The main purpose of this study was to examine the effects of servicescape on post evaluation of hospitality industry in Gyeongnam. Customers of deluxe hotels in Gyeongnam were selected for a questionnaire survey. To achieve the study objective, 253 valid questionnaires were statistically analyzed, using frequency analysis, factor, reliability analysis and regression analysis. The results of the multiple regression analysis indicated that five of servicescape factors had significant impact on customer satisfaction and customer retention. The servicescape factors partially exerted a positive influence on word-of-mouth intention. The result of the simple regression analysis also indicated that the customer satisfaction had very significant impact on customer retention and word-of-mouth intention.

The ripple effect is analyzed in the post-construction evaluation phase, but only the qualitative analysis and simple numerical fluctuations are analyzed, thus, no reliable ripple-effect analysis has been conducted. Therefore, in this study, a focus group interview was conducted with 10 experts to propose a plan to improve the ripple effect metrics. Consequently, by linking with the policy-effect metrics of the pre-feasibility study, it is expected that the utilization of the analysis results will be improved and objective and quantitative analysis will be possible.

Objective: This study presented the analysis period, the complexity of combined therapy and comparator choice as the key limitations in the economic evaluation of new drugs, and discussed programs for coping with these limitations. Methods: This study evaluated the post-evaluation, risk-sharing agreement, extra funding program, and flexible incremental cost-effectiveness ratio (ICER) threshold as actions or programs that would increase accessibility to costly new drugs. The study also presented the cases of other countries. The application of the post-evaluation was considered to deal with high uncertainty regarding new drugs. Results: The risk-sharing agreement was introduced in European countries as well as South Korea and has been responsible for the shift from using the financial schemes to outcome-based schemes. The drug funding program has had troubled in securing stable extra funds. The application of higher ICER in the economic evaluation of expensive and innovative oncology drugs was criticized because of the inequity between oncology patients and patients with other diseases. Conclusion: Therefore, introducing and applying actions that would increase the accessibility to costly new drugs in South Korea have been deemed necessary after careful reviews and discussions with various stakeholders (insurer, policy makers, pharmaceutical companies and patients).

Recently, the Ministry of Strategy and Finance announced a plan to reduce the proportion of economic evaluation in non-metropolitan areas and strengthen balanced development evaluation through the reorganization of the preliminary feasibility study system. In addition, the social value of the quality of life, such as job, environment, and safety, which may be affected by the implementation of transportation facility investment projects, was reflected as the main item of policy evaluation. In this study, the ripple effect of the project in terms of social value was reviewed for the Gangil-Chuncheon. The effect of highway opening was investigated by reviewing the feasibility report, post-evaluation report, and statistical indicators. Recently, the Gangil-Chuncheon highway is getting used by around 110,000 people per day. The number of tourists in Chuncheon rapidly has increased from 5 million a year to more than 11 million now. In addition, it was confirmed to produce effects such as population migration, net inflow and land price increase, improvement of living convenience, and expansion of emergency medical care. Although this ripple effect was influenced by various socio-economic factors as well as the opening of the highway, it is clear that it is difficult to occur without the opening of the highway. It is judged that the evaluation of indirect benefits and social values due to the opening of the highway can be quantified through continuous research and data construction. Post-evaluation of construction works, including project efficiency evaluation and ripple effect evaluation, is performed for construction works with a construction cost of more than 50 billion won. In the future, we will continuously improve the evaluation system in order to evaluate the indirect benefits and social values of public investment projects.

블로그의 사용량이 증가함에 따라 다수의 포스트들이 블로고스피어 내에 작성되고 있으며, 이는 검색에서 웹 서퍼가 양질의 포스트를 찾기 어렵게 하는 문제를 가져왔다. 이로 인하여 포스트 검색에서 랭킹을 부여하기 위한 랭킹 알고리즘의 필요성이 부각되고 있다. 기존에 웹 문서를 위한 다양한 랭킹 알고리즘들이 있었으나, 웹 문서와 포스트의 차이로 인하여 직접 적용하기 어렵다는 문제점이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 블로거들이 포스트에 남긴 블로그 액션을 이용하여 포스트에 랭킹을 부여하는 방안인 포스트 랭킹 알고리즘들을 제안한다. 그리고 실제 블로그 데이터를 이용하여 포스트 랭킹 알고리즘들의 성능을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 블로그에 적합한 포스트 랭킹 알고리즘을 선별한다.

In this paper, in order to prevent electric shock of high voltage system of HFCV after crash test, insulation performance measurement methods were studied. Under conditions of in-use, insulation performance tests can be divided into measurement method using the vehicle's own RESS as DC voltage source and measurement method using DC voltage from off-vehicle sources. However, these tests can not be applied after a post-crash because parts of high voltage system cover should be removed, and insulation performance can be influenced during these tests. Therefore, we proposed post-crash insulation performance test methods for preventing electric shock through problem analysis of previous post-crash insulation performance tests. Also, test equipment which can measure voltage absence and total energy was developed. We verified performance of the equipment through experiments with vehicle test.

Nowadays, many educational facilities are being renovated. However, due to the absence of a system for post renovation of educational spaces, users are less satisfied with the spaces after the renovation and there is a limit in establishing future directions for improving educational space renovation. From this point of view, this study was conducted to increase the users' satisfaction in renovation space planning of educational spaces and to establish a system for management after renovation. As a specific research method, the space preference of students was used to evaluate the space after renovation. By researching the opinions of the students who use the most educational space, not only the direction of the renovation plan of the future educational space can be given but also the user's opinion can be reflected in the spatial plan in detail. In terms of management of future educational spaces, this study can be used as a basic study for developing post evaluation indicators for renovation of educational facilities.

This study develops a post-operative brassiere suitable for changed breast shapes and the characteristics of breast augmentation patients. Six subjects who experienced breast augmentation surgery with a cup size of C or D cup participated in the wearing test. We conducted a wearing test to evaluate the superiority of the developed post-operative bra. As a result, the evaluation of the developed bra was excellent in the outer cup, outer circle of breast front gore, shoulder straps and the wing pressures. Second the satisfaction of the developed brassiere was high in the front center part, and in the evaluation of wearing satisfaction of the subjects; in addition, the degree of close contact with the cup, flexibility, touch, and overall evaluation. The satisfaction of the developed bra was also higher than a commercial bra. Third, the developed bra proved superior in the adaptability test, such as prevention of breast shaking, prevention of bra and breast separation during movements, and ease of body movement.

연성방호책 지주(post)의 설계 지반물성치를 파악하고 이를 이용한 해석방법을 수립하기 위한 방법으로서 공내재하시험(PMT)의 사용가능성을 검토하였다. 공내재하시험 결과를 이용하여 지주의 휨모멘트 및 하중-변위관계를 예측할 수 있는 해석방법의 수립가능성을 검토하였다. 모형지반과 모형지주를 이용한 정재하시험을 실시하여 하중-변위의 발생패턴과 크기를 분석하였으며 이를 공내재하시험 해석방법으로부터 구한 결과값과 비교하여 공내재하시험 해석방법의 타당성을 검토하였다. 또한 모형차(bogie)를 이용하여 모형 지주에 대한 충격시험을 실시하여 지주주변지반의 파괴형태를 파악하였으며 측정된 최대감가속도로부터 정적지지력 대비 동적지지력의 발생크기를 분석하였다. 이와 같은 시험 및 해석결과로부터 공내재하시험이 방호책 지주와 도로지반 사이의 역학적 상호연관성을 분석하기 위한 합리적인 시험방법이 될 수 있음을 확인하였다.

본 논문에서는 정보화 투자에 대한 사전평가, 과정평가, 사후성과 평가를 통해 전자정부의 정보화 예산 투자에 대한 타당성과 효과성 측정 및 측정결과를 기반으로 투자대비 효과의 적합성을 제고 할 수 있는 계량적 평가모델을 제시하였다. 전자정부 과제로 추진된 정부전자문서유통센터 구축사업을 대상으로 정보화 투자에 대한 명확한 성과목표를 설정하고 사전평가 및 사후평가를 객관적으로 측정할 수 있는 핵심성과지표(KPI)를 개발하여 계량적 평가모델을 이용한 결과 활용도와 혁신 측면에서 각 지표 당 향상된 성과평가 결과를 도출하였다.
