  • Some insulating materials are tested and analyzed with variables to obtain the reliable pressboard which is located to core and coil of high voltage transformer. The high voltage transformer is used in electrical power system and operating reliability. Optimization possibility of pressboard shape including electrical insulation performance could be achieved by analysis simulation. Using insulating pressboard, which is made by mold applied eddy current loss, it could be measured the influences of moisture content for electrical properties. As a result, it is to contribute to improve the performance and ensure the reliability of the pressboard by investigating electrical strength according to the variation oil temperature. In addition pressboard thickness is important design factor to ensure electrical strength in high voltage transformer.

  • The dielectric properties of pressboard depend on the chemical and fine structures as well as on the macroscopic structure of pressboard. The investigate on the dielectric characteristics of pressboard therefore, provides an important approach to an understanding of the correlation between the characteristics and the structure of pressboard. The purpose of this research is to investigate the dielectric properties of pressboard.

  • Power transformer has been expected to work with safety and reliability during the long period over 30 years. Pressboard has been effectively used as the insulating materials of transformer and they seem to be used as in insulating materials of transformer. This paper describes the results of a basic study on the electric strength, resistivity, permittivity and dielectric loss properties of pressboard to be made with some kinds of pulp and different waters.

  • In this paper, we measured leakage current that produced by static electrification at pressboard and insulating paper. We found that the leakage current increased as temperature increased, as oil velocity increased. The leakage current at pressboard is higher than that of insulating paper.

  • 현재 고도 산업사회에 있어서 전기, 전자공업에 부과된 역활은 매우 중요하다. 이들은 전기에너지의 고품질화, 고속전파성과 전자회로의 고밀도성에 영향을 받는 전기통신, 정보 제어부문과 이들 관련기기, 부품소자등을 구성하는 재료부문의 3분야로 구분된다. 유입변압기에 사용되고 있는 절연재료의 주된 성분은 일반적으로 광유계 절연유 및 절연지나 pressboard등의 cellulose계 재료가 있다. 본 보고에서는 pressboard를 중심으로 절연지의 특징, 응용현황 및 전망에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다.

  • The Angle Ring and Cap which is called pressboard are settled at the primary and secondary coil winding of 154 kV transformer that can reduce effectively distance of insulation. As it has not manufactured pressboard of Angle Ring and Cap for high voltage grade, insulation components industry especially high voltage transformer has not participate in a competition with worldwide yet. That's why is difficult to make an specialized shape of insulation components of high voltage grade. Therefore it has finally completed to make an deformation manufacturing utility using an bellowed special analysis tools. This study that uses various analysis program determining optimum shape about insulation of Angle Ring and Cap which is related life of high voltage transformer. In addition to develop forming equipment with an specialized five steps pressing. That is also based on the mechanical strength evaluation and test, it is investigated optimized processing components.
