환경물질에 대한 사용 신뢰성평가 방법에 관한 연구 (A useful reliability evaluation method for the environmental material)

  • Recently, The problems with which our country's company is confronted for business of manufacturing goods. This study set the hypothesis to develop the method that was analysis and application of A reliability evaluation method of environmental material for circuit components in Computer, Color TV, Monitor, Microwave oven, Electric Refrigerator, Automobile parts, other goods. Especially, this study emphasis on regulate export of the EU and North America that it's a environmental material's hazards problem. In this process, this study set the pattern of practical application. Therefore, this study emphasis on the application of A reliability evaluation method of environmental material and the use of other parameters by environmental reliability test data. The result of this study is as follows. 1) There is relationship between regulate material and technical protecting system. 2) Characteristics of hazard materials is operating a healthcare damage factor as well as regulate environmental factors.

식육판매장 HACCP 선행요건의 효율적인 적용을 위한 비교분석 (Comparative analysis for improving the effective application of HACCP prerequisite items in meat markets)

  • We analyzed the HACCP prerequisite of National Veterinary Research and Quarantine Service (NVRQS) and the Food Establishment Inspection Report of US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to recommend contents and ranges to be complemented and used for preparation of guidelines for more effective application of HACCP prerequisites. We used the HACCP inspection reports implemented by Korea Livestock Products HACCP Accreditation Service from 2007 to 2009, FDA Food Code 2009 Guide 3-B Instructions for Marking the Food Establishment Inspection Report, and Retail Food Establishment Sanitation Requirements of 410 Indiana Administrative Code. Major non-compliance items were open doors and windows, insanitary cleaning of in-use utensil, inadequate record of warehousing, and improper storage, transportation, and labelling. Hot water supply, personal hygiene, and regular product testing were additional week points which should be more strongly controlled by detailed operating guidelines. Also, current prerequisite items were required revision into more precise contents to enhanced the effective evaluation and practical application in meat markets.

  • In a competitive environment, systems design should be agile to accomplish business goal. However, there are often significant problems with systems design that is manifested in the fact that there are no current techniques to apply rigorous mathematics to semantic conveyance in the design framework. As a promising solution, this paper introduces situation theory (ST) and provides an application of ST for information flow in manufacturing systems design (IDEF0). The described work in this paper addresses the procedure of creation of IAST Model (Inf-Act On in Situation Theory) which is the first application of ST in engineering fields. Finally, we show that IAST Model is very helpful for effective information capturing in systems by comparison existing methodology with developed methodology as a practical application of ST.

  • This paper outlines the development of image processing system, which will allow the general users in Government and Public organizations easily to use and apply KOMPSAT EOC images in their own business. The system includes an import/export module of EOC image distributed in Hierarchical Data Format (HDF) file and various image processing analysis modules. Especially, the image mosaic and subset functions are designed to use EOC image as an image map, generating the Ortho-image module. To update the various spatial data with EOC image, some essential modules such as change detection by pattern recognition, overlay between images and vector data, and modification of vector data are implemented in the system. The system is developed based on the user request analysis of government agency, and suited for more efficient use of satellite image in public applications. Such system is expected to contribute to practical application of KOMPSAT-2 that will be launched in 2005. Further efforts will be made to accommodate the KOMPSAT -2 MSC data.

  • In this paper, a neural control algorithm is proposed on the automation of adjustment process. The adjustment processes in camcoder production line are modelled, and the processes are adjusted automatically by means of off-line supervisory trained multi-layer neural network. We have made many experiments on the several adjustment processes by using the control algorithm. There are many unexpected troubles to achieve the desirable adjust time in the practical application. To overcome those, some auxiliary algorithms are demanded. As a result, our proposed algorithm has some advantages - simple architecture, easy extraction of the training data without expertises, adaptability to the varying systems, and wide application for the other resemble processes.

  • Geotextile container method is an environment-friendly construction method that is utilized to build up a breakwater and an underwater embankment, etc. using geotextile container, which is producted by filling the geotextile bag with sand or dredged materials. Geotextile containers are divided into geobags, geotubes and geocontainers based on their size and production method. In recent years, the number of application for the geotextile container method is rapidly increasing in the world, and the development of the effective construction method is focused. In this study, the application and the achievement of the geotextile container method will be introduced, and the practical construction examples and the trend of technology development in foreign country will be discussed.

웹 기반 무선 네트워크 실습 애플리케이션 구현 (Implementation of an Application about Wireless Network Practice based on the Web)

  • 무선 네트워크를 실습하는 데에는 직접 무선 네트워크 장비를 가지고 하는 방법과 시뮬레이터를 가지고 하는 방법이 있다. 그러나 직접 무선 네트워크 장비를 가지고 하거나 시뮬레이터를 가지고 하는 방법은 실습 공간의 부족함과 장비들이 각각 필요한 점, 그리고 시뮬레이터들은 각 PC에 설치하여 실습을 해야 하는 불편한 점들이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 실제 실습 환경을 모델링 하여 실습 애플리케이션에 적용하고 학생용과 교수용에 맞는 모텔을 보여준다. 또한 웹 기반에서 설치할 필요 없이 무선 네트워크 실습을 할 수 있는 애플리케이션을 구현하는 방법을 제시한다.

  • A successful site application with 700kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$ ultra-high strength concrete was made by research team of Daewoo Institute of Construction Technology in Jinhae. Trial mixings of concrete, the productivity of batcher plant, the elapsed time and the pumpability had been investigated for the site condition, before the site application. As results, the efficiency of production by automatic batcher plant systems was improved and the method of quality control was estabilished for the security of fluidity due to the elapsed time, the pumping and consolidation and so on. The concrete strength cores as well as cylinders was showed more than 700kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$ for the required age. And this study would be provided valuable data base for the practical utilization of high strength concrete. Further, this study would be given new possibilities of high rise RC constructions.

온실형 자연형 태양열 학교교사의 성능 분석 연구 (A Performance Study on Passive Solar School Buildings with Sun Space)

  • Following the oil crisis in 1979, there have been surge of movements by the government in Korea to conserve petroleum-based energy in every sector of society. One of these movements was the application of passive solar technologies into the construction of school buildings. Various passive designs are developed paying special regard to architectural and climatic factors. This paper is related to the application of the passive solar technology to elementary school buildings. It is proposed to place the hallway on the south side of the building to improve the thermal performance as well as indoor lighting effects. The cases have been compared with those of the existing school buildings where substantial improvements are noted. Finally, standard drawings are prepared in detail to promote the application of this passive solar technology in practical school building.

  • LRT projects pursue fully automated manless operating system with an aim to achieve a minimum availability of 99%. System performance is required to be guaranteed by verified SE procedures to meet user requirements for maintaining system availability above 99%. Configuration Management is one of the most practical SE application methods that manage various changes that may have a major influence on system performance on the process of undertaking assigned projects and find out problems in the system through future tracking systems. This paper discusses further use of Configuration Management in the areas concerned after examining the cases that apply Configuration Management, one of SE application methods, to the ongoing local LRT projects.
