Damping을 갖는 토크미터형 감속기 (The speed reducer of torque meter type with damping)

  • Planetary Speed Reducer consists of a sun gear, a planetary gear and a ring gear and if one element is fixed at this Speed Reducer, another elements operate to become a drive-axis and a subordination-axis respectively. Planetary Speed Reducer is frequently used for gear Speed Reducer because it has the advantage of having the high efficiency and getting the high Speed Reducer ratio in small space. However, it is difficult to know the current transmitted torque immediately during the use of Speed Reducer and so complicated equipment is installed in addition to protect the overload of system. The object of this paper is to design the Speed Reducer of torque- meter type that can know the torque transmitted using the power transmission feature of a simple Planetary Speed Reducer fixed at ring gear.

Development of Representative Curves for Classified Demand Patterns of the Electricity Customer

  • Introducing the market into the electricity industry lets the multiple participants get into new competition. These multiple participants of the market need new business strategies for providing value added services to customer. Therefore they need the accurate customer information about the electricity demand. Demand characteristic is the most important one for analyzing customer information. In this study load profile data, which can be collected through the Automatic Meter Reading System, are analyzed for getting demand patterns of customer. The load profile data include electricity demand in 15 minutes interval. An algorithm for clustering similar demand patterns is developed using the load profile data. As results of classification, customers are separated into several groups. And the representative curves for the groups are generated. The number of groups is automatically generated. And it depends on the threshold value for distance to separate groups. The demand characteristics of the groups are discussed. Also, the compositions of demand contracts and standard industrial classification in each group are presented. It is expected that the classified curves will be used for tariff design, load forecasting, load management and so on. Also it will be a good infrastructure for making a value added service related to electricity.

  • 본 논문에서는 주택에서 전력선을 이용한 전력선 통신(PLC)을 위해 기본적으로 선행되어야 하는 선로정수를 측정하고 분석하였다. 주택의 표준적인 선로정수 분석을 위해서 국내 주택의 보편적인 형태의 아파트를 모델로 하였으며 Agilent 4263B LCR Meter를 이용하여 구간별로 세부적인 측정을 하여 구체적인 결과를 표로 나타내고 평균을 취하여 분석하였다. 측정한 결과 일반적인 수식으로 계산한 값과는 선로배열, 기본적으로 무시된 전제조건과 복소 유전율 등으로 인한 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 국내 주택의 시공에서 주로 사용되는 전선의 종류와 배선형태를 나타내었으며 선로 특성을 주파수영역에서 분석하여 전력선 통신 시스템의 설계 자료로 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.

  • As the fourth industrial revolution, in which people, objects, and information are connected as one, various fields such as smart energy, smart cities, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, unmanned cars, and robot industries are becoming the mainstream, drawing attention to big data. Among them, Smart Grid is a technology that maximizes energy efficiency by converging information and communication technologies into the power grid to establish a smart grid that can know electricity usage, supply volume, and power line conditions. Smart meters are equient that monitors and communicates power usage. We start with the goal of building a virtual smart grid and constructing a virtual environment in which real-time data is generated to accommodate large volumes of data that are small in capacity but regularly generated. A major role is given in creating a software/hardware architecture deployment environment suitable for the system for test operations. It is necessary to identify the advantages and disadvantages of the software according to the characteristics of the collected data and select sub-projects suitable for the purpose. The collected data was collected/loaded/processed/analyzed by the Hadoop ecosystem-based big data platform, and used to predict power demand through deep learning.

  • 본 논문에서는 내장형 웹서버를 구현하여 원격지에서 실시간으로 소비전력 및 대기전력을 감시하고 제어할 수 있는 새로운 스마트 스위치를 제안하였다. 제안한 스위치는 상용화된 스마트 미터 제품과 같이 전력을 측정하고, 유. 무선 통신을 통하여 원격지에서 실시간으로 소비전력을 모니터링하고 각 스위치를 온/오프 할 수 있다. 또한, 기존의 절전형 콘덴서와 멀티 탭의 기능인 대기전력, 과전류 및 과부하에 대한 자동 차단 기능을 모두 갖는다. 본 논문에서 설계한 스마트 스위치는 원격 제어 및 모니터링을 위하여 PC를 이용하지 않고 전용의 내장형 웹서버를 구현함으로서 기존의 제품들보다 하드웨어 및 전력소비가 적으며 소형화된 단일제품으로 상용화가 가능하다.

  • This paper proposes a DRMS(Distribution Remote Management System) which can enhance highly the economics of automatic metering system and the power quality supplied to the electric customer improving the efficiency of the meter reading, voltage management and load management work by realizing the remote meter reading, the remote voltage management and the remote load management based on the ADWHM(Advanced Digital Watt Hour Meter). The DRMS is designed so that the voltage management and load management work in remote site can be processed by collecting the voltage pattern and current pattern as well as watt hour data from all ADWHMs one time every month regularly or from special ADWHMS several time irregularly, A new on-line voltage and load management strategy based on the ADWHM is designed by analyzing the existing voltage management and load management process. Also, DRMS is designed so that watt-hour data, voltage pattern data, load pattern data and power factor data can be collected selectively according to the selection of user to assist effectively the methodology. Remote management program and database of the DRMS are implemented based on Visual C++, MFC and database library of MS. Also, DRMS is designed so as to communicate with the ADWHM using RS232C-TCP/IP converter and ADSL. The effectiveness of the remote metering function is proven by collecting and analyzing the data after ADWHMs installed in any site. The developed strategy and program also is verified through the simulation of voltage management and load management.

  • In this paper, We present demodulation and synchronization method of phase shift keying signal using Double Frequency Vector Technique for Reference Vector. 2nd Harmonic Vector for Reference Vector is utilized in discriminating between noise and carrier signal, and in producting correlation value for data bit logical level. And we applied this demodulator to Automatic Meter Reading System being communicated with electric distribution power lines.

  • A CRU (Customer Remote Unit) for KODAS(Korea Distribution Automatic System) is presented in the paper. This equipment works as a terminal unit for the Load Control and the AMR(Automatic Meter Reading). It is composed of control, drive, input, display, and communication parts. A CRU calculates and memorizes the active power, time-of-use, and demand by the pulse from watthour meter for AMR. It also transfers the data to Center Control System. It can measure current, voltage, and power factor by adding the simple circuit. For load control, It receives the necessary informations such as the load control periods, modes, and time intervals. It controls the load until the stopping commad comes. The system reliability has been proved using a prototype.

  • In recent years, the many electric saving methods are studied because of difficulty of meeting the demand. The electric energy management such as monitoring of branch power consumption, demand control, metering, power quality monitoring, electric safety monitoring can make energy saving. The purpose of this paper is to develop a system which can provide the integrated management of various functions required for energy management by consumers. In this system all functions which were embodied into each devices are integrated into intelligent meter. The developed systems are tested and implemented by installing at consumer electric distribution panel.

  • 본 논문에서는 DLMS/COSEM에 기반하여 전자식 전력량계의 전력정보를 모델링하는 방법을 제안 하였다. 유효/무효 전력량, 수요전력, 역률 등의 전력정보를 서술하였으며, 이러한 전력정보를 DLMS/COSEM에 기초하여 모델링하는 방법을 서술하였다.
