5 Step 실용트리즈 기법을 이용한 PLGA인공지지체의 변형 문제 해결에 관한 연구 (A Study on Problem Solving of PLGA Scaffold Warpage Using 5 Step Practical TRIZ)

  • In this paper, we have studied the deformation problem of the scaffold caused by the FDM type 3D printer. The Practical TRIZ technique was used to solve the deformation problem of the scaffold generated from the adhesion surface between the scaffold and the bed. The Practical TRIZ methodology was used to derive the solution and the experiment was conducted on the derived solution. As a result of evaluating the experimental results obtained for the solution, it was found that the deformation of the scaffold was much improved to the satisfactory level.

QFD와 TRIZ의 통합에 의한 설계 단계에서의 창의적 문제 해결 방안 (Integration of QFD and TRIZ to Solve the Inventive Problem in the Design Process)

  • QFD(Quality Function Deployment) is a very important tool to improve market share by reducing the gap between the voice of customer and the product's performance. But QFD is not a problem solving tool, although it is very useful in identifying what has to be solved or improved in order to meet the customer's desires. TRIZ has proved to be a very strong tool to solve the difficult problems that requires inventive thinking. QFD integrated with TRIZ becomes hot research recently. But merely linking between HOQ(House of Quality) in QFD and the contradiction matrix in TRIZ can not provide designers with a concrete method to solve the technical problem in the design process. Practically, the contradiction matrix and 40 inventive principles are not helpful for solving the technical problem. To solve the technical problem using TRIZ, a search for the tool and the object involved in the problem is made, from which the wanted result should be derived. A practical method to integrate QFD and TRIZ is proposed in this paper.

SIT 사고도구에 내재된 TRIZ 발명원리 분석 (Analysis of TRIZ Inventive Principles Embedded in SIT Thinking Tools)

  • SIT(Systematic Inventive Thinking), a simplified version of TRIZ, has gained in popularity and used worldwide over recent years. In this paper, the relationship between 5 thinking tools of SIT and 40 inventive principles of TRIZ was examined. For the purpose, many practical TRIZ cases applied in a world-class consumer electronics company were analyzed. The analysis showed that SIT thinking tools were composed of 11 principles in 40 TRIZ inventive principles. Among SIT 5 thinking tools, division and attribute dependency were most frequently used. However, heavily used inventive principles such as preliminary action and beforehand cushioning were not included in SIT. If these principles are additionally reflected in SIT, the effectiveness of the thinking tools will be significantly increased.

산학연계 트리즈(TRIZ) 단기 프로그램의 교육적 효과 분석 (An educational effect analysis of a short-term TRIZ program in industry-university cooperation)

  • A camp program where the theory of inventive problem solving TRIZ is applied to real problems of the industry was developed and taught at a five-day seminar apart from the standard curriculum at a university D in Gyeonggido. This study focuses on the educational effect that the TRIZ method has on the engineering students when their creative problem solving skills are required to solve industry problems on their own with the knowledge from their courses. For five days, the students were educated about TRIZ and assigned a real industry problem "Removal of friction caused by bubble formation in water heating pipelines". By applying TRIZ to the problem, the students developed an "Air removing Air Arrester" which received the evaluation, "with understanding the system architecture and the task objective causes and formation of the problem could be handled which directly helps the company's R&D". In this case, TRIZ offers the students a guideline and knowledge on how to approach problems and as a result the students provided a practical solution. During the process, the TRIZ method instilled confidence in the students and proved to be a motivation. It becomes obvious that this short-term program has a positive effect on students' way of thinking creatively and increasing their problem-solving abilities.

트리즈로 분석한 코로나19 대응 선별진료소의 진화 (The Evolution of Screening Center for COVID-19 Analyzed by TRIZ)

  • Korea's Corona 19(COVID-19) quarantine, referred to as 'K-Quarantine', is a globally recognized quarantine system that has achieved both conflicting goals: health and economy. The quarantine system represented by 3T(Test-Trace-Treat) is not a method of blocking an area, but a method of screening and treating infected and non-infected persons. The screening center, one of the key elements of this screening treatment system, has evolved to suit the timing and situation of COVID-19, and has succeeded in initial response by conducting large-scale tests quickly and safely. By analyzing the evolution of screening centers that produced such significant results from a problem-solving point of view, it proved its meaning as a practical success case of creative problem-solving. In addition, the usefulness of TRIZ (Russian abbreviation of Theory of Solving Inventive Problem), a creative problem-solving theory, was confirmed through an analysis of actual verified cases of COVID-19 response. TRIZ is a problem-solving theory created by analyzing the regularity of invention patents, and is widely used not only in the technical field but also in the non-technical fields such as design, management, and education. The results of this study are expected to provide useful meaning and practical examples to researchers interested in system analysis and TRIZ application from a problem-solving perspective.

실용 트리즈를 활용한 제품 Particle 부착 문제의 해결 방안 연구 (A Study on the Solution of Product Particle Attachment Problem using Practical TRIZ)

  • 반도체 제조 공정에서 사용되는 제품의 외관 검사 및 포장 단계에서 정전기에 의해 particle이 제품 자체나 운반용 도구 등에 흡착되는 문제가 발생한다. 본 연구는 실용 트리즈 기법을 활용하여 제품에 particle이 흡착되는 문제를 개선할 수 있는 방법론을 제시한다. 제시한 실용 트리즈 기반의 방법론을 적용하여 문제를 정의하고, 제품 대기 시간으로 인해 발생하는 모순을 도출하였다. 도출된 모순 중 물리적 모순을 설정하고 '공간분리'의 개념을 적용하여 '이오나이저 설치' 및 '작업실 Layout 개선'이라는 해결방안을 도출하였다. 실용 트리즈 적용을 통해 도출한 '이오나이저 설치' 및 '작업실 Layout 개선'을 적용하여 실험한 결과, 제품이 대기하는 시간에서 발생되는 particle 흡착 문제를 해결할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해, 제조현장에서 근무하는 작업자, 설비 엔지니어, 기술 엔지니어들이 실용 트리즈 기법을 활용하여 창의적 사고, 발상의 전환을 통해 직면한 문제를 효과적으로 해결하고 혁신적인 기술개발 및 생산성 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

트리즈의 모순분석을 활용한 창의적 문제해결 실습과정 (Creative Problem Solving Process using TRIZ Contradiction Analysis)

  • Many methods have been suggested for a creative problem solving approach. TRIZ approach is ranked top in its practical application because it is originated from the real patent analysis. This approach is assumed to be generic which can be applied to any types of problems regardless of problem type and its domain. The objective of this study is to propose a creative problem solving approach using TRIZ's contradiction analysis, then introduce a case study of applying this approach to a creative design coursework. Main topic covers a creative problem solving approach, a problem definition using TRIZ contradiction analysis, finding invention principles, and problem solving from the generic approach. For the course project, Roborobo tool is adopted to implement the design concept. This coursework helps students finding a general problem solving approach, and applying a generic solution for their specific problem domain.

3SC 실용트리즈와 머신러닝을 이용한 기공을 가진 인공지지체 제조문제 해결에 관한 연구 (A Study on Manufacturing Problem Solving of Scaffold with Pore Using 3SC Practical TRIZ and Machine Learning)

  • In this paper, we have analyzed manufacturing problems of the scaffold with pores using FDM 3D printer and PLGA. We suggested the solutions using 3SC practical TRIZ. We selected the final solution used machine learning. We reduced number of experiments using most influential factor after analysis print factors. We printed the scaffold and measured pore size. We created the regression model using python tensorflow. The print condition data of measured pore size was used as training data. We predicted the pore size of printed condition using regression model. We printed the scaffold using the predicted the print condition data. We quantitatively compare the predicted scaffold pore size data and the measured scaffold pore size data. We got satisfactory result.

  • Creativity is a rising topic in the current society. The emphasis on creativity is valued as a key factor for success in all areas including but not limited to politics, economy, culture, arts and design. The field of Fashion design is probably one of the few areas that talk about creativity as a necessary quality to survive. The purpose of this study is to introduce TRIZ(Teoriya Reshniya Izobretatelsskikh Sadatch) as a theoretical tool to generate creativity in fashion design. TRIZ is a creative method of problem solving based on data analysis of outcomes invented by engineering. The fundamental concept of TRIZ has been researched through documentary studies, and practical case studies of product designs are used. Fashion design cases from Comme des Garcons by Rei Kawakubo are used to apply TRIZ in fashion design. Rei Kawakubo's design philosophy has been studied through fashion writings and visual sources in books, exhibition catalog, www. style. com and online shopping mall sites. This study has selected four principles among forty inventive theories of TRIZ: segmentation; asymmetry; consolidation; and preliminary action to apply to Rei Kawakubo's fashion design. As a result, TRIZ can be applicable to fashion design as a creative thinking methodology. By using the four principles of TRIZ, this study shows how Rei Kawakubo's design enhanced its efficiency and aesthetics of the products and was distinguished from existing items. It is meaningful to demonstrate a possibility of adopting engineering based creative methodology in fashion design to widen the perspective and to raise a question for the need of interdisciplinary creative methodology with traditional aesthetic approach in fashion design.

공리적 설계에서 트리즈를 이용한 연성설계의 비연성화 과정 (Decoupling Process of a Coupled Design in Axiomatic Design Using the TRIZ)

  • Axiomatic Design has been developed as a general design framework during past two decades and TRIZ has been developed for a design tool over 50 years. Axiomatic design is quite excellent in that design should be decoupled. When a design matrix is established, the characteristics of the design are identified according to the coupling properties. If the design is coupled, a decoupling process should be found. However, axiomatic design does not specifically indicate how to decouple a coupled design. In this research, the coupling manner is classified into six patterns. Each pattern could be solved by an appropriate TRIZ module. A table, which matches the coupling pattern and a TRIZ module, is proposed for effective application of the two design theories. The decoupling ideas are proposed by using TRIZ modules. When the number of decoupled designs is more than one, the engineer should select the final idea. The proposed method is applied to practical cases such as a tape feeder and a beam adjuster of the laser marker.
