Green Construction is the construction activities that conserved energy, land, water and material to reduce the negative effect to the environment while assuring essential demand on quality and safety during project construction. This paper critically examine the contribution of awareness and understanding, green construction practices and green construction innovation with the green construction benefits. A measurement model based on the theoretical framework and exploratory factor analysis was developed and tested using structural equation modelling technique. This study employs a survey research methodology involving a total of 346 respondents among construction contractors, developers, clients and consultants in the construction industry. The findings indicate that the awareness and understanding, green construction practices and green construction innovation are significant predictors of the green construction benefits. From the practical perspective, the findings should alert the construction participants on the need of awareness and understanding, green construction practices and green construction innovation towards the green construction benefits. In addition, the findings can be used as diagnostic tool for continuous improvements in the Malaysian construction industry.

본 연구는 CCTV 존재 유무에 따른 보육교사의 안전의식과 안전실천 간의 관계를 실증적으로 분석하였으며, 특히 CCTV 존재 유무와 안전실천 간의 관계에서 안전의식이 매개효과를 가지는지에 대하여도 실증적 분석을 하였다. T-검증 결과 CCTV 존재 유무에 따라 보육교사의 안전의식과 안전실천이 차이가 있음을 검증하였다. 회귀분석 결과 보육교사의 안전의식이 안전실천에 양(+)의 관계로 유의한 것으로 검증되었다. 또한, CCTV 존재 유무가 안전의식을 통해서 안전실천에 영향을 미치는 매개효과에 대해서도 검증되었다. 그 결과 안전의식이 CCTV 존재 유무와 안전실천 사이의 매개변수의 역할을 수행하지 않는다는 결론을 얻었다.

The Traditional Look, a class of fashion, represents image based on British aristocratic authenticity and cultural heritage as unchangeable and lasting classic fashion style. And recently, it keeps up with the trend of modern and young consumers' desire by putting various images. The purpose of the study is to investigate the concept, image and present market condition and to analyze degree of consumers' brand awareness of Traditional brand in pursuit of developing new market and ensuring power between competitive brands. From above work, surveyed on degree of brand awareness and interest, preference, associable image and purchase factors coming from consumers. 606 data were analyzed with SPSS package. Frequency, Factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, Multiple response, and correlation were applied. The results of this study were as follows. 1. Traditional brand has a high degree at consumers' brand awareness but comparatively lower at interest in it. In band name, while the Burberry has the highest brand awareness, the Polo and the Hunt take first and second position in a purchasing rate. Brand preference has tendency to be concentrated on certain brands showing the outstanding highest degree like the Polo in the 20s, and the Burberry in the 50s in aspect of age structure. 2. In associable image of Traditional brand, it is associate with noble image as dignified, classical and intellectual with itself strongly among practical, individuality, confidential and noble image. 3. As the purchase factors of traditional brand products, it depends on mainly the reliability and esthetic factors like design and quality rather than ostentatious and practical factors. 4. Associable image except individuality image is correlated with the purchase factors of traditional brand.

The purpose of this research is to study the performance assessment made by high school home economics teachers : their awareness and attitudes toward the assessment correlate with the qualitative output of the executions of it. as well s to determine how their awareness and attitudes toward the assesment correlate with the qualitative output of the executions of their performance assessments. The research has yielded the following results : 1. The attitudinal score shows above average of 58.7/90. By the sub-factors. awareness of the characteristics of performance assessment is 20.6/30 : the favorable attitudinal score is at 20.0/30. the behavioral attention at 9.5/15. and the effects of performance assessment on the teachers and the classes at 8.6/15. 2. In a single semester. the highest frequency of executing performance assessment is between 1 to 2 times (58.7%). and practical skill test is proven to be the most frequently used category at 79.9%. 3. The correlation between the overall attitude on performance assessment and the quality of actual performance assessment executed is high. indicating superior quality of performance assessment. which is directly proportionate to the enhanced attitude of teachers on performance assessment.

This research aimed to understand the awareness of married couples who have children over the age of elementary school age. What do they perceive as a wholesome and healthy family? What are they doing to promote the wholesomeness of the family? What are their demands of society and the government? Twenty-five people, 13 husbands and 12 wives, comprised the total number of subjects. The data were analyzed after in-depth interviews. The results of the research were as follows. First, all the subjects had no clear idea about the basic laws of a wholesome and healthy family although they were in the class belonging to the educational sector. Their awareness of what constituted a wholesome and healthy family included such things as physical, mental, ethical, and even spiritual health. Second, the married couples mostly answered that they were trying their best to promote the health of their families. This was basically related to the promotion of physical and mental health.

The promulgation of the overall framework of Chinese students' development of core literacy has made the implementation of core literacy into specific teaching activities an urgent problem to be solved in the field of education. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the undergraduate education under the mode of emphasizing theory and neglecting practice, this paper constructs the practical teaching system of Database Principle Course Based on the core quality, expounds the implementation strategy of practical teaching, and probes into how to train the students in the practical teaching of database principle Cultivate scientific spirit, learning ability, practical innovation, responsibility and other core literacy. After 5 rounds of practice, students have achieved better development in independent development and collaborative work, and their awareness of practical innovation has been significantly improved.

The objective of this study is to analyze the performance and farmer's awareness on the large-scale environment-friendly agricultural districts (LEAD). For this, we survey 393 farmers who cultivate in the 14 LEAD. Most of farmers aware a necessity of LEAD project. They have a higher awareness and practical use on the 'production facilities and equipments for environment-friendly agricultural materials' and 'resource recovery center of crop-animal farming'. The spread and consciousness on the environment-friendly agriculture increase before LEAD project. Also the environment-friendly agricultural areas and incomes slightly increase. The results of this study show that the LEAD project need a modification in to response to change of agricultural issues and customer's needs.

본 연구에서는 미용전공자들의 VR 체험을 기반으로 한 미용교육이 전문지식과 실무능력에 미칠 기대의식을 바탕으로 VR을 기반으로 한 미용 교과목 개발과 교육환경을 확보하고자 하였다. 총 106명의 학습자가 연구에 참여하였으며 온라인 설문지를 이용하여 VR기반 미용 교과목 개발 인식, 전문지식과 실무능력에 관한 인식, 일반적 특성에 관한 문항으로 진행되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 유의수준 .05 수준에서 검증하였다. 빈도분석, 요인분석, 상관관계, 선형회귀분석을 실시한 조사결과, 학점이 높을수록 VR 기반 미용 교과목 개발에 대한 인식이 높게 나타났다(p<.01). VR 기반 미용교과목개발에 대한 인식은 VR기반 전문지식과 실무능력 인식의 하위요인별 전문지식(r=.683, p<.001), 실무능력(r=.676, p<.001), 산업관련인식(r=.543, p<.001)과 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 VR 기반 미용 교과목 개발에 대한 인식이 높을수록 전문지식, 실무능력, 산업관련 인식이 향상될 것이라는 기대감을 갖는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과로 미용교육환경에서 전공자들의 VR 기반 미용 교과목 개발에 대한 필요성과 교과목 운영에 대한 기대를 확인하였다. 후속 연구에서는 표본의 범위를 확대한 연구진행이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study was to research university students' awareness of gender equality and practice of clothing and textiles education contents(classifying them into four units; choice and dressing of clothes, textile and management of clothes, design and sewing of clothes, and knitting and embroidery) in their real life. This is the investigation of 344 university students living in Choongchungnam bukdo, Junrabukdo, and Daejeon. In this statistical analysis, SPSS 10.0 for Windows Program was utilized to calculate percentage, mean and standard deviation. Also, these data were verified by t-test, One-way Anova, Duncan's multiple range, Pearson's correlation coefficient. The results of this research were as follows: The more university students have awareness of gender equality, the more they have practice of clothing and textiles education content in their real life. There was a significant difference in practical awareness of contents of clothing and textiles education according to demographic variables and correlation of variables differed significantly. As a conclusion, university students' awareness of gender equality plays an important role in practice of clothing and textiles education contents in their real life. These results would provide fundamental information for improving students' critical practice.

This study investigates perceptual confusions of English fricatives among 121 Korean elementary school English as a foreign language (EFL) learners with shorter periods of learning English. The objective is to examine how they perceive English fricative consonants and to provide educational guidelines. Two sets of English fricative identification tasks-voiceless fricatives and voiced fricatives-were administered to participants in a High Variability Phonetic Training (HVPT) setting. Their phonemic awareness of the fricatives was visualized in perceptual confusion maps via multidimensional scaling analysis. The findings are explored in terms of the impacts of Korean EFL learners' L1 linguistic aspects and a comparison with L1 learners. Learners' phonemic awareness patterns are then compared with their relative importance in speech intelligibility based on a functional load hierarchy. The results indicated that Korean elementary EFL learners recognized English fricatives in a manner largely akin to L1 learners, suggesting their ongoing acquisition progress. Additionally, the findings demonstrated that the young EFL learners possess sufficient phonemic awareness for most high functional load segments but encounter some difficulties with one high and one low functional pair. The findings of this study offer suggestions for diagnosing language learners' phonemic awareness abilities, thereby aiding in the development of practical guidelines for language instructional design and helping educators make informed decisions regarding teaching priority in L2 classes.
