MicroRNAs (miRNAs), small non-coding RNAs, have been implicated in various diseases and cellular functions as microregulators of gene expression. Although the history of miRNA investigation in autoimmune $Sj{\ddot{o}}gren^{\prime}s$ syndrome (SjS) is fairly short, a substantial amount of data has already been accumulated. These findings clearly indicate potential clinical implications of miRNAs, such as autoantigen expression and autoantibody production, viral miRNAs regulating the calcium signaling pathway, and aberrant immune cell regulation and cytokine production. Research endeavors in the field are currently underway to select disease-specific diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers by utilizing different types of tissues or biological specimens of SjS patients. Various techniques for miRNA analysis with different stringencies have been applied, with the most recent one being next-generation sequencing. This review compiles and highlights differentially-expressed miRNAs in various samples collected from SjS patients and their potential implications in the pathogenesis of SjS. To facilitate the development of miRNA-targeted personalized therapy in the future, we urge more follow-up studies that confirm these findings and elucidate the immunopathological roles of differentially-expressed miRNAs. Furthermore, improved diagnostic criteria for the disease itself will minimize sampling errors in patient recruitment, preventing the generation of inconsistent data.

댐의 이수안전도는 물 수요량, 저수량, 가뭄에 의한 유입량에 의해서 주로 영향을 받는다. 그러나 댐 운영방식에 따라 댐의 이수안전도는 차이가 발생할 수 있다. 우리나라의 수자원장기종합계획은 K-WEAP모형을 이용하여 댐 하류의 물부족이 발생하면 물 부족량만큼 공급하는 부족량공급(Deficit supply) 방식을 이용하고 있으나 일정방류(Prime flow) 방식을 적용하면 이수안전도가 달라질 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 댐 운영방식에 따른 댐의 이수안전도의 변화를 분석하는 것이다. 이들 결과는 하류의 유지유량공급, 수력 발전을 위하여 일정방류가 고려되는 환경에서 댐의 이수안전도를 재평가하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Ni-base superalloy Haynes 282 was developed as a gas turbine material for use in the ultra-super-critical stage (USC) of next-generation coal-fired power plants. Temperatures in the USC stage exceed $700^{\circ}C$ during operation. In spite of its important role Haynes 282 in increasing the performance of high-pressure turbines, as a result of its high-temperature capability, there is little information on the microstructure, deformation mechanism, or mechanical properties of the cast condition of this alloy. The aim of present study is to examine the creep properties of cast alloy and compare with wrought alloy. The ${\gamma}^{\prime}-precipitates$ were coarsen with the increase of aging time ranging from 8 to 48 hrs. A creep test performed at $750^{\circ}C$ showed faster minimum creep rate and shorter rupture lifetime with the aging time. A creep test performed showed only a slight difference in the rupture life between cast and wrought products. Based on the creep test results, the deformation mechanism is discussed using fractographs.

Mask manufacturing is a high COC and COO process in developing of semiconductor devices because of mask production tool with high resolution. Direct writing has been thought to be the one of the patterning method to cope with development or small-lot production of the device. This study consists two categories. One is the additional process of the direct and maskless patterning generation using SLA for easy and convenient application and the other is a removal process using wet-etching process. In this study, cured status of epoxy pattern is most important parameter because of the beer-lambert law according to the diffusion of UV light. In order to improve the contact force between patterns and substrate, prime process was performed and to remove the semi-cured resin which makes a bad effects to the pattern, spin cleaning process using TPM was also performed. At a removal process, contact force between photo-curable resin as an etching mask and Si wafer is important parameter.

The large scale decisive battle will be gradually reduced on the sea in the future and surface combatant ship installed advanced weapon units as well as propulsion system will be continuously increased. The high level of military technology leads to appear state-of-the-art weapon system using high power energy. As a results, fossil fuel powered main prime mover as diesel engine and gas turbine which are composed of mechanical propulsion system should be decreased from combatant ship in the near future. The new building naval combatant ship with the latest technology has electric based propulsion method of the hybrid type combined with mechanical and electrical drive. U.S. and Royal Navy, especially, select the integrated fully electric based propulsion system for the next generation combat ship and play an important roll for developing them. In this context, this paper was focused on the deduction of implications through analyzing the combatant ship propulsion system using diesel and gas turbine engine which are promoted on the worldwide.

IoT 기반의 초연결사회가 되어감에 따라 암호, 인증, 전자서명 등을 위해 RSA와 같은 공개키암호시스템이 빈번하게 사용되고 있다. 공개키암호시스템은 악의적인 공격으로부터 보안성을 확보하기 위해 크기가 매우 큰 (안전)소수를 사용하는데 기기의 성능이 크게 발전하였음에도 불구하고 크기가 큰 (안전)소수생성은 수행시간이 오래 걸리거나 메모리를 많이 요구하는 작업이다. 본 논문에서는 수행시간과 사용공간의 효율을 높이기 위해 오일러체(Euler sieve)를 사용하는 ET-MR 소수검사법과 ET-MR-MR 안전소수검사법을 제안한다. 제안한 검사법을 확률적으로 분석한 수행시간 예측 모델을 제안하고 기존 방법들과 수행시간, 메모리 사용량을 비교하였다. 실험결과, 이론적 예측시간과 실제 수행시간의 차이는 거의 없었으며(4%미만) 각 알고리즘이 가장 빠를 때의 수행시간을 비교하면 ET-MR이 TD-MR보다 34.5%, DT-MR보다 8.5% 더 빨랐으며, ET-MR-MR이 TD-MR-MR보다 65.3% 더 빨랐고, DT-MR-MR과는 비슷하였다. 공간의 경우 k=12,381일 때 ET-MR이 DT-MR보다 약 2.7배 더 사용했지만 TD-MR보다 98.5% 더 적게 사용하였고 k=65,536일 때 ET-MR-MR이 TD-MR-MR 보다 98.4%, DT-MR-MR보다 92.8% 더 적게 사용하였다.

Even though Chilean writer Roberto $Bola{\tilde{n}}o^{\prime}s$ novel Amulet was inspired by a historical account, it significantly rewrites the story as well as redefines the people who witnessed the history. This novel focuses on the Uruguayan poet Auxilio Lacouture, the self-anointed "mother of Mexican Poetry". She is trapped in a bathroom at the UNAM in Mexico City for thirteen days while the army storms the campus for the repression of the student movement, which was decreed by the sinister Díaz Ordaz and culminated in the holocaust of Tlatelolco. In the space isolated from the outside world, Auxilio attempts to reconstruct the past and to describe the future through an illogical exercise of times. In the meantime, her temporal recollections finally approach the definition of a generation whose historical experience is crucially marked by the key year of 1968, when the novel is set. The only one who remained on the campus, she defends the university's autonomy only by reading and writing poetry. The novel ends in a scene densely imbued with allegorical imagination, by which the author endeavors to justify her generation, more concretely, "the peoples without history", as defined by bohemian poets. The protagonist represents, in some sense, an allegory of the innocence and truth of the history. Her existence per se manifestly demonstrates the power of literature because the literature within this novel in short becomes the most resilient amulet resisting the political violence in an era of increasing madness.

통신 노드들이 이동 중인 mobile ad hoc networks에서, 통신처리율에 따라 노드 쌍들의 순위를 결정하면, 이를 바탕으로 전체 네트워크의 처리율을 향상시키는 동적인 라우팅을 할 수 있다. Balanced Howell rotations는 브리지 게임을 위한 토너먼트 구성 방법의 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 mobile ad hoc networks의 전반적인 통신 처리율 향상을 위해 balanced Howell rotations를 활용할 수 있음을 설명한다. 그리고 balanced Howell rotations가 존재할 수 있는 조건을 제시하고, 이를 증명한다.

A finite group G is called (l, m, n)-generated, if it is a quotient group of the triangle group T(l, m, n) = 〈$\chi$, y, z│$\chi$$\^$l/ = y$\^$m/ = z$^n$ = $\chi$yz = 1〉. In [19], the question of finding all triples (l, m, n) such that non-abelian finite simple group are (l, m, n)-generated was posed. In this paper we partially answer this question for the sporadic group Ru. In fact, we prove that if p, q and r are prime divisors of │Ru│, where p < q < r and$.$(p, q) $\neq$ (2, 3), then Ru is (p, q, r)-generated.

Iteration functions $K_m(z)$ and $U_m(z)$, $m{\geq}2$are defined recursively using the determinant of a matrix. We show that the fixed-iterations of $K_m(z)$ and $U_m(z)$ converge to a simple zero with order of convergence m and give closed form expansions of $K_m(z)$ and $U_m(z)$: To show the convergence, we derive a recursion formula for $L_m$ and then apply the idea of Ford or Pomentale. We also find a Toeplitz matrix whose determinant is $L_m(z)/(f^{\prime})^m$, and then we adapt the well-known results of Gerlach and Kalantari et.al. to give closed form expansions.
