광대역 기판 인쇄형 모노폴 안테나 설계 (Design of Wideband Printed Monopole Antenna)

  • 본 논문에서는 Bow-tie 다이폴 안테나를 변형시킨 계단형 Bow-tie 형태의 모노폴 안테나의 급전부의 안테나에 슬릿(slit) 장착 및 이면(裏面)의 접지면의 길이를 변화시키는 임피던스 정합 방법을 적용하여 광대역 특성을 갖는 안테나를 제안한다. 제안된 안테나의 길이는 1/4파장보다 작고, 대역폭은 2:1 VSWR의 범위에서 77.1 %, 1.7 GHz에서의 안테나 이득은 1.7 dBi를 얻었으며 방사패턴은 전 방향성을 가지고 있다.

키토산이 전처리된 직물을 이용한 코치닐 날염 (Cochineal Printing Using Pretreated Fabrics with Chitosan)

  • The concentration of dye uptake and the fastness improved when cotton and silk fabrics were treated with chitosan, a natural polymer. In this study, the effect of chitosan treatment was reviewed after the printing of cotton and silk fabrics padded with chitosan. When the change of physical and mechanical properties of printed fabrics was reviewed (as the concentration of chitosan increased) the thickness and weight increased a little, and the air permeability increased significantly than those untreated with chitosan. The dye uptake increased, accompanying a darker color shade, and the wash fastness increased 1/2-1 grade. The analysis results of enlarged images of printed patterns indicated that the width and area deformations were minimal as the concentration of chitosan increased when compared to untreated fabrics. Therefore, the dyeability and pattern quality were excellent after printing the chitosan-treated cotton and silk fabrics with cochineal dyestuff.

  • The main purpose of this study is to inves-tigate brand loyalty on ready-to-wear of fe-male. The subjects were two hundred ninty females in Taegu. Using SPSS package in or-der to identify relations of clothing selection behavior and information source uses multivariate analysis of variance(MANPVA) univariate analysis of variance(ANOVA) were executed. Scheffe est a kind of post-hoc multiple comparisons methods was adapted. conclusions reached in this study are as follows: 1. Clothing purchase pattern of consumers classified brand loyal group and brand dis-loyal group. The number of people in the brand loyal group was fifty more than that of the brand disloyal group. 2. In relation of brand loyalty and clothing selection behavior brand loyal group had high scores on individuality and exhibition of clothing selection behavior. Brand dis-loyal group had high scors on economy practicality courtesy facility. 3. In difference of information uses on brand loyalty brand loyal group had high scores on printed-information source, broadcast-ing-information source broadcast-ing-information sources. Among them brand loyal group particularly used printed-infor-mation source more than brocasting infor-mation source. On the contray brand dis-loyal group have high scores on human-in-formation source.

Twisted Differential Line Structure on High-Speed Printed Circuit Boards to Enhance Immunity to Crosstalk and External Noise

  • Differential signaling has become a popular choice for high-speed interconnection schemes on Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), offering superior immunity to external noise. However, conventional differential transmission lines on PCBs have problems, such as crosstalk and radiated emission. To overcome these, we propose a Twisted Differential Line (TDL) structure on a multi-layer PCB. Its improved immunity to crosstalk noise and the reduced radiated emission has been successfully demonstrated by measurement. The proposed structure is proven to transmit 3 Gbps digital signals with a clear eye-pattern. Furthermore, it is subject to much less crosstalk noise and achieves a 13 dB suppression of radiated emission. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 이용한 PCB기판에서의 회로패턴에 따른 전자기적 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Electromagnetic Properties due to Circuit Patters in the Printed Circuit Hoard using Computer Simulation)

  • In this paper, electric field interference was analyzed in the Printed Circuit Board to restrain the elcctromagnetic wave using Boundary Element Method and Finite Element Method. First, charge density distribution was simulated using Boundary Element Method and the characteristic impedance was caculated to restrain the reflex wave, and mutual capacitance was caculated in the multi-strip line PCB. Finally, electric field was simulated in the variable patterns using Finite Element Method. As a result, the optimal structure and characteristics of strip line was obtained and the imformations about the optimal design pattern could be obtained with the analysing the feild distribution.

컴퓨터 그래픽스를 이용한 날염 패턴 디자인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Printing Pattern Design using Computer Graphics)

  • The writer did a survey of current textile patterns for the purpose of identifying a motif trend. After identifying a current motif trend the writer used an IBM PC 386 Computer and Lumena Software to design actual patterns. The results are as follows: 1. The most common currently used prints are floral patterns. 2. Knowing that floral patterns are most popular, the writer established a motif using the Rose of Sharon, the national flower of Korea. 3. Using computer graphics to move, enlarge and scale-down motif, the writer has been able to design various textile patterns. 4. Creating patterns with computer graphics was not only more efficient, but it also produced more accurate designs and a greater variety of designs. 5. Using the many computer graphic functions avaliable, a greater variety of patterns changes and compositions can be displayed than would be possible if produce by hand. 6. Computer simulations of textiles and clothing made it possible to evaluate the printed fabric or finished product. Faults in the printed fabric or clothing could be corrented before production. Through simulation then it is possible to create higher quality garments and readuce costly mistakes. Thereby greater profits will be realized from the finished garments.

  • We report the field emission characteristics of transparent single-walled carbon nanotube (SWNT) film printed using an inkjet. Pure SWNTs dispersed in dimethylformamide were printed in a transparent layer on indium-tin oxide-coated glass and annealed at $350^{\circ}C$. After taping treatment, SWNTs were oriented vertically on the substrate. The front and the back of the fabricated device produced simultaneous emissions of identical quality. In addition, inkjet printing directly achieved a patterned emission, without a secondary pattern process. This method allows simple fabrication using only SWNTs, without the use of other additives.

  • Among the various roll-to-roll printing technologies such as gravure, gravure-offset, and reverse offset printing, reverse offset printing has the advantage of fine patterning, with less than 5 ${\mu}m$ line width. However, it involves complex processes, consisting of 1) the coating process, 2) the off process, 3) the patterning process, and 4) the set process of the ink. Each process demands various ink properties, including viscosity, surface tension, stickiness, and adhesion with substrate or clich$\acute{e}$; these properties are critical factors for the printing quality of fine patterning. In this study, Ag nano ink was developed for reverse offset printing and the effect of polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP), used as a capping agent of Ag nano particles, on the printing quality was investigated. Ag nano particles with a diameter of ~60 nm were synthesized using the conventional polyol synthesis process. Ethanol and ethylene glycol monopropyl ether(EGPE) were used together as the main solvent in order to control the drying and absorption of the solvents during the printing process. The rheological behavior, especially ink adhesion and stickiness, was controlled with washing processes that have an effect on the offset process and that played a critical role in the fine patterning. The electrical and thermal behaviors were analyzed according to the content of PVP in the Ag ink. Finally, an Ag mesh pattern with a line width of 10 ${\mu}m$ was printed using reverse offset printing; this printing showed an electrical resistivity of 36 ${\mu}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ after sintering at $200^{\circ}C$.

양장기능사실기시험의 재킷 패턴 연구 (The Study on Jacket pattern in Craftsman Women's Wear Pattern Examination)

  • To work in the fashion industry which has entered the digital age, and in specialization and high-industrialization age, one needs to attain various skills required for the qualifications of a fashion specialist. For these, qualification certificate systems are enacted to nurture specialized technical personnel, and among these, a jacket pattern is selected from the practical examination of Western-style dress skill prepared for nurturing specialist who can design, cut, and sew women's clothing, to be compared and analyzed against the existing printed practical textbooks, technical books of making clothes which used as college textbooks, and local documents of theoretical study documents. The methodology of the research is to select 8 samples for the study, analyze the identity with the design, and then cut applying the identical dimensions and compare the measurements, and make the clothes using each cutting methods, and inspect to find the consistency with the design and made statistical analysis. As a result, we designed and made research patterns, and suggested a jacket pattern design to patterns simply that suits the design fast.

유한요소법에 의한 적층형 세라믹 히터의 전극 패턴 최적화 (Optimization of Electrode Pattern for Multilayer Ceramic Heater by Finite Element Method)

  • In this study, we investigated the effect of electrode pattern design on the thermal shock resistance and temperature uniformity of a ceramic heater. A cordierite substrate with a low thermal expansion coefficient was fabricated by tape casting, and a tungsten electrode was printed and used as a heating element. The temperature distribution of the ceramic heater was calculated by a finite-element method (FEM) by considering various electrode patterns, and the tensile stress distribution due to the thermal stress was calculated. In the electrode pattern with a single-line width, the central part of the ceramic heater was heated to the maximum temperature, and the position of the ceramic heater having a double-line width was changed to the maximum temperature, depending on the position of the minimum line width pattern. The highest tensile stress was found along the edges of the ceramic heater. The temperature gradient at the edge determined the tensile stress intensity. The smallest tensile stress was observed for electrode pattern D, which was expected to be advantageous in resisting thermal shock failures in ceramic heaters.
