국제환경협약이 우리나라 수출산업에 미치는 영향분석 : 기후환경협약을 중심으로 (Analysis on the effects of the UNFCCC(United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change) on the Primary Exports Industry of Korea)

  • This study is to investigate multilateral environmental agreements,mainly UNFCCC on the primary export industry of Korea and to make a policy recommendation. Mostly literature reviews are focused on the traditional multilateral environmental agreements and the for the most part analysis are conducted prior to the Paris agreement. The result of survey indicates that many companies have not yet felt burden on their business due to UNFCCC(decarbonization) and have monitored the related policies. But the companies ask the government for strong incentives. The paper implies that enforcing strong government incentives, upgrading usage of the nuclear power, improving the related government legislation, setting up the special task force team with government and private sectors are needed.

Assessment of Advanced Joining Technologies for Metal Pipe in the Construction Industry

  • Pipe joining is one of the most critical aspects of most industrial projects, but it is regarded as one of the most inefficient processes in the construction industry. The primary objective of this paper is to explore the applicability of advanced joining technology to the use of metal pipe in the construction industry. This paper begins with a review of current practices with respect to metal joining in the construction industry. The current status of pipe joining is examined. Needs for, and benefits of, advanced joining technology are identified, and a tool for evaluating the applicability of various methods to construction is presented. Joining technologies, including mechanical joining, adhesive bonding, welding, and welding automation, are then introduced, and their applicability to the construction industry is assessed by means of this evaluation tool. It is concluded that there is significant benefits for improvement of piping process in the construction industry through the use of advanced joining technologies.

  • 본 연구는 지역자원기반산업의 지역경제공간의 형성을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 기업 네트워크 분석방법과 가치사슬의 개념을 통합하는 연구틀을 고안하였다. 주활동으로 원료구매에서 생산, 판매에 이르는 기업활동 네트워크를 살펴보았으며, 지원활동으로 연구개발과 기업지원서비스 네트워크를 살펴보았다. 이 연구틀을 기반으로 지역자원기반산업을 유형화하고 이 유형들을 종합하여 살펴봄으로써, 지역자원기반산업의 공간적 특성을 살펴볼 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 이 연구틀을 소개하고 한국 대표적인 지역자원기반산업인 장류제조업에 적용하여, 장류산업의 기업활동 네트워크를 분석하고, 이를 종합하여 지역자원기반산업의 역동성을 살펴보았다.

수요유도형 모형을 이용한 4차 산업혁명 산업의 경제적 파급효과 분석 (The Analysis of Economic Impact for Fourth Industrial Revolution Industry using Demand-driven Model)

  • 본 논문에서는 산업연관표와 한국표준산업분류를 비교하여 4차 산업혁명 관련 산업을 제조업, 정보통신서비스, 금융 및 보험서비스 그리고 과학기술서비스 4부문으로 재분류하였다. 그리고 수요유도형 모형을 이용해 4부문 산업을 외생화하여 경제적 파급효과를 분석하였다. 생산유발효과, 부가가치유발효과, 취업유발효과에 대한 분석결과, 제조업, 정보통신서비스 그리고 과학기술서비스 부문에서는 도소매 및 상품중개서비스가 큰 것으로 계측되었고, 금융 및 보험서비스 부문에서는 금융 및 보험서비스가 큰 것으로 분석되었다. 수입유발효과는 4차 산업 모든 부문에서 광산품이 가장 큰 것으로 분석되었다. 전후방연쇄효과 분석결과, 제조업과 정보통신서비스 부문은 경기변동에 민감한 중간수요적 원시사업형이고, 금융 및 보험서비스와 과학기술서비스 부문은 최종수요적 원시사업형임을 확인하였다.

  • 국내 건설산업의 경우 전통적으로 원도급업체와 하도급업체의 관계를 수직적, 종속적 관계로 인식하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해서는 원${\cdot}$하도급업체를 동반자로 인식하고 상생협력과 발전을 모색할 수 있는 새로운 건설 환경을 조성하여야 할 것이다. 이를 위하여 원${\cdot}$하도급업체간의 상생협력을 위한 성과공유제를 적용하기 위해서는 건설 생산방식과 생산조직 등의 특수성을 반영할 수 있는 적용방안을 제시할 수 있어야 할 것이다. 다라서 본 연구는 건설산업에서 성과공유제의 적용 현황 및 문제점을 조사하여 건설산업에 성과공유제 적용을 위한 기초적인 자료제공을 연구의 목적으로 한다.

  • IMO $NO_x$ levels are generally possible to meet by means of primary on-engine measures. Further significant follow-on reductions are likely to require a secondary after-treatment technique. SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction) technology is used almost exclusively for $NO_x$ removal in stationary combustion systems. In order to develop a practical SCR system for marine application on board ship, a primary SCR system using urea was made. The SCR system was set up on the ship, 'HANNARA' as a test vessel. employed a two-stroke cycle diesel engine as main propulsion, which is a training ship of Korea Maritime University. The purpose of this paper is to report the results about the basic effects of the below system parameters, The degree of $NO_x$ removal depends on some parameters, such as the amount of urea solution added, space velocity, reaction gas temperature and activity of catalyst.

인쇄시설의 알데하이드류 배출특성 및 영향 평가 (A Study on the Emission Characteristics and Impact of Aldehydes from the Printing Industry)

  • Objectives: This study was performed to investigate the emission characteristics of aldehydes emitted by the printing industry and to evaluate their impact on adjacent residential areas. Methods: Aldehydes and THC were measured from the front of the control device in the printing and coating process. Aldehydes and ketones were measured by workplace area, residential area, and background area to evaluate their impact. Results: The concentrations of formaldehyde (<0.047 ppm) and acetaldehyde (<0.068 ppm) in the printing and coating process were relatively low, and the methyl ethyl ketone used as the primary solvent was the main carbonyl compound in the printing process. The daily mean concentrations of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde were not significantly different by workplace area, residential area, or background area. However, the concentration of methyl ethyl ketone was high in the order of workplace area, residential area, and background area. Conclusions: The concentrations of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde in the adjacent residential areas are considered to be more influenced by secondary sources of photochemical reactions than by primary sources. Methyl ethyl ketone is considered to be highly influenced by the primary source, which is printing facilities.

  • A nuclear power plant is composed of a number of primary components. Maintaining the integrity of these components is one of the most critical issues in nuclear industry. In order to maintain the integrity of these primary components, a complicated procedure is required including regular in-service inspection, failure assessment, fracture mechanics analysis, etc. Also, experts in different fields have to co-operate to resolve the integrity issues on the basis of inspection results. This integrity evaluation process usually takes long, and thus, is detrimental for the plant productivity. Therefore, an effective safety evaluation system is essential to manage the integrity issues on a nuclear power plant. In this paper, a web-based fatigue life evaluation system for primary components in nuclear power plant is proposed. This system provides engineering knowledge-based information and concurrent and collaborative working environment through internet, and thus, is expected to raise the efficiency of integrity evaluation procedures on primary components of a nuclear power plant.

미얀마와 한·중·일의 무역패턴 분석 (The pattern of trade between Myanmar and Korea, China and Japan)

  • 본 논문은 미얀마의 개혁과 개방이후의 무역패턴을 분석하고 동아시아의 한국과 중국 및 일본과의 무역패턴을 분석하였다. 미얀마의 비교우위구조와 국제분업구조를 RCA지수와 TSI지수를 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석기간은 개방 직후인 2012부터 자료 확보가 가능한 최근 2014으로 하였으며, 무역자료는 UN comtrade를 사용하였다. 분석결과 미얀마는 개방이후에 무역의 급격한 성장을 이루고 있을 뿐만 아니라 분업의 구조도 변화되고 있었다. 개방으로 2차산품의 무역비중이 증가하였을 뿐만 아니라 비교우위도 1차산품에서 2차 노동집약산업으로 이동하고 있었다. 한국과 중국 및 일본과의 무역에 있어서도 주로 1차산품과 노동집약재 중심으로 수출이 이루어졌다. 동아시아 3국간의 무역의 구조를 비교하면, 한국은 아직 미얀마와 초기단계의 무역구조를 보이고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 즉 중국과 일본은 미얀마와 무역 관계가 안정적인데 반해, 한국과 미얀마의 무역은 비교우위 패턴이 안정적이지 않은 것으로 나타났다.
