근해오징어채낚기어업에서 어로기술발달에 따른 어획성능지수 변동 (Change of fishing power index by technological development in the offshore squid jigging fishery)

  • Squid is one of the important fisheries resources in Korea. Therefore, squid has been designated and managed as a target species of total allowable catch (TAC) since 2007, but the catch amount is gradually decreasing. The analysis was conducted to identify the change of relative fishing power index to develop the vessel and gear technology that may have improved the fishing efficiency of the offshore squid jigging fishery from 1960s to 2010s. Gross tonnage per fishing vessel increased with the increase in size until 1990, but then gradually decreased to 41.0 tons in 2000 and 37.1 tons in 2010. The illuminating power (energy consumption) by fishing lamps increased to 180 kW in 2005 and stabilized to 120 kW in 2015. Jigging machine started to be supplied to fishing vessels from the early 1970s, and fish finders began to be supplied in the early 1980s and gradually increased. Therefore, the relative fishing power index in the offshore squid jigging fishery increased from 1.0 in 1980 to 1.1 in 1990, to 3.5 in 2000 and to 2.5 in 2010, but the increment rate slowed down gradually. The results are expected to contribute to reasonable fisheries stock management.

  • Super-resolution near-field structure (super-RENS) technology and solid immersion lens (SIL) based near-field (NF) technology have been expected as promising approaches to increase data capacity or areal density of optical disc. Super-RENS technology has been studied until now using mainly numerical aperture (NA) of 0.85 far-field optical system and possibility of tangential data density increment have been presented. NF technology has been studied with NA over 1 and presented demonstration of removable performance. To achieve much higher density, approach to increase NA of super-RENS by NF technology (Near-Field Super-Resolution, NFSR) can be a candidate and we think this technology would be advantageous compared to wavelength reduction or much higher NA increment of NF technology or much smaller effective optical spot size reduction of far-field super-resolution technology. In this paper we present readout result of ROM media having monotone pits using NF optical system with wavelength of 405nm and NA of 1.84 surface type SIL. GeSbTe material was used for super resolution active layer and pit length is 37.5nm which is shorter than resolution limit 55nm. We present the feasibility of NFSR technology by confirming the CNR threshold according to readout power (Pr) and CNR 33dB over threshold Pr.

질경이 분말첨가가 소맥분의 물리적 특성과 제빵적성에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Plantago Powder on the Physical Properties of the Flour and Dough Rheology of White Pan Bread)

  • 구황식품으로 이용되었으며 약리효과가 있는 질경이를 식품으로 이용하기 위하여 질경이를 분말화하여 소맥분에 첨가한 다음 물성변화를 알아보고 식빵을 제조하여 분말 질경이 첨가가 제방적성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 초기 호화온도는 질경이 분말 1%이하 첨가하였을 경우 차이가 크지 않았지만 1.2%에서는 70.05$^{\circ}C$로 호화온도가 크게 높아졌으며 치고 점도와 최종 점도는 질경이 분말 첨가량이 증가할수록 높아졌다. Alveogram에서 반죽의 변형에 필요한 압력인 P값은 질경이 분말 함량이 많을수록 높아졌으며 L값과 G값은 그 반대 경향을 보였다. Farinogram에서 consistency와 흡수율은 질경이 분말 첨가량이 많아질수록 높아졌으며 반죽의 발전시간과 안정도는 점차 낮아지는 모습을 보였다. 빵의 부드러움을 측정하기 위하여 rheometer를 사용한 결과는 식빵제조 후 1일 째에는 Max. G값과 hardness가 증가하였지만 질경이 분말을 0.3~0.9%사용한 경우 3, 6일이 지난 후에 Control에 비하여 낮은 값을 보였는데 이는 질경이 분말의 보습력 때문으로 여겨진다. 관능검사 결과는 질경이 분말 0.6% 사용한 것이 96점으로 가장 좋은 평가를 받았다.

  • In this paper, the power spectral analysis and fractral dimension analysis of heart rate variability(HRV) were performed to evaluate effects of orthostatic stress with head-up tilt on autonomic nervous system(ANS) for 24 young and healthy subjects(age: $24{\pm}5yr$.). The ECG and respiration signals were recorded at the tilt angle of $0^{\circ},\;15^{\circ},\;30^{\circ},\;45^{\circ},\;70^{\circ}$ and $90^{\circ}$ successively for 5 minutes per each stage under the condition of frequency controlled respiration (0.25Hz). Heart rate(HR) gradually increased as the angle increased. Similarly, according to the increment of angle, normalized low frequency(LF) component(0.05-0.15Hz) gradually increased, whereas normalized high frequency(HF) component (0.20-0.30Hz) was reduced. From these results it is speculated that orthostatic stress, head-up tilt, results in the prevalence of sympathetic tone in autonomic balance with the increment of sympathetic tone and the decrement of parasympathetic tone, which seems to mean that autonomic nervous system plays a major role in compensating for disturbances of cardiovascular system due to it.

  • The interest of New Renewable Energy is increasing globally because of the increment of the uncertainty for the energy's supply and demand, and the increment of the frequency in weather anomaly and its damages. One of the New Renewable Energies, Hydrogen receives attention as the future energy that can deal with global environment regulation. Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle (FCEV) is an environment-friendly vehicle that uses Hydrogen as fuel. The electric power for FCEV is generated by chemical reaction with Oxygen from the air and Hydrogen. Hyundai Motor Company (HMC) has developed a proprietary fuel cell system since 2005. In 2012, HMC is the first car maker that mass-produces the ix35 FCEV to the worldwide such as North America, Europe, etc. In order to develop and improve the FCEV technology, data acquisition and analysis of the driving vehicle information is essential. Therefore, the monitoring system is developed, which is consist of datalogger, Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) server and main server. Especially, WCDMA technology is integrated into the system which enables the data analysis without any restriction of time and region. The main function of the system is the analysis of the driving pattern and the component durability, and the safety monitoring. As a result, ix35 FCEV has successfully developed by using the developed monitoring system. The system is going to take an advantage of development in the future FCEV technology.

  • Self-aligned MOSFETS using a polysilicon gate are widely fabricated in silicon technology. The polysilicon layer acts as a mask for the source and drain implants and does as gate electrode in the final product. However, the usage of polysilicon gate as a self-aligned mask is restricted in fabricating SiC MOSFETS since the following processes such as dopant activation, ohmic contacts are done at the very high temperature to attack the stability of the polysilicon layer. A metal instead of polysilicon can be used as a gate material and even can be used for ohmic contact to source region of SiC MOSFETS, which may reduce the number of the fabrication processes. Co-formation process of metal-source/drain ohmic contact and gate has been examined in the 4H-SiC based vertical power MOSFET At low bias region (<20V), increment of leakage current after RTA was detected. However, the amount of leakage current increment was less than a few tens of ph. The interface trap densities calculated from high-low frequency C-V curves do not show any difference between w/ RTA and w/o RTA. From the C-V characteristic curves, equivalent oxide thickness was calculated. The calculated thickness was 55 and 62nm for w/o RTA and w/ RTA, respectively. During the annealing, oxidation and silicidation of Ni can be occurred. Even though refractory nature of Ni, 950$^{\circ}C$ is high enough to oxidize it. Ni reacts with silicon and oxygen from SiO$_2$ 1ayer and form Ni-silicide and Ni-oxide, respectively. 미분탄 화력발전소 플라이 애쉬의 포졸란 특성에 관하여 (Pozzolanic Properties of Fly Ash from a Coal Fired Power Plant)

  • 포틀랜드 시멘트 양(중량)을 플라이 애쉬로 50 wt%까지 치환한 페이스트, 모르터 내지 콘크리트 시편을 만들어 플라이 애쉬가 모르터/콘크리트의 온도, 자유석회량 및 강도 등에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 페이스트의 수화열을 측정하여 환산식에 따라 일반 포틀랜드 시멘트 콘크리트의 경우와 비교할 때, 플라이 애쉬를 50 wt% 함유한 콘크리트의 양생 7일 온도(상승)는 약 45% 저하되었다. 전자의 경우 온도 상승은 33.4$^{\circ}C$이며 후자의 경우는 18.7$^{\circ}C$였다. 한편 철근 콘크리트의 제조에 사용되는 시멘트의 플라이 애쉬 함유량은 철근부식의 방지를 위하여 30 wt%를 초과하지 않는 게 바람직하다. 플라이 애쉬를 혼합한 콘크리트의 강도가 순수 포틀랜드 시멘트 콘크리트의 강도보다 양호하기 위해서는 양생기간이 28일 이상 되어야 한다. 그리고 플라이 애쉬 50 wt%를 함유한 시멘트를 가지고도 360 kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$ 이상의 28일 강도를 얻을 수 있었다.

Remaining life prediction of concrete structural components accounting for tension softening and size effects under fatigue loading

  • This paper presents analytical methodologies for remaining life prediction of plain concrete structural components considering tension softening and size effects. Non-linear fracture mechanics principles (NLFM) have been used for crack growth analysis and remaining life prediction. Various tension softening models such as linear, bi-linear, tri-linear, exponential and power curve have been presented with appropriate expressions. Size effect has been accounted for by modifying the Paris law, leading to a size adjusted Paris law, which gives crack length increment per cycle as a power function of the amplitude of a size adjusted stress intensity factor (SIF). Details of tension softening effects and size effect in the computation of SIF and remaining life prediction have been presented. Numerical studies have been conducted on three point bending concrete beams under constant amplitude loading. The predicted remaining life values with the combination of tension softening & size effects are in close agreement with the corresponding experimental values available in the literature for all the tension softening models.

  • 무한정한 발전자원과 무공해성 등의 장점을 가진 태양광 발전 시스템은 직류전력을 생산하기 때문에 계통의 연계송전이 가능한 교류전력으로 변환시켜주기 위해서는 태양광 인버터의 사용이 필요하다. 외부에 옥외형 구조로 노출되어 설치되는 소용량의 태양광 인버터는 태양이 강하게 내리쬐는 낮 시간 및 여름철과 같이 외부 환경의 온도가 상승함에 따라 에너지 손실이 발생하고 효율이 감소하게 된다. 태양광 발전 산업의 범위가 확대됨에 따라 태양광 인버터 또한, 상당한 에너지 손실 문제를 야기하므로 이에 따른 대책이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 온도조건에 구애받지 않도록 태양광 인버터 외함에 열전소자를 부착한 냉각장치를 설치하고 냉각효과의 극대화를 위해 두 개의 냉각장치를 사용하여 위치 조절에 따른 냉각효과를 비교분석하고자 한다.

  • This paper covers that modem performance test is effected by traffic and analysis of the result in TETRA network. The SDS is a method of the between PEIs transmission. And only SDS message type-4 is used to test. The range of the SDS message data length is from 10 to 140 bytes with an increment of 10 bytes. For each length transmitted 1000 times for each delay of inter-transmissions 0.5 second, 1.0 second and 1.5 second. The modem used in the test is the Unimo MU-1000MD by UNIMO Corp.
