The realization of the Internet and Electronic Commerce through the progress development of the information & communication has changed the transition of the financial settlement system all of the world. And Electronic Commerce has becoming the most important tools to decide the value from the real money, existing bills, coins to the Electronic Money. Electronic Money is very useful materials with Electronic Wallet at cyber times in the future. So that reason, I studied Electronic Money's present situation & after development direction in Korea. And the purpose of this paper is to introduce Electronic Money's modem definition and to analysis the common use situation, operation at home and abroad at Electronic Commerce times. In add to investigated advanced countries Electronic Money utilization and drawed out current events point. So I suggest to this like point, in honour of Electronic Money's common use in Korea. First to establish universality. Second, to make various terminals and the powerful networking structure. Third, to establish stability. Fourth, renovating the system goes side by side. Futhermore, to develop Electronic Money's, it is necessary to make skilled labour and to learn foreign advanced technology.

This study examines the effect of present and future situation on the temporal distance estimation to the future. The effect of present and future situation on time expression was verified. In Experiment 1, an experiment was conducted to investigated the effects of positivity/negativity situation of the present and the future on the judgment of subjective the distance to a certain future time. The results are as follows. When the present is positive and the future is negative, the future looks closer than the objective temporal distance and comes faster, When the present is negative and the future is positive, the future looks farther and comes slower. On the other hand, when the present and the future are both negative, the future looks coming slower. And when the present and the future are both positive, the future is expected to come faster. In Experiment 2, the cognitive and emotional aspects of subjective time through time expressions. It can be said to be 'the time of perseverance' in the sense of time for effort. On the other hand, when the present is positive compared to the future, the time seems go fast and we generally prefer to use cognitive expressions such as 'fast' and emotional expressions such as 'near' and 'pleasant' and 'flutter'. It is 'the time of availability', which means the time to enjoy and utilize.

Since scientific management techniques are introduced into Korea about 1958, the backwardness of Korea companies and the ignorant owners of the companies had been main obstacles in aboriginality of those techniques. With the activation of industry in 1970s, however, the adaptation of IE is also activated. This paper, although it may be slipshod, describes the present situation as well as the adaptation history of IE techniques. This is for the expected necessity of memorizing the introduction of IE in the future.

Fertilizer has been played greately on the agricultural development as well as food production and agriculture has also promoted the development of fertilizer industry. There were, however, many difficulties between supply and demand of fertilizer throughout the decade. In this regard, this paper is involved with present situation and prospect of commercial fertilizers, in view of domestic and international scheme on resources, production, and demand within the limited information. Brief history of commercial fertilizer in Korea has outlined for the introduction and fertilizer consumption per unit area also discussed.

Existing assessment methodologies present a considerable problem because of fuzzy situation of deterioration mechanism of concrete bridges; namely, qualitative, subjective or inconsistent. This paper discusses current assessment methods in aspect of uncertainty. The expert system, COBDA, is developed for consistent and fast assessment of deteriorantion of concrete bridges. Briefly introduced in this paper are the structure of expert system and several methodologies for decision making of deterioration situation and providing repair option. COBDA is configured by PROLOG for logic approach and expert system shell based on Bayesian subjective probability. The methodologies are illustrated and discussed by comparison of condition assessment results in a case study.

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the mariner's information characteristics in ship-ta-ship collision situation using the full mission ship-handling simulator. Risk levels of ship-to-ship collision were manipulated by whether the target ship complies with the naval regulations and by movement patterns of target ship. Dependent variables reflecting mariner's information characteristics in ship-ta-ship collision situation were measured in terms of radar detection reaction time, free recall performance of past navigation situation, and subjective ratings for the task difficulty. The results showed that, in general, the mariners appeared to be deteriorated in their radar detection reaction time and free recall performance as the risk of ship-ta-ship collision increased. Also, the mariners tended to rate required tasks more difficult in the high risk ship-ta-ship collision situation.

The purpose of this paper is to analyse the present situation and legal problems of u-health. U-health plays an important role in enlarging the healthcare service and making the healthcare service efficient. The use of Korean excellent IT technology can lead us to a world wide competitive healthcare industry. Although u-health has the weakness in privacy protection, the usefulness and convenience of u-health is great. Therefore we must analyse the legal issues of security technology, RFID, telemedicine and EMR pertaining to u-health and construct the appropriate legislative structure to resolve the legal problems of u-health.

This Article analyses the present situation of Shanghai Harbour and the Harbour's important role in the development of chinese economy. The article forecasts that the yearly tonnage turnover of the port will reach about 200 million tons in the year of 2000, possibly reach to 270--300 million tons by the end of 2020. it also forecasts that the container handling capacity of the port will be 2 million TEUS in 2000 and 6 million TEUS in 2020 respectively. In order to keep pace with the present situation of opening up and developing Pudong new area, this article suggests that the strategic target of the management and development of Shanghai Harbour should be : grasp the opportunity of opening up and developing Pudong, take the building of the deep-waterway port as the main task, which can accept the third or fourth generation international container ships, bring into full play the traditional advantages the Harbour has, unfold the businesses in other fields, participate in the marketing competition, speed up the development of the Harbour itself, make efferts to build Shanghai Harbour into a port-industry-trade-transportation integral modernized international deep-water key port.

A flight simulator is an instrument which lets pilots attain proficiency of handling various emergency situations, and the sense of flying. In this thesis, current status of domestic simulators will be stated, and after showing the problems with the present management of these simulators, comparisons of how and what kind of facilities they are managed around the globe will be made. After comparing and analyzing the difference in the way the simulators are ran, measures of improvement in domestically appropriate simulators and increase of operating facilities will be drawn.

The purposes of this study was to examine the present situation of merchandise assortment and informations in internet fashion shopping mall. Merchandise assortment dimensions were width and depth. Merchandise assortment factors for apparel were style, size, and color. Merchandise informations were investigated using price and fabric contents. The data were collected from 11 internet fashion site to investigate styles. colors, sizes. price and fabric contents. The data analysed with frequency. crosstab analysis, $\chi$$^{2}$-test. The results were as follow : 1. Upper items(37.5%) as T, knits, shirts, and blouses were offered more style than bottom items(13.5%) as skirts, pants. 2. The 36.4% of styles offered one color. Basic color as black, white, grey, beige, ivory was 38.1%. 3. The 54.4% of merchandises carried same size. 4. Fiber contents was made up of cotton(44.2%). hemp & rayon(22.5%), and synthetic (33.3%). 5. The 75.1% of merchandise was relatively low price of below 50,000 won, the 24.9% of merchandise was rather high price of more than 50.000 won.
