서울지역 남자 대학생의 체질량지수에 따른 건강과 영양상태에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Health Status, and Nutrient Intakes according to Body Mass Index (BMI) of College Men in Seoul Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the eating patterns, nutrient intakes, blood levels, and health status of male college students in Seoul according to body mass index (BMI). In this study, we classified subjects into normal weight (n=240), under weight (n=11), and obese (n=46) groups according to BMI. The weight and BMI were significantly higher in the obese group compared to other groups (p<0.0001). The obesity was associated with overeating and frequent eating. The under weight group showed significantly higher consumption of fast food, snacks, and fried foods compared to the other groups (p<0.05). The intakes of milk, meat, fish, eggs, and fried food and preference ratios were higher in the obese group (p<0.05). The male college students in this study showed insufficient intakes of calories, vitamin C, folic acid, and calcium. The plasma LDL-cholesterol levels in the obese group were higher compared to the other groups. In conclusion, intake of nutrients among male college students is found to be insufficient and requires nutritional education. The under weight group showed regular eating habits and increased nutrient intake. The obese group was shown to need more exercise with higher intakes of vegetables and fruits.

다중반응표면 최적화에서 가중평균제곱오차 최소화법을 위한 선호도사후제시법 (A Posterior Preference Articulation Method to the Weighted Mean Squared Error Minimization Approach in Multi-Response Surface Optimization)

  • 다중반응표면 최적화는 다수의 반응변수(품질특성치)를 동시에 고려하여 최적의 입력변수 조건을 찾는 반응표면분석의 세부 분야이다. 가중평균제곱오차(Weighted Mean Squared Error, WMSE) 최소화법은 평균제곱오차의 두 구성 요소인 제곱편차와 분산에 가중치를 부여한 WMSE를 활용하는데, 반응변수별로 WMSE를 구하여 이들을 종합적으로 최소화한다. 지금까지 WMSE 최소화법과 관련하여 개발된 기법은 대부분 의사결정자의 선호도 정보를 문제풀이 이전에 결정할 것을 요구하는 선호도사전제시법에 해당된다. 그러나 현실적으로 의사결정자가 자신의 선호도 정보를 사전에 정확히 제공하는 것은 매우 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 한계점을 개선하기 위하여 WMSE 최소화를 위한 선호도사후제시법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 의사결정자의 선호도 정보 없이 다수의 비지배적해를 생성한 후, 의사결정자가 생성된 비지배해 중 최고선호해를 선택하는 단계로 진행된다. 제안된 방법은 의사결정자로 하여금 전체 해집합의 트레이드오프 관계를 보다 폭넓은 시각으로 이해한 후 선호도 정보를 제시할 수 있도록 함으로써, 의사결정자의 선호도에 부합하는 최고선호해를 효과적으로 도출할 수 있다.

종합병원 환자 당뇨식의 찬반에 대한 심층적 분석 (The Indepth Analysis of Plate Waste for DM Diet Served in General Hospital)

  • The purpose of this study was to : (a) examine diabetic patients' sensory evaluation and food preferences, (b) analyze the portion sizes & plate wastes, (c) investigate the factors affecting plate wastes, and (d) determine the nutritional & mometary values of the plate wastes. A questionnaire for determining food preference and sensory evaluation was developed. Thirty-three diabetic patients who were hospitalized in Sanggye Paik hospital in Seoul were studied. Serving sizes and plate wastes were weighed by using an electric scale, and the CAN-Pro program was used to evaluate the nutritional value or the food consumed. The data were analyzed using the SAS package program for descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and the Pearson correlation. Using a five-point Likeu-type scale, the temperature s[ore ranged from 3.1 to 3.3 (1 : very poor, 5 : excellent), the preference store was 3.0-3.2 (1 : very dislike, 5:very like), the taste score was 2.9-3.2 (1 : very poor, 5 : excellent), and the amount of food served score was 2.8-3.0 (1 : too little, 5 : too much). Serving sizes were considered insufficient by patients because most of the DM diet was low in calories. Average plate waste for the DM diet was 26.2% of the total served, by weight, and was lower than that for patients consuming a normal diet, which was 30.3%, found in previous research. Those subjects who had been previously hospitalized and who wished to participate in a campaign for food waste reduction produced less plate waste than other groups (p<.05). Plate wastes of the DM diet were negatively correlated with taste, temperature, and preference, and were positively correlated with the amount served: however, these results were not statistically significant. It was found that diabetic patients consumed adequate levels of energy, protein, Ca, Fe, Vitamin B$_1$, Vitamin B$_2$, and niacin, but inadequate levels of Phosphorus, Vitamin A and Vitamin C. The plate wastes were calculated to be 26.2% of the total cost (₩ 3,489), which is ₩9l5. This represents a significant wastage of resources from the hospital. The results of this study could assist foodservice managers in both controlling food wastage, and improving the quality of hospital food services.

춘추용 생활한복 소재의 태에 관한 연구 (The Hand of Spring/Fall Fabrics for 'Saenghwal Hanbok')

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the hand of spring/fall fabrics for 'Saenghwal Hanbok' on subjective hand, objective hand and the preference. In this study, 28 varieties of spring/fall fabrics such as cotton fabrics, synthetic fabrics, blended fabrics and a silk fabric for 'Saenghwal Hanbok' are used. To evaluate the subjective hand of fabrics, the holistic touch and preferences, 33 seven ranks' segmentic differential scale questions are developed with adjective pairs and are gathered by surveying experts on clothes. The mechanical properties, HV and THV of them are measured and calculated by KES-FB system. Through subjective hand, items could be classified into six hand expressions: 'bulky/extensibility', 'stiffness', 'feeling of weight', 'surface property', 'drapability' and 'moisture property'. Through mechanical properties, the results indicated that the character of cotton fabrics are slight flexible, tough, rough, uneven, a bit heavy, thick and low resilience on tensile and compression, and then those of synthetic fabrics, blended fabrics and a silk fabric are thin and light, smooth, flat and bulkless. In correlation on subjective evaluations and the preference for 'Saenghwal Hanbok', cotton fabrics mainly depend on 'surface property' and 'moisture property' and then synthetic fabrics, blended fabrics and a silk depend on 'bulky/extensibility' and 'surface property' In correlation on objective hand and the preference for 'Saenghwal Hanbok'. people aren't satisfied with low resilience. high stiffness and low drape.

소셜미디어 건강정보서비스에 대한 융합적 소비자선호도 분석방법 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of Consumer Convergence Preferences for Healthcare Information Service in Social Media)

  • 본 연구는 소셜미디어와 건강정보서비스에 대한 소비자들의 융합적 선호를 분석함으로써 다양한 채널과 형태로 제공되고 있는 기존의 건강정보서비스에 대한 소비자들의 선호속성을 도출하고 이에 대한 평가를 객관화시킬 수 있는 분석방법을 발굴하는데 그 목적이 있다. 다속성 효용이론은 개별적 선호속성간의 상대적 선호도를 탐색하고, 이 결과를 바탕으로 대상 분야에 대한 소비자의 전체적 선호도를 파악하는 데 효율적인 방법이다. 우리는 미디어와 건강정보에 관련된 선행연구들로부터 도출된 최신성, 비용성, 유용성, 용이성과 신뢰성 등의 선호속성들이 실제로 건강정보서비스 이용의도에 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 실증하였고 이 속성들을 활용하여 각 소셜미디어들에 대한 효용을 계산함으로써 소비자들의 소셜미디어별 건강정보서비스에 대한 평가도 계량적으로 분석할 수 있었다. 다양한 서비스로 무장한 소셜미디어들이 속속 등장하고 있는 현실을 감안하면 소셜미디어를 활용한 다양한 서비스 시장을 객관적으로 판단하기 힘든 경우 본 연구에서 제안하고 있는 다속성 효용이론의 활용은 시장에 대한 분석에 상당한 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

중년여성의 체형과 신체만족도에 따른 테일러드 재킷의 이미지 평가 및 선호도 - 칼라형태를 중심으로 - (The Middle Age Women's the Image Evaluation and the Preference of Tailored Jacket According to the Body Type and the Degree of Body Satisfaction - Focused on the Collar's Figure-)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the image evaluation and the preference of tailored jacket focused on the collar's figure according to the body type and the degree of satisfaction with their body of middle-aged women. For this study, twenty seven different types of tailored jacket were designed with some variation of their silhouette, the length and the collar's figure on three hundred and twenty three middle-aged women ranging from 35 to 50 years old. There was a significant difference in the image evaluation and the preference of tailored jacket according to the body type of middleaged women. The women of the type 1 evaluated that portrait lapel collar were the most fascinating, elegant and active, tender and they preferred that style. The women of the type 2 evaluated that breast lapel collar were the most fascinating, elegant and active, tender and they preferred that style. The women of the type 3 evaluated that breast lapel collar were the most fascinating, elegant and active, tender and they preferred that style. The women of the type 4 evaluated that waist lapel collar were the most fascinating, elegant and active, tender and they preferred that style. There was a meaningful difference in the image evaluation and the preference of tailored jacket according to the degree of satisfaction with their bodies. As satisfied with their face size, they thought breast/portrait lapel collar were more attractive, graceful and active, soft and they preferred that style. As satisfied with weight they regarded portrait lapel collar as more attrative, graceful and active, soft and they preferred that style. In this study we found that the middle-aged women evaluated the tailored jacket which was looking esthetic and fitting their body types, as the most attrative, elegant, active, and tender clothing and they prefered that kind of tailored jacket.

사용자 성향의 시간적 변화를 고려한 협업 필터링 알고리즘에 관한 연구 (Study on Collaborative Filtering Algorithm Considering Temporal Variation of User Preference)

  • 추천 시스템 또는 협업 필터링은 특정 사용자에게 잠재적으로 흥미가 있거나 가치가 있는 항목을 분류하는 방법이다. 유사한 성향을 갖는 사용자는 유사한 형태의 항목을 좋아하리라는 가정 하에, 이 방법은 사용자들의 성향에 관한 데이터베이스를 이용하여 아직 평가되지 못한 항목에 대한 평가값을 예측하는데 사용된다. 보통 추천하고자 하는 사람의 성향은 시간에 따라 변할 수 있고 이러한 시간적인 변화는 사용자 성향에 대한 분류 혹은 예측에 대한 정확성을 떨어뜨릴 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 협업 필터링 알고리즘의 예측 성능을 향상하기 위해서 사용자 성향의 시간적 변화를 이용한 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 기존의 통계적 협업 필터링의 일반적인 형태인 GroupLens 시스템의 상관 가중치가 최근 사용자의 유사성을 반영하기 위해 변형되었다. 제안된 방법은 EachMovie 데이터셋을 이용해 평가하였고 GroupLens 시스템과 비교하여 더 나은 예측 결과를 보였다.

충남 지역 중학생의 체질량 지수에 따른 체형 인식과 식습관에 관한 연구 (A Study on Body Image and Dietary Habits by the Body Mass Index of Middle School Students in Chungnam)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide basic informations for educating juveniles on desirable body image recognition by examining their body image recognition and comparing and finding problems according to gender and body mass index (BMI) in middle school students. The average age of the subjects was 15, their average height was 162.5 cm, their average weight was 53.5 kg, and their average BMI was $20.1\;kg/m^2$. Male students wanted to gain weight and female students wanted to lose weight. As for body shape, female students thought that they were fat more often than male students. Also the more overweight the students were, the higher their concerns and experiences toward weight control. Among weight control methods, exercise scored highest in all BMI groups. Over 80% of the respondents answered that their weight control effort were not systematic such as via professional counseling. As for the frequency of eating breakfast and dinner in female students, the more a student was overweight, the lower their frequency of eating breakfast and dinner. Many respondents answered that a typical meal time was '10~20 minutes'. The average eating habit score for all subjects was 38.0. The eating habit scores of male students were significantly higher than those of female students, and there were no significant differences among BMI groups. Eating habit score of 'I have more than two meals with rice everyday' in female overweight group was significantly higher than those of other two groups. These results indicate that the female students' degree of preference for a slim body shape were higher than those of male students. In addition, weight control by students is not systematic through professional counseling; instead they attempt to control their weight by themselves such as a meal skip, which lead to potential danger that they may lose weight carelessly. Therefore, correct body image recognition is greatly needed, and families and schools should make ceaseless efforts to help students properly control their weight and have correct eating attitudes.

겨울철 실내 온도에서 내복 착용에 따른 의복 기후와 주관적 감각 (Clothing Microclimate and Subjective Sensations by Wearing Long Johns in Mildly Cold Air)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the differences of clothing microclimates and the subjective sensations according to age, gender and clothing weight for $19^{\circ}C$ air temperature. This study was done to gain fundamental data related to saving heating energy and to improve health through wearing underwear (long johns) in lower indoor temperatures. The subjects were divided into four groups (6 young males, 5 young females, 6 old males, 6 old females), and our experiment consisted of three conditions; the first condition was wearing long underwear in $19^{\circ}C$ air (19CUW condition); the second condition was without wearing long underwear in $19^{\circ}C$ air (19C condition); and the third condition was without wearing underwear in $24^{\circ}C$ air (24C condition). The experiment showed that the clothing microclimate temperature and humidity was the lowest in the 19C condition and the highest in the 24C condition irrespective of age and gender. The clothing microclimate in the 19CUW condition was not significantly distinguishable from the other conditions. Clothing microclimate temperature and humidity when the subjects responded thermal comfort was $28\~34^{\circ}C$ and $15\~40\%$RH without any significant difference according to age and gender. For the thermal sensation, the 24C condition was regarded as the warmest environment by the four groups, and the next preference was the 19CUW condition (p<0.001). Young females and old males showed a tendency to feel colder than young males and old females. For the thermal sensation of hands and feet, the young groups felt the warmest in the 24C condition and the coolest in the 19 C condition (p<0.001). However, old males felt neutral for the foot thermal sensation without any significant difference between the three conditions. Old females felt neutral for both the hands and feet thermal sensations without any significant difference between the three conditions. Thermal preference was the highest in the 24C condition for the 4 groups. In the 19CUW condition, for the thermal preference, most young males and females responded 'No change'; on the other hand, mea of the old responded 'Warmer'(p<0.001). It was the 24C condition that the 4 subject groups felt the most thermally comfortable. In the 19CUW condition, over $80\%$ of responses of each group expressed satisfaction and in the 19C condition, over $80\%$ of responses of each group, except young females, expressed satisfaction. In conclusion, in view of the clothing microclimate and subjective sensations, the 24C condition was the condition that gave subjects the least cold stress and the best subjective preference. However, the 19C condition and the 19CUW condition was not such a cold stress as to give healthy subjects a thermal burden.

퍼지 비가법 제어를 이용한 도시 교통망의 경로 탐색 (A Route Search of Urban Traffic Network using Fuzzy Non-Additive Control)

  • 본 연구는 교통 경로 탐색 가운데, 우회 경로 탐색과 선호 경로 탐색을 하였으며, 계층 분석법을 적용한 퍼지비가법 제어기 사용을 제안한다. 이것은 기존의 경로 탐색과는 달리, 인간의 사고과정에 착안한 것으로, 애매한 주관적 판단을 정량적으로 분석, 평가하였다. 그리고 중요도를 운전 전문가로부터 의견 수렴한 것을 기초로 도출하였으며, 실제효용성을 진단하고자 경로 모델의 예를 사용하였다. 모델 평가는 평가 요소에 대한 속성 소속 함수화 및 평가치 규정, 계층 분석법에 의한 중요도 결정, $\lambda$-퍼지 척도에 의한 중요도의 비 가법적 표현, Choquet 퍼지 적분 등으로 수행하였다. 결국, 우회 경로 탐색 결과, 시시각각 변하는 교통환경에 적응할 수 있는 실 시간적인 교통 경로 제어가 가능하였으며, 선호 경로 탐색 결과, 본 연구의 알고리즘이 운전자 개인의 교통 경로 선택 성향을 잘 반영함을 보여 주었다. 논문은 5 가지의 중요한 의미가 있다. (1) 제안된 접근 방법은 운전자의 경로 선택 결정 과정과 유사하다. (2) 제안된 접근 방법은 다 속성의 경로 평가 기준을 제어 할 수 있다. (3) 제안된 접근 방법은 운전자의 주관적 판단을 비가법적으로 객관화 할 수 있다. (4) 제안된 접근 방법은 우회 경로 탐색에서 동적인 경로 탐색을 보여주고 있다 (5) 제안된 접근 방법은 선호 경로 탐색에서 개개 운전자 속성을 고려할 수 있다.
