  • As the importance of artificial intelligence(AI) education is emphasized recently, policies and researches are being promoted to develop the AI curriculum or courses for K-12 students in worldwide. In this study, researcher analysed a synthesis of contents and standards on AI education curriculum to present implications for AI education in the elementary and secondary schools. As a result, Korea and the United States are proposing national curriculum standards to provide the basis for AI curriculum establishment in school sites and to provide guidelines for various related policies such as teacher training programs. The EU's AI education is characterized by its curriculum and online courses to ensure that all citizens of the EU have AI literacy, rather than designating students or subjects at specific school levels. In terms of educational contents and levels, Korea, United States, and EU's curriculum or standards includes basics and applications related to machine learning and neural network based on the fundamental concepts and principles of artificial intelligence.

  • In this paper, we propose a phenomenon that analyze the impact of market sentiment on China's real estate market through the perspective of behavioral economics. Previously, real estate market analyzation basically focus on some fundamental principles which include market price, monetary policies and income, etc. However, little research has explored market sentiment and its influence. By using principal components analysis (PCA), this study first creates buyer's sentiment and seller's sentiment to measure the heat of China's real estate market. Different from using traditional estimation method, the vector autoregressive model (VAR) is used to analyze how both sentiments affect real estate return. The overall results show that from unit root test and impulse response analyzation, the impact of seller's sentiment is positive to real estate market while buyer's sentiment is negative. At the same time, the higher seller's sentiment will have different influence on the housing market compared with the higher buyer's sentiment.

  • Sound equipment has developed rapidly as digital technology has quickly matured. Due to this fact, the necessary knowledge and skills are new. Moreover, improvements in digital surrealism in acoustical modeling have increased the challenges facing future audio engineers. Therefore, the necessity of Instruction in the use of sound equipment is needed for the specialist and amateur, alike. However, it is not easy to loam all kinds of sound equipment and systems which are upgraded often. It is necessary to offer a virtual environment that accurately simulates the manipulation and experiences of new sound recording technologies. The purpose of this study was to design a web based virtual operating system for sound equipment technologies which guide user to learn basic principles of usage and production techniques. The virtual simulation system was designed to aggressively implement an actual equipments so that user manipulation will accurately reflect current equipment usage and behavior.

  • A baby-step giant-step algorithm divides n by n blocks that possess $m={\lceil}\sqrt{n}{\rceil}$ elements, and subsequently computes and stores $a^x$ (mod n) for m elements in the 1st block. It then calculates mod n for m blocks and identifies each of them with those in the 1st block of an identical elemental value. This paper firstly proposes a modified baby-step giant-step algorithm that divides ${\lceil}m/2{\rceil}$ blocks with m elements applying $a^{{\phi}(n)/2}{\equiv}1(mod\;n)$ and $a^x(mod\;n){\equiv}a^{{\phi}(n)+x}$ (mod n) principles. This results in a 50% decrease in the process of the giant-step. It then suggests a reverse baby-step giant step algorithm that performs and saves ${\lceil}m/2{\rceil}$ blocks firstly and computes $a^x$ (mod n) for m elements. The proposed algorithm is found to successfully halve the memory and search time of the baby-step giant step algorithm.

  • In this paper, we propose the standard architecture for the IFF interface SW in naval combat management system(CMS). The proposed standard interface architecture is a method designed to reduce modification efforts and man-month of reliability test for the existing the IFF interface SW of 11 types. We identified highly dependent CMS and GFE information, leading to the redefinition of standard requirements and functions, and proceeded with the initial design applying the Naval Shield Component Platform(NSCP). Subsequently, using the Feature Model, we derived additional common and variable elements for the interface of multiple CMS and GFE. Considering the S.O.L.I.D principles, we designed the final architecture. The proposed IFF Interface SW, based on the standard architecture, is expected to enhance management efficiency through a common architecture, increase code reusability and scalability, and reduce development costs by shortening reliability testing times.

  • This study investigated the ethical attitudes towards Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) among nursing college students. Data were collected from September to November 2022, involving 209 students in Jeonbuk Province. Analysis was done using SPSS WIN 25.0 with descriptive statistics and the χ2-test. Students generally agreed with respecting patient wishes, providing accurate information, and adhering to DNR guidelines. They supported treatment upon guardian request and maintaining aseptic principles for DNR patients. They showed neutral attitudes towards discontinuing mechanical ventilation upon family request, using all means to prolong life for patients with no chance of survival, the primary physician's DNR decision, etc. There was often opposition to the decline in medical team interest after DNR declaration. Significant differences based on DNR education experience were found regarding the use of all treatments for terminally ill patients (p=.028) and the need to advise if a co-worker treats a DNR patient without aseptic procedures (p=.014). Education on DNR situations and procedures is essential for accurate knowledge and high ethical competence.

  • In creative society, fluency in technology means the ability to reformulate knowledge, to express oneself creatively and appropriately, to produce and generate information in computer environment. Fluency in technology is essential for mathematics education with a point of constructivist view. In this paper, we study the meaning of fluency in technology, related to mathematics education. For this purpose, we suggest Papert's constructionism as a theoretical background and consider the principle of 'Learning through design' for fluency in technology. And we consider some principles for designing a mathematical microworld and implement a mathematical microworld for fluency in technology. With this microworld, we consider the after-school-program where students have participated a design activity.

  • The proposed virtual laboratory system for digital logic circuits is composed of two main sessions, which are concept-learning session and virtual experiment session by virtual digital kit. During concept-learning session the learners can easily understand the important principles in the digital circuits to be performed. In addition, during virtual laboratory session the virtual experiments are performed by assembling and connecting the circuits on the virtual bread board, applying input voltages, making the output measurements, and comparing and transmitting the virtual experimental data. Every activity done during the virtual laboratory session is recorded on database and will be provided with the learners as a preliminary report form including personal information. Thus, the educators may check out the submitted preliminary report to estimate how well the learners understand the circuit operations. Finally, in order to show the validity of our virtual laboratory system we investigated and analysed the damage rate of real experimental equipment during class and assessed student performance on the five quizzes for one semester.

  • According to previous researches about online evaluation in many e-Learning contents, it took too much time and effort to generate test questions for formative or achievement tests using a database as an item pool. Furthermore, it is hard to measure accomplishment of learners for each unit through overall tests provided by existing e-learning contents. In this paper, to efficiently cope with problems described above, the item pool based on Item Form was transformed into Interaction Date Model in Run-Time Environment of SCORM2004. And the contents for the math concepts and principles that students would learn from regular classroom were developed in accordance with SCORM. In addition, Confidence Factor Function was used to take an objective view in measuring the accomplishment of learners through the items automatically generated by LMS(Learning Management System).

  • Recently, Korean government has, enacted "Individuals with Disabilities anti-Discriminatory Act" in 2008, and is actively promoting the law. However, it is still at its infancy in comparison to other advanced countries in terms providing access for all users. Educational digital contents offered through cyber home learning need to be universally designed to include all learners. This study, I have analyzed the accessibility of K cyber home learning contents using FAE tool, and the result showed low scores or failed for 'HTML Standards', 'Scripting' and the 'Text Equivalents.' To assist digital contents' accessibility, UDL 7 principles could be use to improve accessibility and universality for learner-centered designs. Use of UDL will include learners with and without disabilities to learn from educational digital contents.
