The purpose of this study was to investigate salesperson's perception of fashion company in the middle management system of department store. This study was conducted by a qualitative research method. An in-depth interview was managed to 14 fashion shop managers and salesperson who have three or more years of work experience at the department store. Interview details were classified three categories: relations with fashion company and others, concern with products supply, concern with products sales. First, the positive factors on relations with fashion company are mutual trust, stability of fashion company, coordination and consideration for shop, communication with fashion company, methodical IT system, methodical education, and social gathering support. The negative factors are unilateral breach of contract from fashion company, communication problem, gap between sales status in shop and product design in fashion company, lack of professional education, difficulty of participating in education, and inadequate employee benefits. Second, the positive factor on products supply is priority of products supply. The negative factors are lack of main items, product procurement lacking rapidity, and problem of securing a supply. Third, the positive factors on products sales are brand pride, display and information support about products, and free gift support. The negative factors are unfair selling commission policy, sales pressure, and excessive responsibility.

This study aims to feasibility study of the Youth Center. Welfare of adolescents is appeared to a matter of concern and interest as social problems of various kinds related adolescents including the fire at a beer bar in Inchon occur recently. In view of government, in addition to fairness of facility location, location of such facilities arc to be determined the respect to cost of locating facilities and developmental direction in the future. A feasibility study is and effective tool in determining the decision of investment or not and the level of investment priority on projects requiring a sizeable investment and the feasibility of a project. The first, it is to select reasonable location. It was selected three and two by consideration of facilities distribution and connection with others. Five proposal selected was estimated by five element of approach, demand, symbol, reality, environment. In result proposal I was chosen. The next, it is to estimate scales. It was estimated by analysis of catchment area, similar facilities, programs, in result 7,260㎡ come into analysis to the best gross area. The finally, it is to study on economical efficiency. Income Statement estimated was came out ₩1,7billion. in addition, it offer various benefit by public facilities.
This paper reviews the Korean vernacular names of 35 cetacean species found in Korean waters and mentioned in 19 references, including laws, high school textbooks, and books on whales. The vernacular names of 16 species were identical in all sources examined. Some names have their origins in old Korean books, while others have recently entered public awareness through movies, TV programs, and the mass media; some species are frequently studied by researchers. Given the nature of vernacular names, that is, names used by people who live in sympatry with the animals, priority was not given high consideration in this paper. Instead, we carefully investigated the origin, publicity, and rationale of the Korean common names for the 35 species. All of these Korean names are also listed in "The World Cetacea Database (http://www.marinespecies.org/cetacea/)," which contains the most accurate cetacean systematic information on the Web.

The purpose of this study was to suggest the vegetation structure and management plan of forests at Anmyundo. Sixteen plot were established in the forests and surveyed. The plant communities were classified into three community type, which were Pinus densiflora-Quercus serrata community, Pinus densiflora community, Quercus variabilis community. It was hypothesized that Pinus densiflora-Quercus serrata community will be changed to Quercus Spp. community. The vegetation management for successional controls on long-term basis was suggested. Dominant trees were mid-size trees(21~30year-old and DBH 18~28cm), and large trees(over DBH 30cm) appeared only at the Recreation Forest and Kuksabong. Anmyundo forests should be managed with a priority given to Pinus densifolra. Forest trees should be planted in consideration of environmental conditions and Pinus densifolra densities.

Even in case of new materials, materials that are not only harmless for the current global environment but also have high-performance and high-function are sought-after in consideration of the global environmental problems. Moreover, in construction areas where a large amount of cement and concrete are used, the establishment of the recycling technology or transformation into resources and energy materials are being put in place. And also, in a situation where the slow and relaxed city and rural life have a high priority, the need for cement and concrete as environmentally friendly new materials that best suit the emotions in human beings is on the rise and a new way to make good use of cement and concrete as new materials in construction technology should be sought. The recently introduced functional and environmentally friendly concrete is aimed at enhancing health through the adjustments of the body biorhythm using far-infrared. Minerals that contain a great amount of the elements with the frequent occurrence of the infrared among earth minerals and concrete are mixed to use structures or finishing materials, which will tackle the issues of smells, mold and corrosion.
Most preceding studies on museum lighting have focused mainly on illuminance, however this study examines diverse lighting characteristics, including illuminance, luminance, color temperature, and color rendering to allow a more objective evaluation of museum lighting. In particular, issues with existing museum lighting were examined through visual measurement to find an appropriate condition complying with museum lighting standards while providing a pleasant lighting experience for visitors. Although the top priority of museum lighting is to safely protect collections on display, lighting that takes into consideration luminance, color temperature and color randition will allow more effective appreciation as well as safe conservation of the exhibits.
China's proposal of the CAFTA (China-ASEAN Free Trade Area) in 2001 prompted a great debate about whether China was a trade competitor of ASEAN, given their similarity in economic development levels and trade/export structures. That Beijing shifted its focus on economic cooperation from the international level to the regional level led to its proposal of the CAFTA. As the Framework Agreement (Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Cooperation between China and ASEAN) showed, Beijing's careful consideration for four newer ASEAN members (Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam) intended not only to help all ASEAN members develop economically, but also to narrow the economic gap existing between them and the six old ASEAN members; in return, China was recognized as a full market economy, which it is not currently recognized within the framework of the WTO. The substantial rise in bilateral trade and the structural changes of the trade in goods between China and ASEAN member nations after 2001 proves that ASEAN benefited more from the CAFTA, particularly when the areas where ASEAN had the comparative advantages were designated as the priority cooperation areas between China and ASEAN. In sum, similarities existing in economic development levels and industrial structures between China and ASEAN made them natural economic competitors. However, closer studies of trade in goods of S1-7, S1-6 and S1-0 reveal that China acted as an increasingly complementary trade partner of ASEAN after 2001.
Purpose: This descriptive study was conducted to illuminate, from the nursing point of view, the infant care act, which was revised recently and to suggest a desirable direction of its enforcement decree and regulations. Method: This study was carried out through literature review and a collection of child care experts' opinions. Result: The most remarkable changes in infant care act and the suggestions for a desirable direction of its enforcement decree and regulations are as follows: It can be said that the law on 'health', 'nutrition' and 'safety' for a child care center was improved to the level of act from the level of enforcement regulation. In the enforcement regulation on the distribution of nurses in child care centers, it is desirable that nurse's aids are excluded. It is recommended that every child care center should have a nurse or a health care manager and/or an emergency caretaker. In the curriculum for child care, the subjects on child health care should be an essential subject, not elective. Conclusion: Child care act should be reformed under the discipline of first priority to child health. Every nurse and nursing professor should have interest and earnestness in child care and conduct related studies.

In FMEA, the risk priority number(RPN) is used for risk evaluation on each failure mode. It is obtained by multiplying three components, i.e., severity, occurrence, and detectability of the corresponding failure mode. Each of the three components are usually determined on the basis of the past experience and technical knowledge. But this approach is not strictly objective in evaluating risk of a given failure mode and thus provide somewhat less scientific measure of risk. Assuming a homogeneous Poisson process for occurrence of the failures and causes, we propose a more scientific approach to evaluation of risk in FMEA. To quantify severity of each failure mode, the mission period is taken into consideration for the system. If the system faces no failure during its mission period, there are no losses. If any failure occurs during its mission period, the losses corresponding to the failure mode incurs. A longer remaining mission period is assumed to incur a larger loss. Detectability of each failure mode is then incorporated into the model assuming an exponential probability law for detection time of each failure cause. Based on the proposed model, an illustrative example and numerical analyses are provided.
