This paper presents new approaches for the calculation for the calculation of each user's wheeling prices based on the economic analysis method with focus on the postage stamp rule. The suggested postage stamp rules can overcome the following problems embedded in the conventional accounting-costs-based methods such as the volatileness of wheeling prices depending deprieciation methods, emerging the wheeling free-riders due to the difference between accounting life-time and technical life-time, price discrimination between firm and non-firm network users, etc. To solve these problems we suggest new postage stamp rules employing capital recovery factor for investment costs treatment and applying technical life-time. Furthermore, we have suggested a new formulation for non-firm wheeling users based on the wheeling energies. In the case study, the results of suggested postage stamp methodologies are compared with those of conventional approaches.

This paper presents the evaluation results of Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) system's power wheeling costs based on the postage stamp method. The results of several postage-stamp-based methodologies are compared where some of them are the conventional approaches. others are new approaches suggested in this paper. The approaches developed in this paper are suitable for a system where transmission transactions are occurred within a vertically integrated power system just like as Korea, Japan. etc. Also, they can overcome limitations related on the depreciation costs application. Test results show that the computed wheeling costs are around 4.0 [won/kWh] in 1995, and it is anticipated that the cost will increase when considering transmission network losses and ancillary costs.

This paper presents a landscape design for the citizen plaza around the ˝Woojeongchongkuk˝(the 1st Korean postal building) where the ˝Gapsinjeongbyeon˝(1844 coup d´etat) occurred and which was once used as the ˝Jeoneoigam˝(a palace hospital). The site is located in 39 Kyeonji-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, and of which area is about 2,013$m^2$. The landscape design goals are to build traditional spaces which fit the traditional buildings and where people feel the old atmosphere; to build interesting spaces where people can learn the post and telegraphic history; and to build nature-friendly green rest spaces in the city. To achieve these goals, symbolic, traditional, educational, historical, and environmentally-friendly concepts are developed. With this concept the space is divided into two axis of the pst and telegraph of Korea. Along the two axis the Postage Stamp ˝Madang˝(yard), the Letter Garden, the Telegraphic ˝Ddeul˝(garden), the Communication Plaza, and the ˝Jeoneoigam˝(old palace hospital) and the ˝Gapsinjeongbyeon˝(1884 coup d´etat) Memorial Place are arranged. The Postal Stamp Madang which symbolizes the first Korean postage stamp is a space for studying history and evolution of stamps in Korea. The Letter Garden which symbolizes and formalizes a letter paper is composed with white bamboo trees which are planted linearly and long granite benches on which famous letters are carved. In the Telegraphic Ddeul which symbolizes the telegraph, the history of the telegraphic instrument and the telephone is exhibited. In the Communication Plaze which symbolizes future post and telegraph service extending to the world, the images of satellite communication, internet, webmail etc. are exhibited. The Jeoneoigan, and the Gapsinjeongbyeon Memorial Place is for memorializing the historic place and events. Throughout the whole place, various models and ceramic picture tiles about the post and telegraph and exhibited for effective education. In conclusion, sustainable management schemes for the site are suggested.

2012년 여수세계엑스포에서 세계최초로 선을 보인 증강현실 기념우표는 최근까지 사용되고 있는 가장 아날로그적 매체인 우표와 디지털매체의 첨단인 증강현실 기술을 접목시켜 과거와 미래가 현재에서 소통되고 융합되는 교차점이라는 의의를 지니게 되었다. 총 33종의 기념우표 중 10개의 우표에 적용된 증강현실은 세계최초라는 의미보다 예술적 가치에 더 큰 의미를 두고 있다. 적용된 증강현실은 단순히 이미지를 사실적 3D로 표현한 것이 아니라, 각 우표의 이미지가 담고있는 의미와 여수엑스포의 주제를 형상화하고 시각화하는 창조 과정을 거친 '예술적 재현'을 추구하였으며, 예술작품으로써의 이미지를 보여주는 우표 위의 공간은 현실(아날로그)과 가상(디지털)의 경계에 가로 놓인 새로운 개념의 '신 예술공간'의 창조였다. 본 연구는 각 우표에 인쇄된 이미지의 의미를 분석하고 이에 따른 증강현실 콘텐츠의 디자인을 개념화하는 과정을 거쳐 10개의 이미지를 도출한다. 이미지 도출 과정은 우표에 나타난 엑스포 행사장의 풍경과 각 건물이 지니고 있는 의미, 여수의 지역적 특색을 접목한 후 과장과 축약의 과정을 거쳐 초현실적 그래픽 환경을 디자인하는 과정을 거쳤다. 또한 도출된 이미지는 각 우표에 증강현실로 적용되기 위해 3D 애니메이팅과 코딩 과정을 거쳐 최종 시각조형예술로 표현된다. 본 연구에서는 비마커 이미지인식기반 3D 증강현실 우표를 구현하였으며, 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 모바일 기기에서 증강현실 구현을 위한 우표 이미지 등록과 좌표변환 방법 및 증강현실을 우표에 접목하는 과정에서 여러 가지 고려해야 할 사항을 파악할 수 있었다. 둘째, 우표 디자인에 따른 증강현실 콘텐츠의 조형적 표현에 따라 새로운 가상의 전시공간 창출가능성을 모색할 수 있었다. 셋째, 시각적 조형성을 통한 몰입성과 정보제공 측면에서의 사용성을 동시에 만족시킬 수 있는 가능성이 있음을 알 수 있었다.

목적 : 본 연구는 문화적 차이를 보이는 Upper extremity performance test for elderly (TEMPA)를 한국판으로 수정 및 번역하고 그 타당도 및 신뢰도를 검증하는 것이다. 연구방법 : 연구대상자는 40세이상의 손 기능에 장애가 없는 성인 171명과 손 기능에 장애가 있는 성인 41명 이었다. 내용 타당도와 분별 타당도를 검증하였고, 검사-재검사 신뢰도와 검사자 간 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 결과 : 내용 타당도를 통해 문화적 차이를 보이는 2개의 항목 ('자물쇠 열고 약통 열기', '편지 봉투 작성하고 우표 붙이기')을 수정하였다. 분별 타당도를 통해 TEMPA는 손 기능에 장애가 있는 성인과 없는 성인을 구별할 수 있는 평가 도구임을 확인 하였다 (p<.001). 신뢰도 검증 결과 수행 속도는 급간 내 상관계수(ICC)= .71-.92, 기능 정도는 카파계수 (kappa) = 1.0, 수행 분석은 ICC = 1.0로 중간수준에서 높은 수준의검사-재검사 신뢰도를 보였다. 검사자 간 신뢰도는 실행 속도 ICC = 1.0, 기능 정도 kappa = .79-1.0, 수행 분석 ICC = .94-1.0으로 상당한 수준에서 높은 수준의 신뢰도를 보였다. 결론 : TEMPA는 손 기능의 장애가 있는 성인을 구별해 낼 수 있고, 높은 수준의 신뢰도를 보이는 평가 도구로 임상적 평가 및 근거 기반의 연구에 있어 많이 사용되기를 기대한다.
