The integrated environmental permit system is currently in operation online. It carries out various functions of postmanagement such as the submission of annual reports containing operations management data onto integrated management workplaces, the operation and management of emission facilities and prevention facilities, and the disclosure of information on the integrated permission. On the other hand, the integrated environmental permit system needs to perform various roles in order to stably manage and smoothly perform the permitting work. It is necessary to utilize this system to establish policies by using diverse operations management data onto integrated management workplaces collected in the integrated environmental permit system. This system can also play a role in improving the post-management system and user convenience after the permission review and approval processes. The integrated environmental permit system can be effectively used to set up the BAT-AEL because it collects all of the cross-media data and identifies the overall status of the workplace. In order to establish a post management system after the approval, it is necessary to provide performance management and performance evaluation functions as conditions of the permit after approval. In addition, a variety of support functions should be provided to enable the permission authority and the environmental expert examination agency to facilitate the review of permits. It will be necessary to provide an evaluation system and a proactive diagnostic function to determine whether permission conditions and permit emission standards will change in the future. Also, it is important to adopt an information exchange platform that can be used to collect the status data onto the workplaces; the platform can also be used as an information exchange site for technical working groups (TWG), and for collecting field experts' opinions.

This study examines the effectiveness of a new community facility operation and management system that were implemented by one of the major construction companies. This system was an unprecedented approach in a sense that it provided not only necessary facilities but also a specialized management staff, an operational manual, and a subsidy for various programs. According to POE conducted among the residents, it can be concluded that the residents' satisfaction will be increased under the following conditions; 1) when a program manual associated with the community facility is provided, 2) when there is a professional staff who can coordinate various programs effectively, 3) when the facilities are well designed in accordance with the program requirements, 4) when the users adhere to regulations and management standards, 5) when all three components- i.e. facility, people and programs- are well coordinated, and 6) when affordable user fees are charged. This research assures that professional management staff and well-planned management system play a significant role in the enhancement of the residents' satisfaction as well as vitalizations of the community.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to identify the post-traumatic stress, social support, and depression of Vietnam veterans and the effects of post-traumatic stress and social support on depression. Methods : This study was carried out from June 2017 to September 2017 with the cooperation of the Korean Society of Veterans' Affairs and 250 Vietnamese veterans from D city were randomly sampled and collected. The collected data were used by SPSS 24.0 Statistics Program. Results : Social support was inversely correlated with post-traumatic stress (r=-.268, p<.001) and depression (r=-.333, p<.001), and post-traumatic stress and depression (r=.592, p<.001) were positively correlated. Post-traumatic stress and social support of veterans had a significant effect on depression, and post-traumatic stress and social support showed an explanatory power of 37.7% in depression. Conclusions : It is necessary to improve soldiers' mental health by mediating their post-traumatic stress and reducing their depression level by establishing a social support system.

The purpose of this paper is to develop web-based simulation system which can be used anytime, anywhere without expensive hardware and software. In this paper, a web-based simulation system was developed by utilizing finite element analysis and client/server system using visual C++ and ASP. The client/server system consist of two modules, post-processor, management system module. The input data for FEM calculation is transferred to the management system. After that, the result from the simulation can be visualized through the post-processor module. By using this system, small industries and individuals can considerably save the time and expense.

In Korea, Green building certification system had been operated for more than 10 years and Expired certification buildings are ever-increasing. However, post management of building and qualification standard for re-certification(G-SEED) aren't exist, certificated green building don't have smoothly maintenance and management. Therefore, analysing the status and situation of similar system such as building maintenance and management, to suggest the direction of evaluation for green standard for energy and environmental design.

In Korea-U.S.A. FTA Negotiation, U.S.A. request to eliminate barriers of tariffs and non-tariff in trade of cosmetics. Korea applies tariffs of 8% on most cosmetics and personal care products. There are some non-tariffs barriers in cosmetics trade between Korea and U.S.A., for example, transparency on restriction and regulatory, cosmeceuticals, import clearance review, quality control testing, ingredient labelling. Tariffs of 8% on most cosmetics should be eliminated, a proviso of complementary measures on sanitation of Korean people about imported cosmetics. This is a meaning of reformation of prior management(tariffs) by strong ex post management in cosmetics trade. It is important that Korea should construct system of ex post management, for instance, construction of data base on manufacturer, importer, bland name of cosmetics and all ingredients of cosmetics. This is concerned with labelling of cosmetics and cosmeceutical and publication of Korean edition of INCI(International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredient).

Purpose - This study surveyed real estate financial consumers and financial company staff regarding the components of the financial consumer protection system to seek detailed improvement plans for the Financial Consumer Protection Act. Design/methodology/approach - The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique is applied. Findings - Both consumers and staff highly evaluated the importance of the preventive measures in the main classification factors. Regarding the sub-classification factors of preventive measures, consumers emphasized the responsible management of investment staff and financial institutions; however, the staff stressed the principle of effectiveness and efficiency. Regarding the elements of ex-post remedies, consumers answered that fast remedy would have a significant effect. At the same time, staff believed that punitive measures hinder free trading and investment activities. Regarding the sub-sub classification factors of prevention measures, the consumers value responsible management of staff and financial companies, while the staff tend to prefer the importance of the self-regulatory governance. Research implications or Originality - Based on the above results, financial regulatory authorities should find a balance between preventive and ex-post components once focusing on preventative measures. Our paper is one of the first research findings in this field of financial consumer protection system in Korea.

This paper deals with a network model for the efficient transportation of post and consists of the formulation based on the network model and the LINGO programming model including the operations of the post transportation. This network model is represented by using Time Space Network. The generalized formulation is built up with the input variables and the decision variables, which are defined on the basis of the network model. And LINGO programming model to be proposed with DB and LINGO is constructed in consideration of how to manage the post transportation and the intermodal transport. The results of the model implementation were represented on Time Space Network and they are analyzed and verified. The LINGO programming model is used as the module to be set in application software. Specifically with using GEOmania, GIS tool, the LINGO Model is applied to develop the application for Mail Transportation Decision Support System.

On the construction area, Information Technology (IT) has been a considerably significant part over the all phases; plan, design, procurement, construction and post-construction. For example, CALS, CITIC, PMIS, FMS, BIM and etc, designed and applied for managing construction industry are already valuable to improve on the Construction Management (CM). To develop these management methods, lots of mixed-systems are studied and progressed so far. In this paper, more useful and efficient system modules are proposed through investigating PMIS cases implemented, especially medical projects, to improve into FMS on the post-construction. Because most PMIS on the construction phase is used not to continue as FMS, considerable cost and time is consumed to rebuild the system, even both systems have common modules. As these wastes are faced to design systems, the important modules on PMIS are derived and analyzed to apply to FMS to save time and cost on CM.

In the past, social insurance premiums, such as national pension and national health insurance, is contained within the costs of construction projects, have been lowered due to price competition of companies participating in the bidding. The government is implementing the "Ex-post settlement system" to improve the problem. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the concept of an Ex-post settlement system and background of its introduction and to identify problems in the management of the system. The problems of the Ex-post settlement system are: 1) avoiding the participation of construction workers, 2) the rigidity of the insurance premium settlement method in construction field, and 3) the cause of direct construction cost reduction. The ways to improve these problems are: 1) excluding social insurance premiums from construction project cost, 2) securing flexibility of the settlement method of insurance premiums in construction field, and 3) expanding the scope of persons eligible to participate in social insurance.
