양방향 고유압 말뚝재하시험(BDH PLT)을 이용한 초고층 건축물의 대구경 현장타설말뚝 설계절차에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Design Procedure of Mega Foundations for a High-rise Building Using Bi-Directional High Pressure Pile Load Test (BDH PLT))

  • 본 논문에서는 초고층 건축물이 풍화대지반에 위치하여 대구경 현장타설 말뚝기초로 지지되고 있는 사례를 분석하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 말뚝기초의 설계 사례는 "예비설계-검증시험-예비설계의 보완"의 3단계를 거쳐 말뚝기초의 설계를 완성한 대표적인 사례로 볼 수 있으며, 검증시험으로 2회의 양방향 고유압 말뚝재하시험이 수행되었다. 이와 같은 설계절차를 준수할 경우 말뚝기초의 경제적인 설계를 수행할 수 있으며, 이를 통하여 말뚝기초 공사비의 대폭적인 절감을 이룰 수 있을 것이다.

R&D평가센터의 건축계획특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Architectural Plan Characteristics of R&D Evaluation Center)

  • 본 논문은 연구지원의 중추역할을 수행하고 있는 R&D 평가센터의 기능과 역할에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있는 가운데, 효율적이고 효과적인 연구지원을 위해서는 평가센터의 물리적 공간에 대한 건축적인 평가와 처방을 다루고 있다. 이를 위해서 각 분야의 국내 연구자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 도출된 결과를 토대로 주차공간 부족은 지하 1,2층 주차장을 설치하여 주차난을 해소하고, 지상층에는 컨벤션센터, 통합전산센터, 심사평가장, 심사대기실, 휴게실, 심사평가위원휴게실을 설치하여 R&D연구정보·평가를 위한 공간을 확보함으로써, R&D연구정보·평가의 기능에 맞는 공간을 제시하고 있다. 구체적으로 3~5층은 중소형심사평가장, 대기실, 휴게실, 2층은 화상심사평가장, 심사평가장, 대기실, 교류 및 소통의 장, 휴게실, 1층은 컨벤션센터, 소회의실, 통합전산센터, 지하1층은 주차장과 계획서 및 보고서 접수창고, 지하2층은 기계전기실, 주차장으로 구성하였다. 한편 본 연구의 목적은 R&D평가센터의 공간과 시설에 대한 사용자 관점의 진단을 통해 문제점 및 수요를 도출하고, 가상공간을 활용하여 연구정보 관리와 학술연구 평가에 최적화된 R&D평가센터 신축의 기본계획을 수립한 후, 해당 시설의 건축적 타당성을 검증하는데 있다.

산업연관분석을 통한 초고온가스로 건설 파급효과 분석 (VHTR Construction Ripple Effect Analysis Using Inter-Industry Tables)

  • The VHTR (Very High Temperature gas-cooled nuclear Reactor) has been considered as a major heat source and the most safe generation IV type reactor for mass hydrogen production to prepare for the hydrogen economy era. The VHTR satisfies goals for the GIF (Generation IV International Forum) policy such as sustainablility, economics, reliability and proliferation resistance and physical protection, and safety. As a part of a VHTR economic analysis, we have studied the VHTR construction cost and operation and maintenance cost. However, it is somewhat difficult to expect the ripple effect on the whole industry due to the lack of information about Inter-industries relationship. In many case, the ripple effect are based on experts' knowledge or uncertain qualitative assumptions. As a result, we propose quantitative analysis techniques for ripple effects such as the production inducement effect, added value inducement effect, and employment inducement effect for VHTR 600MWt${\times}$4 modules construction and operation ripple effect based on NOAK (Nth Of A Kind). Because inducement effect values have been published annually, we predict inducement effect's relation function and estimated values including production inducement effect value, added value inducement effect value, and employment inducement effect value using time series and estimated values are verified with published inducement effects' value. This paper presents a new method for the ripple effect and preliminary ripple effect consequence using a time series analysis and inter-industry table. This ripple effect analysis techniques can be applied to effect expectation analysis as well as other type reactor's ripple effect analysis including VHTR for process heat.

극한지 배관망 승압기지 개념설계 및 경제성평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Economic Evaluation and Conceptual Design of Compressor Station for Transmission Pipeline in Artic Area)

  • 극한지 장거리 천연가스 배관망의 경우 배관 특성 및 노선 조건에 따라 가스압력이 감소되기 때문에 가스 압력유지를 위한 승압 설비가 필요하다. 적절한 가스 압력 유지를 위해 승압기지 위치 간격을 근거리로 하여 압축비를 줄이거나 장거리로 하여 압축비를 증가시킬 경우 승압기지의 주요설비 가격, 건설 및 운전비용 등이 고려된 경제성 확보가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 극한지 장거리 배관망 건설에 대한 선행 연구조사를 검토하고 극한지 지역에서 승압기지의 건설비용을 절감할 수 있는 주요설비를 구성하여 공정 개념설계를 수행하였다. 특히 러시아의 야쿠츠크~알단지역에 대한 가상 지역을 선정하였고, 이 가상지역은 총 배관길이 533km 이며, 승압기지 건설 위치를 달리한 시나리오를 제시하고 승압기지의 주요설비에 대한 용량을 산정하였다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 승압기지 건설비용을 최소화할 수 있는 경제성 평가 방안을 검토하였다.

  • Nowadays, optimum structural design techniques based on CSR have been developed and applied to the preliminary design stage focused on minimum weight and minimum construction cost of ship structure. Optimum structural design algorithm developed before could minimize weight and cost on fixed compartment arrangement. However, to develop more efficient design technique, a designer needs to combine optimized compartment arrangement with optimized ship structural design because compartment arrangement has a large effect on structural design according to the change of still water bending moment as a consequence of compartment arrangement change. In this study, automated algorithm for compartment arrangement of an oil tanker is developed to apply preliminary structural design. The usefulness of developed algorithm is verified with Aframax oil tanker constructed by STX shipbuilding Co.Ltd..

고속도로 건설이 지역경제에 미치는 기여도 분석연구: 강일~춘천 고속도로 (Impact of Highway Construction on the Regional Economy: Gangil-Chuncheon Highway)

  • Recently, the Ministry of Strategy and Finance announced a plan to reduce the proportion of economic evaluation in non-metropolitan areas and strengthen balanced development evaluation through the reorganization of the preliminary feasibility study system. In addition, the social value of the quality of life, such as job, environment, and safety, which may be affected by the implementation of transportation facility investment projects, was reflected as the main item of policy evaluation. In this study, the ripple effect of the project in terms of social value was reviewed for the Gangil-Chuncheon. The effect of highway opening was investigated by reviewing the feasibility report, post-evaluation report, and statistical indicators. Recently, the Gangil-Chuncheon highway is getting used by around 110,000 people per day. The number of tourists in Chuncheon rapidly has increased from 5 million a year to more than 11 million now. In addition, it was confirmed to produce effects such as population migration, net inflow and land price increase, improvement of living convenience, and expansion of emergency medical care. Although this ripple effect was influenced by various socio-economic factors as well as the opening of the highway, it is clear that it is difficult to occur without the opening of the highway. It is judged that the evaluation of indirect benefits and social values due to the opening of the highway can be quantified through continuous research and data construction. Post-evaluation of construction works, including project efficiency evaluation and ripple effect evaluation, is performed for construction works with a construction cost of more than 50 billion won. In the future, we will continuously improve the evaluation system in order to evaluate the indirect benefits and social values of public investment projects.

착탈결구식 연결구조 복합소재 데크의 거동특성 분석 (Structural Characteristics of 스냅핏 Type Composite Deck Panel)

  • Owing to its special features of light weight, high durability, corrosion-resistant, composite material used in civil infrastructure can not only solve fundamental problems of deterioration and corrosion, but also reduce both construction and maintenance cost significantly. Composite deck panels of 스냅핏 type connection previously designed and fabricated have been redesigned herein. The sensitivity of gaps between snap-fits and tip angles was investigated. Stacking sequence of plies was scrutinized in order to facilitate pultrusion process. Deck panels of redesigned configuration due to bending has been analyzed. A comparison between the preliminary and modified deck design has been made.

  • Precise digital elevation model (DEM) is an important issue in coastal area where DEMs in a time series are especially required. Although LIDAR system is useful in coastal regions, it is not yet popular in Korea mainly because of its high surveying cost and national security reasons. Recently, precise coastal DEM have been made using radar interferometry, waterline method. One of these methods, Spaceborne imaging radar interferometry has been widely used to measure the topography and deformation of the Earth. We acquired ALOS PALSAR FBD mode (Fine Beam Dual) data for evaluating the quality of interferograms and their coherency. The purpose of this study is construction of DEM using the ALOS PALSAR data using radar interferometry and analysis of surface characteristics by coherence and magnitude map over the Ganghwado and Siwha tidal flats and near coastal lands.

광학식 측정방법을 활용한 풍화지반 버럭의 암/토사 구성비율 추정방법 (Rock/Soil proportion estimation using image processing technique)

  • In large construction site, although soil conversion factor is so significant to preliminary design, operation design and calculating the cost of construction that it is important to take reasonable estimation and application, the standard of soil conversion factor for weathered ground doesn't clearly suggested yet. So in this study, at first we obtain the image using DSLR - high resolution camera and Laser scanner in the Haeng-Bok city constructin site, then analysis the ratio of soil and rock using various image processing method(Sobel method, Laplace method, Highpass filter, Hue and Saturation analysis). Mutual comparation with the result of image processing analysis and manual segmentation of 5case image in the cad. As a result, best image processing method was different for each case. In case of high propotion of rock, Laplace was best and in case of high propotion of soil, Highpass was best, and mixed case Laplace was best.

  • Steel sheet pile can be alternative material for bridge abutment for. The steel sheet pile bridge abutment is new and replacement bridge abutment due to its aesthetically attractive and cost effective. Use of embedded steel sheet piling brings savings in dead load, provides a compliant retaining wall, and permits speedier construction. In addition, for replacement bridge projects, traffic interruption can be minimized. It is hoped that this study will encourage designers and constructors to consider a steel substructure option more frequently during the conceptual and preliminary design phases of projects and thereby to take advantage of the potential to construction more efficiently. In this paper, an analysis of stress and strain for steel sheet pile bridge abutment was conducted. From the analysis results, the stress and strain characteristics of steel sheet pile bridge abutment with variations of steel sheet pile parameters is suggested.
