조주기능사 자격제도 실기시험 채점표 변경에 관한 연구 (A Study of Score Card Alteration of Bartender Certification Examination)

  • This study is to prevent the applicants who apply for the test from being confused by finding problems in the practical test of the bartender certificate and to detect the best way to find out the scoring factors and allotting marks. The goal of this study is to give the direction of proposing the alternative plans of the qualification test for the bartender by the expert group. The questionaries of the survey were sent and collected from June 20 though 30, 2005. After removing some questionaries that have a problem, the survey was conducted for 20 days from August 5, 2005. The samples of the expert group was set up as 50 persons, but 43 samples were available for the final analysis. Also, 7 selected experts proposed the improvements of the marking lists in the practical test for the bartender certificate throughout 2 in-depth studies from September 15 through 25, 2005. According to the analysis, marking lists of the practical test need to be improved. For the detail categories of the practical test, priority appears as follows : sanitation, service and cocktail mixing. For the proper score in the marking lists of the practical test, 25 points is more proper than existing 33 points for selecting ingredients and stools, 10 points is more suitable than existing 9 points for pouring main ingredients, 30 points is more appropriate than existing 42 points for cocktail mixing, 20 points is more proper than existing 10 points for sanitation and 15 points is more suitable than existing 6 points for service.

도플러 초음파검사를 이용한 안면마비 환자의 안면부 경혈의 혈류 관찰 (Clinical Observation on Blood Flow of Facial Acupuncture Points in Bell's Palsy Patients by Doppler Ultrasound)

  • Objectives : The aim of this study was to investigate whether Doppler ultrasound device is applicable for the evaluation of facial palsy patients. Methods : A total of 25 patients participated in the first assessment and 22 of them finished a follow-up assessment one week later. An assessment comprised of a Minimax-Doppler-K device examination on bilateral acupoints $ST_5$, $SI_{19}$, $ST_2$, and $BL_1$, House-Brackmann grading, and subjective symptom questionnaire. Measurement reliability was assessed and clinically meaningful variations of Doppler measurement values were explored. Results : Doppler ultrasound examination revealed a significant difference of some measurement values between values of the symptom side and the contralateral side, between groups of severe paralysis and moderate paralysis, and between groups of short duration(0-3 weeks) and long duration (3 weeks-5 months) by non-parametric analyses (p<0.05). Several re-examination values showed a significant correlation with the first examination values by Spearman's correlation tests (p<0.05). Conclusions : This study revealed several possibilities for the clinical application of this device. Further validity tests and device improvements for a user's convenience would be helpful for its practical application.

서울지역 산업장 근로자의 산업보건관리에 대한 지식, 태도, 실천 연구 (A Study of Workers' Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice of the Occupational Health Services in Industries Located in Seoul)

  • This research is undertaken for the purpose of providing basic data to improve the occupational health service for future. 415 workers of 46 firms in Seoul are included in this data points. Results from this analyzing are the following. 1) The level of knowledge, attitude and practice of workers on the occupational health is moderate. 2) The cognition of necessity about special health examination gains the highest point(3.94), but the understanding of the occupational health educational program gains the lowest point (.85) in the knowledge region. 3) In the attitude region, the highest point is marked by the workers' prudence of expending time on medical examination(3.45). The lowest one by the workers' feeling of satisfaction of the follow-up service after medical examination(1.79). 4) The workers' participation in medical examination is the most active(3.15), and that in occupational health education in the least active(.86) in the practical region.

소형선박조종사 면허시험 전형제도에 관한 연구 (Study on Screening Examination of Small Boat Operator's Certificate of Competency)

  • Small boat operator's certificate of competency took up 39.0% of total license holders and required for at least 19,000 boats in 2013, was proposed the improvement items by reviewing the acts and criteria related to the current test and analyzed the questions of set at examinations. About 31% of questions of the current written test are unsuitable for the target boat and operational knowledge of the operator. It is appropriate that the subject categorization criteria and contents of the subjects will be improved to include practical details related to safe ship operation, and the number of questions increased according to each subject category in amended examination after January 1st, 2017. The interview test should be improved so that the questions can be forwarded in a clear manner through formulation of practical problems, photos, etc. considering the real situations such as high age/low education status of testee and it is necessary to lengthen the interview time per testee. The test and interview personnel should consist of a human resource pool with experience in small boat operator training and workers of related areas familiar with field terminology. Furthermore, the test should be divided into small boats of 2 to 5 tons and those exceeding 5 tons according to the tonnage of small boats.

일부 선진국 치과위생사의 교육제도, 자격인증제도 및 업무범위 (Education, certification system and extent of duty in dental hygienists of developed countries)

  • Objectives : The purpose of the study is to investigate the education, certification system, and extent of duty of dental hygienist between Korea and five developed countries including United States, Canada, England, Australia, and Japan. Methods : Internet based access to five developed countries was made and the analysis was done for the definition of occupation, main duties, similar occupations, education policy, job descriptions, license certification system, standards of duty, Q & A management, current status of obtaining certification, and scope of work. Results : United States has a two-year associate degree(AS) and a four-year bachelor degree(BS). Canada has two to three years degree and a two-year course is accepted in england and Australia. In the meanwhile, Korea and Japan have two-year and four-year educational courses. The duty of dental hygienists includes the prevention education for dental health and continuing dental health care. Most of the dental hygienists in Korea and Japan play the assistant roles for the dental surgeons. United States has national board examinations including written examinations, practical examinations, and computer assisted examination. Written and practical examinations are also conducted in Korea. England and Australia have the recognized educational organizations for qualification. Conclusions : Problem based and problem solving skills are the most important in dental hygienist education in Korea. The training of highly competent dental hygienists must be done for the improvement of dental hygiene in Korea in the near future.

촬영용 드론 교육 방안 (An Education Plan for Camera Drone)

  • 군사용으로 개발된 드론(drone)은 관련 기술의 발전과 함께 군사용을 벗어나 민간 영역에까지 그 활용 범위를 넓혀가고 있다. 현재 드론은 농업 분야를 비롯하여 무인 택배, 영상콘텐츠 제작, 건축 분야 등에서 드론의 사용이 활발히 증가하고 있다. 우리나라는 2021년부터 드론 비행을 위한 드론 자격증 제도를 도입하여 운영 중이며 최대 이륙중량 2kg 이상의 드론 비행은 비행경력과 실기 시험이 요구된다. 그러나 2kg 미만의 드론은 비행경력이나 실기 시험이 필요 없이 온라인 교육 자격만으로도 운영할 수 있다. 최근 최대 이륙중량 2kg 미만의 촬영용 드론의 보급이 급격히 증가하고 있으며 이와 관련된 사고 또한 증가하고 있다. 본 논문은 급격히 증가하는 촬영용 드론의 특징에 대하여 살펴보고 이와 관련된 촬영용 드론 교육 방안에 대하여 논의한다.

중등임용시험 '기계·금속' 과목의 출제방안 연구 (Study on the way how to make the recruiting Examination of 'Machinery·Metal' Subject in Technical High School.)

  • 이 연구에서는 공업계고등학교에서 기계 금속 과목을 담당할 교사 선발을 위한 교원임용시험의 기본 자료를 얻기 위하여, 교사 교육기관의 기계 및 금속의 교육과정과 공업 고등학교의 기계 금속과의 교육과정을 분석 하였다. 교육과정 분석을 통한 우수 교사 선발을 위한 현 중등 기계 금속 교원 임용시험의 범위와 내용 수준 등을 포함한 출제 방안을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 중등 임용시험에 교원양성대학 및 공업계 고등학교의 교육과정을 반영하여 임용시험의 타당성을 높여야 한다. 둘째, 기계 금속 임용시험의 기본이수과목의 합리적인 재조정이 요구된다. 셋째, 기계 금속 임용시험 출제 영역 비율에 대한 근거가 마련되어야 하고 이해와 적용, 사고력을 요구하는 문항의 개발로 출제 수준을 개선해야 한다. 넷째, 영역별 전공교수에 따른 출제 경향의 편중을 막기 위하여 더 많은 수의 출제위원의 참여가 요구된다. 다섯째, 지필고사의 한계를 보완할 수 있는 효과적인 방법으로 실기능력평가를 추가 하는 임용시험 출제비율(안)을 제시하였다. 여섯째, 교사의 전문성을 확보하기 위한 장기적인 안목에서 기계 금속에서 기계 및 금속 영역으로, 각각 분리하여 선발해야한다.

하버드옌칭도서관 소장 사마방목(司馬榜目)에 관한 고찰 (A Study on Sama Pangmok in Harvard-Yenching Library)

  • 본 연구는 미국 하버드대학 내 하버드옌칭도서판 한국부에 소장되어 있는 조선시대 기본 과거인 소과생원진사시의 기록물이자 합격자 명부인 사마방목을 대상으로 하였다. 조선시대 개국이래 갑오경장 때까지 실시되어 온 생원진사시는 230회 실시되었고, 그에 따라 간행된 사마방목 중 186종이 현전하고 있다. 그 중 이 도서관은 47종의 사마방목을 소장하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 논문 중 하버드옌칭도서관 소장사항을 조사한 논고들을 살펴보면 1968년에 7종, 1980년에 5종이 소장되어 있는 것으로 나타난다. 본고는 20여년이 지난 현재 사뭇 다른 양상을 보이고 있는 이 도서관의 현 소장상황을 조사하여 밝히고 기존의 잘못을 바로잡고자 한다. 생원진사시 및 사마방복에 대하여 고찰하고, 각 사마방목의 소장 및 서지사항을 살피고, 특징적인 사항을 분석하였다. 본 연구가 이후 해외유출전적 및 과거사 등의 구체적인 연구에 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

지구과학 수행평가 모형의 개발 및 활용방안 (Development and Using for Practical Model of Performance Assessment in The Earth Science Education)

  • The purpose of this research is to accomplish the goal of science education based in the seventh science course of study by suggesting the plan for development of executable method in the learning process of Earth Science education and establishing a practical model to evaluate its achievement. Furthermore, the idea of this research is to recognize a way of using and consideration at practical use of the model. Since the purpose of the educational evaluation is to maximize the efficiency of school studying, there are some negative aspects in our current method of evaluation to achieve the purpose. New system has been introduced into the educational evaluation to resolve such a critical issue. Despite some positive aspects in the system, it could not be escaped from the multiple choice and pens examination. This could be caused by in various limitations, especially the insufficiency of teachers' awareness and the data about the Performance assessment. This research is to develop and use the practical model for the Performance assessment in consideration of current educational circumstances of Junior and High school. The model of the Performance assessment in this research is to sufficiently evaluate student's ability and skill in the learning process of Earth Science education. Hence, it is dedicated to the education for human being and improve quality in the learning process of the Earth Science education among the modern society, which is characterized globalization and information. Furthermore, it may promote the growth of various character of students and increase creativity and skill for the problem solving.

UCP 600 서류심사기준의 문제점과 실무상 유의점 (Some Problems and Practical Notes on UCP 600 Standard for Examination of Documents)

  • In the transaction of credits, banks must examine the presentation to determine, on the basis of the documents alone, whether or not the documents appear on their face to constitute a complying presentation. And bank shall each have a maximum of five banking days following the day of presentation to determine if a presentation is complying. This period does not depend on any upcoming expiry date or last day for presentation. Data in a document, when read in context with the credit, the document itself and international standard banking practice, need not be identical to, but must not conflict with, data in i) that document; ii) any other stipulated document; or iii) the credit. When a bank determines that a presentation is complying, it must honour or negotiate. But, when a bank determine that a presentation does not comply, it may refuse to honour or negotiate. When a bank decides to refuse to honour or negotiate, it must give a single notice to that effect to the presenter. That notice must be given by telecommunication or, if that is not possible, by other expeditious means no later than the close of the fifth banking day following the day of presentation.
