본 연구에서는 실천 공학적 적용의 하나의 사례연구를 소개하고자 한다. 연구 주제는 약품 공급기이고, 이 장치는 PLC, DC 모터, 스위치, 포토 센서 등으로 구성 된다. 이 기기의 설계 및 제작을 위하여 대학에서 재학 기간 동안 학습한 많은 교과 내용들을 직접 실습하고 구성한다. 특히, 하드웨어와 소프트웨어의 모든 부분을 직접 구성해 봄으로써 단순히 내부 프로세스만이 아니라 자판기의 기계적 메커니즘까지 이해해 볼 수 있도록 한다. 기업의 다른 자판기 제품보다 공급 완성도를 높이기 위하여 사용자 맞춤 공급이나 정확한 카운팅 등 추가 아이디어를 제안한다. 일상 생활에서 편리하게 사용되어질 수 있는 약품 공급기를 간단하게 나마 실제로 구현해 봄으로써 학생들은 창의력과 적응성을 키울 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 이 연구를 통하여 습득한 기술들이 필요 시에 관련 산업에 적용되어질 수 있다.

In the study, we propose, for the practical approaches of job shop scheduling, the new dispatching rules of Job shop scheduling in order to complement the practical applications in the existing researches. The performance of the new dispatching rules is compared and analyzed with the existing methods through the computer experiments in the assumed conditions. The results can be useful to improving a field application of the job shop scheduling.

Based on the test data of Nippon Steel Corporation, the formulas for calculating mechanical properties of fire-resistant (FR) steel at elevated temperatures have been established. A practical approach for fire safety design of FR steel members, including axially compressed members, flexural members and eccentrically compressed members, is developed in this paper. Compared with the full-scale specimen experiments and FEM numerical analysis, this practical approach for fire safety design of FR steel members is demonstrated to be effective and precise.

Recently, the demand on the practical application of life-cycle cost effective design and rehabilitation of bridges is rapidly growing in civil engineering practice. However, in spite of impressive progress in the researches on the Life-Cycle Cost (LCC), the most researches have only focused on the theoretical point but did not fully incorporate the critical issues for the practical implementation. Thus, this paper is intended to suggest a systemic integrated approach to the practical application of various LCC methodologies for the design and rehabilitation of bridges, For that purpose, hierarchical definitions of LCC models are presented to categorize the approach of LCC assessment applicable for the practical implementation. And then, an integrated LCC system model is introduced with an emphasis on data uncertainty assessment and user-friendly knowledge-based database for its successful implementation. Finally, in order to demonstrate the LCC effectiveness for design and rehabilitation of real bridge structures, illustrative examples are discussed.

본 논문은 지방에 소재하고 있는 공과대학에서 교수, 재학생 및 졸업생 등 공학교육 당사자들의 실무형 공학교육에 대한 인식을 조사한 결과를 분석한 것이다. 여러 대학들을 조사하여 실무형 공학교육을 각각 기업 맞춤형, 전공 강화형, 기본소양 강화형 및 기타 등 4가지 형태로 분류하였고 이들에 대한 공학 교육 당사자들의 인식도를 조사한 것이다. 그리고 취업을 위해 어떤 교육 내용이 필요한가에 대해서도 조사하였다. 조사 결과 응답자들은 실무형 공학교육을 기업 맞춤형 교육으로 가장 많이 이해하고 있었고 실무 적응을 위한 기본소양 강화 교육으로 인식하는 응답자도 상당수가 있었다. 신입사원 채용 시험에 교수와 졸업생은 인성, 품성 등이 가장 중요하다고 답한 반면 재학생은 전공 실력과 영어에 큰 비중을 두고 있었다. 이공계 학생으로 가장 부족하다고 느끼는 점은 졸업생과 재학생 모두 영어 능력을 들었으나 교수는 전공 실력 부족이라고 응답했다. 본 연구는 실무형 공학교육에 대한 인식과 이를 위한 공학교육의 발전 방향을 유추할 수 있는 기초 자료를 추출했다고 판단되나 실무형 공학교육에 대해 좀 더 세밀하고 광범위한 연구가 계속되어야 할 것으로 보인다.

Cu-Zn-Al catalysts were prepared via co-precipitation method for low-temperature water-gas shift (LT-WGS) reaction under practical reaction condition. Aging time was systematically changed to find optimum point for LT-WGS under practical condition. The Cu-Zn-Al catalyst aged for 72 hours showed the highest CO conversion within low-temperature range as well as very stable catalytic activity for 200 hours despite the practical reaction condition.

본 논문의 목적은 반도체 설비 maintenance 기술력 확보를 위한 실무 교육 프로그램 개발 및 적용하는데 있다. 반도체 설비 maintenance 기술력을 확보하기 위하여 HRD의 주요 분야인 교육훈련(Training & Development, T&D) 에 관하여 연구하였다. 교육훈련을 실시하기 위하여 교육설계 시 ADDIE모형을 적용하여 실무 중심의 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 개발된 프로그램은 반도체 제조업체인 삼성전자(주) 재직자를 대상으로 교육훈련을 실시하여 적용해봄으로써 체계적이고 효과적인 기업체 실무중심의 기술교육 프로그램을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.

The promulgation of the overall framework of Chinese students' development of core literacy has made the implementation of core literacy into specific teaching activities an urgent problem to be solved in the field of education. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the undergraduate education under the mode of emphasizing theory and neglecting practice, this paper constructs the practical teaching system of Database Principle Course Based on the core quality, expounds the implementation strategy of practical teaching, and probes into how to train the students in the practical teaching of database principle Cultivate scientific spirit, learning ability, practical innovation, responsibility and other core literacy. After 5 rounds of practice, students have achieved better development in independent development and collaborative work, and their awareness of practical innovation has been significantly improved.

This paper is about one practical case on applying interdisciplinary collaboration on the education of technical writing and presentation for the engineering students. There are many points for the collaboration on various stages. Points of collaboration from the literature faculty and engineering faculty are discussed. Also collaboration forms in each educational stage are discussed. Finally a practical case of applying the collaboration scheme are described based on a real class example.
