  • 신설 선로와 기존 선로와의 계통 연계시 상 배치에 따라 연계 후 발생하는 급격한 영상전류의 증가로 인하여 지락계전기의 동작 같은 계통에 악 영향을 미치는 현상이 일어난다. 이 논문은 송전선로의 연가철탑을 이용한 역상배치 시행여부에 따른 계통 해석과 상시 불평형률을 문경 변전소 신설에 따라 10월 가압 목표로 시공 중인 송전선로의 $1{\pi}$분기와 관련하여 ${\pi}$분기시의 이상적인 송전선로 상 배열을 분석한다.

  • This paper represents an overvoltage clamping circuit for three level inverters. With a proposed overvoltage clamping circuit, the problems that high voltage stresses and voltage unbalance between outer and inner switches occurs in high power and high voltage 3-level inverters are reduced.

  • 3상 전원에서 1차측이 지락 되거나 단락이 되면 2차측 전압은 불평형이 된다. 본 논문에서는 직렬 보상형 순시 전압 보상기에서 불평형 전원의 정상성분에 대한 위상각을 검출하는 새로운 알고리듬을 제안한다. 그리고 왜란 관측자를 통해 부하전류를 추정하는 방법을 제안한다. 위상각의 순시 검출을 통해서 정상성분과 동일 위상의 기준 전압을 만듦으로써 순시 전압 보상기에서 출력해야 하는 전압의 크기를 최소화 하였다. 제안된 알고리즘의 성능을 시뮬레이션을 통해서 검등한다.

  • 계통의 전류 불평형은 고장 또는 단상 부하에 의해 발생한다. 불평형 전류는 계통의 손실을 증대시키고, 전압 불평형으로 나타날 수 있어 계통의 안정성 문제로 이어진다. 본 논문은 계통 연계형 PCS를 통해 계통 불평형 전류를 보상하여 계통의 손실을 낮추고 안정성을 높이는 불평형 전류제어 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증한다.

  • In general, Power SCR(Silicon Controlled Rectifier) is most widely used in Power Plant as well as Industrial field. It has been controlled and operated according to its own control method. Especially, in case of Power plant, it plays a major role in AVR(Automatic Voltage Regulator) or electro chlorination control circuits. Generally, they used in Analog control system at above field. But each SCR current value is different because of load unbalance or switching characteristic variations, it may cause power plant unit trip or system disorder according to SCR element burn out or bad operating condition. Therefore, in this paper a development of 3 phase current balance control unit is described, it gets over the past analog control system limit, uses DSP(Digital signal processor) had high speed response, controls SCR gate firing angle for 3 phase current balance.

Minimization of Active Power and Torque Ripple for a Doubly Fed Induction Generator in Medium Voltage Wind Power Systems under Unbalanced Grid Conditions

  • This paper investigates control algorithms for a doubly fed induction generator with a back-to-back three-level neutral-point clamped voltage source converter in medium voltage wind power systems under unbalanced grid conditions. Three different control algorithms to compensate for unbalanced conditions have been investigated with respect to four performance factors; fault ride-through capability, instantaneous active power pulsation, harmonic distortions and torque pulsation. The control algorithm having a zero amplitude of torque ripple shows the most cost-effective performance concerning torque pulsation. The least active power pulsation is produced by the control algorithm that nullifies the oscillating component of the instantaneous stator active and reactive powers. A combination of these two control algorithms depending on the operating requirements and the depth of the grid unbalance presents the most optimized performance factors under generalized unbalanced operating conditions leading to high performance DFIG wind turbine systems.

  • Becoming more and more diversified and complicated, power quality management has focused on the electricity-failure duration(including the numbers), the appropriate rate of voltage(average voltage during 30 minutes), the stability rate of frequency etc. as a basic goal value. And recently the focus is moving into the instantaneous minute interruption factors such as voltage & current harmonics, surge occurring frequency, instantaneous voltage variation, voltage unbalance, instantaneous electricity failure, flicker etc. by the development of electricity & electronics and communication equipments, which had not been so big problems before. This paper will address the flow of analysis technology and forecast the desirable direction of power quality analysis technology in the future.

  • This paper deals with an analysis of SCR thyristor switching pattern for a power quality disturbance generator with phase jump function. The proposed generator can be applied to the performance test of custom power devices. Voltage sag, swell, outage, unbalance and phase jump after outage are provided by the generator. The phase jump operating principle of the generator is described and analysed. Especially, a proper switching of the SCR thyristors for the proposed generator is important to guarantee the system reliability. Therefore the switching patterns for the thyristors in each made were analysed.

  • This paper describes a new Sag-Swell generator for the test of custom power devices such as UPS, DYR, DSTATCOM, 5575, etc. The proposed science has good features of simple structure, high reliability, wide range of Sag and Swell variation, and easy control. Outage, harmonic distortion, notches, and voltage unbalance also can be generated. The operation principle of the proposed scheme is described and verified through simulations.
