Second, theoretical entrepreneurship education had a positive (+) effect on career maturity. but practical entrepreneurship education did not have a direct significant effect on career maturity. Third, problem-solving ability had a positive (+) effect on career maturity. Finally, the mediating effect analysis revealed that problem-solving ability had mediating effects on both entrepreneurship education and career maturity of college students. In conclusion, this study has its significance in that it presents the effectiveness and direction of entrepreneurship education both in theory and practice at a time when it is urgent to foster inspiring and creative talent in universities to meet the demands of the times. Followed by such a variation, teams or groups were gradually settled in a major form of the enterprise's creative revelations. However, in spite of the consistent augmentation of team's application, researches of a group's ability that utilizes individual creative competence effectively are now in the excessively insufficient manner. Accordingly, this research is to verify mutual relationship between individual creativity and group creativity, and furthermore, to present integrative capability and knowledge sharing of the group as a distinctive variable to observe the mechanism of how the individual creativity becomes aggregated with the group creativity through a process. As a result, the relationship between the individual creativity and the group creativity was so significant that it showed that the integrative capability and knowledge sharing were mediated in the connection of the two variables. This research contributes to the comprehension of the relationship between individual and group creativity through the role of a group's integrative capability and knowledge sharing. In addition, further research direction with in-depth idea is presented to develop research on creativeness from the practical standpoint implicated in this research.

  • In today's world, the design industry is becoming more complex, with the development of networks such as the internet and revolutionary changes in information and telecommunications. As the demand for designers to cope with various situations occurring in these industrial sites or solve problems in practice promptly is required, a capstone design program was developed in collaboration with the industry. Capstone design classes have positive effects on creative problem solving ability, academic achievement and learning satisfaction by allowing students to think and experience the practical problems of the industrial field. It is also effective in improving communication, creative thinking and critical thinking. The purpose of this study is to search for talent training methods needed in the fashion industry and to develop effective programs through capstone design class studies conducted in the fourth grade of fashion design majors from 2017 to 2019 (6 semesters). Through these studies, the aim is to search for talent training methods needed in the fashion industry and to develop effective programs. If the capstone design learning method is used as a method of solving problems through close communication between the company and the educational field as an industry-academia cooperation system, it is expected to be positioned as a field-type human resource education method that is required in the industrial field.

  • As the era of the 4th industrial revolution began and the importance of software emerged, education also reflected this. Software education has already been provided in several countries, and Korea also started software education in the regular curriculum in 2019, when the 2015 revised curriculum was applied. This study attempted to present an improvement plan for revitalizing software education based on the feelings and difficulties of teachers who conducted software education for the first time in the practical education curriculum in elementary school. For the study, a survey was conducted on 96 teachers in charge of software education in elementary schools in 2019 with 36 questions related to personal competency, class operation method, textbooks and educational materials, class operation content, and educational environment. And three of them were interviewed. As a result improvements are needed, such as improving educational facilities and environment, revitalizing the development and dissemination of high-quality instructional materials, and expanding support for participatory training for teachers and teacher clubs.

  • The organizational ambidexterity has been emerging as the way to gain competitive advantage in turbulent environment. The concept of ambidexterity is simultaneously accomplishing the balance between the activities of exploration and exploitation, and overcoming their conflicting tension. The beneficial merits of ambidexterity has been investigated in innovation, financial performance, strategic management, and etc. Our study focused on the impact of ambidextrous activities on creative performance. Although three ambidextrous modes-structural ambidexterity, contextual ambidexterity, and sequential ambidexterity-have been already acknowledged, scant studies suggested the specific mechanisms to achieve ambidexterity in practice at the operating level. To address the issue we performed the semantic network analysis on the basis of the previous literatures prescribing ambidexterity theory. We took interview with 21 teams to explore behaviors of teams from the ambidextrous perspective, and then interpreted the relationship among words which appeared in the interview. This study found the appropriate mechanism which alleviate tension revealed by exploitation and exploration exist as practical reality. We demonstrated how these ambidextrous mechanisms can be used to generate the creative performance as well as examined various antecedents. These findings would contribute to the more fine-grained understanding of organizational ambidexterity, especially in conjunction with organizational creativity.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine university graphic design curricula to cultivate creative specialized manpower equipped with practical skills. To attain the goal, this author investigated the curricula of four-year, three-year, and two-year universities located in the capital area including Seoul and interviewed those working in 10 specialized design companies located in Seoul and Incheon. According to the findings of analyzing the curricula, four-year, three-year, and two-year universities all emphasize practices based on projects and inquiries more rather than the mastery of basic design. Among the areas, publication graphic designs are emphasized the most, and the next are visual multimedia designs. However, advertising marketing designs are not or hardly emphasized in the curricula. But specialized university education demanded by those specialized design companies is the education emphasizing the mastery of basic design more rather than practices based on projects and inquiries. Concerning the cultivation of specialized graphic designers having central roles as the pillars of knowledge industry or creative industry demanded in this age, it is needed to have a new perspective to reorganize specialized education grounded on close cooperation and favorable relationship between universities in charge of specialized education and those specialized companies.

We used a multilevel analysis to analyze the effects of team diversity factors on team member's creativity, and exploration and exploitation. Results showed that in general, team diversity factors like study hour and leisure activities have significant effects on the individual creativity, and exploration and exploitation. Practical implications represent that teams need to be organized considering the team diversity factors in order to improve team member's creativity, and their exploration and exploitation activities.

  • This paper analyzed 'Education with Robots' of the Practical Arts unit among the six textbooks developed under the 2015 revised curriculum, and provided implications for selection of textbooks, researching curriculum, and developing the next textbook. As a result of analyzing the prior study, it was found that the inquiry analysis was insufficient in the elementary school 'Education with Robots' unit. On the contrary, in the middle and high school textbooks research were sufficient. Therefore, we analyzed the contents of the textbook using the Romey analysis method, judging that our children who will live in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution need an inquiry type textbook. As a result of analyzing textbooks, there was no ideal textbook with an inquisitive disposition in all analysis elements, and in all textbooks, the analysis element with the lowest inquiry disposition was the text, and the highest analysis element was activity.
