An analytical investigation has been carried out for the motion of moving element in electro-dynamometer type directional power relay under A.C source. For the more a time dependent kinetic performance of the element can also be deduced for the D.C component in fault current. The results obtained thus for show that, in the relay with stopper, the performance time for the equal D.C and A.C component can be shorten ca. 0.5Hz in comparison with the fact, the performance time exhibits to delay ca. 0.75Hz under the same conditions for the case of the relay without stopper, it appear that these differences of performance times will not give vise any difficultys for the apects of practical case, however, the obtain results can be applicable in the course of the design of the relay.

In this paper we develop a model for the performance evaluation of defense R&D test development projects based on analytic hierarchy process. First, evaluation indicators are collected through the related literature survey and a delphi inquiry method. Second, stepwise multiple linear regression is used for developing a hierarchical structure for analytic hierarchy process in the evaluation model, which can make the selected evaluation indicators of the hierarchical structure independent. Also we verify the effectiveness of proposed indicators of the performance evaluation by comparing with the existing evaluation indicators. The developed indicators for the performance evaluation is more reasonable and practical than the previous indicators on defense R&D test development projects.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relation among affect climate, organizational commitment and organizational performance. Methodology: The survey was conducted through online questionnaires from April 28 to May 1, 2020 for workers in medical institutions. Multiple regression analysis and mediating effects test were performed to identify the influence relationship. Findings: The results, based on a sample of 344 workers in medical institutions, indicate that Positive display climate, Positive experiential climate and Authentic experiential climate are positively related to both organizational commitment and organizational performance. We also found that the lemotional sharing has a partial mediation effect in the relationship that positive display climate, positive experiential climate, and authentic experiential climate affect affective organizational commitment. Practical Implications: Emotional sharing is encouraged for hospital's workers, and the authentic experiential climate contributes to improving work efficiency as well as organizational performance.

Blockchain system brought innovation in the area of accounting, credit monitoring and trade secrets. Consensus algorithm that considered the central component of blockchain, significantly influences performance and security of blockchain system. In this paper we presented four consensus protocols specifically as Proof of Work (PoW), Proof of Stake (PoS), Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) and Practical Byzantine Fault-Tolerance (PBFT), we also reviewed different security threats that affect the performance of Consensus Protocols and precisely enlist their counter measures. Further we evaluated the performance of these Consensus Protocols in tabular form based on different parameters. At the end we discussed a comprehensive comparison of Consensus protocols in terms of Throughput, Latency and Scalability. We presume that our results can be beneficial to blockchain system and token economists, practitioners and researchers.

This study attempts to examine the importance of social capital in customer service organizations and clarifies how translates into organizational performance through knowledge management activities. A survey was conducted with the customer service employees, and 256 questionnaires were used for an empirical analysis with smart partial least squares (PLS). The analysis found that relational capital had a positive effect on both the knowledge management components of knowledge sharing and knowledge conversion, while structural capital significantly influenced knowledge sharing. In addition, human capital positively affected knowledge conversion. Both knowledge sharing and knowledge conversion significantly influenced organizational performance. This study proposed a conceptual framework of social capital that influences organizational performance mediated by an organization's knowledge management activities. Based on the results, we suggest practical guidelines for managing social capital and recommend areas of improvement for customer organization's managers and employees.

This paper describes motion control system applied to mechatronics devices. It is pointed out that a new approach is necessary to realize a good performance motion control. At first, a motion controller of mechatronics devices is introduced. The controller is constructed from four layer of hierarchical structure. After that two practical examples are presented to introduce the new approach to advanced motion control exactly.

A loss system where two types of customers arrive in accordance with two independent Poisson processes is considered. An efficient recursive formula is developed for calculating the loss probability when the number of servers is large. Some practical examples regarding the performance evaluation of telecommunications networks are discussed.
