Purpose - Multi-dimensional prices comprise multiple components such as monthly payments and a number of payments rather than a single lump-sum amount. According to previous studies, an increase in the number of price dimensions leads to a massive amount of cognitive stress resulting in incorrect calculation, and deterioration in the consistency of the price judgment. However, an increase only in the level of complexity of calculating multi-dimensional prices does not always result in a corresponding decrease in the accuracy of price evaluation. Since diverse variables could affect consumers' purchase-decision-making process, the results of price evaluation would be different. In this study, an empirical analysis was performed to determine how the accuracy of price evaluation varies depending on the extent of the complexity of price dimensions using product involvement and brand preference as moderating variables. Research design, data, and methodology - A survey was conducted on 260 students, and 252 effective responses were used for analysis. The data was analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, and two-way ANOVA. In this study, six hypotheses were developed to examine the effect of product involvement and brand preference on consumers' evaluation effort of multi-dimensional prices. Results - As the number of price dimensions increased, accuracy of price evaluation appeared to be low in high involvement, as expected. However, it showed no differences in price evaluation effort when the level of complexity of calculating multi-dimensional prices is low. When a small number of price dimensions are presented in both cases of high and low involvement, accuracy of price evaluation is much higher in a weak brand preference. On the contrary, a strong brand preference enhances an accuracy of price evaluation only in case of low involvement when the number of price dimensions is increased. An interaction effect of product involvement and brand preference on consumers' evaluation of multi-dimensional prices did not exist irrespective of the level of complexity of calculating prices being high or low. Conclusions - When the number of price dimensions is small, consumers' effort for price evaluation shows almost no difference without the moderating effect of involvement, and a weak brand preference leads to a higher accuracy of price evaluation in an effort to make the best selection. No interaction effect of product involvement and brand preference was found except for a main effect of brand preference. When a price is composed of multiple dimensions rendering it more difficult to calculate the final price, the effort for price evaluation was expected to decrease only slightly in case of combination of high involvement and strong brand preference. This is because people have a higher purchase intentions and trust for that particular brand. However, the accuracy of price evaluation was much lower in cases of high involvement, and there was no interaction effect between product involvement and brand preference except for a main effect of involvement and brand preference, respectively.
Developing foreign fishing ground executed in various uncertainty such as fishing price, oil price, exchange rate. But traditional economic evaluation method, CVP(Cost-Volume-Profit) analysis doesn't consider uncertainty of foreign fishing ground. So we need new approach about economic evaluation that can take into account uncertainty. This study focus on the economic evaluation about experimental survey of tuna fishing grounds in the north pacific ocean by sensitive analysis and simulation. The results of the economic evaluation can be summarized as follows. First, when we take it for granted that the other uncertainty factors except for each fishing price, oil price, and exchange rate are constant. CVP gross sales has positive relation to the increasing rate of oil price, exchange rate(W/$) and negative relation to the increasing rate of fishing price and exchange rate(W/${\yen}$). Second, when we are supposing that fishing price, oil price, and exchange rate are followed. the probability of less than CVP gross sales is A ship(48.87%), B ship(49.64%), C ship(50.55%). Consequently, the economic evaluation by sensitive analysis and simulation is more useful tool than CVP(Cost-Volume-Profit) analysis under uncertainty.

Consumer decisions and responses about the price to pay vary. Some consumers might decide the appropriate price range prior to shopping, while others compare and evaluate prices. Especially, consumers can have different reference points for price evaluation based on various price searching behavior that represent heterogeneous responses for prices in the clothing purchase decision-making process. This research identifies how consumers evaluate the price and helps explain their decision-making based on price searches. By analyzing qualitative research, we found that consumers recalled price information as a representative indicator and product level price information through the internal search. Their level of internal references can be an important factor affecting price evaluations. In addition, each consumer groups were subdivided into high and low external searching. The four types of responses to price were classified in the price search process and the identified differences in the price evaluation. Therefore, pricing strategy needs to be differentiated for these various consumer types.

Price of Used Vessel is Key-point of Ship trading but it is very troublesome part. Because it is different from the Seller and the Buyer's caculated price, It is appropriated by The Sellers and The Buyers' mutual agreement. In case of the Buyers. it is difficult in calculating price of used ship without entrusting the ship broker, beca- use evaluation method of secondhanded vessel has not formulated and the ship broker has experientially computed Remain Value of used vessel. For this work, structure of ship trading market, trading flow, the factor of price composition and Affecting factor of price is reviewed, and it examined relationship with price. On these base, a computer software integrated database system and object-oriented technique is developed. The developed system is expected helpful to evaluation of remain value of the used vessel.

Consumer evaluate the jeans product by price brand and store because these cues be surrogate indicator that could infer the product quality. But we need to confirm if depending on these cues were rational and this is the goal of this study. method of the study was based on theoretical and empirical study. For empirical study experiments by the subjects among students of Ewha Womans University were done by using jeans as stimulus,. Data was analized by ANOVA factor analysis grouping analysis F-test Pearson's correlation duncan Test and etc 571 data was analyzed of the 600 data. The results of this study are as follows : Evaluation on jeans product were different even though they were exactly the same jeans. Therefore we could confirm the bias by price brand store when consumer evaluate jeans product. Cues like price brand store effected significantly the evaluation of jeans. Quality perception of jeans was most favorable when evaluation cues were combined with high price famous brand and high prestige store. Value perception was favorable when combined with famous brand and high prestige store but value perception on high price became lowe. Purchase intention correlate with value perception and it shows same format with value preception. The most important cue of all three was store the next was price and then brand. These three cues effect the evaluation of jeans product seperately and together.

Evaluation on jean products were varied although they were the identical jeans. Therefore, we could confirm the bias by price. brand, and store when consumer evaluating jean products. The various consumer characteristics also provided effects evaluation on jean products. An evaluation on jean products is very subjective and the degrees depending on these three cues could be varied by consumer's characteristics. For empirical study, experiments by the subjects among students of ewha womans university were done by using jeans as stimulus. Data was collected by a questionnaire made up by a researcher based on the theoretical and pretest. Data was analyzed by ANOVA, factor analysis, grouping analysis, F-test, and etc. 571 data were analysed out of the 600 data. Cues such as price, brand, and store affected significantly the evaluation of jeans. The most important cue of all three was store, then price, and then brand. These three cues affected the evaluation of jean products separately and together. The result of the study was that the consumers characteristics mediated the effects of extrinsic cues like price, brand, and store on jean products evaluation. Consumer's characteristics like prior knowledge and shopping orientation mediated the effects of price, and store cue on jean products evaluation.

This study aims to evaluate the feasibility of remodeling business by predicting the future price of apartment house after remodeling using Hedonic Price Model. The data concerning such 9 independent variables as location, unit size, unit plan, landscape, parking, the number of elapsed years after completion, number of units, mechanical performance, interior from 25 regions in Seoul metropolitan city were collected and evaluated by established evaluation criteria. The coefficients affecting the price of apartment unit were made by Ivay of linear multi-regression and put into Hedonic Price Model. The feasibility evaluation model for apartment was made and verified by data of remodelled apartment. The predicted results using suggested evaluation model coincide with actual apartment market situations.
This study was designed towards female college students to find out how increasing promotional marketing means are affecting the evaluation of clothing products; qualify perception, value perception, and purchase intention. 704 female college students participated in this study and SPSS package was used to analyze gathered data. The results of this study were as follows: First, the use of sales promotional means and preference had a significant difference among students demographic factors(residence, whole Income of the family, allowance, and clothing expenses). Second, qualify perception, value perception, and purchasing intention were the three factors of clothing product evaluation. Third, normal price and $30\%$ sale price clothing was perceived as high quality product and $50\%$ sale price clothing was perceived as high valued product. Purchasing intention was high when low price was suggested or promotional gift was given. Fourth, when considering product price as the factor of product evaluation, there were significant difference between the prices of product. And also, considering the product price, there were significant difference among factors of product evaluation and sales promotional means. Fifth, there was significant correlation between qualify perception, value perception, purchasing intention, usage and preference of promotional means. Further more, value perception was main factor that affected purchasing intention.

The purpose of this study is to find out the difference of evaluation of product and service quality according to consumers' attitude toward price in internet clothing purchase. This study surveyed 400 male and female consumers in their 20s-30s for empirical analysis in August 2010 who have ever purchased clothing through internet shopping malls. For statistical analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, ANOVA analysis, Duncan test and cluster analysis are carried out using SPSS for Windows 12.0. The results are as follows. First, consumers' attitude toward price dimensions in internet clothing purchase are found 6 factors of sales proneness, price-prestige, price-comparison, low price, utility value and pricequality. Second, based on the attitude toward price dimensions, consumers are categorized into utility value seeking, sales price seeking, multi-dimension price seeking, lack price consciousness, low price seeking group. Third, there are significant differences in product quality and service quality depending on attitude toward price-based consumer types. In particular, sales price seeking and multi-dimension price seeking groups have higher values on product and service quality than other groups. The results of this study will help internet fashion mall businesses to develop price strategy and manage product and service quality.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the results of a nationwide academic evaluation of middle schools and high schools on apartment prices in Ulsan City by using a hedonic pricing model. The results of the middle school and high school achievement test, the College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT) score for high school, the national united evaluation score, and the number of successful applicants to prestigious universities have a significant effect on the apartment price formation with a positive relationship. In addition, different kinds of academic evaluation score have asymmetric effects on apartment price determination. The results of the high school achievement evaluation are more important than the results of the middle school achievement evaluation in the apartment price determination. Among the achievement evaluation results, the ratio of the students with the higher education level is more important than the ratio of the students with the lower basic education level. Furthermore, the CSAT score for Natural Sciences is more important than the CSAT score for the Humanities course.
