Objectives : This study was to propose how to translate journal references into english for enhancing citation index of the journals published in the Korean Oriental Medical Society. Methods : Journal reference is mainly composed of author name, title or book name, journal name such as Index Medicus or publisher name, etc. In order to find the appropriate equivalents to the above major constituents, head words extracted from all the references of Journal of Korean Oriental Medical Society published in 2002 to 2009. A plan for English translation of the journal reference was formulated and the glossary was prepared. Plan for English translation of the journal reference : 1. Author: Author name was represented as capitalized last name and two initials of first name and listed up to six. If there are more, the first three or six authors were listed with 'et al'. 2. Terminology of traditional Korean medicine: Standard korean traditional medical terminology was one of the current representative dictionary with as much as 6040 headwords, which was needed to be translated into English in order to provide substantial equivalents available for English translation of journal reference. Therefor 4361 english equivalents were to be newly adopted except for 1679 overlapped with them in WHO-IST. Source oriented translation and target oriented translation were allowed to be appropriately selected depending on the condition. In addition, principle of English translation of acupoint,medicinal Herbs, Herbal formula and classical works were proposed. 3. Basically the names of journals should be set in italics and abbreviated according to the List of journals indexed for medline (formerly Index Medicus) published by the National Library of Medicine. however, abbreviation of korean oriental medical journals were not yet established. Thus establishment of tentative korean index medicus should be considered. Conclusions : For the enhancement of journal citation index of korean traditional medical journals, it was suggested that english translation of journal reference should be one of the alternatives enhancing citation rate.

Background and Aim : Health care and cosmetics as well as quality of life is now a matter of concern and many categories of complementary and alternative medicine fall into the territory of the medical practice of Korean medicine. Accordingly, penalties are being taken for unlicensed medical practices of Korean medicine in so called complementary and alternative medicine area. There is a possibility of violating the law for the public part because it is not clearly stipulated in the law as to what is a licensed medical practice. Materials and Method : The significance of the Medical Service Act and the Act on Special Measures for the Control of Public Health Crimes were reviewed, and the related supreme court cases were discussed upon the legal aspect of processing the unlicensed medical practice of Korean medicine. The legal information was provided from the National Law Information Center of the Ministry of Government Legislation, and the information websites of the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court. Results : The concept of medical practice, which is essential in judging the case of unlicensed medical practice, is 'prevention and treatment of diseases through diagnosis, examination, prescribing, medication, or surgical procedures based on medical expertise', and the 'acts that may result in harm and injury of health unless performed by a medical person'. With respect to the medical practice of Korean medicine, the concept includes 'prevention and treatment of diseases using the principle of traditional Korean Medicine'. Conclusions : The concept of medical practice should be clearly stipulated in the law for the control over the unlicensed medical practices of Korean medicine. And it is important to move from the current concept of medical person-oriented medical practice emerging from the national system of healthcare control, to a concept that can accept the era of health managing-oriented medical environment and the co-governance of the healthcare providers and consumers for the future.

본 연구는 '통일교육은 근본적으로 통일에 대한 심리교육이다.'라는 사람중심의 통일교육 관점에서 한민족에게 교류의 활성화와 통일의 완성을 위해서는 어떠한 심리적 요소에 대해 통일교육을 해야 하는 지를 제안하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구의 배경은 독일의 경우 통일된 지 17년이 지난 지금에도 완전한 통일 즉, 내적 통일을 이루기 위해서는 앞으로 30년 내외가 더 필요하다는 평가를 받고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 우리의 경우에는 독일이 하지 못했던 이 교육을 통일 이전부터 해야 한다. 그리고 우리는 독일과 달리 통일 이전의 교류시기가 상당히 길 것으로 전망되기 때문에 이 교류시기에 이 교육을 해야 한다. 우리의 상황에서 중시해야 할 사람중심의 통일교육의 요소는 이데올로기 중심의 통일 교육을 넘어서서 교류와 통일 시기에 개개인의 심리적 안정성 확보를 위한 적응력 증대 방안으로 이것을 통일 교육에 포함시켜야 한다.

In this study, the author researched the process in which the philosophical basis of 'Sa Sang Medicine (四象醫學)' and its methodology build up the principles of Sa Sang Medicine, and then, examined how the principles were applied to the theoretical system of Sa Sang Medicine. The conclusion would be summarized as follows. 1. 'Nae Kyung Medicine (內經醫學)' was developed under the concept that the cosmos's order and its moving rule could be directly applied to that of human body, which corresponded to the 'Theory of Hwang-No (黃老之學)'. On the contrary, Sa Sang Medicine is a thoroughly human-oriented theory formed in the Confucianism system. 2. Lee Jae-Ma's Substantialism can be briefed into 'Mind 心' (Tae Keuk 太極), 'Mind-Body 心身' (Yang Eui 兩儀) and 'Activity-Mind-Body-Matter 事心身物' (Sa Sang 四象), which respectively represents one-elemented substance, two-elemented substance and four-elemented substance. Especially, Sa Sang was used as a basic framework in which he recognized all the objects and phenomena. So, most critical significance of his substantialism consists in the intention of Sa Sang type classifying. 3. By the method of Sa Sang type classifying, Lee Jae-Ma not only redefined the main concepts of confucianism and developed a unique philosophy of his own, but also, in the field of medical science, resystemized and re-explained the structure and function of human body. 4. From the recognition that Activity-Mind-body-Matter (Sa Sang) are four different existence forms of energy 氣 (or four variation types of energy), Yi Jae-Ma thinks that the viscera of human body have a vertical structure of 'four parts 四焦' (upper, mid-upper, mid-lower and lower parts) and its physiological function is operated by the rising and falling action of four energy presentations (sorrow 哀, anger 怒, joy 喜 and pleasure 樂). 5. In "Gyuk Chi Go 格致藁", Lee Jae-Ma understood the concept of joy, anger, sorrow and pleasure on the basis of nature-emotion theory 性情論 from the philosophical viewpoint. But, from the medical viewpoint of "Dong Eui Su Se Bo Won 東醫壽世保元", he understood them on the basis of vital energy theory. That is, sorrow, anger, joy and pleasure are expression of advance or reverse of nature vital-energy 性氣 and emotion vital-energy 情氣. 6. The rising and falling action principle of four energy presentations (sorrow, anger, joy and pleasure) which produces and helps each other is an identical principles of Sa Sang Medicine, distinguished from the Oh-Haeng 五行 circulating principle in Nae Kyung Medicine. Through this principle, Lee Jae-Ma explained the viscera physiology of human body, pathology & diagnosis and pharmacology.

This paper is searching the meaning of Gangseong(姜聖) which came from Gucheon Sangje(九天上帝, the Lord and Creator of the Great Origin of the Ninth Heaven) incarnated in the Gang(姜) family. To study the meaning of Gangseong(姜聖), this paper concentrate on Maitreya(彌勒尊佛) and the sentence about Wonsibanbon(原始返本) Sangje's incarnation in the Gang's family appeared on term Gangseong in the middle of divinity terms(九天應元雷聲普化天尊姜聖上帝). Furthermore, Sangje's surname Gangseong(姜姓) has relation with Maitreya and the sentence about Wonsibanbon. What Maitreya has relation with Gangseong(姜聖) is the legendary poem that Maitreya Statue became complete woman(六丈金佛 化爲全女) and what Wensibanbon has relation with Gangseong is the fact that family name Gang is primary surname all over the world's human beings. Wonsibanbon comprises correction of family lineage and theocracy(政敎一致) which came from tracing and reviving the beginning. As a primary family name, Sangje's incarnation family name Gang plays a leading edge role of religious activity of Sangje because primary family name Gang represents the one and only Truth(眞法) or the principle of Wensibanbon which means the union[unity] of religion and politics(政敎一致), and combining saintliness and heroism (聖雄兼備). According to the one and only Truth(眞法) like this, the first emergence and role of the completely "DoTongKunJa" (道通君子, the perfection of man with Dotong) who Sang-Je declared will build the union[unity] of religion and politics shows realization of advance-oriented salvation. Under the principle of Yangsan(兩山, twin mountain, 甑山, 鼎山, the three-story Maitreya Statue of Geumsan Temple) which implies emergence of the completely "DoTongKunJa"(道通君子) who will accomplish the union[unity] of religion and politics(政敎一致), combining saintliness and heroism(聖雄兼備) and advent of the one and only Truth(眞法出現). This could be possible by the almighty of Sangje who incarnated in Gang's family name according to the principle of Wensibanbon from the text Jeonkyung(典經) as shown. Adjusting family lineage (血統) means to straighten out the relation between ancestors and descendants, and which has close relation with the activity after Sangje's incarnation in Gang's family name according to the principle of Wensibanbon. As far as family lineage was concerned, there are three aspects of close relation between ancestors and descendants. First, general connection between ancestors and descendants, Second Dotong(道通)-related connection, Third after -death entrance(冥府)-related connection. Descendants should know a family history from moral laws of family relationships(天倫) by the Compatibility principle. As for second Dotong-related connection between ancestors and descendants, the fact descendants' Dotong can be accomplished by the act of ancestors' charity shows human beings world(人間界) where descendants live has close organic relation with divine world(神明界) where ancestors live. As for third after-death entrance-related connection between ancestors and descendants, after-death entrance are totally related with both Heavenly order(天道) of ancestors and Humane-order(人道) of descendants. At this point, we can see the relation between ancestors and descendants are very close and organic. As shown from the text Jeonkyung, Sangje as Gucheon Sangje(九天上帝, the Lord and Creator of the Great Origin of the Ninth Heaven) and Maitreya(彌勒尊佛) has descended to the earth adopting Gang's family name according to principle Wensibanbon. By Sangje's incarnation in Gang's family name, the legitimacy of the religion and the perfection of Do could be successed under the law of Yangsan(兩山). Furthermore, Sangje realize the one and only Truth by Adjusting family lineage and producing the completely "true man" through Cheonji Gongsa.

Internet related crimes are a crime which is inter-related with high specialization ${\cdot}$ technicality ${\cdot}$ leakage of information ${\cdot}$ intellectual-offence and deviant behavior. Without the accurate countermeasure, we can't achieve the desired end. So we should find out multilateral and general measure. Always crimes go in advance of the measure, so the counter measures against, computer crime can not be final. Nevertheless, we can't be careless in making the measure, but we should always consider a counter measure. 1995. 12. 29. our country revised criminal law and consolidated direct provisions, especially on the computer-hacking. But, inspite of the revision, especially on the computer-hacking. But, inspite of the revision, we have many problems'. So, first of all, through the positive and empirical study, we should revise criminal law and computer crime related provisions systematically. As the aspects and techniques of internet related crimes are always changing with the development of computer technology, there will be many problems with principle of legality, when we apply the existing abstract provisions to the new crime. We can not be lazy in studying the emerging internet related crimes and taking concrete shape of the provision. And it will be a big help to that desirable to import the foreign provision without consideration of our reality. Without the positive and empirical study on internet related crimes, sometimes important crime will be out of reach of the punishment. Due to these day's development of computer and technology of communication, the personal computers are widely supplied and especially PC communication and exchange of the informations became the most important function. With the advent of internet, new aspects of crimes are appearing. Up to now, the fraud by using the computer or the interference in the execution of duty by the illegal operation of computer was the leading aspects of computer crime, but nowadays with the advent of internet, database crime or network crime like the computer hacking became the important aspects of internet related crimes. These new aspects of internet related crimes are defusing into domains of traditional crimes. Nevertheless to follow and punish the acts on the internet is not technically easy, and as it is emerging international shape, to settle it by international law is not that easy. Harmful acts in the information-oriented society are very diverse in kinds and aspects, and it is difficult to enumerate. The point is that among the new acts in the information-oriented society we should decide which acts are to be punished and which acts are not to be punished. It is needless to say that the criminal law should be the last resort. But owing to the characters of the characteristics of the information-oriented society, when the traditional standards can be applied, the question of what is the basis and how it can be applied in a concrete way is not settled. And if it cannot be applied, how can we make new standard is also an unsettled question.

본 연구는 현대 대의제 대중민주주의의 개선안 도출을 위해 수행되었다. 본래의 민주주의 모델인 이소노미아(isonomia)가 퇴색하고 대중이 통치하는 데모크라시(democracy)로 현대 민주주의가 운영되면서 민주주의시스템의 문제가 심화되고 있다. 다수결 승자독식주의와 자본주의 경제시스템이 야기하는 경제적 불평등으로 인해 민주주의는 더욱 큰 문제를 드러내고 있다. 현대의 평등 정신에 의해 모든 대중이 동등한 자격의 주권자가 되는 대중민주주의는 선동가들이 권력을 장악하기 쉬운 구조다. 경제 문제를 스스로 해결하고 정직성과 용기 헌신 희생 성실성을 가진 자유인들이 동동한 자격으로 법률을 정하고, 그 법을 스스로 지키는 이소노미아는 자유인들의 양심과 덕성에 크게 의존한 시스템인데 비해, 현대 대중 민주주의는 경제력과 무관하게 주권자의 절대 평등성은 구현하였지만, 공동체에 대한 희생정신과 헌신이 없이도 주권자나 공직자가 되어 권리를 누리고 이기심을 채울 수 있는 구조가 되었다. 본 연구는 이소노미아의 본질을 구현하면서 현대 대의제 대중민주주의의 장점을 유지할 수 있는 제도로서 서비스주의 민주주의를 제시하였다. 재산 유무와 관계없이 모두에게 공평한 덕성 자격 요건을 중심으로 시스템을 구현하였다. 인간의 불완전성은 인공지능의 활용으로 보완하였다. 주권자와 공직자 대리인의 본성에 대한 가정을 새롭게 정립하고, 승자독식주의 문제를 해결하였다. 본 연구는 인류 공통원리와 서비스철학을 기반으로 하는 서비스주의 민주주의를 통해 이소노미아의 철학과 대중민주주의의 장점이 동시에 구현될 수 있음을 입증하였다. 자본주의가 20세기에 수정자본주의로 개선되었듯이, 21세기에는 현재 대중민주주의가 수정민주주의인 서비스주의 민주주의로 발전될 필요가 있다.

우리나라의 소프트웨어 생산은 세계 수준에 비하면 아직 미미한 수준에 그치고 있지만 우리나라의 소프트웨어 회사들 가운데 세계적으로 성공한 회사들도 점점 늘어나고 있다. 이러한 시대적인 변화에 부응하기 위하여 우리나라의 컴퓨터교육도 IT의 사용과 활용 중심에서 콘텐츠의 생산과 생산성을 높이기 위하여 원리 중심의 컴퓨터 과학 교육으로 방향 전환이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 초등학교와 중학교에서 '컴퓨터 시스템'과 관련된 교육과정을 개발하고 운영할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 컴퓨터과학교육과 관련된 해외 사례를 분석하고, 컴퓨터과학 교육과 정의 하위 영역으로서 컴퓨터 시스템 영역의 성취 목표를 제시하고, 교수학습 방법과 평가 방법의 고려사항을 제시한다.

In the present research, the free vibration analysis of functionally graded (FG) nanocomposite deep spherical shells reinforced by graphene platelets (GPLs) on elastic foundation is performed. The elastic foundation is assumed to be Winkler-Past ernak-type. It is also assumed that graphaene platelets are randomly oriented and uniformly dispersed in each layer of the nanocomposite shell. Volume fraction of the graphene platelets as nanofillers may be different in the layers. The modified HalpinTsai model is used to approximate the effective mechanical properties of the multilayer nanocomposite. With the aid of the first order shear deformation shell theory and implementing Hamilton's principle, motion equations are derived. Afterwards, the generalized differential quadrature method (GDQM) is utilized to study the free vibration characteristics of FG-GPLRC spherical shell. To assess the validity and accuracy of the presented method, the results are compared with the available researches. Finally, the natural frequencies and corresponding mode shapes are provided for different boundary conditions, GPLs volume fraction, types of functionally graded, elastic foundation coefficients, opening angles of shell, and thickness-to-radius ratio.

Objectives : This study aimed for attain to ideal aspects in medical ethics-clinical medicine, through researching doctor's ethics based on Confucian ideas, Methods : Research materials are datum of Confucian ideas included eastern medical books and the Confucian old books, Stand on above-mentioned, I investigate indispensable ethical condition clinical doctor must have in diagnose and treat. Results and Conclusions : 1. Combination of people-oriented ideas-Confucian and applicative learning-Eastern Medicine, doctor's principle mind is initiated and Confucian physician is the center of that. 2. For practice morality and ethics using the Confucianist's good character, Eastern medical doctor read and acquire the Confucian books. 3. Eastern medical doctor make an effort for application a kind love ideas(perfect religious scholarship ideas of Confucian), serve parents and country as for practice and sublimate into a kind love ideas through practice of integrity and the self-sacrifice. 4. Occasion to examine the female patient, emphasize good manners by Confucian ideas's sexual distinction 5. According to the doctor-doctor ethics, partnership is important due to Confucian faith and good manners 6. Confucian physician often effected by the people around patient and the protector of patient and criticize positive influence by these kind of peoples(傍人) when diagnose and treat. 7. Owing to Confucian's a notion of preferring a son to a daughter(男兒選好思想), come out the methods of convert a son into a daughter(轉女爲男法)-manipulation of sex distinction. this method is criticized aspect of medical ethics.
