-tag was also investigated.

This study examined the current space usage of postpartum care center and postpartum mother's assessment of postpartum care center. This study was conducted questionnaire web survey. 220 women who used postpartum care center were surveyed. The data were analyzed by using SPSS Program for Win 12.0. Frequency, percentage, mean were used. The major findings were as follows: The postpartum care center was consisted of 5 areas such as living area, sanitary area, public area, service area and administration area. Living and public area were mainly occupied, but service area was insufficient. The users showed high satisfaction with mother room, and low satisfaction with nursing room and shower room. The users complained of size of mother room, collaboration with others in shower room and toilet. The users wanted guest meeting room for users' privacy of living room. The users wanted service area such as massage room, fitness room, physical care roon.

This spatial inclusion in actual housings are realized in the division of cellular space, formation of room through frontality, transition of room through material surface, and the dual-systemizing of circulation into function and formality. This simultaneously establishes the self-sufficiency of individual spaces and the interrelations between volumes, and leads to Raumplan, which is a form of architecture that gradually includes space within space. Though its dichotomous consideration of space. It economizes their use, which answers to the actual request of architecture in the modern era.

Recently, research on CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency) has been actively conducted for various reasons by countries around the world. In addition, with the dazzling development of blockchain technology, blockchain technology is being adopted in CBDC. In this paper, we propose a blockchain-based CBDC system that can be effectively used in the traditional banking system. We also analyze the requirements of CBDC and suggest ways to commercialize CBDC. We present a system design and implementation method, especially in terms of compatibility, interoperability, and privacy.

As a next-generation communication technology, 5G networks are capable of handling large amounts of traffic based on higher speeds, shorter communication delays, and higher connectivity compared to 4G networks. In this 5G network environment, base stations are installed all over the city at high density due to their characteristics, and are connected to user terminals to provide services. Therefore, if the base station is damaged by a malicious attacker, it is expected to cause great damage to users and society as a whole. So the need for secure communication equipment such as 5G base stations has emerged. Therefore, in this paper, we propose the security functional requirements derived using threat modeling, a systematic methodology for 5G base stations, and the security assurance requirements at the level that can cope with the backdoor issues. The security requirements proposed in this paper can be used for base station design and development to construct a secure network environment as a security evaluation standard for 5G base stations.

Library is a communication channel between book and human. Specially public library furniture plays an important role from every aspect in information materials and users, among users and in relationship between library managers and users. This study defined library furniture as a communication channel which connects library materials and users and was based on 35 local libraries and 12 overseas libraries. The author studied major elements and characteristics which constitute communication types among storage furniture, furniture in reading areas and furniture in digital reading area. The followings are the results from the study. First, storage furniture should be designed by reflecting characteristics of library materials and for effective delivering to the users. Therefore utmost communication can be made by searching for various designs in book-shelves and effective manner of display. Secondly, furniture in reading areas should support various users' needs from customized browsing to long hour studying and there should be properly supported for private space and correspondent reading postures. The third, there are needs for design conditions to support privacy and for comfort from long hour reading and mobility out of posture change in digital reading areas. The fourth, there should be ergonomically designed furniture plan and surroundings in public library which can boost various reading postures. Also furniture plan should be done by considering users' bodies and eyes orientations which can result in improved power of concentration.
